doug M I spent almost two days contacting (phone calls & messaging via patient portal) my local medical facility (Op**m) trying to get a prescription for COVID (I’m fully vaccinated). I finally made a virtual appointment with Dr. Dangvu and within 5 minutes got the help needed. So great full and hope it will get me done with this.

Richard Rowe My wife and I have been seeing Dr Dangvu as our primary physician for at least 15 years. We have always been totally impressed and happy with his caring, broad knowledge and understanding, and prompt attention to whatever our needs are. We appreciate his genuine interest and concern with us as true friends and not just "patients". We both have strongly recommended him to our friends as our outstanding primary physician.

h goode Dr Dangvu has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is knowlegeble, professional and personable. Over the years I have had to try a few different "walk-ins" due to after hour issues - but I have often had to go to Dr Dangvu to modify the treatment to get it right!! Walk-ins may seem convenient - but not if they dont get the diagnosis correct. There is a reason Dr Dangvu has earned the trust of our family. Also special thanks to his office staff that are helpful, kind, and efficient.

bob ortiz Excellent Dr. Dangvu has been my physician for1 year. He is unbelievably interested in me as a patient and his candid advice and dedicated care is rare in today’s medical environment. So Dr Peter Dangvu is my man .

Jeffrey Hirata I have been a patient of Dr. Peter Dangvu for a couple years now. He is very easy to speak with and I have had no issues so far. His staff does a great job as well. Theyre attentive and friendly. If they have you do bloodwork with labcorp I have suggestions. Make an online appt with labcorp. Show up on time to your appt. Make sure you have the bloodwork request form from Dr. Dangvus office. Happy wellness to all.

2.Dr. Thomas Kockinis

Address: 18811 Huntington St #130, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

(10) Reviews Dr. Thomas Kockinis:

Paul Stafford Dr. Kockinis is at the top of my list for being one of the greatest doctors that I have ever had. He is very direct and to the point of what is needed without sugar coating it and seems to be genuinely concerned about his patients.
5 /5
Sydney Abraham Dr. Kokanis and his wife have created a nice atmosphere in which I enjoy during my visits to the office. I had previously went to an urgent care for treatment in which the doctor there had mis-diagnosed (it happens) but Dr. Kokanis recognized my issue immediately without any delay. I can now regain my confidence since the treatment he recommended worked and I am now feeling great again.

Aries I LOVE Dr. K he was my doctor my entire childhood. HOWEVER his receptionist will not answer the phone. Ive called several times she only answered once to tell me shed call me back. Ive called several times since and no answer.

warsane1 I really like this doctor, he really seems to care about his patients. The staff actually answers the phone and make you feel important as well. Super plus in an ever growing sea of medical neglect these days.
5 /5
Jose Gaspar I had a great intake appointment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Kockinis himself was very personable and easy to talk to. I felt he gave me adequate space to explain my issues and asked relevant questions and gave appropriate referrals. I left feeling confident about the direction we are going in.

Jose Gomez The lady at the counter at the urgent desk is very rude with an angry face. If you hate your job maybe find a different place to work at. 9:30a.m. 2/21 2025

Brianna Alvarado I recently started a new insurance and picked my new doctor Dana yan. It was my first time going to this place. I was severely disappointed because the receptionist was beyond means extremely rude and it’s my first time there and she did not make it a pleasant experience…. Here I am looking for a new primary doctor and the receptionist steered me away. So I check in and introduce myself and say hi I’m here for my 10am appointment and I arrived at 10 am and the receptionist got so rude and rolled her eyes and sighed heavy like ugh well you should’ve came here 30 mins early. I said my appointment is at 10am. She tells me with a attitude someone should’ve told you to come 30 mins early and I said no one told me this is my complete first time here and new. Then she’s like I don’t think they will be allowed to take you now. And I said but my appointment is at 10am and I took off time from work and in a rude tone she says your going to have to reschedule. And so I wasted my time coming here being a “new patient first time visit” rude experience I told the lady honestly your being extremely rude right now and she said she was not trying to be rude and I said forget it I’ll find a new doctor at this point and left. So WARNING if you want a rude receptionist to greet you to your doctors appointments when all you want is help or if your a potential new patient… RUN . Run for the hills and find a new primary doctor at that point because if that’s the face of their facility and she’s being rude like that to me and possibly others it’s not right…. Save yourself and do yourself a favor and find another clinic or hospital. I was astonished my jaw was dropped whole time at the disrespect and her being so rude. Never caught her name. But all I can say is I will go elsewhere unfortunately …..

Laura Monahan Ashley was very pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. She ordered all my requisitions for upcoming tests and screenings in order to maintain my health. I would gladly recommend her as a health professional.
5 /5
Kat Nguyen I went to the urgent care with a bacterial sinus infection symptoms which I have communicated with my provider. The provider was very quick to do an “exam” and prescribed Prednisone. I asked for an antibiotic but the provider said it was a viral infection and didn’t need to be treated with antibiotics. Three days later I have made another appointment, made sure to communicate it was a follow up, because my symptoms got severely worse and got prescribed antibiotics. I still got charged for the follow up visit and I disputed it through the portal. I never got an answer but the bill came in the mail. My personal experience was bad and I will not be going back.

5.Julie Bolton, DO

Address: 9131 Adams Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646

(5) Reviews Julie Bolton, DO:

Collette Royer Although my work causes me to travel and live all over the country I see Dr Julie Bolton whenever I am in California and I have in the past depended on her for advice about traveling internationally. Aside from being exceptionally well-informed about the current state of medicine, she is most focused on creating health in her patients instead of just treating illnesses which is the approach I am always looking for. Dr Bolton is also sympathetic and listens thoroughly, explaining her treatment approach, and what can and cannot be done. Her approach creates a partnership between doctor and patient. For me, this creates best possible outcomes for my own wellness both short and long term. Thank you Dr Bolton!
5 /5
LINDA MORALES I have had the very good fortune of being Dr. Boltons patient many times over the years and every encounter has been a great one. You feel seen, heard and understood, letting you know that she genuinely cares to find solutions to your health problems. She really does check all the boxes! Most recently, she found the right medication to treat my Migraines; a feat that no other doctor has been able to accomplish. My family and I will be forever grateful.
5 /5
Elliott Rodriguez Dr. Julie Bolton wrote me two prescriptions for two MRIs. I took the work day to have them done, but learned at the MRI center that Dr. Bolton had only turned in one authorization form to my insurance when two were required. Today I called the staff asking them to turn in the second authorization form. They told me “we don’t do that, and we shouldn’t have done that for your previous MRI.” Nice doctor but time wasted. Also one of Dr. Bolton’s staff wrote, “we don’t have the manpower to submit an authorization form.”

Celeste Alcantara Dr. Julie Bolton is fantastic! She listens and is caring. She helped me right away and made me feel confident that I am in good hands with her and her staff. I highly recommend this doctor!

6.Christopher H. Shin, MD

Address: 19582 Beach Blvd Ste 250, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

images: Christopher H. Shin, MD

(9) Reviews Christopher H. Shin, MD:

Eric Johnston Dr. Shin is an excellent doctor. Ive been seeing him for a couple of years now. Hes very attentive, informed, responsive, caring, up-to-date. He works with you collaboratively to come up with the best health solutions for you as an individual. Hes a good listener and partner. I highly recommend him.
5 /5
Rustam O I had to wait three months for a new patient appointment with Dr. Christopher H. Shin. During my visit, I noticed that he spent more time typing on his keyboard than actually engaging in a conversation to understand my health concerns. He seemed overwhelmed, rushing between patients, yet still accepting new ones. Dr. Shin did not take a proactive approach to diagnosing my condition. Instead of investigating the root cause, he appeared focused on just completing the visit. He was willing to prescribe serious medications based solely on a brief verbal discussion, without deeper evaluation or considering the patient’s age. When my insurance denied a requested service, there was no follow-up effort to appeal or reassess the necessity of the diagnostic. Additionally, communication with this office is extremely difficult—messages go unanswered for over a week, and phone calls result in 30-minute hold times with no guarantee of speaking to the doctor. After everything I went through, Dr. Shin ultimately recommended that I find another primary care physician. To me, this felt like a scam—after months of waiting and a frustrating experience, I was simply told to go elsewhere. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this practice to those seeking thorough and attentive medical care.

Julie L New patient. Was seeking a primary care provider, office staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. Dr. Shin was thorough, conscientious and knowledgeable.
5 /5
Marilyn Grangruth I just adore this wonderful Dr. I’m so thankful that he cares and is so attentive. Thank you Dr Shin for all you have done to encourage me and for taking so much time with my health issues.
5 /5
Araceli Blanco I have chronic issues and chose Dr. Shin based on excellent reviews on both Google and the Cigna app. I saw him about my HCG levels and he was dismissive and had no clue about ovulation or the basics of female reproductive systems. Also, I asked for a psych referral because I needed medication. The place he referred me was not accepting new patients. I messaged Dr. Shin for a new referral to get on psych meds. Ten days later, zero response and I am now in the ER for crisis management. These two meetings were coupled with his constant absence, which meant that I saw his colleagues and not him. He matched nothing of the reviews and I am very disappointed that I ended up in the ER for mania when I was attempting to be preventative.

(27) Reviews Nassir Joseph MD:

Nico Del Giudice After going to a foot doctor who couldn’t give me an immediate solution to my plantar’s wart, I needed to find someone who could treat it instantly. Dr. Nassir is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his trade. I went in, and same day it was gone! Quick, easy, and zero pain. Would recommend him any day. Thanks Dr. Nassir!!

Ok sana I had an unpleasant experience with this office. I had appointment at this office but waited more than 30 min in line . At same day i paid in full by credit card for this appointment and got receipt . But 7 months later i received an invoice for non-payment for a consultation with a doctor Nasser . I consider the work of the office to be incompetent

James Harris My 10yo son had a simple plantar wart that was mistreated by another physician. It turned into a massive problem and required surgical removal. I was referred to Dr. Nassir and he was wonderful throughout my sons treatment. He was honest about the steps required, was kind throughout the process, and treated my son with dignity and empathy through what was (initially) a very painful process. The recovery period was 8 weeks and Dr. Nassir (and his staff, it should be said) were fantastic all the way through.

Joanie Burley My daughter had a wart on her thumb. Dr. Nassir removed it completely! He is very kind and knowledgeable! Great doctor and office staff! So glad we found him!

10.Arash Esmailzadegan

Address: 17822 Beach Blvd STE 300, Huntington Beach, CA 926477172

(11) Reviews Arash Esmailzadegan:

Mirna Assaad I’ve called three times, and each time I provided all the necessary information, only to be told that it wasn’t saved and that I needed to repeat the process. Each time, I was assured that someone would call me back, but that hasn’t happened. Additionally, it doesn’t seem like the representatives answering the phone are based in the U.S. So far, I haven’t been able to secure an appointment, and the experience has been far from promising. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve encountered.

Anna Askari I cannot thank Dr. Arash Esmailzadegan enough for the incredible care he provided to my father during his recent injection procedure for severe spinal stenosis. After weeks of excruciating pain where he couldn’t sit, stand, or walk comfortably, my father finally found immediate relief thanks to Dr. Esmailzadegans expertise and skill. Not only is Dr. Esmailzadegan highly knowledgeable in his field, but his bedside manner is outstanding. He took more time than was scheduled to thoroughly understand my father’s case and ensure the procedure was done with precision and care. His dedication and compassion truly set him apart from other physicians. We are so grateful for the relief he provided, and we are confident in recommending him to others seeking top-notch pain management care. We look forward to future visits, and will be referring more patients his way. Thank you, Dr. Esmailzadegan, for everything you’ve done! We appreciate you!

Nahla Abdelwahed Thanks for westside pain management, professional and friendly staff , the office is very clean and they care about hygiene. Dr Arash is the best pain management doctor I’ve ever had. he’s very professional ,patient and honest not like others , he listens very carefully for all the issues i have , takes time to ask more about pain details and tries a lot of treatments to make me feel better with letting me understand why we choose that treatment . He didn’t give me pain killer before to stop the pain, but he treats it.

R AnneNate Dr. Arash Esmailzadegan treated me in hospital for pain management after a challenging 3rd back fusion surgery. He was the 1st pain doc who treated me with respect, true compassion & he listened patiently to all my concerns & 4 years later effectively treated me after kidney surgery & now shoulder replacement surgery. His staff, especially Cheryl his office manager, went above & beyond to help me through this process. I’ve never written a review on a doctor before, but, I had to here!! I am so grateful for Westside pain management & HIGHLY recommend them to anyone suffering from complicated pain issues…!

11.Elite Primary Physicians, Inc

Address: 17822 Beach Blvd # 173, Huntington Beach, CA 92647

(4) Reviews Elite Primary Physicians, Inc:

Neha Bhatia Dr. Budraja was my mother’s treating pulmonologist for years. She trusted him with her care, diligently attending follow-up visits every three months, expressing her growing concerns about her worsening condition. Despite her significant and rapid weight loss, increasing difficulty breathing, and the debilitating symptoms of pulmonary fibrosis, he failed to provide her with a clear diagnosis, a treatment plan, or even an explanation of what was happening to her body. It was only when she was hospitalized with pneumonia and admitted to the ICU that we learned from her treating pulmonologist there that she was in the end stage of pulmonary fibrosis. This devastating revelation came far too late—after years of suffering that could have been managed with proper medical guidance. Oxygen therapy, a common and often essential treatment for fibrosis patients, was never once suggested by Dr. Budraja. Nor did he offer any other tools, medications, or strategies to help her cope with the progression of her disease. The negligence and lack of proper care she received under his watch were inexcusable. No patient, especially one battling a severe and progressive illness, should be left in the dark about their own condition. His failure to diagnose, communicate, and treat her condition appropriately caused unnecessary pain and suffering. This doctor should not be practicing medicine. His lack of care and oversight cost my mother precious time and comfort that she deserved. This review is written as a warning to others—if you or a loved one are under Dr. Budraja’s care, I urge you to seek care from another Pulmonologist.

Christy TGodinez After the passing of our mother, our father became very ill and was in severe pain. When he got to the ER, they took him immediately. The staff and nurses were kind, thoughtful, and attentive. One of the nurses who stood out the most and went above and beyond was Nurse Bonnie Nguyen. She is an amazing nurse who took the time to answer our questions and concerns. She is very respectful and compassionate about her patients. She came in frequently to check on our father and he actually felt cared for. We knew he was in good hands under her care after each visit with him. Our family is very impressed that his room is very clean. Thank you to everyone at this hospital that makes this a positive experience.

Katy Thiên Huơng I went to visit my mom on February 3 at 2:30pm on 18111 Brookurst St. and Talbert in Fountain Valley, CA and meet the RN, her name is Faye who is in charge for room 352. So I asked her, how is my mother? but she was rudily answer that " I am not giving you any answers because I am already answers to 5 people " and she walked away without any hesitation. I could not believe that it came out from a RN mouth who work for a big beautiful hospital. I wonder if she was a well trained to be courtesy service nurse or if she even a trusted RN to take care of a patient in need. It seems she was not happy to do her job. Please remove her duties and I need some nicer RN to take of my mom. I hope her manager in charge to take care of this matter.

B Haney I arrived to the ER and was greeted politely at the Reception window. I was then examined and treated by nurses who were professional and competent and compassionate. I was never waiting long, like I have at larger hospital ER’s. I did have to wait for a few hours for a room to become available upstairs due to the high volume of ill patients this time of year. I was comfortable and checked on while receiving breathing treatments in the meantime. The entire Staff were polite and professional and accommodating to my needs to ensure my care was priority. The communication by each Staff member was excellent. I never knew of this facility but I will recommend it in the future.

Amador Greateagle I have been hospitalized there at Huntington Beach Hospital several times. Everyone is kind which means the most to me. They are professional and very caring. Each time I have had to go there, I am promptly routes through the ER and taken care of immediately and within some time, I usually get a room. The only thing o can complain about is the last room I stayed in, I had a room mate. That was not a problem. The problem was that where the bed area was so small that my side table would not fit so it was difficult for me to eat. Also there was hardly any room for the nurses. You could not watch TV because once you roommates curtain was closed for privacy’s there was no way to watch TV. I’m not a huge TV fan but when you’re in the hospital with nothing to do it does serve a purpose. That’s all. Oh if you do look at that room you can see that it can be reconfigured differently to make the room adequate for 2 persons. It is truly large enough!!! Thank you

Above and beyond service and compassion. She was admitted to the hospital for a needed GI procedure after 2 days here she came out like New! Every practioner here is top of class individuals! Thank You.

Cynthia Shelby Went to the ER, the staff was excellent professional and caring. My doctor was Dr. Fryers he was simply the best doctor that Ive ever been seen by. He treated and solved all my medical problems with expert knowledge and care, as well making sure I was comfortable as possible. I left Hoag feeling like the luckiest patient their could ever be. I only hope the best doctor ever is aware of my gratitude.

Karen Matthews I would have given them 5 stars as the nurses and staff were great! The food was awful.. I’m diabetic and they brought me HEAVY carb meals at every meal and never let me choose my meal. They were giving me insulin all day!! Makes me wonder how much do they make off the insulin by giving HIGH CARB MEALS???? There has to be a reason they would serve potatoes large bowl, corn and bread for a meal or hot cereal, French toast (with syrup) Etc….

BriAnne Scrivner The front office and nursing staff was very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who took my vitals, Kevin was great! He was personable and cheery, so I was hopeful for this appointment. Met with doctor Garcia for the first time and have NEVER felt more uncomfortable with a doctor. His demeanor was very accusatory and demeaning. He was rude, impatient and made me feel like I knew nothing about my health history. If he knew how to use technology he would have been able to look up all my test with a click of a button. Instead he made me explain everything while doubtfully questioning me the entire time. I have NEVER felt more dismissed by a doctor. I will never visit this doctor again! I don’t mind direct doctors but his bedside was just plain awe full!! So bad i felt the need to review him.

Daniel Conwell I never go to the doctor. Its a lot for some people and I usually tend to ride it out. When I absolutely need to go, I come here. Its a bit busy, but thats out of their control. The nurses, front desk, doctors, and PAs are very kind and they do a great job. They even called me back a few days later to make sure the treatment was working, and ask if I had any questions. Good place!

Ren E Been to this Urgent Care 4 times now. I always request an appointment before they open and have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. The nurses are always personable, they listen and ask questions. The doctors are always respectful (especially as an LGBT+ patient, thats hard to find in OC) and go above and beyond to make sure im comfortable and understand the "how" and "why". A bit pricier than other Urgent Cares in the area, but worth it to feel safe, heard, and in good hands.

Nikko Noki Their website is pretty usable. You can send a message to your doctor, and they are really responsive. I even uploaded a photo to have them look at a skin condition to see if it was serious. They have a wide variety of doctors who can all access your medical history, so you rarely have to go out of network. They can even do some blood draws on-site, saving you a separate trip to Quest.

jacquie donahue She is absolutely the worst doctor. She knew nothing about treating Shingles. The worst medical experience in my life. She does know how to write referrals to specialist. I believe that’s all she does. I’m 64 years old and I have never been treated by a physician who was so incredibly incompetent. I seldom write a review but I wanted to warn others to keep searching for a primary physician. Don’t pick this lady. I’m still thinking of reporting her to the California State Medical Board.

Ron Ross Not everything in life is nice and neat. I made an appointment based on Google listing her as an endocrinologist. She is not an endocrinologist. Once this error was discovered, I found her abrupt and unwilling to assist me in accessing the insulin that I need. I submitted A1C and blood sugar results, but she still refused to provide insulin prescriptions to make it to my new endocrinologist appointment that is just 30 days away.

Laniqua Hoard My experience here was nothing but amazing. I had been calling around to see who would take my families insurance. After calling all morning with no luck I called here. The out of pocket cost was not an option for me, but the man in the billing department when above and beyond to find me a pediatrician who took our insurance. Although I would have loved to bring my kiddo here for care I truly appreciate how they assisted me in my time of need. He provided me with all the facts upfront and loved that rather than getting an unexpected bill. If they are in your network I would highly recommend you bring your kiddos here. Their professionalism was top quality. Instead of just sending me away and telling me they could not help me like others did, they helped me find a solution with the exact phone number of the assigned doctor for my little ones.

Delsan Vien I had a terrible experience with the front office. My company provided reasonable accommodations, but they told me it would take months just to get a simple form signed by my pediatrician. It’s absurd—this is 2025, and the fastest solution would be to pick up the form in person! They couldn’t even give me a clear timeframe, just that their email system was supposedly backlogged and it could take months to receive the form via email. That’s completely unreasonable. I even asked if they could text it to me, but they don’t support that either. Given the number of negative reviews this office already has, I decided to switch providers—it’s just not worth the hassle.

Keith Armington Weve been coming here for 8 months and love Dr Rosie, but today decided to switch pediatricians. The front desk staff were terrible; my wife needed a form sent to her, and was told itd take 2-3 months to email. Thats not a typo: in 2025, this doctors office said their "system was backlogged" and emailing a form would take months. This was the last straw, and while we will miss Dr Rosie, we will not miss the terrible customer service. New parents: Dont make the same mistake we did -- listen to all the negative reviews here and go somewhere else.

The Look of LIfe Films I cant actually tell you about Dr. Kochinis but I can tell you about the ineptness of his staff. On May 16th I switched to this Dr because of his proximity to where I live. I called Monarch health Care on May 16th and they told me the switch went into effect immediately. I called Dr Kochiniss office and the women who took my call informed me that she couldnt make an appointment because it took 48 hours to show up in the Cal Optima computer. I then called back on May 18th and the same women told me it takes over 72 hours and she still couldnt make an appointment. In the mean time I was having a problem with psoriasis on the bottom of my foot. The foot was cracking very badly and starting to bleed. On May 20th I called back and she said I still wasnt in the system and some times it takes a week and a half. On May 24th I had to go to Huntington Beach Urgent Care to receive treatment because the foot was now infected. On May 28th I called back and she said I was not in the system and she told me it some times now takes two weeks. I snapped and told her to F- Off as I was very frustrated and needed a referral TO A Dermatologist. I then called Cal Optima and Monarch and had a conference call. The Monarch representative who was very professional and thorough told me I had been in the system since May 16th and if the woman at Dr Kochiniss office had done her job she could have also looked into the Monarch network system instead of just the Cal Optima network. Instead Dr Kochiniss Office blamed Cal Optima and me for being unreasonable and they wouldnt treat me because of my anger issues.

Enas Salib Okay, so I visited this location in July of 2023, and was charged $5.00 as a copayment. In August 2024, I received a text message from collectors who stated that I owed Memorial Care $20.00, which I never paid. Who waits thirteen months for this? I informed the collectors that I never received a bill from Memorial Care, and asked why I was charged for partial payment? Normally, there are three attempts to collect a debit before sending it to collections. Who would ruin his/her credit score for $20.00? I’m appalled at how they mishandled this and will never consider this establishment for any medical reasons.

Walkiria Bastos THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Even if you need some care look better before coming here. I lost 2:20 minutes of my life coming to this URGENT CARE to expand 2 minutes with Doctor Myles for her to simply prescribe me 3 different medications, she barely touched my body. Somebody should close this clinic because this is beyond malpractices. When you come to a URGENT CARE you at least expect to have some diagnosis and not a pharmacy prescription. I was so unhappy on this place that I want even my money back, because they don’t even deserve $60 Dolar copay. I hope from the bottom of my heart that before someday die in her hands or because of unprofessional medical decisions that she makes, somebody report this place.

Jordan Baney I had an appointment at 10:40. I was driving over 40 minutes out because it was the only appointment available in the area. I was running a bit late because I’d had to take my child to their pediatrician. On the way down, I called in, spoke with a patient navigator and was reassured as long as I was inside of the building within their standard 15 minute time frame I’d be fine. I stepped foot into the building at 10:53. When I got to the counter to be checked in, the front desk attendant pointed to her wall clock and said “I’m sorry, it’s 10:56, 10:57, it’s past the 15 minute window”; to which I held up my phone and showed her it was 10:55. She refused to admit me and instead directed me to the urgent care which had over a 2 hour wait. I’ve been a patient at Memorial Care for years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had to date. I’m not one to write reviews, I try to be generally understanding as I’ve worked in customer care previously…but to not only be wrong, but then lie and drag out the conversation so it actually IS past the 15 minute window was insane to me. I’ll be looking to switch my primary doctor to a clinic that is less dismissive of their patients.

I found the hospital to be well-staffed and cleaned. My surgical procedure took a little bit longer to get started with but my surgeon got hung up on the patient before me I find after years of dealing with surgical procedures that the more polite and patient you are the easier it is my surgeon Dr Quy well skilled and handled the procedure of repairing my hernia very nicely and he did what he had to do to get the job done right before the surgery we spoke and I told him I had complete faith and whatever decision he made robotically or incisional he should make the call. very happy with the job he did the anesthesiologist team was very polite and professional thank you all for your skill. remember these professionals deal with literally thousands of patients each year

Kelby Roebuck After 5 years and 3-4 different peds at the HB location we have finally parted ways with Hoag. Long over due. From the clueless office staff, even worse billing and (not gonna name names) Doctors that only care about spending 5 min max per patient and treat you as if you’re a hypochondriac about your kids. With my 3rd kid having a lot of REAL health issues that were ignored ignored ignored, my baby did not receive the care she deserved. Especially if you have HMO insurance, it’s like pulling teeth to get a referral to any specialist that your child needs. Awful bedside manner. I often felt like I was being belittled. I’m extremely happy with our new ped right down the road. Ditch this place don’t wait like I did.

So they said I need to come all the way down there to sign in it person within 15 mins or they will cancel his appointment. So I leave in the middle of work , race down ther and got ther 2 mins after the 15 min marked and they refused to see my son. The thing that really gets me is everytime we have an appointment we wait in the waiting room for at least 45 mins ... and knowing I was driving in from Irvine, getting there 2 mins after the 15 min grace period, they turn us away. Unbelievable...

I had the unfortunate experience of overhearing how the hospital staff medicated a patient at midnight with three very sedating medications all at once the medications I am speaking of is Zyprexa,Ativan, and Benadryl. If you look this up online the FDA Has many articles on how these three medications shouldnt be mixed. It states it causes breathing problems and There has been reports of people dying due to the mixture of these three medications. I went in for a sore throat and swollen glands they ran all kinds of test strep test flu test looked at my throat told me I was fine at the last minute the Dr asked if I wanted him to do a X-ray at this point I was ready to run out the door. Im scared to death to continue living in this state this is not the first horrific thing Ive seen or heard at these hospitals that Ive unfortunately had to visit Im absolutely scared for the nation.
