Eileen Takayama My experience with Dr. Solis has been nothing short of excellent. He’s extremely professional and listens to every concern I have. He truly cares about his patients health. He follows up with labs and is very thorough when it comes to getting to the root problem and addressing my concerns. I’ve been to several other doctors in the past and even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, his office is completely worth it. The entire staff (front and back) are great. I would highly recommend his office if you’re looking for quality care! Thank you Dr. Solis and staff.

Nicole Noriega Dr. Solis is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I am a Respiratory Therapist in Temecula and I found Dr. Solis through a patient I was caring for. My patient was singing Dr. Solis’ praises and at the time I was looking for a new primary. Anybody who lives around the 215/60/91 freeways, knows what traffic is like everyday, and Dr.Solis is worth every mile and minute spent in traffic. He is kind, attentive, genuine, supportive, patient, and funny. His bedside manner is superb, he is thorough, detail-oriented, and makes you truly feel so comfortable and at ease. I honestly couldn’t say enough about him. If you’re thinking of switching doctors or looking for a new primary, he is top tier.

Stephanie Smith My insurance changed and I read the positive comments by other patients of Dr. Kunaseelan. I had my first visit a few weeks ago and she was very warm, attentive and engaged. She took her time, never seemed to be in a rush. I received an immediate message after my tests were back to assume a follow up. I find the staff and Dr K wonderful. Dr K was very uplifting and positive during my follow up. So incredibly happy with her as my new PCP.

Bill De La Hoya Dr Solis and staff reassured me that there are still Practices concerned with Patient care. My recent appointment was late in the afternoon on a Monday and despite the time slot, every individual I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned with my health.

Enedina Rubio I see Anne Minard at Dr. Sanchez office. I have seen her for many years and can truthfully say that she is an amazing caring person. She takes time with you and sets up what needs to be done immediately. I hate that I had to change doctors as I moved to the high desert but I kept going down to see her for a year. Insurance insisted on a doctor up here.

Gabriel Dr. Elias Sanchezs team are amazing and give treatment with care. My aunt went to see him when she was in bad shape with her health and he literally brought her back to life with her health being increased, diabietes in check, and she now has energy to do things around the house. I was so excited about her recovery that I decided to change my health care provider to Dr. Sanchez. I havent had any issues with him or his staff. In regards to the previous 1 start rating below i want to say that i completely understand about lunch periods for doctors offices being between 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. as a norm. I work in the workers compensation field and Its standard for lunch periods to be about 2 hours long for the whole office to eat which is why they have an exchange dept to help with messages or a staff member to assist with general questions so I wouldnt hold that against them. I would recommend this clinic/health provider to others definitely and if you have to wait for an appointment with Dr. Elias Sanchez trust me its well worth it.

Connie Blake Dr. Elias Sanchez, is the best doctor Ive ever encountered, his passion for caring for his patients really shows. He integrates all types of medicines to come up with a plan to help your body heal itself. He will totally check to see where you are lacking and prescribe the most natural way to achieve your health goals.

Silvia Hanlon Dr. Elias Sanchez is phenomenal! He stays on top of current medical research and approaches as much as possible holistically. He takes the time to educate you on what is happening with your body. Every visit, I learn something new! By far, the best doctor I have ever had :)

Hector Wanted to put my work insurance to good use so I searched around my area, found Dr. Sanchez who had mixed reviews but I decided to give him a try anyways. Glad to say I didnt even get the chance to be disappointed. I called around 12pm and asked to make an appointment as a new patient, they said the person in charge of that is out to lunch and will be back until 130pm the lastest. I never heard of an hour and a half of lunch time but fine, I called back at 1:45pm and the same person told me to call back until after 2pm because the appointment person is not back yet. What a joke, Im glad this happened so I dont waste my time with them.

Eileen Vee Dr. Thuan Le has been nothing but the best throughout my pregnancy! From the moment I met him, I knew Id be very comfortable & that hell take care of me & my daughter. I am currently 26 weeks into this pregnancy & I am very very pleased by him & cant wait till shes here to give me full review but so far so great! I recommend him to every female whos looking for a dr who cares, is kind & takes an interest in their patients.

Amy Vincent My daughter in law was seen at the hospital recently for extreme pelvic pain and swelling and was told to follow up with an OB/GYN. I have never experienced such poor bedside manners. Dr. Le was abrasive, spoke more than he listened, and he was generally awkward. I am concerned that he takes drugs. He was much too high-strung to come down to the level of someone experiencing immense pain. Very glad we left and immediately got a second opinion for her. She is currently getting excellent care.

Esmeralda Rios Dr. Le was an unsupported doctor during my pregnancy back in 2021-2022. He definitely talked more than listened. I ask to be put on disability for my job and he didn’t accept it. Instead he gave me an excuse for about 2 weeks. This was because I was followed by a van with two men. These men followed me to my sisters schools and to my father’s store. As well I was going through a lot and was living at my mothers house at the time of. My oldest sister was going through cancer and was later put on hospice and died 2 months before I gave birth. Dr Yeo was the one who actually found out about my sisters cancer back in 2015 which no doctor could find out the solution on what was the problem. But her my sister cancer worsen in 2021 and had a surgery and was put on hospice right after. And instead of listening to me he recommended me to go to therapy. Therefore, I quit my job and struggled to pay my bills as well. If Dr. Le really cared for his patients then he would of helped me in a better with by the very least of listening to me. I would of rather changed my OBGYN to Dr. Yeo even though he’s old school. But I had too much stress to even change my doctor. Thaun Le cares more about his money than patients.

Starlynn Perez Dr. Le was amazing during my emergency c-section. Calm, cool and collected. From the moment I called him he acted quickly and efficient. I truly believe he saved my baby girls life. I 100% recommend Dr. Le and his staff at RMC. Thank YOU Dr. Le.

Carmen Tapia Ohhh its been a long time I saw Dr. Le is been since he delivered my identical twin boys on June 7th 2017. First of hands up for this great doctor I loved the passion he has answering all your questions. I had lots and lots of questions and he always had the time and patience to answers. I originally had another doctor that was no good at all and would never seemed like she cared so i then researched for Drs and found Dr.Le. I really didnt wait to be seen at my appointments, when ever I had a question and I called i always got an answer. And let me tell you about my c section scar; you could barely see it unbelievable! His after care was amazing. I will always refer this amazing doctor.

s milson Any trip to a hospital for a procedure is not a fantastic trip. But… The nurses, doctors, etc. that I had interactions with, were fantastic. It was as pleasant of an experience as it could possibly have been. Everyone was caring, kind, and knowledgeable. All the questions I had were answered completely. I felt cared for. I felt important. Even the person at the front desk when I walked into the building was very helpful and kind. My sister took me to my appointment and of course stayed there to drive me home and even she commented on how nice everyone was to her. I highly recommend this hospital and the people who work there. Dr Emdadi was my surgeon and I cannot speak highly enough about him. I have had procedures and surgeries at other hospitals and facilities and I have to say this was my best experience as far as doctors nurses and any other employees. 10 out of 10.

Deanna Brooke I had a wonderful experience at RCH when delivering my baby! The L&D staff were so attentive and patient. Everyone was so kind and truly seemed to care about both mine and my baby’s needs. This was my first time delivering at RCH and I was delivering my 4th baby so naturally I was nervous to deliver at a different hospital than I’m used to but I can honestly say that I wish I could have delivered all of my children at RCH. Amber, Haiyun, Christa, Leo and Alicia were the best and provided exceptional service.

arely rosiles I had my baby here, and I had the great care. The nurses, drs and staff were so amazing . They make you feel at home and safe. Me and my husband are very happy we choice this hospital to my twins.

Mary Kroll I was put in the new section of the bldg and had the great view. But more importantly I got blessed with a nurse named Mora! She was an angel. She was kind, gentle, listened when I talked to her. She is a smart young woman and so GREAT at her job. Anyone who gets her as their nurse is very lucky! I felt so thankful I got her as my nurse!!!!!

Mariah Kaye I was so satisfied with the customer service and the way they care for me for 3 days staying in here for my c-section. Starting from the nurses that are very friendly and approachable. I also wants to extend my gratitude to the surgical team that makes me feel comfortable during my surgery. My doctor Emeruwa did a fantastic job on my surgery for making it fast and safe. They always ask me if I need any help or if i need anything else. Thank you to my nurses Colleen, Maria, Mary , Grace, Missy, Leo, Patience, Hazel, Katie, and all the staff of this hospital. You guys are awesome !!

Christopher Davison My father has been waiting from the time of 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning in a waiting room for a inpatient room it is now 12:00 a.m. Thursday night and he still has not been accommodated to a reasonable room. I was waiting in place of my sister for the time being until my father could get a routine procedure completed while my sister gets ready at home for the transportation for our mother home from a severe stroke since July of 2023. The staff seemed friendly at first but then had changed their mood when I asked when will my father be placed in a more private and accommodating room for his and my needs as I took have a injury to my calve and tightened thigh muscle from a work incident, we are both staying over night for a routine procedure I would post a picture of the seat that I was told to sit in over night but the reviews doesnt allow it, so with that said allow me to explain that it is a very hard cold plastic chair with no cushion at all. Not to mention they bill my father over charges with no itemized bill on service or products used on past visits and tell him he will loose his spot for the procedure for the next day which usually not started until about 03:30 p.m. / 4:30 p.m. so he cannot go home to a comfortable setting in the warmth of his daughters home. Basically its a clog fishla that needs to be replaced.

Sonya Ortiz My mom was sent to G tower on the 5th floor. She was on hospice due to her dementia progression. She needed a 24 hr care person in with her to make sure she wouldnt pull out her IV or hurt herself. The nurses were attentive to my mom at 1st and then pulled her 24hr nurse and we were told that one her family members would need to stay with her for 24 hrs so she could be sent to a skilled nursing home. I felt like they were trying to push her out of the hospital as soon as they could. My mom passed away the next day. The nurses on the AM shift on the 5th were un compassionate . I thank the hospice nurse and Dr and coordinator for their help and compassion through this difficult time.

Classy Love this hospital! I was taken great care of by the staff on my 4 day stay from having a hysterectomy! My Nurse Ratna was GREAT!!!!. I also enjoyed Angelica, Katlyn. Charge nurse Teena. Everyone was great and helped a lot!

LynnK I love how they treat their patients. The nurses and Doctors are nice. It is just hard to look for parking when you go there late. Most of the parking spaces were taken I had to go as early as 6 am or 7 am to get a parking space close to the building.

Deb Freedson If you want to be treated like a person and not just hustled through an appt, this is the office. I needed a cardiac clearance & my previous cardiologist couldn’t get me in for 3 months. At Riverside Cardio, they got me in less than a week & I walked out with the cardiac clearance. Both Dr & staff were respectful, pleasant & took their time. And they actually talked to me. It was better medical treatment than I’ve received in a long time. Thank you to all the staff.

Dennis Young I came into the hospital last February. I had experienced the widow maker heart attack and was suffering. Doctor Waked performed an emergency procedure and found blockage of almost 100% in 4 major arteries. Doctor Waked said he was able to install one stent and get the blood flowing again but I needed much more work. I really did not want open-heart surgery. After much thought and prayer, Dr. Waked agreed to try and open the remaining arteries. I went through a second Long procedure. The doctor placed 3 more stents.He said that the procedure came out beautifully. I am doing great now. I owe everything to doctor Waked and the team at Riverside General. Dr. Waked is an amazing kind and caring surgeon. I think he is the reason I am still here.

Brandon Michael Had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Waked on 1/19/24. They were able to squeeze me in. The office staff there are all so caring Karen help me at the window and she is amazing again this office cares about their patients. Dr. Waked is a really down to earth straight forward Doctor who knows his Cardiology. He really provided me with the information I needed and answer all my question he made me feel very comfortable all things considered he is a very generous Doctor. I Highly Recommend them!

Teresa Ubina It was extremely hard to get an appointment. The phones were never answered. The receptionists/medical assistants were very nice in person. Dr. AbouRjaili was extremely dismissive of my issues. So much so that I stopped coming. I thought this might have been an isolated incident, however a friend of mine recently was referred to this man and had the same experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Larry Page Id referred myself to Riverside Cardiology Associates in the summer of 2022 when I experienced shortness of breath doing afternoon farm chores. Dr Georges AbouRjaili has been very easy to communicate with during all my visits, and Lisa Lindsey at the front desk has been outstandingly helpful in scheduling appointments around my changeable remote work-from-home schedule. My wife and I were recently referred by Riverside Cardiology to the Farima Czyzyk Center for Research and Wellness Center (Torrance, CA) for our CT scans, and this facility turned out to be top-notch with state-of-the-art equipment and very knowledgeable office staff and technicians! Thanks so much to Dr A and to Lisa!

Joe Summers I made an appt. For my mom here. The Doctor is very knowledgeable in geriatrics and with dementia patients. He was the first doc out of several to offer treatment, and dietary options. He also correctly diagnosed her, and offered sage advice to get moving with necessary paperwork for a POA. Great find this one!

When I called the office a female staff with a strong accent was very rude when I asked her for the address she told me there was google. Andrew Malone Do not use this "Doctor". The only thing that matters to this lady is what will make her the most money. Had a family member go to her to recommendations on cancer treatment and she recommended the treatment that would make the most money (radiation) not the best for her. Got a 2nd opinion from a doctor at UCLA. If you want whats best for your loved ones go to a real doctor that cares.

Cindy Durnell Although your wait may be longer than you would like, Dr. Gill takes all the time with each and everyone of her patients. She realizes that for each patient it is usually a life threatening issue. She slowly goes over every option, every test, every treatment plan with you. I have always gone in with all my own questions and she patiently goes through each one. Never rushing or brushing them off as not important. So my wait might be a little long, it is well worth it considering I have had Cancer 3 times and she has always given me her time and her best. Thank you Dr. Gill and I will wait for my turn.

JN Willis Hearing the words from your physician saying “I’m going to have to see an oncologist” when you’re 33 years old with 3 toddlers is terrifying. Especially googling the doctor and seeing dissatisfied patients, your anxiety really amps up. However the moment Dr Gill came into the room to see me, she put my mind at ease and was very knowledgeable on my issues at hand. She was very thorough and very engaging with me as a patient. Asked a lot of questions and answered my questions as well. And she actually examined me!! I was having so many “telehealth” appointments with other doctors which was so irritating because how can a doctor properly provide care when they can’t even examine you?! So as Dr Gill examined me she was very knowledgeable on what to do next and put my mind at ease that we were going to figure out the problem. I’m not much for writing reviews. I will write a random terrible review if I’m really fired up about the experience but something so scary like oncology needs to be up there on the list. We see so many bad reviews and experiences but do we see the good ones?! So I wanted to ease someone’s mind and heart about this uncomfortable and sometimes scary experience. My experience left me breathing a little lighter and having hope. I know others might need to read the hope more instead of the bad! Thank you Doctor Gill and being good at what you do!

The doctors and nurses took good care of me and were very kind and supportive. Im very grateful for their professional, personal care - they saved my life!

Joseph Ochoa I arrived the ER with a severe headache and numbness in my extremities. They immediately implemented their stroke protocol and asked me me sign permission to administer Tenecteplase, a strong blood clot buster. I immediately started to be relieved of my symptoms of a stroke. I give praise to God for providing me such a great professional team of medical staff!

Dawn Ziegler I should have written a review last time I was here because it seems like services get worse and worse unless you are homeless or on drugs. Had to visit again with my husband this week and the lack of care he received while waiting for medical staff was appalling. (He arrived via ambulance.) He went in with excruciating abdominal pain and asked multiple times for someone to help him use the restroom, bring a portable toilet or urinal and no one would acknowledge his needs. He ended up with a mess and they didnt even help him clean up. He was never offered help, wipes, socks, blankets etc... He had to ask for everything. I even asked for extra blankets and one nurse pointed to where i could find them myself until another nurse offered to get them for me. I will be filing a formal complaint. No one should sit in their on excrement while in a Hospital setting. UNACCEPTABLE!

Jackson Ijanae “Izzy” I had to come in less than 24 hours after being discharged for a c section because of postpartum edema. Not only had I endured a traumatic birth experience just days prior, I had to bring my 5 day ok infant with me. Not only did they ignore my multiple requests to be transferred To L&D for my care, but the incompetent and unhelpful doctors who continually asked me to do tests and get imaging while exposing my child to germs that could kill her was appalling. If it weren’t a life threatening situation? I wouldn’t go back to this hospital ever again.

Daniel Chatman The hospital personnel were the NICEST people you would ever meet. Doctors, nurses, in fact everybody treated me like a VIP! But here is my disappointment: After having told everybody (and every one of them asked) that Id never had cardiac, hypertension or cholesterol issues, ONLY DIABETES, with a need for a low-carbohydrate diet, I was brought a breakfast of a pancake with maple syrup, Cream of Wheat cereal with brown sugar topping, etc. It was then that I learned that my chart called for a "cardiac" diet. WHAAAT? I make better diet decisions on my own. (My lunch followed the same protocol, even though i had pointed the problem out to my nurse). I dont mean to complain; I was absolutely impressed with the care I received. I just hope that your personnel will be more attentive in the future.

A. Nichelle Had My first born here and as a new mom definitely had my fears but I had such a positive experience giving birth here ! Verna was my midwife and she was absolutely amazing throughout my whole pregnancy all the way to labor! I felt comfortable and informed of everything going on. She even went over my birth plan with me ! My nurse was Brandi and she did an excellent job assisting me through all the stages of labor! Completely felt I was in safe hands. I absolutely loved the team I had for my labor and delivery. Postpartum care was top tier as well !

Hedy Zikratch Kaiser has been able to keep visits to “the Doctors” a pleasant experience. Their system is curated for keeping the patient informed of their status for upcoming appointments, during appoints and follow-up responsibilities. They still will do “hard copies” of results if you request but their on-line app is thorough and easy to navigate. Their professionals are happy and skilled at what they do from making coffee at their coffee shop to checking you in to their customer service. We have not had to be admitted to their hospital for intensive concerns but for their preventive health concern my husband and I are very happy with our choice of Kaiser permanente.

Nancy Medina I went to the Riverside Kaiser for the first time. I needed to get some bloodwork done. Erica was fantastic! She made the process quick and painless—it was one of the best blood draws I’ve ever had. She was professional, gentle, and put me at ease. Highly recommend her!

Alexa Flor Worst medical care I have ever seen and I work in healthcare. If I wasn’t medically trained they would have given me the wrong vaccine. I came in for a HEP b vaccine and the nurse didn’t verify and almost gave me a HPV vaccine. I stopped them when I recognized that it was the wrong vial up close before poking me. The room also had a needle left out.

Clara Alicia Camarena So I find it weird that this clinic suddenly only has 1 review on file. Wonder if they started getting bad reviews and they got "deleted"somehow. Im a first time patient. I decided to appoint them as my primary since they had more than 15 reviews and they were all 5 stars. I was 12 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to see me cause I passed their 10 minute grace period by TWO MINUTES. I understand I should have been on time and this wouldnt have happened but a "I know youre a first time patient we will see you today just know in the future if u ever pass that 10 minute mark we wont be able to see you"... that would have been great. I would have been like "great thank you for letting me know. Ill make sure to come super early since now I know your guys parking isnt all that great" ... I originally arrived 5 minutes late but they have horrible parking. There was no parking. I made 1 run around decided to park across the street then, (felt super uncomfortable BTW cause there was just a bunch of bums in that area, not discriminating them but they kept staring which made me all that uncomfortable) and then I seen 3 cars pull out of the parking area when i was parking across the street, so I decided to wait for them to pull out and took one of the free parkings. So all that took an extra 7 minutes. I would have made it during the grace period if it wasnt an issue with the parking. I was extremely upset I wasted a whole day for an appointment that didnt happen. The receptionist did offer to "wait and see if a patient didnt show up". Okay? So if they do show up, I just wasted MY WHOLE TIME waiting and didnt get guaranteed to be seen. Didnt make sense. It was honestly upsetting considering that Ive only been here once and this was my second time. The first time it took them about an hour and 45 to see me as well so I really dont understand why I couldnt have a free pass as a first timer when the patients dont get seen right away either. I was trying to stay optimistic and see how long they would have taken today if i had gotten seen. But from the looks of it they book like 30 patients for every appointment at the same time. Its ridiculous. I will definitely be changing my primary to someone else. This facility DOES NOT DESERVE 5 STARS. So I dont know if its the staff posting the 5 stars with no comments or what. Something seems fishy considering they dont have reviews now either when i originally booked them as my primary like a month and a half ago and they had more than 15 reviews.

LaDoris Boozer I love my primary doctor. Shes wonderful. Thats why I gave two stars. But to get an appointment you go several months out and then 2 days before your appointment they call and say oh we have to reschedule. And the excuses can range anything from older doctors retiring too. Theyre not going to be here. Ive been going to that facility since 2001. It was fantastic. Up until about 2-3 years. I need to see a specialist immediately and so does my husband and we cant get appointments for 4 or 5 months out. Thats ridiculous. And trying to contact the administration office to find out whats going on with the facility. Why are there no doctors available and they wont even respond. Ive been looking into finding another medical facility because this is getting to be ridiculous.

ana bb My experience at Riverside Medical Clinic Brockton has been extremely disappointing. There’s a doctors in particular who doesn’t show empathy for their patients and has repeatedly failed to address my requests for necessary medication. Dr. Gloria G. Carreon, in particular, has been the worst doctor I’ve encountered. Her attitude during appointments has been dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel uncomfortable and judged. She appears inattentive, mainly forgetting details of our conversations moments after they occur, which ultimately raise my concerns about her ability to provide competent care. It’s shocking and disheartening to see this level of behavior from a Harvard-educated professional. I cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Carreon, as my experiences have only worsened my mental health after every visit. 1 star.

Genesse M Had my appointment at 1:30, and they told me he was running behind and come back in an hour. 2:30 rolls around and I come back but still hearing the same excuse. End of story didn’t see the doctor until 5:30. They need to stop over scheduling doctors and give realistic time estimates for these appointments.

Margie Shamblin I have bern a patient here for over 40 years and it has been great. For the last 2 years the medical care has been subpar and it is totally unacceptable. Now getting an appointment here is a joke. Tried to get a follow-up appointment regarding testing is impossible. I have an ongoing condition that needs to be treated and I got the results of my tests ordered by 2 different Drs on My Healthy Connection, but have never heard from either Dr. Tried to get follow-up appointments and they said they could schedule me in December. Messaged both Drs. on My Healthy Connection. No response. Never can see my regular Dr. Im so done with them.

I have NEVER been so disappointed, disrespectful, miss treated, and neglected by a health facility in my life! I been a medical assistant for 19 years and I would never treat people this way. I have gone to the GI doctor here and was by passed by lack of communication and the disrespect that they have shown me! I have had a colonoscopy prior and had polyps and I was seen by the GI doctor here in March 2024, they gave me scheduled colonoscopy, which I was not able to make and only cancelled once and very early prior. I had to cancel due to my father in law having onset Alzheimer’s and dementia. My back was also really bad, since I had major surgery back in Oct 2023. I asked in April to get an appointment in July, I was told to contact ERICA back in the middle of June to reschedule due to scheduling was not available. I contacted them in the middle of June like I was told and got a text back! Not a call back! That they didn’t have anything till October, I had let them know that I’m having a second back surgery on October 1st and that I told them I was only doing what Erica told me because she told me to contact her in the middle of June. They continued to say and call me to push back the date to September. I am not able to do it because I will be bedridden after surgery. I called and messaged multiple times to ask for a supervisor and did not have one person call me back and Jose continue to call me and tell me they had appointments further and further out till December! How was this my fault? I finally had to walk into the clinic to talk with a supervisor and I as giving a patient advisor which told me that if they give me a dad for the colonoscopy to “make sure I keep my appointment” and then an assistant to the supervisor “Teresa” which also was no help and blamed me for not taking any dates that was given. Then promised me that her supervisor Sylvia was going to call me the same day but didn’t contact me at all until again I had to call her and when I did get a hold of Teresa she got offended that I was upset and angry. But, she was talking over me and raising her voice to me. Then continued to say what did she want me to do because Sylvia was as in meets all day and unable to call me. Then told me she was going to hang up on me because I was raising my voice and being disrespectful. Please do not go here for the your health. I have not gotten a call back as of yet.

Doctor denied my husband care because his appointment was pushed out far and lost his prior PCP and ran out of meds and in my asking questions, the staff was rude and told me that he should have thought about his medication running out before making an appt. I became upset with her rudeness and complete lack of concern and was hung up on. I tried to get a managers email and they refused. My husband gets a call that the doctor canceled his appt and to go back to his primary who moved out of state.

Thomas Jay At one time I thought very highly of Dr. Larry Couture, I followed him from office to office over the years. Its been a couple of years since Ive been in because of two reasons; 1) He said he wouldnt see me any more, and 2) I moved. I think his practice started to deteriorate when he stopped being able to focus on helping people solve problems and started focusing more on the prevention. While normally Id say prevention is much better but when it prevents the current acute care of a patients current symptoms then he lost focus. I have Crohns and the last time I had interaction with his office, I had a severe flair up and needed to talk with him and due to the extreme pain I lost my temper on his incompetent staff. The staff was not caring and while clinical has its place, it should not negate compassion. I ended up going to the ER 2x and his office just kept telling me to go to the ER even after I went, then I tried to talk with him about the ER visits and I was screened out because he didnt have time. There was a time when he would call personally, then when he would send a message, then when he simply couldnt make time. When I addressed this with him he blamed it on Obama Care and said that the US had 40,000,000 new patience and the system couldnt handle it. The interaction with the staff was was not abusive but I did lose my patience with them. Dr Couture said he wouldnt see me as a patient any longer because of that phone call and immediately terminated treatment and access to the GI Dr. (to my detriment) that shared his office. In the time that I needed him most, after years and years of seeing him, his lack of tolerance and understanding was such a disappointment. Im writing the review now because I recently had a very severe flair up and received service from a different Dr. that was in such extreme contrast to the last visit I had with him that I believe others should be aware.

Sean Rand Dr. Mikhail and his staff have always gone out of their way for myself and my family through normal times and difficult. They are onsistently professional and efficient and just as important, they are personable and compassionate.

Gwendolyn Reese I have been a patient with Dr. Mikhail for several years. I have never waited to be seen more than 10 minutes, the office staff is very professional, nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mikhail takes time to listen to my concerns and answers them both efficiently and courteously. I am a senior citizen, and will not change my insurance benefits because I want to be assured that I keep Dr Mikhail as my physician, he also does not hesitate to give referrals to other specialists as needed. An excellent physician and staff.His nurse, Melita is awesome as well. I highly recommend Dr Mikhail.

Dawn Heath I recently had to switch primary care physicians due to my former PCP no longer taking my insurance . Dr. Mikhail was recommended and has been wonderful. Very caring and listens to patient concerns. I would highly recommend.

Sarah Justus Long waits for scheduling an appointment. Prepare to spend at least 2 hours waiting for your scheduled appointment to take place. Office staff are rude and lack customer service completely. The doctor will interrupt your appointment to respond to his texts. He actually answered his cell phone and had a conversation in the middle of my appointment this week. If you question his methods, he will yell at you. Pathetic. Nurses forget to send your paperwork, or forget to call you back with results for days. On-call physician isnt terribly helpful and isnt authorized to do anything for you. Not a great facility, take your family anywhere else but here.

Melly Just got off the phone with Dr. Mikhail I am a home health nurse and I needed a referral for one of my patients he was so rude during the phone call and was mad because I didn’t no his fax number as if it was inconveniencing him to give it to me. As professionals are commons goal is to take care of are patients and get what they need , if your going to be mad about a nurse calling to get what is needed for the patient you might be in the wrong field.

Tracy Merrill Overall, the facility is about as good as can be expected from these type of facilities. The people are very nice. This review is for one Nurse specifically. Her name is Alexis. Every time I see her she is smiling. My family is very active here for our Mom and we ask a lot. Alexis always nods and just does what we ask. She keeps a smile on her face and she is very pleasant to have. A lot of these care providers are very skilled. Some not so much but it is what it is. It’s hard to watch my Mom always appear to be in distress but it’s not their fault. Warphen is also very nice. He does his best to accommodate the guests and their families. I wish my mom didn’t have to be here but a lot of these folks are doing their best.

All the nurse who took care of my son are excellent, they took care of him while Im away doing my chores. Physical therapy Rose did excellent job with him.

Dawn Scarccia today I would like to recognize a certain somebody her name is Khira he is in RN in Baton Rouge of science in the ICU department where I am at right now as a patient today she is my nurse and I must say she has absolutely made my day brighten my spirit in my heart. I am the one that tells it like it is this lady is amazing she took her time with me and do not falter on her patient with me you have to have a lot of patience she needs to be recognized as an amazing staff member along with the amazing RN we had excellent communication together and she made me smile along with my heart this woman needs not only a raise if you were to ask me but also a $50 gift card so a big high five is big hug to Khira and all the other beautiful staff members you guys know who you are in God bless

Whitney Davidson I went in back in late 2017. When I went there they never asked me for payment. Let me go back, saw me, gave me prescriptions but never asked to pay. I thought maybe they had done something with my insurance because sometimes I get free visits. I dont hear back from them about anything and they call me yesterday saying I never called back in to check on my illness(FYI I REFUSE to go in for a follow up appointment when its a typical problem like the flu) then they proceed to say I owe them $25 and if I dont pay them by the next day its going to collections. I never even got a bill from them! Nothing except this phone call months later telling me Im being sent to collections over $25 that I would have gladly paid the day of my appointment. But I no longer live in Riverside so I couldnt go into their office. I called them at least 7 times and was sent to the voicemail each time. How am I suppose to make something right when no one answers? Guess im getting sent to collections because this understaffed cheap clinic doesnt have anyone to answer their phones. Ridiculous.

hossein akhavan hejazi Oh my god. I can not believe what a terrible center this is. It is that terrible to motivate me spend time to write a review. They are extremely inefficient in dealing with the insurance companies and basically harassing the patients to do their job for them. They find it much easier to charge the full amount from the patients instead of working with insurances. I have a really great insurance, yet I was harassed by them and then by a collecting agency for a very simple visit. I would certainly not put a step back in their office and would recommend all my friends as well. Here is my story: First, I go there with UCR referral for a very simple problem I had and a chronical back-pain. The office is ancient and most of operations are done "the good old-ways" and the wait is long of course, but I dont care about all that. I visit the doctor and apparently it was not a big issue. Then the real problem of mine starts a few months after. The doctors billing guy keeps calling me and telling me that they can get their money. I contact the insurance company and they say there is no issue and they should get their claim. They tell me they want to do the easy route and get the money from me. after a while they hire a collecting agency and now I have to deal with a new solicitors. The insurance company says we have already paid, but the collecting company says the doctor did not get it. The insurance company says we can give all the details to the doctor office, but the collectors say that we want to talk to them .... and I am the messenger apparently here!

Nancy Barraza If I could give 0 stars I would, I went in to do a physical and some concerns about my general health. Doctor got mad at me for wanting to check my vitamins and told me I was asking for too much and that I didn’t know what I was saying. Never coming back here. My hair has been falling out since last year and I told him my concerned, he refused to do some blood work to check on my vitamins because he said “you’re doing too much” which he also said “why do you care so much”. As a patient this was really insensitive of him to say to a patient, he in fact refused to do the blood work done. I’ll be changing doctors and reporting this. Keep in mind I’m only 19 years old and hair loss isn’t normal and he told me I was exaggerating about it when I’m literally losing more than 600 hair a day.

Martín Labombarda Very bad experience trying to simply book an appointment for a physical. Most family medicine doctors book separate appointments for "new patient evaluation and management (E/M)" and for physicals. This way they can bill for 2 visits for what should be a single visit. When I asked about this, they referred me to their billing department who pretty much confirmed this is their normal practice. Scam. Will find another location to get my physical at.

Daniel Murphy Im giving a two-star rating to the Endocrinologist Dr. Simran K. Brar not because the doctor was bad at all. She was actually quite wonderful, very professional and very on point with her overall treatments but her medical assistant, Christine, was very unprofessional and rude. She tried to recommend medications to me which is outside her scope of practice. When I mention that Im going to speak to my doctor about my medication, she was even more disrespectful after that time and condescending. I also witnessed her yelling at an elderly gentleman in a condescending manner which I felt embarrassed him in front of the office staff and the other patients in the office. Rmc states that they strive to treat all patients with respect and courtesy. However, I do not think Christine is an example of their policy. Other medical staff in the office in the hallway stood by while she was screaming at the elderly patient and did nothing or said nothing to stop her. I filed official complaint but Ive yet to receive any type of feedback regarding this incident. However, my physician was extremely professional and very kind and thorough with the treatments that she recommended me to take.

Kaytlin Huerta This was horrible, today I went to my appointment at exactly 8:10am they gave me the sign to sign and they brought me into a room fast but they weren’t so fast and attending me, they left me and the translator in the room for an 1 hour and 30 minutes without any notice or of how long everything would take. Not only that when the doctor came inside today she was horrible! She gave us so much attitude I asked her why it took her an hour and 30 minutes and she was being so rude about it, when my translator was explaining what the doctor was saying the doctor kept talking over her and not let my translator explain everything well. She kept giving my translator dirty looks and asking if she even understand what she was saying? As well she made my translator late to her next appointment, then the doctor was so rude to her nurse? This type of care was unacceptable because the doctor didn’t even say her name or have a badge explaining who and where she from. At this point she might not even be a real doctor. I am leaving this place and never coming back.! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Shiela Smith Today I brought my brother in with a denture issue. We were met with a warm welcome first thing. I started to fill out his information and had a few questions and the assistant explained it well and didn’t make me feel bad for asking. We had a relatively short wait and we were brought back with precision help, as he is wheelchair bound. She got us all prepared for Dr Lim. What a gem she is :) Close to perfect. Even though this office does not handle dentures she still took the time to give him a full exam and made notes to send along with a Referral! From this experience I felt prompted to ask what Insurance they accepted for myself. That is how confident I feel about this great dental office, Doctor and staff!

melody esparza Ive had Dr. Guillermo Gomez for quiet a long time. He has delivered all four of my children. He is also my childrens pediatric. Ive never had a problem with their office or medical staff. His office is very organized and all of his staff are extremely nice. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their office and so far everyone that I have referred to his office are extremely satisfied. Its really sad to see someone post a negative review on him. He is such an amazing Dr.! Dont let any negative reviews keep you from going to his office.... Alma Bayardo i can’t thank this office enough. He delivered my 3 kids. My son has had to be referred to different specialists. We have encountered a fair share of bumps in the road due to outside sources. I am so grateful for Dr. Gomez and Monica who has done everything in her hands to get my son his needs. I cant say if he is a good doctor or not, because every time ive tried to make an appointment i had to wait weeks to see him (by which time my problem would be irrelevant). Aside from never being able to get in to his office within an acceptable amount of time, his nursing/administrative staff is rude and unhelpful. If people are trying to see a doctor it is because they have a problem and need help, be helpful, at the very least be polite.

Carolyn Morse I went here to deliver my daughter back in 2003. I was homeless. Him and his staff were rude to me and told me that I need to shower and didnt deserve my baby. I had pre-eclampsia and gave birth 20 days early. He then proceeded to call CPS on me, (even though I found a place to live by then and was ready to bring baby home), and her taken from me. I DO NOT recommend him to ANYONE! Run while you can!

Gema M. I went for a check up during a cold I was having. It was an empty clinic didnt take too long. My first visit was okay. Got my medicine and got out. Took my husband to this same clinic for a referral to a specialist and was told itd take 2 weeks to receive it in the mail. We waited 3 weeks with no call or update , so I called the office and was told that they were having a hard time finding a specialist that would accept our insurance. I was told Id get a call back at the end of the week. I called back at the end of the week because I had yet to receive a call back that Friday. I was then told that the woman who was handling my husbands case would call me back the following Monday. Monday came around, I received no call. I called back Tuesday and was told that they were still looking for a specialist. Im not one to lose my patience and I understand things take time, but I told them to cancel the referral and that Id look for another doctor. I thought this was handled poorly, no communication or updates were given. I was told Id get call backs repeatedly which never happened. I dont understand how they couldnt find a specialist that would take our insurance when I had a book full of specialist that could take our insurance sitting in front of me. Of course we cant just walk in to see a specialist otherwise I wouldve. Anyways, after this experience my husband and I have decided to switch doctors. Its ok for a general check up but their nursing staff need to be on top of things. This is somebodys health , and somebody that needs to get seen urgently so to me it felt like I was being toyed with.

William Nguyen TLDR; great doctors, terrible reception and communication. The neurologists are fine and I am grateful for their work. But good luck trying to schedule with them. You’re lucky if you can even reach their line, and even then you would be greeted with the useless mailbox that’s always full. I legit tried calling 20+ times throughout the day and couldn’t even schedule a single appointment. Appointments are always months away, which would be fine by me if they didn’t reschedule it a few times, making me wait 4 months longer than I expected. One time the front desk person refused to refill my seizure medication. I asked my neurologist months later and she said they are perfectly capable of doing refills, without me needing to book an appointment. I like my neurologist, but I’m seriously considering looking somewhere else because it’s a nightmare to schedule anything with them. And I don’t have the time nor energy to call them 20 times a day everyday, praying for them to pick up my call.

prefect1948 I’ve been a patient here for 10+ years. Dr Ibrahim is very knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. The office staff are always super nice and helpful. His office sends my test results to my doctor very quickly. His facility is always immaculate. The wait for scheduling an appointment is very reasonable. I would not consider switching my neurologist.

Pinky Swear This place is horrible. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is crazy. Trying to get an appt is nuts. Trying to get an in person appt is like crickets. I thought my last neurology office was bad. This place is garbage. I had a telehealth appt with a DR that was naked, fresh out the shower. She had her camera angled upward so I could only see her eyes and the top of her head which her hair was wet signifying she had just gotten out of the shower was late to the appointment even though its telehealth, so how was she late? then only talked to me through a dark screen after sitting and looking at my file for 15 minutes which she should have done before the appointment. instead of being late to the appointment cuz it looks like she was just out of the shower. She made me feel like she wasnt even listening to me or anything that was going on with me and just gave me blood pressure medication I have migraines and she gave me blood pressure medication and she decided to fancy it up by saying well celebrities take it for anxiety and it helps them Im like I dont have anxiety I have migraines and then she just doubled down with saying yeah but it helps with that too. That appt was over a month ago and still havent got my meds. I keep calling and no one answer the phone. The mail l voice mail box is full so I cant say call me back. I just tried to call and they picked up and then hang up on me 3 times. People come here to get medical help not to get dicked around. Ill be contacting my insurance provider and filing a formal complaint. I hope your doctors are seeing these reviews.

Bella Bella The staff at this facility was absolutely phenomenal. All the girls are pleasant, attentive, kind and know their job and seems like team effort environment..... Jennifer, the manager went over and beyond. When she made my appointment last year. I would definitely recommend this facility neurologist. To anyone looking for a good solid? Environment and practitioner.

p devoy When I first started coming to this place I saw Mary Weir, she was wonderful, she took me off Of some medication and placed me on new medication which helped me a great deal, she made me feel 100% better. Then she moved and left the practice, but she was replaced by Samantha Baltazar, who I grew to love as my new doctor. Samantha then also left to further her education, so that left me with Dr. Ibrahim. Who had done nerve conduction tests on me and he said I had carpal tunnel syndrome and that I should have surgery on this soon. I at this time had just had kidney stone surgery and I was not looking to have yet another surgery right away, he then dismissed me and said he wouldn’t see me anymore even though I was being treated for severe nerve damage issues from a work injury 30 years prior. I was still taking medication for my nerve damage that Mrs. Weir started me on and Samantha Baltazar had kept me on. I have since moved on to another neurologist office, I don’t appreciate how he just dismissed me because I wasn’t ready to have another surgery right away. And he didn’t bother to check my folder and see the severe nerve damage I was being treated for in the first place. Good luck with this guy!

You stated I would have nearly 100% mobility and strength back after the procedure Nearly 7 years later my shoulder is fine, I am thankful for your care. Thanks again Dr. Dhalla.

jennifer wood Great doctor! The main thing about him is he doesnt rush you into surgery...I feel like he listens and is very thorough! He ordered me a really nice knee brace recently also he has really great "bedside manner" makes you feel relaxed.

Vanessa Gomez This is the worst experience I have had so far. I have been attending this place where Dr. Dhalla has been giving me a hard time. I have been injured for 3 months and they said they dont have evidence from the MRI, only mentioning EDEMA and nothing else. I have been crying most of the time, so I decided to go to Mexico to get an MRI. The results showed damage on the front, inside, and side bones of my knee, and I will have surgery next Tuesday. I am about to take legal action against this place. I am about to file a lawsuit as I have all the evidence. I highly recommend not going there ever. Instead, go to Mexico rather than California. Its definitely not a good place to go.

Nohely Williams I have knocked , and few months ago I went in for my first consultation with high hopes of help. I’m 33 years old and I was born with knocked knees. The staff is great and Javier is the only nice person there. The Dr that was referred to me was Dhalla and since the very first day he seemed like as if it was his first time in the office . Every visit I had , and it was only 3-4 visits he asked me the same questions, didn’t give me any pain medicine told me to go to my primary Dr. He ordered knee brace that I took to my trip and used it for a month and told him it doesn’t help. I told him other pain in my legs I had Due to the knocked knees, he told me I had to tell my primary dr for all this told me to ask them for ctscans and so forth. I did I got appointments for MRI of my hips ankles and knees. Also he kept telling me about my weight reduction I told him that every time I came in he told me or asked my the same questions, I’ve been through a weight loss journey I’ve lost 65 lbs within the last year. I told him I needed help !! I told him I have pain from the moment I wake up till I go to sleep. He asked me in a rudely manner where the pain was I told him from my knees to my ankles and he asked me the same questions again so your 33 and you weight and the pain is in so and so and now your ankles does not make sense. I said of course I’m 33 yrs old from the wear and tear of my knees now my ankles are suffering. I asked him if he can help or not. Not even rude just I’m tired of all this and I need help!! He was offended when I asked him if he can help or not, then he said he can perform surgery and this is what me and my husband had been asking him for but first he wanted to push in physical therapy, the knee brace, more consultations ! Does he think I want him to touch me after being rude with his words? I am definitely going to reach out to my insurance and the medicine board of his behavior and I spoke to the office manager because I was so hurt !! I have a problem with my knees since I was born!!! I am a patient!!! For him to treat me like I am nothing , to find another dr , was the worst experience ever at a medical facility. I had high hopes of help and he totally sent me home with unfixed knees, and broken hopes. Hope he fixes the way he treats patients! Doesn’t deserve any stars.

Michelle M Edit for a few days ago. I went and a guy was really sick in waiting room. He was shivering and puking. Waiting room was packed and someone went to the desk to let them know he was asleep hunched over. Security checked on him and a nurse looked to see who it was and said he was discharged he is waiting on family and then said say a prayer for him rudely. Me and a lady by me were like wth is wrong with the nurse. Honestly I think only a few Drs actually care and most but a few nurses are rude. They didnt even explain anything to me. jan 2025 So i thought I broke my toe cause it was crooked. The dr only had the images and gave me a disk and said i could wait for report. She said broken but the report my dr got said not fractured nothing. Well I looked at the image on the disk and even sent to my drs office because it does have a fracture if the idiot zoomed in. So in this time my dr has not sent me to ortho because the report from the hospital I have been here numerous times and times they find something times they dont but I dont care if I go a million times because something is off and urgent care says its better to go to emergency so test can be done then thats what Im gonna do. I have numerous specialists. I stay in contact with my Drs also so when you have rude Drs or nurses getting mad at you its messed up. Ive seen one nurse be rude to people a few times so to me if you are gonna be rude and not care change your job.

Jennifer Schroeder Alice Kramer my attending dr. was so unnecessarily nasty in every encounter. I came in with excruciating ear pain and she treated me like a nuisance. My primary prescribed ear drops to dissolve ear wax because I came in with an ear infection. Apparently you aren’t supposed to use those drops until an infection and any pain has subsided. So when I went to the er because I’d been crying all night and was only able to sleep a total of 2 hours because of the built up pressure and feeling of being stabbed over and over in the ear with an ice pick. She took it upon herself to tell me that the only reason they are helping me is because they are slow at the moment. And when I asked for help with pain she told me I had to give a urine sample which I completely understand. Then she ordered me Motrin and I wasn’t given a cup until after everything was done and it didn’t even get tested. She didn’t take my pain seriously in the least. Neither my dr nor urgent care was open and I just desperately needed help because the pain was unbearable. Thankfully the Motrin gave me a bit of relief until I was able to get into my primary. The nurses were amazing and top notch though. I’m very grateful for their caring interactions no matter how small they were. I get the public can be tough to deal with but a lot of people who go really need help and they should be met with empathetic drs who actually want to help their patients.

Katie K I had to go to the ER at midnight and was seen practically right away! The lovely lady at the desk was incredibly kind and worked on my intake paperwork as I was filling it out so I could be seen. Michelle was my provider and she was genuinely kind, reassuring and patient with my questions and concerns. She did a great job calming me and explaining the testing she ordered and how treatment would be provided. Mariah administered two shots and was very professional, kind and quick! I had a great experience here and am so grateful to all the professionals that helped me so quickly and kindly! Thank you!

carmen cooper This is really upsetting experience. So I’ve been with the clinic since 2008 and I love my doctors. It’s the way staffing in the billing department runs. I was told by one of my doctors nurse that my Chart is blocked due to an over due bill. I was just in February diagnosed with Breast Cancer after having to not grieve over my lost of my oldest Son that passed away on Christmas Eve. The bill will get paid but they told me yesterday that I would not be seen by any doctors due to my $600 bill. I’m going through Chemo and I just felt very hurt that they feel money comes before health.

Joey Justiniani Yesterday I went into urgent care on February 22, 2025 due to the fact that I wasnt feeling too good. As I seen Doctor Christine Vo. She was able to see that I had a bad ear bilateral infection, sore throat and sinus infection. Omg... she put me at ease with getting straight to the facts and she so caring, professional and loved her cheerful personality!!!! If you ever have to go to this facility be sure to request to see her.

Cindy ODell I went to the clinic on Day Street in Riverside. I really like Dr. Blanton and I also like the receptionists at the front desk. They do a great job and are very efficient. Dr. Blanton ordered an MRI for my knee. Its now been a month and this office (utilization dept, apparently) has still not sent over a request for authorization to my insurance company. Ive called no less than 4 times. Its absolutely ridiculous that Ive had to wait a month for them to send this over to my insurance company. At some point very soon, Ill be forced to just find another orthopedic doc. A sad state of affairs, but if you need an MRI or other type of imagining that will require the approval of your insurance company, I highly advise you to go elsewhere. Completely unacceptable!!

Mike Rodriguez What kind of world do we live in where my Tricare Prime insurance covered child could not be seen because the business processing office could not be contacted to verify the insurance? If your clinic is in Tricare primes network and Ive given you all the information then you see that patient. Especially, if your waiting room is empty and the child is in freaking pain. Only for them to have to prescribe a drug that you have to get in another location. We had to pay the out of pocket costs because they couldnt verify my sons coverage. They didnt offer any other solutions nor try to get us in as quickly as possible. The women at the front desk had the verify the same information that I had already shown her numerous times. If I had known it would only cost a couple hundred dollars I would have made the decision to have my son seen immediately and pay then from the begining. Despite how livid I am from this whole incident, I kept calm and respectful the entire time I was in the clinic. However, I will definitely not be returning here. The whole system is broken. In other countries they care for you and send you an invoice

Brianna Ramirez I was visiting California when I was 3 months pregnant we had gotten into a bad car accident. When the ambulance arrived I informed them NO MORPHINE OR ANYTHING IN THAT NATURE due to my pregnancy. I was in terror of what happened and the condition of my baby girl. The Ambulance took me here to this hospital where they did 3 ultrasound to show me my baby was fine and moving. Then they took me to the trauma section. That’s when I was laying in their bed with a neck brace on going in and out of sleep. A Doctor came and told me they will distribute me Tylenol for any pain we both agreed that would be fine. Then after maybe 15 - 20 minutes a nurse came into my section telling me he will give me “ pain medicine” and I said okay thinking Tylenol. That’s when I felt burning and got a strong taste in my mouth I then freaked out and told him no no no they told me Tylenol not anything hard because of my pregnancy! He then told me okay hold on and left when he came back he said “ well if you are pregnant I will move you to postpartum upstairs of the hospital” I then told him “ IF? They did 3 ultrasounds what do you mean if” he then came with a cup for me to do a urinalysis test the test came out positive so he moved me. The next day in the hospital a case worker called me threatening me with CPS then had another man come into my room asking me weird questions like if I’m a mule for drugs and other ridiculous questions I was scared, alone, and in a whole other state away from my family. I will be starting a case against this hospital because that male nurse never wrote down what mistake he had done. This place is disgusting and the nurse who handled me during my traumatic experience. I’d advise if you come to the hospital to MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NAMES AND BE AWARE OF WHO YOUR NURSE IS and your medical charts practice your rights as a human being. Thank you.

Even the Janitor said he "works" for the patients. The PT team we had said they prayed before they worked with anyone that they would "make a difference." They all made a difference. Very grateful.

Adam Hernandez Ive been here before in the past and had very long Waits for patients Went there yesterday to Emergency because I had a cold that Ive had for the last 3 weeks and everything has changed. They are way more faster. They check you in faster. Theyre real attentive. I had asked one of the nurses that they were filled to capacity with patients and she had told me that they have a new program where they try to get patients in in less than 2 hours and she was exactly right. I had got in there at 2:30 and I was out by 4:00 p.m. and thats with check in they did the EKG and x-ray and pull blood. The doctor (she was the head emergency doctors I just did not get her name) came to see me no more than 15 minutes later. Let me know that everything was okay. She told me what medication I was going to receive and send me to the pharmacy. I had a very good experience here. I would go here again and I highly recommend this hospital to everyone else.

Sam Chaoui I felt a strong need to write this review to make everyone aware of the existence of this wonderful pain management clinic. Savas Health is a life saver. The people that work there are highly professional, caring, attentive to your needs and all in all amazing. I give high praise to everyone but to name a few wonderful doctors, nurses and assistants: 1- Steven (LVN - licensed nurse) 2- Dr. David Schaefer (chiropractic) 3- Alisa (medical assistant) 4- Jason (massage therapist) 5- Dr. Harrier (doctor of medicine) I came to them over a year ago. I could barely walk and pain had taken a hold of my neck, shoulders, back and legs. From the first chiropractic session, I improved over 80% and regained my mobility. Getting better with every visit. I now see them every 2 weeks and go through doctor consultation, chiropractic, massage, pain management, group therapy and starting soon acupuncture. When I am with them, I feel welcomed and know that I am in good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone that has any pain or simply needs some loving. Call them today and schedule an appointment. Heather Molinar Dont ever, go to savas, not one savas they dont want to treat your pain all they want to do is get you off your medicine that has worked for so long because no other method will do for you to be able to live a somewhat normal life, not sure if this is when you first come they make you wait almost a week even though you were supposed to get your prescription that day, without explaining, and say its protocol, I think that any doctor is going to specialize in pain medicine they are to use the medicine they give out and told to get off on their own maybe they will have sympathy for actual pain patients, Im so angry, that I have to go through this nonsense and they call themselves professional. Note if its Friday when they say give them 48 hours to process the weekend doesnt count you will have to wait on monday until for Tuesday

Noel Daniels They made me an apt and didnt have me on the calendar after waiting a whole month so I had to make another apt! Then they didnt put in my prescription refill after several calls and days of waiting! This place is too packed and not enough staff.

David Ilie They take walk-in patients before those with appointments. Waited for 45 minutes without being seen. Been living with my pain most my life, I suppose I will just keep doing so. Additionally, place was very dirty and cramped, I felt like I was going to get sick there.

Michelle Jones Run dont walk. He will tell you your symptoms are valid while writing its all in your head in his notes. He will never request nor review medical records but will state your symptoms are solely from depression you never had and told him your positive and never suffered from. He will not take you or your care seriously. He will sit on you and your progressive care denying access to services/additional diagnoses. He has practiced negligence and malpractice. He will need to get ready for a lawsuit. RUN!!!!!!!

K B Idk what has happened with the front desk staff lately. I called to make a follow up appointment after I had surgery and the first day of called I was on hold for an hour. I waited 45 minutes the first time I called and the second time was 30 minutes so I gave up and called the next day. I showed up to my follow up appointment and I forgot my mask.. my first time forget one normally i have extra in my car but I didnt drive my normal vehicle because im having work done on my house. I even told myself to grab a mask and i forgot. All of a sudden the girl at the front starts lecturing me about bring my own my mask, telling me "we cant give you masks everytime. You need to bring your own" & so on. Trust me I normally do. I wear it when Im out with my husband, anytime I go out. I work as a receptionist at an animal hospital. I understand it can be frustrating when people forget. But the nursing staff and doctors are still the best.

Ari H Impossible to get a timely appointment. Everything requires a referral which takes from a few weeks to a few months. My experience with care has been disjointed. My PCP works 2 days a week and gives great care but I was outsourced to Arlanza for a referral and the care was less than appropriate. The transition from Borrego to Neighborhood has made this doctor’s office much less accessible and astute.

Sophie R Pretty upset. Took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment to see an obgyn. my first appointment was a JOKE. I thought I was going to have an ultrasound done or my blood work done as I am nearing 10 weeks. None happened. Asked me some questions and said next appointment is an "orientation" to go over what to expect and my birthing plan and the appointment after that is an ultrasound. Um shouldnt you be more concerned about how the baby is doing or my levels? What if the baby isnt okay? Wait to tell me that something is wrong and its too late? Very disappointed! Wish things could have gone better.

Vivianna Briano Borrego is the best but ever since neighborhood healthcare took over its just been a complete hassle Ive been off of my Ive been off of my medication for 9 days now waiting on a prior authorization I dont think it has anything to do with the doctors I think it has everything to do with the people who are working in the office. Doctors are fine because they came from borrego but as far as neighborhood healthcare nah these arent even the same stuff as it was borrego. Borrego staff was way better unfortunately they didnt carry over into the transition. Even the nurses that draw blood are better theyve never left me with bruises this place always leaves me with bruises. I saw somebody defending them at the top comments claiming it was a five-star its obvious that they work here and theyre talking about people being ghetto complaining while being first-timers..No. Honey were not in San Bernardino were in Riverside so we know that Youre childish and full of it.
