Andrea Lippincott Brought my dog in 4 days ago for a neuter. They tell me he has a descendent testicle. Mind you this dog has NEVER been an aggressive dog he’s a big love. They pinned him down to check for his other testicle and kept doing it for about 5 minutes. He tried attacking everyone in the room. We are now in Santa Rosa 4 days later he can’t eat and is drinking excessive amount of water. In a ton of pain in his abdominal area. I wouldn’t bring my dead pet fish there if my life depended on it. HORRIBLE PLACE. And he said he would go ahead and take out the one testicle that he could see. WHO DOES THAT? $2,100 later the VCA saved my dogs life. And we have to go back for a bunch of testing again. The vet in Ukiah obviously didn’t do a thorough exam like they said they did. We was literally dying and probably wouldn’t have made it another couple of days. It was an easy find if they would do their job right. There isn’t any records to be transferred. Because I won’t be going back to your low grade vet. I’m almost 8k in the hole now over you guys absolutely not caring. We were at your place for not even an hour. So what kind of records do you have?

Bonnie Riley We had our recently-acquired rescue spayed here and they were wonderful, including with all our follow-up questions. Then most recently, our dog became suddenly ill. They got her in right away, ran diagnostics and got her on the road to recovery. When considering a plan of care, they discussed options and included the financial aspect, as well. Fortunately, I had the forethought to get pet insurance, but I still appreciated the discussion. The staff was kind and caring, and we think theyre terrific. I will add that we live over an hours drive from them and they are not our regular vet, but our normal office is so booked up, short-staffed, and busy, that Ukiah Vet has become our backup. if we didnt live so far away, they would definitely be our vet of choice.

Lawretta Dawkins I bought my dog here about 2 weeks ago when I discovered she had an ear infection. My regular vet was full and I had called a few places before this one that was all booked up(some until july) but they were really nice and had an opening. At the appointment everyone from the receptionist to the Dr was so kind, patient and gentle with my dog (who is a giant baby, unfortunately because of covid I wasnt able to socialize her like I should have so shes very fearful of new surroundings and people). Along with the ear infection issue I asked for the Dr to clips her nails and express her anal glands. Her nails were actually a lot shorter than I realized so the Dr said she didnt need, it would be unfair to charge for clipping maybe one nail so he didnt do it. Which I really appreciate because I see that her really cares and not just in it for the money. Overall great place and will definitely come back if I ever need to.

Krista Monk The only reason I go there is because I have a rabbit and no other vet around will treat a rabbit. I feel like he price gouges when Ive had a 75 lb dog cost me less to spay out-of-pocket no snap certificate. The rabbit belongs to my daughter therefore Im going to try and save him the best I can but he had abscesses on his ear and it cost me over $1,000 just to end with an amputated ear and my rabbit was the first one he had ever done it to. Im happy and grateful he help me out in saving my rabbits life but the prices are ridiculous especially for a first. I was quoted one price and charged a whole different one. Not cool

Amy P Excellent standard of care. With compassion and clarity, Dr. Haynes always provides the scientific and veterinary details, reviews microbiology and radiography and included me in what, why, when with practical, compassionate solutions. Very important to me, his stellar knowledge & expertise gives me confidence and trust. The entire staff demonstrate incredible teamwork physically (big dog) and sense of urgency (big decisions), kindness & accommodation more than once. Jessica juggles a lot at the desk yet rises to the occasion. Todd in the back a good teacher to his team and accomplished Vet Tech.....TEN stars for UVH....

Shelby “Shelolly” I had a pretty good experience. I called at 8 am for a same day appointment. I made the same day appointment with staff and was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. All staff were really nice and helpful. No complaints.

Rebecca Bullshields I was so happy with my visit overall, from the kind woman who helped me get scheduled , to the knowledgeable and kind hearted dental crew who helped me immensely. I had an abscessed tooth , the dentist took one look and offered to remove it right away. Instead of making me come back multiple times. I am forever grateful to them . Thank you Helen, and Dr. Nguyen.

Villanelle Vondemon I had an appointment with my dr Pam Difranco this day in October. She said don’t miss it, it’s important, we’re going over your test results. She never showed up and no one even called to reschedule. I’m very upset and angry about this. Plus the nurse had no idea why I was there and threatened me with putting something negative in my chart. So rude and unpleasant and unprofessional, all around. No one there cared at all and no one apologized. Not happy guys, not at all. I’ve had so many horrible experiences with Adventist health over the past 20 years it’s ridiculous. I’m tired of this attitude toward me as I go out of my way to polite, friendly, and make it a short visit.

Alberto Zaragoza MCHC is always great. This recent visit i went to the Willits site and the staff was great. Jackie was the physician who attended me and Jessie the LVN was awesome too. I switched over my whole family from Adventist. I will be establishing care with Hillside from now on. They always go above and beyond especially for same day appointments.

Shannon Meeks I highly recommend Dr. Caleb. Dr. Caleb was kind and informative, 2 thumbs up. The ladies up front and the dental assistants were professional, very knowledgeable and kind.

4.Dr. Seema Nayak, MD

Address: 413 W Standley St, Ukiah, CA 95482

(20) Reviews Dr. Seema Nayak, MD:

Aly Hughes When I had my second baby Seema was the Dr who I went to and it was a high risk pregnancy. In the delivery room I was left alone pushing by myself and Seema didnt come in the room till I was fully dialated. There was no nurse helping me through my breathing. I wish I never went to Seema. I felt like she didnt care. My son had complications and had to be sent off to UCSF. I truly believe if someone was there helping me through the breathing and pushing my son wouldnt have had complications. Seema is the worst delivery Dr in my opinion and a high risk Pregnancy Dr at that. I felt so alone and scared.

Kayla Griffanti-Bowers She was great with my first pregnancy with her. Recently went through a misscarriage and didnt get the care I should have received. She didnt tell me my options, allowed me to go home and wait with no information on what to expect or what to do considering how far along I was. I had a follow-up appointment that needed to be rescheduled and the staff told me to call back if I needed them and didnt reschedule an appointment. Hopefully no one else has to go through an experience like this.

Jenness Hartley Dr Nayak was amazing! She took incredible care of me and my baby. We ended up needing a c-section, and Nayak performed the surgery like a badass and my scar is beautiful. She is a gem and ukiah is lucky to have her!

courtney glass Dr nayak is amazing. Her bedside manor is remarkable and she made me feel very comfortable. She was my ob with my son and she literally saved his life. I was in bed rest from 11 weeks until birth at 36 weeks. She dis everything she could and was very on top of it. I just recently had her with my daughter who is 4 months old and same thing she was awesome! I had gallstones from 24 wks on she took great care of me and met me at the hospital any time I need was just a phone call away. At my my delivery I hemorrhaged due to a tear on my cervix and she had to take me into the operating room and she did so quickly and efficiently making me feel very comfortable. She is a great dr and I would recommend her to anyone!

Garrett Williams Dr. Ploss and his staff were beyond all expectations helpful, alert, calming, and clear about my options through an ablation operation and a short time after installation of a pacemaker, which he did himself. It was necessary on very short notice as I was moving and he made that happen. I am very grateful to have had him as my doctor. Hes my sisters cardiologist as well, and came highly recommended from her. Thank you, Dr. Ploss!

K Carmi I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early in case i had to fill it out paper work because it wouldve been my first time, the girl receptionist (her name started with Ca, she had hair over her name tag) was very very rude telling me that my appointment was not till 1, and why i was there 11 minutes before my schedule appointment, and saying that none of the workers had yet gonna to lunch and that no one was going to see me till 45 minutes after my schedule appointment, also. She was zero professionalism, zero polite while saying all that. Things can be understood when saying the proper way with respect and professionalism and she had zero.

Taylor Wooldridge The staff there is the sweetest! Was terrified of getting my finger pricked (I have a huge fear of needles) and they helped me through it very sweetly. The lady with the blonde curly hair is literally the nicest person Ive ever met, its never awkward or anything like that.

Doris Batton Once you leave this place, they drop you like a hot potatoe, diagnosed with std, not taking care of, instead referred to dermatologist, dr degroot, after waiting 5 weeks for appt. Told needed another form, both places refused to help me. California passes the buck when it comes to the poor.

Alene B My friend had a C section and complication after with her bladder. She was not treated well. Doctor cho was going to just send her home with a cath bag. Nurses told her since she wont pee on her own. SHE COULDNT not she wouldnt. After we got a urologist to come look at her they took her back in 4 days later. They said after that she had a scratch on her bladder. That was not true either cause later after that she finally had the urge to pee. So yes he had to of stitched her bladder. Came home then late that night had to go to ER by ambulance and they said she had an infection. This poor lady did not deserve this treatment. Its still not over she still on a cath. Nobody should be treated like this by any doctor nor nursing staff.

Sage Aikin Horrible patient care. They do not listen to their patients and have no regard for their safety. They refuse to preform necessary procedures and only want to preform what they want to preform. All they care about is the money they get so they try to force you to make multiple appointments just so they can bill your insurance more. Will never be going here and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Kyndra McKrola This place is a JOKE! I have had so many issues with them rescheduling me for my first procedure, offering me four times for one day that they cant figue it out, as one office told me one time, and the people performing the procedure had another, I was mailed another , and I was called and confirmed with Another! When I got there the MA yelled at me for being "an hour early" and said I would have to wait... I had brought my own magazines, and was prepared, and then half an hour later, they came out and said they thought theyd already taken me back.... The surgical team apologize, profusely. But it really wasnt their fault... (The surgical staff was amazing, and I wish I could give them a separate review). I even complained to a higher up manager, and it fell on ignorant ears!!! And Now after being on the books for 6 weeks, they again are rescheduling me, days before my appointment. I have to schedule work and find a ride to this procedure, (who also has to request time off of work), and they cant get their information together. Its really sad, and Terrible customer service. Utterly disrespectful and disappointing.

Debra Anderson I had an appointment with Dr. Crabtree at care for her. I think she was very abrupt and not caring at all. I had a yearly female appointment. I 68 years old. In all my years of having my yearly exam it’s the first time I ever had a doctor asked me if I wanted a breast examination. That has always been a part of the yearly exam is to check for breast cancer. I will never ever see her again.

Hortencia D. Had urgent referral made for my mother whos 76years old. First told they didnt get referral, had it sent a 2nd time, then told they would review it, today or tomorrow. So I call the next morning after taking my mom to ER, and was told my ER doc, to call and check about referral only to be told they had not reviewed it, they will review it later today, and that they will most likely fit her in next week. When I said were trying to prevent her from losing a toe, she said well did ER put her on an antibiotic? Really get thru the the RUSH Referral and get her in to see someone. Im on day 2 of calling and getting no where, and was told she most likely would be seen middle of next week. FOR a Urgent Referral. WOW

Deidra Vaughan At the beginning I really liked going here. Dr. Conroy was great. However towards the end of my pregnancy I started to feel pretty off and at one of my last appointments I was told my blood pressure was high but "it wasnt of concern" so I listened. I then did go out of town and did reschedule an appointment wich was my bad but there was no concern so I didnt think much of it. I get home and my feet are swollen and my blood pressure is very high. I then went to the ER and was flown out to Santa Rosa. I was diagnosed with Pre-eclampsia. I was in the hospital for 4 days and then released. Later that night into the early morning I wasnt feeling ok so I called the Dr. in Ukiah because it is closer and all I was told was to just take more blood pressure medication and she had not much concern and did not tell me to go to the hospital or anything. I got kind of upset on the phone because I knew something wasnt right but all she kept telling me to do was just take an other blood pressure medication. I ened up hanging up on her and called the hospital in Santa Rosa where I last was and they emidiatly told me to come back. My husband and I drove from Fort Bragg all the way there and Im glad we did. My blood pressure was even higher than it was at home. The blood pressure medication did nothing and I actually ended up having a bad reaction from it. Santa Rosa is the one who prescribed the medication to me and I was fine on it for a bit but I was only supose to take it twice a day and I told Conroy that and she still insisted I take it. Im glad I listened to my gut and called Santa Rosa back and came in. I am now here until I deliver. Just a heads up that Ukiah does not take babies born under 34 weeks. I highly recommend Sutter Health in Santa Rosa. Also if you feel like something is off while pregnant please do not brush it off or let a doctor tell you other wise.

NORCARL707 C.Valle I recently had to have an MRI. The technician was the best. The tech asked if I would like to listen to music while I had the imaging done. I gladly did. The tech asked what kind of music I liked so that I could stay more relaxed. I chose the 80s and was relaxed the whole time. The tech let me know what was happening every step of the way. This place is amazing. I highly recommend!

Sheila English I went in for a special test and was greeted warmly and treated well. While there I saw someone come in with their small child and even though the mother allowed the child to run amok the staff were patient and kind. I was surprised at how many people bring their children and think the staff should help babysit. Or they dont make their children behave. The staff handled it all so well.
5 /5
Natasha Knight My experience wasnt great. I went on for a 20 week ultrasound,. It was my 7year old son and I. The tech was very rude, didnt give me a confirmation of the gender, I already know what I am having but I have seen many of my friends who also know, still recieve the picture with the gender on it. She never asked if I even wanted one. Was very unfriendly to me and my son. I was very disappointed It was my sons first time seeing his baby sister and the lady was very cold and rude

Christine Arnold Horrible experiences. 1. The radiologist doesnt understand that their job is NOT to diagnose. Went for a 20 week ultrasound and radiologist left diagnoistic comments on everything they identified... Even when they werent a concern. My doctor was appalled. 2. Scheduling is a joke. They claim they never received the fax from my doctor, so I had to come in, in person to schedule. I was given hand written confirmation of the appointment date/time and instructions. 3. Day before the appointment, I was called and told they booked me at a different time. I told them I had written instructions from them with the date/time and they claimed I made it up?! Completely unprofessional. Would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere for your radiology needs.

Haley Dorner Went in for my 37 week ultrasound at 36 weeks. When the lady got me for my appointment she said that im way past due and showed me a paper print out that my edd was 12/3/20. I tried to tell her my personal experience and i wasnt heard however she did take me in for my appointment continuously stating that i was too far along to get anything accurate. The whole time she was stating that i was measuring at 41weeks and need to consult my midwife. I wound up in labor and delivery for 4 hours due to that ladies errors. Im tremendously disappointed and frustrated. My very first ultrasound there the lady was extremely rude and wouldnt say anything about what part she was looking at. That ultrasound was the most accurate and i did get a couple of good pictures however it would have been nice to know what parts she was looking, not a diagnosis, just parts. Terrible, terrible service. I recommend all imaging to be done at the pavillion on hospital drive.

Luisa Rodriguez If I could give no stars I would. My family and I have been caring for my mother that is bed bound. She was in the hospital for many issues and was sent home with a new medication list that was sent to Dr Chan. My mother is unable to get into his office as she is not mobile and has been a patient of Dr Chans for over 20 years. We called Dr Chans office many times to F/U on her medication that were not sent to her pharmacy. Here we are almost three weeks later and she has not been on her Warfarin because the Dr and nurse can not get it together. I can not get my mother into establish care with another provider as we can not get her to the office at this time due to her being bed bound. I work in the medical field and Im sadden to see this type of patient care they are providing. As soon as we are able to transfer care we will. My Dad is a patient of his as well and he will definitely be transferred to another practice. Please reconsider sending your loved ones to this practice, please.

Patrice Capitant The quality of residents you see is random. Some good, some bad. They do get feedback for one of their teachers if they request it and that is positive. Getting prescriptions refilled is a nightmare. The very worse is that if you are on Medicare you end up paying 60% more for this iffy service than for seeing a good Adventist specialist!!!

Natasha Carter The actual visit was okay. Dr. seemed empathetic and caring. Ordered a panel of blood tests for my joint, hand, ankle and feet inflammation which came back with no significant indicators. But follow up was terrible. It took over a week and several calls from me for someone to call back and go over results with me. The recommendation was an insipid go on a low carb, low sugar diet and exercise which I was already doing. In the meantime, my extremities were still inflamed and I was in pain, but there was no attempt by the doctor here to help identify the problem, no referral to a specialist to get to the bottom of my ailment. No other communication from the doctor. Patient follow up care is sub-par

Brandon Oxford Place is a disorganized mess. Been going to this location for over 3 years and it was GREAT, I never had any problems until I lost my last primary care (she graduated I guess), and I was assigned another doctor. At least thats what I thought. Well apparently this entire time he wasnt considered my doctor, even though he saw me on 10 different occasions for a myriad of appointments and follow ups. He prescribed my medicines, referred me to specialists and from my understanding was my doctor. Nobody ever told me differently. Well I have been stuck out of county dealing with a family stuff and as such cannot setup a physical appointment to get my medicine refilled. I have called 10 times trying to get a message to whom I thought was my primary, asking if we could please do a virtual appointment as we did in the past. Each time I am met with rude receptionists who say the same thing "he is not your provider, your provider left" and they refuse to send him a message for me. Oh and when I told her why I was out of county dealing with a family emergency, she had the nerve to ask me who it was, as if I was lying. Absolutely abhorrent behavior, its none of her business which family member of mine was in the ICU. I hope the calls are recorded, because she should be reprimanded for involving herself into my situation after I explained to her why I couldnt make it there for a physical appointment. He has filled my prescriptions over a dozen times, but suddenly he can no longer do it, according to the receptionist. Nobody informed me I needed a new primary care, he never mentioned it on our visits and neither did the front staff. If he wasnt my doctor, why was he seeing me monthly, prescribing me meds and caring for my needs? All of this because I wanted to get my BP meds filled. They saw in their records he was caring for me for like 8+ months, yet the rude receptionist didnt want to hear it. Theyre all rude every single time I call. Youre a health care provider, not the DMV. You shouldnt treat people like garbage just because there is some sort of confusion, confusion of which I believe to be on your end as I was under the assumption HE was my doctor. The only saving grace is that Dr. Wei was awesome, a very intelligent and empathetic doctor who tended to all my medical needs and imo actually cared. I guess I will be finding a new doctor at a new location.

Lo Love My husband went to this ER at 2:30 pm for a very serious kidney stone. During the testing process the staff tell him he has a very serious heart condition and left it at that, That was about 4:30pm. At 9:00pm we still had heard nothing about any of his condition. When I asked the nurse (Terry) what the tests said she says "oh I got you mixed up with another patient" she does a few clicks on the computer and says youve got a bulging aorta and should see a dr. about that. She was not nice. Everytime I asked a question she got snippy with me. Unacceptable! Very poor bedside manner. My own research says he could die from either condition. I feel sick about his treatment there! We will never go here again. I have a feeling that this place could kill you. Dont go here go somewhere else. I would also like to add that they kicked my husband out at 4:30 am. I had to drive from Upper Lake to get him. He tells me he heard a nurse in the hallway saying, "time to kick the welfare people out". We have partnership but we have jobs. When I arrived I saw two other patients wandering around probably trying to figure out what to do.

Gianna Rodrigues I dont care how long it takes or how much it costs I am going to make sure I sue you guys and technically its illegal what they did! what the staff and team at the hospital did I am at lost with words and I dont really know how to put this but maybe they shouldnt have diagnosed me wrong and discharged me wrong because of the team there my epilepsy has returned they put me on hold for being "delusional " which i wasnt because I was experiencing several seizures I feel like my right has been violated they had a mean crisis worker who goes by the name Erica evaluate me didnt even let me finish to what I had to say about the situation and put me on a illegal hold and I kept on having seizures RIGHT IN THAT HOSPITAL they have no respect and I spoke to the manager about the discrimination i get from the staffs there and hes not so much of a peach either decided to not listen to my opinion on the whole situation and decided to listen on the staffs side I told him that the nurses put me under a lot of stress there and that they are trying to physically still put me on a hold on top of that they gave me seroquel WHAT THE HECK that could have possibly brought my seizures back even worse.... I prey literally prey that they start doing better and that no one ever EVER goes to this hospital if you really need to go to a hospital go to the one in willits they have better reviews there and the folks are much more nicer there and arent judgemental :) kudos to the willits memorial hospital its a shame that ukiah hospital cant follow in your guys footsteps

A.B. C. EDIT: I ENDED UP GOING TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL! Thank God I did because I could have died. You sent me home 3 times. Im lucky I went to Willits. I could go into detail but youre already investigating my complaint. Ill just say you need to do better. Stop treating people like drug addicts and actually care about their health. I get that yall are tired, but 3 visits and each one a nightmare... its not a rare experience. This hospital is by far the worst Ive ever been to. I hope you fix this. To many similar stories to mine.

Ghost If you need medical services, do not come here, they should all be fired for malpractice. Go to fort Bragg or willits. They didnt treat my illness when I was there and had no medicine for 2 months.

Joe Louis Wildman Waited five hour for a drink of water and they were telling me I needed more fluids. At 9:00 PM I started trying to make sure I’d have a CPAP machine. It’s 5:00 AM and no CPAP. Three doctors and four nurses said respiratory service would take care of it but nobody told respiratory serviced until just now. Lets see how long it takes now. This is not health care. I like the spirit of the staff.

Guada Fk I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated front desk staff, care managers and nurses are to assisting patients in need. While our healthcare system can be EXTREMELY frustrating, their team truly cares and works hard to provide support. If you’ve had a tough experience, I’d encourage you to check in again; the staff are always doing their best to help and improve patient care. Bureaucracy gets the best of all of us at times.

Nicole P Just when you thought behavioral health services couldn’t get worse in this county, along comes anchor health. I self-referred and went through an hour-long intake interview FOR NO APPARENT REASON. After sharing personal, traumatic information in hopes of being paired with an appropriate counselor, AH completely dropped the ball. Weeks passed with no follow-through and no communication. You took a person in need who did all the things I was supposed to do, and you managed to make it worse. It is beyond unethical to collect private health information under the auspices of linking patient to services, and then completely drop the ball. My needs were great enough that the intake counselor was working to link me to a case manager who would help me maneuver through filing for disability. Apparently, those needs don’t even warrant a return phone call. I’ve paid property taxes in to this disastrous system for over 25-years and cannot even get the most basic of services in return. IN-TAKE COUNSELORS…be mindful of your licensing while contracting with AH. Their ineptitude could abs put your certification in jeopardy.

Winter Schlegel I was going through a super hard time in my life when I was referred to this place. The customer service of the actual people in the building was horrible they didn’t greet me say hello nothing it was as if I was a burden to them to be there. Luckily the psychiatrist I Skyped through the computer was worth it she was so friendly and really helped me through my experience. I went twice and I really wanted to meet with the psychiatrist coming to the office that I could meet me in person but after dealing with the workers there I felt so uncomfortable that I just walked out and don’t ever plan on going back! Luckily I’m doing better but I feel sad for people who are really struggling and need the help and get treated like that!

Nicole Lau Front office staff and medical assistant were very nice . But it was all ruined when I saw the doctor , Stephanie Patton. My appointment lasted about 4 minutes where she lacked any type of compassion and critical thinking skills . She makes up her mind about your condition without really even talking to you about the pain you are in. If you want a medical provider who shows empathy and actually listens to you , I would suggest seeing anyone but her at Jobcare.

Kevin Huggins The office staff was great but the physician for my post job offer employment exam blatantly told me before the exam that she would not approve my exam because I have service connected disability from military. She in fact recommended that I go back to the VA and get it lowered and come back again. Now because of this I was removed from an employment list and have to appeal this exam which means I foot the bill and this process will be drawn out for how ever long it takes. Melinda Carol MD basically came into he room and didn’t want to hear anything so she had already made her decision prior to coming to exam room. I can only imagine how many people have had biased and misdiagnosis at this facility. Definitely would hope the County of Mendocino will look into having accountability with medical contractors.

K D Six months into my "treatment" while I was drugged up on pain pills I was told I needed to sign some forms so that we could proceed with the next step of my treatment; making an appointment with an actual job care doctor and having the injured discs in my back actually imaged properly. Not until after I signed the forms I couldnt read (do to the tearing up of my eyes from the near constant pain) did the nurse, who had prescribed months of physical therapy without determining if it was actually going to help our hurt me, tell me that I was actually signing a form that said my injury was not job related. When I protested this she implied that she had tricked me for my own good because my employer was threatening to fire me for being injured. KNow that no one from my employers office said this to me. This was something she made up herself. Im still on restricted duty with my employer because my"treatment by job care was stopped at that point and all future appointments were can cancelled because workers comp wouldnt cover the cost if the doctor declared it was not work related. Good luck getting a supervisor on the line to complain about it or even speaking with a licenced doctor. By the way. Most of the medication this medical provider gave me was sketchy as it was handed to me in person at the facility and not prescribed through a pharmacy. If you have the option to see any other provider do so. If you ever want to be treated like a human being. This office is only concerned with turn over and how they look on paper. They have no care about patients. They dont care if you actually get better just how they can trick or threaten you into signing of that your injury was not work related. Oh yeah. Then they will breach your confidentiality continuously. Adventist health is not an organization which can be trusted to care for you or your personal medical information.

Cantrell Dustin Dealing with Jobcare was a nightmare. If your going in for a physical examination I would ask to NOT have Stephanie Patton. Because of her incomplete examination I had to go through a month of hell getting third party results disproving her results. I would avoid Jobcare and if you are being forced to go to them I would question everything they do and get it in writing.

James Lucchesi I misplaced a copy of my DOT physical. I called Job Care Ukiah. Told them what i needed. They emailed a release form immediately. I filled it out the form and emailed it back to them. Within 5 hrs. Beginning to end, I had in my hand a copy of my physical. I was especially grateful of their expedited turnaround. Thank you!
