Virginia Martinez The office staff are friendly and helpful. The Respiratory Therapist is experienced and knowledgeable. I’m claustrophobic and he made me feel at ease while in the body box, during testing. Dr. Dinesh Verma took time to explain what my test results meant and what could help me going forward. I would highly recommend this doctors office to anyone in need of a good pulmonary care.

John Alden Many doctors are very matter of fact and not engaging, but
Dr. Verma is the complete opposite. From the first appointment I felt very comfortable and informed about any issue that I was experiencing. I highly recommend Dr. Verma!!!

Dilia Loe I wait over an hour at every appointment. Seriously he needs better staff. Please don’t wastes people’s time.
At check in, I waited at the window while the staff chatted one with her back towards me and the other looking at me. This clearly happens often.
Dr.Verma is very personable and informed. I appreciate his professionalism.

Destiny Montoya I have mixed feelings about my visit today. The lady at the front desk was so personable and helpful and so was my technician. But I was there for two hours total. 1 hour I spent in the waiting room while I watched everyone come and go. It felt like they forgot about me. The breathing test is hard! If you have any breathing problems be prepared. I was dizzy and nauseous but hopeful. The technician kept telling me that I would be able to get some answers so it was all worth it. When I talked to the doctor afterwards he was very nice, but very rushed. He kept telling me I was “fine”. There is a review on here that says his diagnosis is clouded by own personal experience and that is true. I Walked out with 140 heart rate, dizziness and shortness of breath. Some of my results were good. Some of them he said were irregular but “fine”. I walked out with more questions than answers. I walked in with CT images he didn’t care to look at. I would definitely get a second opinion and urge everyone to listen to their gut and be their own advocate.

Cher Tibbitts Very present during visits. Listens to all i have to tell her. Educates herself with my medical history and gives great suggestions and ideas on how to better manage my concerns and current issues. Kind and explains things good. Never makes me feel like she is in a rush to be done and somewhere else. So thankful i finally found a doctor like her. So deeply grateful because i survived colon cancer the previous doctor didnt even attempt to catch during many visits with my complaints that something wasnt right. This doctor i changed to after a major surgery and hospital stay followed by numerous chemotherapy sessions. She listened to everything and has been helping me get back to feeling normal again with the right meds this time like my colesterol, etc. Just so relieved and stress-free since i chose Dr. Tyagi as my primary care physician.

Clare Carbonell I am almost 7 years post my diagnosis of stage 4 breast cancer de novo. I was given 3 years as an estimate of how long I would survive. After a comprehensive treatment plan that included chemotherapy, a mastectomy (which is not the standard with stage 4) and continued targeted chemo I am expected to live a usual life span. If I hadn’t listen to my primary and sought treatment at Enloe I wouldn’t be here. I wouldn’t have seen my 3 kids graduate from high school and my oldest from college. I am truly blessed to have found this facility and its wonderful staff.

Ali Nicole I cant recommend this place whatsoever, in fact I went to UCSF over them, even with a 4 hour drive one way. Its such a great improvement. All the doctors in San Francisco read all the dr. notes and cant believe their eyes of what I went through with enloe. With USCF, I am already receiving my cancer treatments and am on my 2nd round of chemo. Dr. Pathak said come back in 1 year...Id be dead.
Theyd cancel my appointments and reschedule, yet still send me text messages to come in the day before. Id show up for nothing..but it gets worse. Ive been trying to call for at least hydration during chemo to save me a couple trips to San Fran and they are denying me, and/or not answering their phones.
Dr. Pathak seemed to have no concern for me. Hed tell I only had cyst but never looked into if this was true. Even in my blood tests, I was concerned it could be cancer because my numbers elevated. He said cancer would be to rare so he wasnt worried. He did help with my blood clot but told me to come back after a year. He said that he would refer me to an oncologist just in case, which was never done.
Under his care, my tumor went from 6 cm to 13 cm and he never noticed.
Luckily, I got a 2nd opinion because what he told me was just a cyst is stage 2 sarcoma cancer. Im sad I wasted nearly a year of my life going to a doctor who doesnt care enough about my health to double check or hardly look at my leg. Save your life and avoid this place.

Melissa Reid When I first started treatment for bilateral breast cancer I was very anxious but the staff at radiation oncology were very caring and patient with me. At one point I thought they were going to give up on me but they didnt. They worked hard to make sure my treatment was accurate and safe. They are a dedicated professional staff and demonstrate that they care about their patients. Thank you for being there for me: Ken, Joy, Kim, Brittany, Tanya, Patty, and those whose names I have forgotten.

Jane Wood It has almost been a year since my mother passed away. Chemotherapy is listed before cancer as a cause of death on her death certificate. She was given a rigorous treatment plan after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. She died less than a year after treatments began. I believe she was pushed by her doctor to continue the treatments after she expressed a desire to stop due to the side effects causing an increasingly poor quality of life. I strongly believe she would have lived longer with an alternative treatment or no treatment at all. She had a good quality of life before chemotherapy. Now I see they are breaking ground on a new Enloe Cancer Center on Bruce Road, right across from her former home. It pains me to drive by and see that sign. I cant help but wonder how much her treatments helped to fund the coming facility. Maybe chemo is a big money maker for them. I dont know, but for me it definitely created a lot of distrust in the operation of that medical establishment. I miss her everyday and feel she was taken from her family by a treatment plan that made the last 6+ months of her life one of sickness and suffering. They have probably helped save a lot of people, but they didnt help her. My young son will have few if any memories of his wonderful and loving Grammy.

Sharon Martin I could not have asked for better treatment. Everyone who works there is very professional and compassionate. Doctor Stickney and the radiation nurses were excellent. They do everything possible to make you comfortable. They were very supportive. The infusion nurses are absolutely amazing. Always smiling and working hard to keep you comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Devin Scouten Let me start off by saying I’ve been seeing Julie for about 7 years on and off and she is PHENOMENAL! Can’t rave enough about her. Only reason I’m rating four stars is because the meetings are over zoom now which comes with it’s own complications but other than that I cannot recommend Julie enough, she’s very personable and truly the sweetest.

Sophia Pham Mindpath Health is an affordable way to recovery. Dr. Hatira Watts is friendly and professional. I trust her with my mental health. The psychiatrist is easy to talk to on zoom. I recommend Mindpath Health to other patients like myself. It’s a safe environment. I have to take medication and talk to the psychiatrist. Dr. Watts treat you like a normal human and is very professional. You have to listen to Gabby on the phone. I’m glad I found Mindpath Health. I’m a happier person. Always listen to your doctor. They’ll save your life. My telemedicine appointments are always succinct and to the point. I can express myself and not get hurt. I have Telemedicine appointment on zoom. It’s nice talking to the psychiatrist on the phone. I have mental illness and it’s a lifelong illness. Not only does Dr. Watts prescribe medication, we plan for the future. I identify myself as Vietnamese and Buddhist.

(20) Reviews Scott Mellum MD:
Heidi Paton Dr. Mellum cared for me during an (unexpected miracle) twin pregnancy. I was older (35) and had been told I couldnt get pregnant. He was extremely supportive and kind while we worked through all of the stages, testing, monitoring and, eventually, a month of bed rest. He ultimately was not on call to deliver when I went into premature labor but his partner, Dr. Valkeringi (sp) was great as well. I experienced moderate postpartum depression and he treated me for that as well. Dr. Mellum is an exceptional doctor and a good man. I cant begin to express my gratitude to him and his staff.

Danielle Boutda I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mellum and his staff! He truly helped to put me at ease during my pregnancy and I always felt 100% safe and well cared for. I trusted him completely and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an OB.

Soledad Mojica Aceves Great doctor was my doctor for all three babys. Highly recommend him and his nurse very very nice and friendly. Just his other new staff is kinda rude specially when making a payment one time questioned how I was going to pay in a way that offended me like I couldnt afford it. But either then that I highly recommend him trust him 100% great couch in delivery :D

Autumn Eylders Incredible family practice we have here. Doctor Scott mellum took care of me and my baby better than I could’ve ever imagined myself if I had the power and control over doing it. This man is beyond loving, has a great deal of patience, very witty, well educated and driven in his line of work, and compassionate when it comes to educating woman about their body and the series of events that happen while pregnant and boy was I just an anomaly I had almost everything go wrong and he without a shadow of a doubt made me feel safe and cared for I had the most amazing team and man behind me to take care of me and my sons life, I will recommend him over and over and over until I can’t anymore. If I ever choose to have another child in the future this is the man I will be coming back too.

Amelia a Never actually saw a health care provider. After jumping through all their hoops, weeks of terible communication from the office staff, and being hung up on i was finally allowed to scheduled an appointment. Skip to the day of the appointment i showed up to be told that they didnt have me on the schedule. The staff claimed that they had left me a voice mail canceling my appointment, but i have no missed call, and no voicemail from them. When i pointed this out i was given a blank stare, and offered no route to a solution. Absolutely unhelpful staff, i will not be going back.

Giuseppe Pennisi I really like the staff here but I had a hernia mesh installed and this guy did a terrible job. I was going crazy trying to find help to fix my problem. Everywhere I went I was told to go back to Dr schneider. He kept carterizing my wound and telling me I was going to be fine . Months go by and I refused to go back to him because he was full of it.
I started going to other Drs to try and get a referral. That was impossible. I even went to Stanford. They said to go back to him. I would not let that guy touch me again. I was bleeding for two years and eight months. I finally found a Sergent to help me and fix this guys mistakes. I have spent countless knights with out sleeping. Bleeding Everywhere and I am pissed.
I have six kids and I have to work . The pain and bleeding has been terrible.
Now there is my review, you earned this one.

Esmeralda Sixtos I had gallbladder surgery by Dr.Schneider on 08/14/2023 so it has been a little over two months, I went into his office upset and ready to have my issue resolved as I had lost 33lbs in 2 months ( I went from 156 to 123) because I was unable to eat almost anything without feeling pain, nausea and bloating. Upon entering his office Schneider was very kind and friendly and asked me how I was doing (which I responded "good" with a smile, I dont know why I lied lol) Dr. Schneider read me and asked if I wanted to change my answer, which, I then broke down and cried a little and told him how I had been feeling, he listened the whole time and offered me a tissue and not once pressured me into surgery. He asked what I wanted done after he gave me my options and I elected the surgery, he explained to me what he would do and was very confident and explained repercussions with each option he provided. Once I left his office and he had me sit with the surgery scheduler she booked me for surgery within 12 days, My recovery went overall amazing and my incision sites are very small and healing well. I felt almost immediate relief after surgery and just feel some aches here and there where my gb use to be and at my incision sites when I am physically active (which I am sure is due to my body still healing) but am no longer dealing with weight loss, pain or vomiting, the surgery itself took about 42 minutes or less and I was so shocked at how well my body handled it. I am finally able to eat foods I enjoy again and have not had any significant changes in my digestive system as of now. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider and his staff, I am hopeful that I continue healing well and am very thankful for their work.

J G I wasnt going to have hernia surgery until I met Dr. Schneider. I got such a good feeling from him I decided I should go ahead and get it done.
Im 5 days past surgery now and the entire surgery experience was great, I think he did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Moon Goddess On our first meeting, Doc. Schneider acted like the nicest guy youve ever met. He assured the surgery would be a success and easy process. I asked him what his procedure is, and me, being a seamstress, he asked "do people ask how you are going to alter their garments?" I replied "absolutely, and I do my best to explain even though speaking sewing is extremely difficult." He proceeded to tell me to just let him do the surgery because he is the expert. I agreed and asked if he had a piece of mesh to show me what he would fix the hernia with. He said no. I had no idea what was going into my body but trusted him anyway.
We did the surgery a few days later.
We had our 2 or 3 week checkup where he asked how I was doing. I told him I feel like I swallowed a metal rake and it was poking me and scraping with every breath and step I take, so he told me to go home and take Motrin any time it hurts. Which was CONSTANTLY.
2 months later I go back to his office, crawling in the most excruciating pain Ive ever known. He looked at my 2 tiny scars and told me "youre fine, just keep taking Motrin" and sent me away.
4 YEARS LATER, I am STILL not fine!!! In fact, the mesh he sewed to my coopers ligament (the lesser chosen way to do the job) has turned to a ball of stone. It never has stopped feeling like a metal rake or pitchfork is jabbing through my insides. Every step I have taken in those 4 years hurts. I have spent a ton of money trying to find relief. Accupuncture, chiropractor, massage, endless doctor visits. MRIs. Surgeons do not want to do the surgery for removing the mesh because they fear they will sever nerves and possibly damage the ligament. I still have pain, the tissue through my belly feels like it never healed properly and Doc. Schneider has offered absolutely no relief!!! If I had listened to him and been taking Motrin all along, I would have complete kidney and liver failure years ago. This Doctor is a complete Moron!!!

Ernie Schuetzle My wife, who I adore greatly, had a lemon sized lipoma on her left shoulder and was highly reluctant to get it removed. Dr Schneider came highly recommended and we were able to get an appointment to come and see him. My wife Valerie prayed and prayed that he would be called out to a hospital surgery and would therefore miss the approaching appointment. Not so! Dr Schneider was bushy tailed and ready to go and the nervous Valerie was ushered into his office and was gone for the next hour only to return with a big smile on her face. Here is her review: The doctors is great! His bedside manner was the best- he completely put me at ease and was very matter of fact about what we were about to undergo. His manner made me stay relaxed and he bantered back and forth with my friend while he removed a large fatty tumor from my shoulder. He listened to me if I encountered any pain and well, he was very good at surgery! The fatty tumor was pretty large and was stuck on the muscle and my scar is pretty small and is healing extremely well. I am sooo grateful to Dr. Schneider. Thank you again. I have full range of my shoulder and just after only 2 weeks I am back on my beloved pole for pole fitness and I am having no complications. Dr Schneider is an exceptional doctor!

Janice Todd My experience at the Chico facility has been deeply troubling. There needs to be more awareness to prevent similar incidents in the future. During a visit, my father experienced side effects from his medication, so we sought to discuss his symptoms with his doctor. Instead, we were referred to an RN named S***n.
In the examination room, S***n locked the door and immediately started accusing me of not liking the VA. She began making harsh accusations, claiming my father had more serious issues than what he was being seen for, suggesting I was part of my father’s problems! As she continued twisting my words to imply I was blaming the VA for what was happening, she aggressively questioned me and then proceeded to interrupt me with more questions. This behavior caused significant distress for both my father and me.
It’s concerning that such actions and attitudes were displayed by a healthcare professional. I hope this feedback leads to greater awareness and training within this facility to prevent similar situations in the future.
If you have a loved one who is vulnerable, always make sure to have an advocate with them. This incident occurred earlier in the year, and I’m still very hesitant to share it due to concerns about potential mistreatment of my father. However, I believe it’s important to share this experience because I don’t think it was the first time S***n treated a patient like this. If I don’t speak out, she might do it again.

Shannon Noel Staff is good. I like Dr Dorjee, but every month I have a very hard time getting him to sign off on my pain meds. Ive had surgery on both hips 2 times on my lumbar, c-spine. Currently fighting small cell lung cancer. It only takes a few seconds to sign off my meds.

John McDonald If it matters to you that your health care providers and staff care about you and your well-being, then this is the place for you.
Can they do everything there? Of course not, they’re just a clinic.
Can you walk in without an appointment and be seen immediately? Of course not, but you will be seen.
Will you occasionally see a provider that you’re not happy with? Absolutely, I once saw a physician that I was, shall we say, LESS than pleased with- but as presently constituted, it’s an outstanding team.
I can’t remember getting better care anywhere else at any price….and I’ve never been treated like just a barcode.

10.Dr. Terrance J. Foster

(14) Reviews Dr. Terrance J. Foster:
Jeani Kemper In 2007 I moved to Chico and a coworker recommended Dr. Smith and Foster on Rio Lindo. I was very happy with both Drs, Smith & Foster, had such great bedside manner & really listened to me. I even followed them when they moved their office just a block away. When Dr. Smith left, Dr. Gauslin was added (Great Dr also) but he later moved on, yet Foster was there for me and I felt safe in his care. In 2016 I lost my job, became disabled & sadly medi-cal was not accepted at Cohasset Medical Group & I was not able to see Foster anylonger. The care I recieved at Ampla was less than adequate, no connection or trust was established and my health declined rapidly. A couple of years ago I was eligible for Medicare & quickly called to get back in to see Dr Foster yet the office staff told me he wasnt accepting new patients! Ive since been unable to find another GP, even after writing a letter directly to Dr Foster (did he ever see it?) Office staff says he is retiring yet my insurance tells me he is accepting new patients, what is going on? Its hard enough finding a doctor in Chico, Florence health closed & now Im without a local physician... Dr Foster was the best, and I really wish hed let me come back, even for a little while as a returning patient.

Denise Sipsy Dr Foster has been a good doctor to my mother for over 12 years. But he seems to be slipping, forgetting to follow through with what he does. Either this, or his staff doesnt follow through. My mother hasnt been able to reach the office by phone since the Paradise fires. Her caregiver had to take my Mom into the office to contact the staff for any reason. My Mom moved to live with me (her daughter) at the end of February. Dr. Foster said, he would send 3 months of medication to my Moms new address but didnt follow through. Now my Mom is out of 3 of her medications. SilverScript has never heard from Dr. Foster. His office still wont answer their phones. I cant fly back to Chico to make this right! Very sad and frustrated.

Cliff Lewis Dr. Foster is great. He was my parents doctor for over ten years and my doctor for many years as well. Since the virus has hit, they have closed the doors and arent answering their phones. When you can get some one on the phone, they all seem like they are mad, and very short. They used to be so nice. Very frustrating as I dont really want to find a new doctor, even if I could. Im paying my insurance premiums, but cant even use them. Stupid me.

Austin Bohn I moved to Chico in January and submitted a request for medical records in person around February 10th being told the whole process could take anywhere up to 2-3 weeks. Around the first of March I became very sick with the flu and a sinus issue. Calling in to check on the status of my records request I was told by I believe Georgina at the front desk, who is who Ive spoken with on each occasion, that she faxed my request to the wrong address and was resending it that second, this was about 3 weeks to a month after the initial request.
My Florida doctor received the request only a week after they were resent. I had them verify with me once they received the request and sent it back, which was done same day. This was over 4 weeks ago that it was sent back. I have since called about once a week to check on the status as I urgently needed antibiotics and continued to receive them from Urgent Care for a steep co-pay.
Despite stressing this urgency on multiple occasions, which was met with 0 compassion or concern, and being told "I would receive a call whenever they arrived"...
I am not sure what the issue is, whether someone misplaced my request or what could possibly cause a CERTIFIED medical document shipped 4 weeks ago to a verified address to disappear... I dont want to make claims but its just phishy and I feel like my time has been supremely wasted as now I will wait another two weeks to a month to retrieve records at a new doctor and another costly trip to Urgent Care.

Deborah fav Bernard We applied to see doctor Archer. When are application was put in for our elderly mother, with slight issues. First they called and asked if she had medical? No she doesnt. Then they said they would call to let us know if she was excepted. Call came in 2 days later.. no we cannot except her. I called the office and asked why? I was told we dont have to give you a reason.
Now if this doctor is excepting new patients, why? Because my mom , at 78, has underlying medical issues.?
To me this is 100% DISCRIMINATION DISCRIMINATION. I CAPNNOT UNDERSTAND. PROBALLY THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY NO... BUT STILL NOT RIGHT.

Andrew I have been visiting Chico for a couple of months and was looking for a primary physician referral to see a specialist doctor (impossibly to access the specialist doctor otherwise). It seems this practice (maybe others too?) is not well set up to help those who are seeking such one- off consults. Had to go through a lengthy application process to see Dr. Harlan only for request to be denied ten days later. Would respectfully suggest that communication could be improved to avoid the inconvenience and time involved in making and then waiting for the request to be responded to (negatively).

Paula Wilson I completed the paperwork to become a new patient and less than 24 hours later, I received a voice mail telling me my application was denied. When I called to find out why, they would not provide a reason for declining to accept me telling me that they had the right to deny me. I asked to know the reason and was pretty much told that because I wanted an answer to that question, that was exactly the reason I wouldnt fit in with their practice. Not only does that seem unfair to me, it makes no sense. If you cant ask questions, or get answers, then its probably best to seek a different provider. Thats a really sad state of affairs. I also see that this isnt the first complaint of this type with this office. Use caution.

The same protocol is true for the PA. He is kind and very thorough. I am very grateful to be able to see such dedicated medical professionals.

Dr. Weeber has always gone above and beyond concerning my health issues. You can count on Dr. Weeber to be on top of his game. Its because he sincerely cares. Susie his nurse is of the same caliber. Frank Simmons I have been goin to Dr Weeber for several years now and I like him as well as his staff. One that was with him in the old office that is great. Dr. Is so easy going and easy to talk to. He does not waste time but takes the time to make the right decision. I feel as though he is more knowledgeable than many he just don’t have to guess. He usually has the answer without much research to confirm his opinion. I’m there to stay.

Aaron Swartz For 3 years I have been a patient of Dr. Mark. However in February or March of 2016 a new nurse started in the office...BAD NEWS!!!!! A brow-beating son of a something that does not belong in nursing...or Dr. Weebers office. Before she showed up the climate of the office was nice. Suzy is her name and I hope this person is disbarred from nursing because she isnt deserving to carry an RN license. Patty, Debbie, you are awesome...Dr. Weeber...start making YOUR own decisions for YOUR patients instead of the brow-beating lunch-lady Suzy dictating to you. Take back being an MD! Take back YOUR REPUTATION!

There drs are late, i dont understand how you can chronicly be an hour late in the mornings witch makes u late for everybody for the day, no respect for their patients. And they will except dutys and then break them when ever they feel like, with by law i cant do that even tho they have been. Its a medication that alows me to have a life and function but now after anlost 2 years shes no longer perscribing it stoped abruptly and wouldnt even provided a taper per the fda warning to never abruptly stop the medication it is unsafe to do. Seems like dangerous behavior from drs. Im suprized they dont have more malpractise law suits

kayla ordaz This is by far the worst clinic Ive ever been to. I didnt expect much with there 2 star rating. I told them my mom is dying and I need my meds which are NOT a narcotic its a nausea medication. Ive been calling for a month in a half asking about it and they kept saying Ill put it high priority. Then Id hear NOTHING back, so I would have to call again about 4 times a week for over a month. The receptionist are stuck up rude and not at all of any help. My mom is 87 and Im flying for the first time with my dog to go say goodbye to her. And they still now want me to come in even though I was there a month ago if not less. Every time I make a appointment they cancelled about 2 or 3 days before the appointment and finally I got someone who was understanding and she is trying to get me a phone appointment which would work considering I live in Oroville and they know that. Im in tears almost every day due to this situation.

L I Worst most unprofessional service OF MY LIFE. Had spent years being tossed around to different doctors and nurse practitioners being put on different birth controls to manage my horrible period symptoms. (Never actually trying to figure out what was wrong). They decided to put in an IUD and after one insertion did not work I was seen by Dr. Wenberg who FORCED the IUD in. After a year (was studying abroad) I went in because I had never felt the IUD string. Turns out I have a uterine anomaly (uterus didelphys) that I was not aware of and she had torn the IUD through my uterine lining upon insertion and the IUD was floating around in my abdomen. Given the situation you would think that she would be rushing to make things right and figure out what had happened to the IUD, but it took over a month of me consistently calling to try to get an appointment to schedule having the IUD found and removed and nothing from their end. I eventually called ordering them to switch me to another doctor who would take more attentive care to my case. Dr. Shwabe (now retired) successfully removed the IUD.
Now a couple of years later I have been seen by a specialist in SF who has FINALLY given me a diagnosis after close to 15 YEARS of failed medical practice here in Chico where I received a ultrasound guided IUD insertion to help manage my endometriosis and dysmenorrhea. They were able to do this after 1 online call and 2 in person visits.
You would think that after multiple failed attempts a DOCTOR would maybe think something was wrong or maybe some further tests could be run? Looking back, if I had fully understood the scope of the situation (was only 18 at the time) I would have sued for malpractice.
The doctors in Chico will only help you if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, otherwise they really don’t care.

Jessica Lewis Honestly, this office and doctor is such a joke. Spent two months trying to expedite a referral, all to be told by the time it’s done that they can’t book me out for six months. I spent two months doing extensive labs and orders for nothing. Find a doctor and office who care, because these people don’t and will absolutely waste your time.

I choose him based on what Id heard about him in the community and because his father is an excellent doctor here, serving CSU Chico for a very long time. So Bryan has excellent training, knows the local doctors, has good resources and is also a person whom I immediately trusted. He doesnt give out some types of medications, has a mindset to get people healed and not be a pill dispensing service. If you can get in, let him be your primary care doc. Cathy Eide I think the our Public Health Department has fallen very short of the standard needed in the current public emergency.
It maybe because of restrictions and restraints placed on them by other government agencies, but there is little transparency, which would help the public understand what is happening and why.
One example is the Covid count in the public schools.
It’s terribly confusing, and appears to maintain the confusion even though families cannot find out if their child has had contact with someone who has Covid.
The reason, the schools give a test to check for Covid that isn’t acceptable to the Health Department. So those children are never counted and children they have been in contact with aren’t notified.
Hard to figure out who came up with that plan?
Things, that appear to be a no- brainer for the Health Department’s involvement, are left out with no connection.
Like- the Covid testing home testing. Confusion has certainly run rampant, but for clarity and transparency wouldn’t it have been great if informational response was available on their answer line?
I know there are committed, talented people working there, but there has been a failure of communication, transparency, creativity throughout this whole process; this horrible, sad, deadly, community altering process.

Bailey Henry I’ve mostly come to talk about Ivan Gossage who’s in this office. Ivan is probably one of, if not the best practician I’ve been to across all fields. He lets you speak, genuinely listens to what you have to say, provides you multiple options and scenarios, and is open to your own ideas, as well, while still giving your ideas his own professional thought and opinion. Jenn Garrett Dr Mcdermont has treated my ex husband for 12 years and is a great physician. We tried to have my daughter be seen by his partnering doctor(due to family history). We made an appointment two months ago (first available), my daughter drove over 1.5hrs to be told that the dr wasn’t there and that they didn’t have a phone number to contact her at. Yet, they have called me twice to gather insurance information and to confirm address. I tried to call them back and Linda was VERY rude and said “your daughter doesn’t want to be a patient here so I don’t have to talk to you” she then said to another woman in the background “this is that girls mom” to which the lady said, “hang up on her” Linda then said, “I don’t have to talk to you” and hung up on me. These people work with the mentally ill, people in crisis, depressed and bipolar. This is how they treat other humans in need? This is how. Yes handle their mistakes? Shame on you Dr M if this is how you allow your staff to treat people that have made you a rich man!

Weve been to this office to follow up on orthopedics three separate times, every time we arrive 10 minutes early, and every time we sit in a room for an hour before being seen. The providers and staff are nice, but time management doesnt exist in this office. We sit for an hour, were seen for 5 minutes, they request xrays again, we sit for another hour so the PA can spend 3 minutes telling us everything is ok. If you have to be seen here, expect a "brief" followup appointment to take anywhere from 1-3 hours.

Emma Todd We have been patients of Dr. Ahmed for 6 years, since he came to visit us in the hospital the day my son was born. We have consistently had positive visits here, and both of my children have very positive views of visiting the doctor. He always takes the time to tell my children what he is doing during the examinations, and has even paused an appointment for my son to share a lengthy story about magical animals. The appointments can be quick on occasion, but every time I have a serious question or concern Dr. Ahmed has taken the time to listen, answer my questions, and offer ideas and reassurances.

Susan G When our pediatrician of 10 years retired, we needed to find a new provider. Chico Pediatrics had excellent reviews. However, I have found the care lacking. Our child has many special medical needs, and the staff does not seem to understand or care about this childs complexity. Even though I am a doctor myself, the physician treated me like I knew nothing about my child, her history or her physical needs. In two separate appointments, she has talked over me, ignored me, and treated me like I was some sort of hypochondriac momma. Our child reported to me after the appointment that she felt like the doctor talked down to her. Our daughter also sees a neurologist, dermatologist, cardiologist, audiologist, ophthalmologist and ENT-- and ALL of these professionals--without exception-- treat both parent and child with dignity and respect. Chico Pediatrics does not treat their patients with dignity or respect. Some of the Nurse Practitioners are VERY sweet... but they seem overwhelmed by my childs complex medical needs. On the good side, we rarely wait very long, they offer same day appointments, and the nurses/ medical assistants are very good at education and information.

Jamie Chapman The practitioners are good-some are better than others, but unfortunately the receptionists/non medical staff have become increasingly rude. After 3 years of using them for our child, we will not be back.
I understand Covid has changed how a lot of people do business and left a lot of people short staffed, but literally the last thing I want to deal with when I have a sick kid is a rude receptionist acting like they have something better to do than to help you make an appointment. I was upset after the way I was talked to just trying to schedule a wellness exam-I can’t imagine trying to talk to the woman “helping” me in a more urgent situation.
We decided to call around to get an appointment with another office, and I am so happy we did - the difference when we called to schedule elsewhere was night and day and made me realize I made the right choice.
There are so many other options in Chico, and they are all probably going to be easier to schedule with.

Sandy Graham Im just curious if Dr. Whitney Dixon ever checks her yelp reviews? Has she ever even had a discussion with her front desk staff about their ridiculous rude behavior? There is so many times the front office staff has been rude for literally no reason! Today was my last straw. I havent left a bad review in the past for them because I didnt have a problem with the actual doctor herself. In fact she really helped my daughter! ... However I cannot justify putting up with the miserable staff that work at the front office. They are literally horrible! They called me and told me they had to cancel an appointment for my daughter because the doctor wasnt going to be there that day and so I rescheduled. The day before my rescheduled appointment (today) they called me saying that they wanted me to pay them money because of my no-show. When I told them that it was not a no-show and that in fact they were the ones who called me to cancel and made me reschedule, she INSISTED that nope she showed it being a no-show and that I owe the money. Super rude she said if I didnt like it I could write a letter to dispute it. It absolutely positively was not a no-show. It was a reschedule due to THEIR mistake and they have the nerve of asking me to pay them!!!! Its just too bad because the doctor herself is probably a great doctor! But the office staff is the absolute worst!

Becka Robertson How disappointing. Coming back to Dr. Dixons practice after several years, I was expecting the same warm, caring, woman-centered practice that I left. Unfortunately, one of the office assistants and the nurse practitioner left their compassionate side at home today. I had forgotten my mask after switching purses, and instead of handling the situation with compassion and understanding, I was the focus of all of the COVID-19 frustration that office is feeling. It was so bad that I walked out without the medical care I need and immediately found another gynecologist. I hope the rest of their patients are treated with more dignity and respect than I was today.

Kenneth Warren My 2nd doctor, 1st one I saw didnt last very long and Dr. Williams, is much too busy to spend any amount of time with you, I waited in a very shaby examination room with a disgusting looking vinyl covered couch that was worn out on the corners with the stuffing showing, obviously a breeding spot for germs or viruses. Seriously, you wouldnt have a piece of furniture looking like that in your house but there it is in a place thats supposed to be sterile? 30 minutes I sat there and several people came in to take things from the drawers, dont know who they were but then Dr. Williams showed and I told him about some of my medical history which apparently didnt interest him very much and 10 minutes later he was gone. I asked him if he had read my past history from Enlow Hospital and he said he had read enough, he was a little interested in my TIA that I had some time ago in 2024 but hasnt followed up in any way. He did renew all my prescriptions which were written at least 20 years ago and gave no indication if he knew what they were for?

Charlotte Caravalho I will be the first one to say that my experiences here have ranged from 0 stars to 4 stars. The place is in need of some updating but I was just in there today and it seemed like they were in progress. There were new floors, video screens, and tools in the patient rooms. The waiting room is still dated but it seems like they are starting with the patient rooms and maybe will do other updates after. My young girl at the front desk was really sweet. I have worked with some of the other ladies that have been there for years and they aren’t always happy to assist but realistically they put up with a lot I’m sure. Dr Williams had good bedside manner, probably the best I’ve had here at the visit today. One of the few places in Chico that does walk-in. Ample parking and I like that they can do all the tests on site.

Graham Higbee I can no longer recommend Mangrove Medical Center, even though my care provider, Dr. Avilla, is fantastic. Unfortunately, the administration does not reflect the same values as the doctors. I was treated horrendously by the administrator in a manner I havent experienced since childhood. I received care from MMG before leaving the country for three months. The bill for my services arrived while I was away. I attempted to pay the bill through their portal, but it is not set up to accept payments from outside the country, so I was unable to do so. Upon returning from my trip, I discovered that a prescription had been canceled. I called MMG to resolve the issue and pay the bill, keeping in mind that I had just returned. I was informed that the debt had been sent to collections, and I would need to speak to a supervisor. When I spoke to the supervisor, Beth, she was immediately unfriendly and told me it was not her responsibility to pay my bills while I was out of the country. She treated me more like a bad customer than a patient. I explained the situation and expressed my desire to resolve the matter quickly. She told me I would need to write a personal letter to the doctor to be allowed back into his practice and made me feel as though I was stealing food from their mouths over $150. I hung up. I then called and paid my bill with the credit bureau, and they were kind enough to inform me that it had not yet been reported. I have been with MMG and Dr. Avilla for over seven years, have never owed them money, and have never been sent to collections. I highly recommend finding care elsewhere until they start treating people like humans.

Morgan Kennedy I’ve been a patient at Mangrove medical for five years. I would not recommend anyone go here if they’re looking for anything above treating a common cold. Dr Johnson was fine when I was just going for yearly checkups but as soon as I had any medical needs above that he was useless. I was lucky to get a 3 minute visit with him (after long wait times) and he never knew why I was there. I have been on two medications for years and every refill his office sent was wrong and took me days to correct. Oh, and he also confidently diagnosed me with an aggressive form of cancer based on imaging alone and then sent the wrong referral twice to an oncologist which took me weeks to fix and caused a huge amount of mental and emotional suffering for myself and my family.
DO NOT GO HERE. This office is a mill that is just out to make as much money as possible on as many patients a day as possible.

Left me at the desk to answer the phone and chit chat for 3-4 minutes then told me I was late and took up too much time so they had to reschedule me for 3 months out again! I have cysts that need removed urgently and they think its good practice to make new patients wait months for access to the provider. Absolutely unprofessional. She should just retire already and get someone whos actually trained to do the job. Making patients suffer is inexcusable.

Two weeks later I was seeing at Planned Parenthood, they immediately found my strings and pull the thing out. Of course, I am still being charged full price for the terrible experience I had with the male doctor at Enloe.

Brooklyn Vander Eyk I left actually in tears after just getting a IUD consultation. Susan Guevara is actually the worst medical professional I have ever met or interacted with in my life. The receptionists were great and so nice, but truly do not see Susan Guevara.

She and the nurses prioritize patient comfort and safety, and it has cultivated my great sense of trust in all of them. I am very grateful to have received prenatal care at Enloe Womens Services.

Amanda Kemp I had Dr. Wenberg for my first pregnancy and now my second. Shes compassionate, caring, and is always eager to help me with making appointments to get more fluids because of my morning sickness. I had an emergency C-section for my first pregnancy and she delivered my son. She made it less traumatic by being amazing.

Lorna D Brodie I have been a patient for many years. I had a procedure scheduled and their packet of information said they have a policy that you have to give 14 days notice to cancel. There is no way I can agree to that, and Im sure many other people would feel the same. Life happens. I called to cancel the procedure and was asked why. I explained "Because of the 14-day policy." This snarky person I talked to said, "Okay, call us back when youre ready to reschedule." I told her about six different ways that I cant abide by their 14-day policy...every time she repeated, "Just call us when youre ready to reschedule." I cant believe any business would allow someone like this to have contact with patients.

Stevie Dixon Best experience at this office! Staff are always so kind and helpful. Branden Cutler NP has been amazing! Test and procedures where ordered quickly. They are on top of contacting you as soon as results are in. He never rushes you and takes his time explaining things. I also appreciate how he offers a variety of solutions to treating symptoms including alternative medications/remedies rather than pushing prescription medications like most doctors do. It has been very hard to find a doctor who actually listens to you and validates your symptoms making you feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this office and Branden Cutler who has helped instill hope back into me that there are still good providers out there in this challenging and frustrating healthcare system we live in today.

Rose Rede I have been trying to get a medication refilled but keep getting the automated declination message. Even after calling and requesting an explanation, all I get is the automated declination. I finally went into the office to speak with someone and while the front desk person was very sympathetic to my case, best she could do is send a note to the doctor’s assistant. I had told the front desk person that if I needed to see the doctor to get a prescription refilled, then i wanted an appointment. Again, I got the automated declination message with no explanation. Again, I called but the auto answer does not give options to speak to a person so again I left a message asking for a callback and an appointment. I’ve been suffering with Colitis for 30 days now.

Max Ehrman Everyone was very nice and respectful, especially PA Shipley. However, I was referred to the clinic after visiting the ER in extreme pain twice. The quickest appointment to establish care, not even a consult, was 8 months out. That got rescheduled for another 4 months away because Dr. Bangsund was on vacation. I was hoping to get some answers, even a year out from visiting the ER (and many other times I didnt bother going in) but when that appointment came around, I got rescheduled again, six months out this time. Im visiting the site today to transfer my records to a doctor that has time to see patients. Its a shame because everyone I interacted with was very nice, even when I became upset that I still had not been seen by my GI Dr. 18 months after my referral.

Sharon OHara Worst...experience....ever....if I could leave zero stars, I would...I waited 8 months to get into this office. Dr. Rasheed was dismissive and condescending. I am living on minimal foods because everything is making me sick. He disregarded this point, flipped a low FODMAP flyer at me and said "just eat." I told him my suspicion of what I had, he asked what and ignored it. I found out he has the test kit in his office. I ended up diagnosed with it. When I went to the checkout desk, that lady was extremely rude to me. She was talking really fast and I asked her to slow down because it was like she was speaking a foreign language telling me about all these tests. So then she spoke to me like a five year old, ennunciating every word with long pauses in between each word. I left that office in tears. I called and spoke to the team leader/supervisor. She switched me to his nurse practitioner, and told me if I had to go back to a GI, I wouldnt have to go to the original one that I could go to another one. The nurse practitioner seemed gung-ho to help me at first. She wanted a CT scan and apparently my insurance denied it. So then she wanted to dump me back on the GI. I called the office back telling them how I was told I wouldnt have to go back to him and they told me that supervisor/team leader wasnt there anymore and they wouldnt allow it. I was diagnosed with two separate things so far and both times I had to find the results online and call them. One of those times the medical assistant called me back and she knew less about the condition than I did. How come the provider didnt call me and set up a strategy session? One of those things they called me a month ago with the diagnosis, after I called them of course, and still havent called to start a treatment plan. I am so disappointed and appalled by this office...

Fiona Capri I should have known something was wrong after both people in line in front of me left in anger.. But I like to always give people/places a little grace, mostly in customer service, but especially in the medical field. However, I do not think that there is any excuse as to how awful my experience has been so far with Ampla Health. I had an appointment to establish care with a new primary due to an insurance change, and to address some concerns of mine. After waiting months for my appointment, asked to reschedule once, and almost an hour after being called back, I was met with something that astonished me. I was immediately told that my issues will not be addressed today as the Primary doctor I was assigned too was on her last week as a primary provider. When I asked them how long they were aware she was leaving, they told me at least a month. I would like to know why they would have not called and rescheduled me at that point? Instead they wasted a lot of my time, including time I had to take off work to go to said appointment, and rescheduled me FOUR MONTHS LATER at a different clinic in town. They didnt even let me pick the day or time, she just wrote it on a card and handed me it. Now I have to wait until that appointment to get any of my issues addressed..... Please do yourself a favor, and do not go here unless you have too.
I surely hope the other clinic is going to be better than this.
UPDATE: I had a different appointment scheduled for today. After they called to confirm my appointment SIX times over the weekend, they called me an hour before the appointment was supposed to start, and rescheduled for two months later. Are you kidding me? This is actual patient neglect, and I will be looking into further reporting them. I hope other do too. I called to submit a formal complaint, and after much time on hold, there was not a single person available to help. They just kept telling me I could leave a message with different people, so I did with the site admin. I think every experience I have had with this place makes them seem worse and worse...
UPDATE #2: The site Admin (Roxanne) was able to get me in TODAY to establish care and address my issues, after I called to submit the complaint. Thank goodness for her! The primary care I was assigned to was Beckie Turner, and she was absolutely worth the wait. I have never had a doctor respect me and listen to my issues like she did. I actually cried tears of joy that I got her care today.

A B 1. If my husbands cancer had spread faster and had been more agressive, he would have died due Amplas negligence. Based on his blood tests results, he had metastatic advanced cancer, he needed to see an oncologist as soon as possible. Ampla made him wait a month and a half for a visit in Marysville, with the wrong doctor!! a cardiologist instead an oncologist. They had misplaced his referal at the office. They apologized and gave him the right appointment for the following week, the way it should have been on the first place. Made him waste a 45 precious days, a working day ($200)and charged us for that wrong doctor over $400. Infuriating!
2. Today I waited 7 hours and still they didnt send my antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy. I have an eye infection, I called several times and still, waiting. The provider, Renee Carini, was SO RUDE and blatantly made me hurt while checking my infected eye, no need! time to retire.
3. Stay away from Debra Hall, she is the womens health provider. Rude, hateful, made me comments about the nurses the first two times I was there, and the third time she was rude to me and treated me like an ignorant who was there to annoy her. Her attitute is aggressive and should not be working there if she hates her job.
4. One good thing: the ladies at the front desk and at the phone, always very polite. In 3 years that I have been (unfortunately) going to Ampla, they were the only ones making this place not so terrible. I am very grateful to those ladies.
I have noticed that the type of customers this place gets are socially and financially disadvantaged. No wonder why the providers get away with such mistreatment and negligence.
Tomorrow I am filing an official complaint to the California Department of Public Health. I am not just done with this place, but they need to think twice how they treat people who are seeking help.

Chipmunks Eli Alvarez I stayed there from the 12 thru the 14th of March 2025 in the 1st floor. I was sharing room with another pacient. I usually never stay at hospitals because I am a healthy pearson, rare for my age though. the nurses I got on that floor were AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and felt a lot of sympathy! my neighbor, even though, she was really sick, keep calling for her nurse and they would answer the call very soon. I never heard them saying a negative commect or anything.
Food is actually very good and very flavorful; I was served 3 meals a day with very generous portions. The Dietician would call and take my order, she asked if the Menu she was reading was OK or if I wanted something else. food most times would arrive at the same time. I was not hungry but I pushed myself to eat.
The only thing I noticed that have a slight concern would be cleaning! my neighbor had pee and poop accidents and I didnt see housekeeping come in or sanitize bathroom or my neighbors floor. (we shared bathroom) and am a very Germophobic person) I asked if a certain CNA would sanitize the toilet because I was using it very often due to fluids I was being given and extra water I was drinking. She did sanitized it.
This floor is very busy and at my days of stay a new graduate was being trained and she was very nice and professional toward my person. in fact, I want to thank them so much for treating me with dignity and respect even though, I was there to be tested and treated for a communicable condition
I ever heard my neighbor talk to her Nurse about wanting underwear because
she did not wanted to wear the briefs that are given there , the Nurse went beyond her nursing duties and went to Walmart to get her some pijamas and woman briefs. I found that action just amazing! I was transfered to 5th floor on
Fri. night. to an isolated room and spend the night there: The room was very big with a big bathroom and had a window with a view to the street which made it nice. I was quickly discharged on that Saturday morning: Discharge notes were pretty easy to read due to being computed printed. My nurse walked me out to the pharmacy to pick up my Medications. Paid Cash and left Hospital real quick.

Hiimkori Sadly I ALWAYS have a pleasant experience when going here as a patient & as a caregiver. Of course no one is perfect & the job of the entire hospital staff has to find difficultly daily there but they also have lives of their own & are entitled to having snappy days. Try to make them smile when you see any worker down at enloe! They are amazing! Kimmi &Greg the cleaning crew is amazing! Top tier!

Luis P. How one review differs from the other, how one person blasts this place, and how another found it to be an efficient place, with staff well mannered and with kind demeanor. When someone arrives at an Emergency Room is because mostly for serious reasons, and probably the last place one thought they wanted to be. I seen a lot worst emergency rooms, where besides a full room with long waits, it seemed everyone around was way too busy to care. Enloe Emergency Department did not act that way. I was treated with a lot of respect, regardless my walk of life, and yes, it took a fair amount of time waiting, but different aspects of what was needed I felt were executed with professionalism and above average nice treatment. Blood was drawn by an extremely competent young nurse, meaning the magic touch for who really enjoys the approaching needle? X Rays at the hands of a dedicated male nurse, with only encouragement that frankly made me appreciate it. Ended on a bed in a nice warm room and immediately after a vibrant and polite doctor with an assistant proceeded to allay my built up fears, no, this time it was not really bad news. Treated well, dispensed with two shots for my pain by the capable hand of a great emergency room nurse, who used the word love more than once, classy and kind and frankly, like all the staff so far, an asset to the institution. Yes, first time in Chico at Enloe, bowed to my caregivers who excelled while I was under their care, including the administrative young woman who was frankly very nice. Was it my lucky day where all my stars fell in place? Dont think so, a well oiled machine is no trick of the light. 4.5 Stars.

Diana Anderson My mom fell and was taken to the ER by ambulance. I met here there. She fractured her hip. Our experience in the ER was very positive except for the ER doctor Christina Dorow. Dr. Dorow was very rude and arrogant. She turned her back on me when I was talking to her about my mom’s fall and completely ignored me. My mom also suffers from short term memory loss, so I was helping to be her voice. After the initial evaluation we waited for 2 hours getting X-rays and tests. I was able to receive all of the results by using Mychart, which was a relief. The doctor never came to explain or go over the results with us. I asked the RN if we could have her come talk to us. He had to ask her twice. When she came to talk to me, she stood in front of me with her arms crossed, like I was annoying her with my questions and concerns. One question was, if and when would my mom would be getting a room. I was told by her that was not a question for her but for a nurse. So basically I had to depend on reading the medical jargon and understanding it. Everyone else in the ER was amazing! This lady Dr needs a lesson in respect and bedside manner. You put your pants on just like everyone else! Bottom line Golden Rule…treat others like you want to be treated.

AlycinLorayne Corte If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The way that my husband has been treated in this office by both the staff and the doctor herself is incredibly offensive. On more than one occasion they have spoken to him incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. You go in to be seen for an ailment and they make jokes at your expense “looks like we’re doing better than you haha” uhm excuse me? How about some compassion for the people you are treating?
There is a serious lack of compassion for the patients that are seen in this office and the unprofessionalism is unmatched.
It’s hard for me to believe that a medical doctor will talk to her patients the way that she talks to my husband. The staff is no better, scolding you for their mistake and mishaps at work, and a refusal to apologize. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Isabella Not a friendly place for people with depression. Front desk lady was very nice. The doctor was very upfront, lot of attitude and when I told her I have depression, was asked" are you depressed right now". The doctor looked shocked that I had it and her asking that made me feel insulted and im not going back. She also said people can be wrongly diagnosed sometimes, depression is like a fashion trend now people are saying they have it. And now dogs can be diagnosed with depression and axienties" she did say she was glad I got treatment. But the questions were address in a insensitive way. And I think they should rephrase questions different that dont feel like insults.

Carrie Ank Delivered both of my daughters, and was our family practice doctor for years. Had total faith in her abilities, loved that she was upfront about care and diagnoses. Bésame One star is too many. Worst doc Ive ever experienced. I went to her and said, factually, I am a scientist who has cognitive loss, muscle and joint pains including sciatica, and had a tick bite recently so am concerned about Lyme disease. She said "I dont believe Lyme disease exists, its an excuse weak people use to get out of doing anything." And told me I Botox injections in my sciatic nerve would fix my only real problem. I am smart enough to know how wrong she is and told her so. She said she was confused and meant she doesnt believe in chronic fatigue. That didnt help, because CFS/ME also exist and who needs such a fool as a doctor. Got my copay refunded and left. Id never trust anyone that ignorant and rude with my housework, let alone my healthcare.

Celeste Walker I had two incompetent experiences! The first was when my appointment was cancelled in November without notification and then the second was when they would not accept my insurance. I have Blue Shield as my primary and Kaiser as my secondary insurance. They stated that since Kaiser is through my employer that it has to be my primary. This is something I have not heard from any other health care provider in Chico. They would not accept my Blue Shield insurance. I am taking this as a sign that I would have received less than stellar care.

Bianca Peterson I love Dr. Burke, but the office staff is so frustrating. For the entire second half of my pregnancy, my appointments were cancelled or rescheduled. I was made to feel like my baby didnt matter. I thought my post care would be different. I had to schedule an appointment over 2 months in advance to cater to mine and my daughters schedules, and sure enough.... They had to reschedule. Except this time I couldnt, so now I have a very needed procedure not happening because they dont know how to schedule properly. If you dont have a job or a life, this place is great.

Very caring, friendly, patient, professional, very informed, and very thorough. I felt that Lindsay took her time and really listened to me and explained everything to me. Leigh Randleas Awful. It took over a year to get a referral to another doctor after calling weekly to get someone to finally help me.
The PA didnt attach my IUD properly so it sat on top of my cervix causing perforation. I complained about the pain after my appointment and was completely ignored. It took a new doctor before I got the situation fixed. Yes, I am looking into legal action.
Please do not go here if you are expecting help or support. They will ignore you, your issues, your phone calls, and then proceed to tell you how they are "working" on it for a year.
