Eva Valencia Dr. De la Cruz was really caring with my children. He showed care and compassion towards them. This location is a good location to come. It is my first time and hopefully will not be my last. Front desk was fast and professional. Usually they confirm your personal information out loud but in here they are sensitive about your information and find the way to communicated. This location is way much better than the location at 1101 Cherry St at Tulare. Thank you for caring and understanding the sensitive matter of each patient.

Jessica Aguilar Dr. De La Cruz is amazing. He really advocated for my daughter’s health and was very adamant towards her getting further evaluation. Because of his persistency I was able to have my daughter’s cancer diagnosed ASAP. He constantly called to reassure how her process was going in the beginning of her journey. I had never dealt with such a professional caring Doctor, I 100% recommend him and it’s great, clean clinic.

Mary Garza I always come here for all my Dr appt. And I always make an appt before I come in. Place is always clean. They have a TV on so you can watch it. Restrooms are always clean. People here are very nice. My Dr. Ramos is amazing.

Elizabeth Lopez Great clinic! My child’s pediatrician Dr. Benincore is amazing! Very attentive and takes his time with any questions or concerns you may have. I also have nothing but great things to say on the dental side of the clinic. Dr. Chen is very thorough and informative. Would recommend this clinic overall!

Gary Covert From the moment we arrived, the nurses assigned to my care were excellent, making me feel comfortable and well cared for! Then the nurses assigned to me for my recovery were absolutely wonderful caring for me during my rough recovery from the anesthesia effects. They went above and beyond staying and caring for me late till I was in a state to be discharged. Very professional and caring and competent nursing staff. We were very impressed and grateful for such good service and care.

Isabel Villegas Best ER experience I’ve had. Everyone was so attentive and nice and actually take your pain seriously. Dr Castro was amazing along with my nurse. They even followed up the next day to see how I was doing and helped set me up an appointment with a pcp. Even the medication he prescribed felt like it was specially catered to my needs.. I usually just get set with a narcotic that leaves me without being able to function right but not this time! I could go on and on about the great care! I’m just so happy we have this type of hospital here where everyone actually remembers why they went into medicine.

Veronica Schmidt It’s been a long time since I have been at the Tulare hospital. I usually go to another hospital because of the way Tulare Hospital has been run. When Adventist Health took over, it improved so much more care more compassion, good bed, side manners, so as of yesterday when they took care of me, they treated me very well. They went out of their way to keep an eye on me and to talk to me, which helped a lot continue the good work and continue the compassion bedside manner service with And you will get the Tulare residence back to their home town hospital. I don’t know the Last names of the staff that was taken care of me, but please Place your hand on these nurses and doctor that took care of me a big shout out to Marjorie and Alice they were my nurses they had so much compassion and understanding Marjorie had a very soft voice who was helping me breathe when I was hyperventilating talking to me letting me know everything was OK. Just her touch on my hand and her soft voice made me feel so much better and Alice was also a very heartwarming person so much compassion and caring for her job and her patience. These are the type of nurses that deserve so Recognition and I feel that they deserve to be paid more. Those are the nurses that deserve it. You can tell when nurses are doing it because they care and not that they care for the money so please do a big shout out to those two nurses that showed so much care for me. And I’m not going to forget a big shout out to the ER staff admissions, outstanding heart of Gold

Geary Miller You know we all hear the bad about Tulare hospital but my experience there on 3/3/25 was nothing less than excellent! They were all on top of their game the their bedside manner again, nothing less than excellent, just remember their jobs are stressful so please respect that if you need their services, they are truly doing the best they can and they really do care about you. Elizabeth Bough I had surgery on my foot this last Thursday at Tulare hospital and I really appreciate everyone there. They were all very helpful kind and nice they’re very professional and did a great job. A Ike would recommend their service to anyone. I know that’s having surgery on an In-N-Out basis thank you very much.

Naco Gonzalez went in for an appointment and Dana Ramos was so rude and saw that my son has down syndrome and said “get that R word out of my office!” this is heinous behavior and she needs to be disciplined

Erich Montfort Very rude staff. They mocked me when I said I didnt want to take the covid vaccine. I told them the vaccine has a risk of enlargement of the heart, which is bad for my heart condition. They made jokes about how that is not such a bad thing since I am a white male. I asked for my money back but they keep sending me the bill and they mock me every time I call them.

Sofia Rosario Antonia Rasner Well. During my grandmother’s surgery he didn’t check her for anything before and uite literally left the hospital during her surgery and she ended up dying because of internal bleeding. Something that could have been detected if he would have checked her before surgery and been present during surgery. I never got to meet her because of this.

Doug Best help I have found in this county. Jessica is a great Doctor, my praise for her are outstanding. The office people are wonderful, the office is clean. By far this office is better than the one on Dinuba Blvd.

Judy Llera Dr. Duncan is a very good surgeon. The only reason I would not recommend him is because his staff are not very helpful. Never answer messages, never get back to you to to discuss your concerns. In my case I have to go to primary care doctor to get some help.

Terri Del Re Dr Akhavon has been my primary physician for several years, and has always been caring and personable. Shes very thorough with detailed feedback, attention and follow-up care. Her staff is great, always friendly and accommodating whether in-person or by phone. Both my husband and I feel our medical care are in the best hands.

Vicky Anaya Ive been with Doctor Akhavon for a few years now. It was hard to find a good physician in town, but Im feeling like Ive got the best with her. She always makes time with her patients,she listens and truly cares about us. I have alot of respect for her staff because they are professional and awesome as well.

Charlie Kuhrt Dr Akhavon is one of the best doctors that I have seen. I can actually talk with her and she actually listens to all my issues, small or large. Dr keeps me up to date on all lab work as she knows I get very nervous and she handles this delicately. My daughter goes to dr Akhavon as well and equally loves her.

M. Soto Dr. Akhavon has been my primary doctor for 10 yrs now. Ive chosen her to remain my doctor because of the care and concern she gives and provides as a doctor, as a person, in regards to my health. I plan on keeping her and her faculty as my first and only choice. Another positive attribute, the wait time is never that long as others facilities. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a primary doctor with knowledge, experience and concern.

Rod Del Re My wife was so happy with Dr Akhavon she encouraged me to see her too. Im so glad I did. I have a variety of health issues requiring multiple specialists. Dr Akhavon is like my personal quarterback, keeping everything headed in the right direction and calling the plays, ordering tests and coordinating specialists, as needed. Shes very smart, quick-witted, friendly and highly professional.

Brian Dougherty I have to agree with the other people who had negative experiences with DOCTOR: Bhaskerds. I have a few things to say as well. "Dont go here folks." I dont think anybody likes to be treated the way I was treated and what I am talking about is the MANAGER, STAFF and DOCTOR. The MANAGER: Martha Sepeda, shouted at me and hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak to DOCTOR Bhaskards. Goodness gracious beyond rude and unprofessional. Also, Im told by receptionist Nataly that STAFF members Daisy and Myra called in the wrong prescription to CVS numerous times and caused us a great deal of trouble. Natalie said she told DOCTOR Bhaskerds to call me back at least two times but unfortunately, I am still waiting for DOCTOR Bhaskerds to call. If he doesnt call then he obviously doesnt care what his staff/manager does or he would have had the guts to call me back concerning my complaint. Save the trouble folks and stay away from this low class shameful place they call a doctors office. Natalie is the only kind considerate employee there.

Rachel Reigns Dr. Bhaskar is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate. He has been my father’s Physician for over 10 years. My father is 90 & always fits him into his schedule for emergencies & actually checks on him at the Hospital. Best Doctor EVER!

D. V. Over the past several years, Dr. Bhaskar has shown himself to be a great doctor. I feel very fortunate that he took me as a new patient during covid when I had just moved to Visalia. Several times he diagnosed serious problems and sent me straight to the hospital, even before any tests, and was 100% correct. After working with doctors for over 50 years, my opinion is that he is truly remarkable. He also listens and doesnt dismiss my concerns. One star off for his staff. They dont listen, dont get tests ordered, prescription refills sent, etc for too long. I often have to call back several times to get things done. Im not blaming Dr. Bhaskar. My opinion is that Adventist poorly trains their staff abd/or does not hire qualified employees because every Adventist doctor Ive seen has terrible office staff. That being said, Ill always be grateful for Dr Bhaskar and will continue to see him until the end. Thank you Dr. Bhaskar!

Ciera Hathaway I do not recommend this place if it was the last doctors office/clinic available. I’ve been seeking gender affirming care through my primary care for almost a year now and I feel completely let down and discriminated against. Back in September I requested a referral for a top surgery to a surgery center that I found. My primary care Raman Kaur denied my referral without reason. She stated my referral must come from psychiatry when I already brought in a letter from a therapist stating I am qualified for the surgery and have a diagnosis fitting the code for the referral. Anyways, fast forward to December, I obtained a referral from planned parenthood, but now I needed a clearance letter from my doctor. She refused again. I also needed an EKG. She refused to provide clearance. So I reported this by filling a grievance and Denise called me back, stating she would talk with the medical director. Well they concluded that my case is not medically necessary and that they will not be moving forward with clearing me. They’re antiLGBTQI+ and will refuse service based on whether or not they believe insurance will cover such services. I will not be attending this clinic ever again as it left me hopeless, depressed, unsettled and left without receiving proper care. Mind you they will refer you to other clinics if they feel they cannot or will not provide you the right services.

Courtney Van Zuyen The staff is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and friendly aside from a woman in the back office who appeared frustrated and sighed loudly as soon as she walked into the front office. I smiled, but as soon as she saw me, she quickly retreated to the back again. Its probably the only office Ive ever been to for a DOT physical where the waiting room was actually decorated.

renee perez I see Dr. Nomico and I really appreciate him and his staff. Seems like they are always in a good mode. The wait is never longer then 10min and him and his staff always have smiles on their faces which always makes the visit less painful. Thanx guys for being so good to your patients

Sudarshan Aryal Took 3.5 hours for a new hire drug test appointment. It should be less than an hour procedure. If you care your time, just avoid this place. Also, they don’t allow your companion to stay inside.

Back . i was wrapping up the call.about to hang up...I had with my with my other provider and she yelled at me ordering to Hang up the call.. all the MA and patient stared at me.. Instead of coming to me and saying excuse me we gave a cell phone policy or etc.. she decide to yell at me like if I was her kid. She need to learn to talk to patient and have some manners..

Lisa Williams Dr Roper and the Staff at VIP Specialist did my surgery and do all the refills on my pain pump. They have been for over a year now and Alex Dr. Ropers assistant and the girls at the office are the best. They are kind, and supportive while refilling etc my pain pump. The Nurses are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions etc I may have I highly recommend Dr Roper, Alex and the staff at VIP Specialist to assist anyone with chronic pain issues.

Vanessa Aville This new clinic is convenient and good location, the staff and providers are very knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and very understanding. They are very good with young kids and take their time so they get to know you , they don’t rush the experience. They allow for questions and always think of the patient’s comfort. The appointment ran on time and ended when expected.

We followed him from Reedley because we trust him with our medical care, and because we also know his going to make sure my family and I are receiving the best care from all of his doctors and staff. XVRX I had an appalling experience with Dr Akhavons office. The staff is shockingly unprofessional, swearing at patients when questioned about their treatment. They lie blatantly to your face providing no real help or care. It’s truly embarrassing how they treat their patients, avoid this place at all cost if you value your health and dignity.

Marisol Guzman I came in here today with my mom at 9am and it is currently 4pm and still havent seen a doctor she is in a lot of pain and needs her results but everyone says the Dr will be in soon and nobody has shown up plus apparently nobody knows what is going on they dont help you when you need help up worst experience ever especially when someone is in pain and waiting results. This is crazy. Plus the wheel chairs are so hard and not comfortable especially for someone who has pain. I was told that someone would come and get my mom to take her to a room to rest and nobody ever came apparently they told me only one Dr is available and thats it please hire more Drs one is not enough this is crazy. Also the nurses dont know what room to put you in they say this one wait no this one and the nurses are rude and are not very friendly especially when in pain plus we have to share rooms with people and they can hear everything that the Dr tells you no privacy at all

Erica Gonzalez I went to the ER at 1 pm. They ordered an ultrasound, blood work, and urine sample. I was done with all of those requests by 3:30. I waited in the waiting room until 9:30 asking every couple hours what is going on only for them to tell me they have not reviewed my ultrasound. 6 hours of me waiting for my results until I got fed up and left. I am 15 weeks pregnant sitting in those uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room literally for 6 hours with no information. And when I went to ask the triage nurse they were no help saying that I just have to wait until one of them finally said he’ll call to see what’s going on and that’s when he said they haven’t even reviewed my results!! I waited for 30 more minutes and then told the male nurse I was leaving and if I need to inform them that I am leaving and he completely ignored my question and just threw his hands up saying “we can’t stop you” which I knew I was just asking if I needed to inform them. He was very rude about it. Horrible experience did not feel cared for. I was NOT cared for.

Andrea T Went in with my feverish 13 month old and can only say kind things about this place. Nice, caring staff and quick service when it came to my baby being sick and feverish. Glad to see maintenance man cleaning up and doing his rounds on the restrooms frequently to keep things nice and clean.

Yesi O I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 am to see Dr. Banks (OBGYN) to confirm my pregnancy. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which was no issue. Reception staff were very nice & so was the medical assistant. After being seen by the medical assistant, I waited over 1 hour before being seen by Dr. Banks. When she walked in, she quickly introduced herself, told me I was pregnant, handed me a sheet with my estimated due date & told me I would need to schedule a follow up appointment for bloodwork + a meeting with an educator to go over prenatal care. The whole interaction was about 2 minutes before she dismissed herself from the room. She did not ask me any questions regarding my pregnancy so far - I have never felt so unseen before. This is my second pregnancy so thankfully I know what to expect. What bothers me is the “quality” care this medical office claims to give. That was horrible service, I would definitely not recommend this place. Visalia OBGYN & their quality care is truly missed. It’s unfortunate that some women have to downgrade & experience this kind of care. I will definitely not be coming back.

Shatavia Wilson If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was referred here since my original OB doesn’t deliver. And by my first visit, I immediately knew that I was going to have to switch. It took 2 weeks to hear anything from this place since the lady who takes referrals was “on vacation”. Okay so why wasn’t I notified about that? I got Dr.Betre and wasn’t too fond of him. He hardly talked to me, I was asking all the questions, & he was very misleading. None of the staff apparently seem to know what they were doing, and let’s not talk about the wait times . My appointment was at 10 and I did not get seen until 11:15. Absolutely ridiculous. This place did not care about my well-being at all. I would not recommend.

My wife always complain of pain in one of her”tooth” and their response always was “EVERYTHING IS FIIINEEEE!!! We believe them!!! After years past pain got more severe and we moved out of Tulare, we’ll she not only lost the 29 but the ones next to that tooth do infection and loss of bone!!!! Causing more problems due negligence of practice in this facility!! Now we understand that they lie to us because we had medical and they don’t wanted to deal with our insurance!! Is just terrible!!! PATHETIC letting patients suffer for any ideal.

carrie lewis The front desk lacks communication skill and had made mistakes multiple times !! The first time I spoke with them I told them I was a new patient needing to be transferred from Visalia obgyn . They got my contact information down and told me that they would call me as soon as possible and I understood that they were pretty booked and busy because they were having so many transfer patients from Visalia OB/GYN. I let two weeks go by and I still had not received a call. So I called them and asked them with an update on my referral and they said that when they gave my information to the front desk they never put my contact information down in the computer so they had no way to contact me . I let it slide because mistakes happen . when I had called about the follow up on my referral, they had decided to go ahead and schedule me an appointment for December 6. I called them December 5 and told them that they never sent me the link to the papers I was supposed to fill out prior to my appointment and they told me that my appointment was canceled because whoever I was supposed to see, had an emergency come up. and I asked them Why did i not get informed this information until now ? They told me that for whatever reason they didn’t put in my phone number, email or even an address in their system even though when I called about my follow up on the referral, they asked me for my number about four times just to make sure it was put in the system this time . When I was on the phone with them this time they rescheduled my appointment for December 12 And when I was on the phone with them, I asked them for the address of the location and the day of my appointment. I drove to the address they gave me and it was a completely different address. I was eight minutes away from their actual location so when I realize this, I looked it up and was very late to my appointment, but fortunately they still seen me because I told them that they gave me the wrong Address. But since I was so late, they see me right away and didn’t take my ID and insurance card before I seen Someone to go over my medical records and when I was done with my appointment, I just left. No one had informed me that I needed to go to the front desk again and give them my information because It had totally Slipped my mind They called me an hour later to tell me that they forgot to get my insurance And ID information when they called, I was driving and didn’t have my insurance card on me so I asked them if they could look it up by my Social Security number They told me they weren’t sure but they would try and if it didn’t work, they would call me Back, Well, apparently, after I gave them my Social Security information, they couldn’t find my insurance and they never called me back And when I went to my appointment today They pretty much blame me that it was my fault that I didn’t call them back because they told me I was supposed to call them back but over the phone. She told me that she Would call me back and then they had to inform me that they wouldn’t see me Because They don’t take HMO which they never told me before I asked them When I called about a referral if they take Blue Shield key medical And they told me yes, but Never told me they don’t take HMO . I’m sure the actual doctor and obstetricians are great. I can’t really speak on that part because I haven’t actually seen a doctor there but as far as their front desk or whoever is on the phone to help you with setting up your information and appointments are just absolutely terrible.

Teresa Schwan Everyone Ive felt with has always been professional friendly and very educated. Dr Kellogg is wonderful and goes out of her way to handle issues, she really cares. Ryan Travis chiropractor found the root reason for all my migraines Ive been on medications for most my life (since about 16) Close to 40yrs. He is wonderful and the girls in the office are always friendly and helpful... Will never go back to Family Healthcare if I can help it...

N S Lady in the front making appointments is very rude and unprofessional. It’s not funny to be giggling at someone else’s pain. She also hung up on me. In a health care field like this if you don’t have compassion, don’t work there.

Jessica Airoso Longest wait time, I patiently waited , as I approached the desk one of the girls already seemingly annoyed because I had a simple question I got here 30mins before my appointment why have I not even been called to the back after a HOUR has gone by and then Have the audacity to ignore me but want to answer the question I had for the lady in the next window.. makes sense. Work on the front desk service a simple “ it’s gonna Be a long wait” would’ve been fine NOONE needs subtle additude. Shortly after my Post I was Met By a supervisor (I believe) to Address me with an Apology. I very much appreciated the prompt action. Shows that they do care about their Patients and are determined to make us feel comfortable/Appreciated. The back office staff was very pleasant and Helpful with my questions. My time there wasn’t Bad overall, Just a lil uncomfortableness in the beginning which was quickly addressed during my time there. Thank-you! I would recommend this office.

Desiree Bedside mannerisms and show of dignity was not there. Very unprofessional. Doctor/MD/PA stood outside the door way to ask questions that I’m sure other patients could hear. RN didn’t introduce herself or say anything just pulled out her scanner, good thing I already knew what she wanted (my bracelet). Some training needs to happen on night shift, service was fast compared to the other sickly people waiting in the lobby but they gave me a med and some water that was sitting out on the front desk for an unknown amount of time and I was sent on my way. Do better Sierra View staff.

Tammy Evans I was seen promptly and treated with kindness and respect. Every staff member introduced themselves and gave a brief explanation of what they were there to do. RN Jackie was polite, kind and caring. RN Jackie went above and beyond to take care of me. The Doctor was very kind and helpful and very informative. I am so grateful that staff took such good care of me.

Channelle Good The nursing staff and provider listened to my concerns and ordered the proper labs/imaging that helped my 5 month old son. They were quick at bringing my baby back and seeing him in a timely manner. They also put us in a separate conference room so baby wasn’t around all the sickness in ER waiting room.

kathy chavez It was very busy and after all tests were done, we waited forever for the doctor to come to go over results. There should have been 2 doctors on duty. When we did see the doctor she pull up all the results due to some computer issues. A nurse came with her computer to see if she could get the rest of the results and was finally able to. This hospital needs a better system! Everyone working there was great including the doctor. We were there from 7 pm till 2 am. Wish I didn’t have her go to ER but did only because she fell and hit her head and she is 94 years old.

yasmine lazcano I came here with my fiance a couple of weeks ago and i have to say we had amazing service from everyone! the wait was no less than 5 minutes and i want to say that Dr. Carter was EXTREMELY helpful... throughout the whole time I noticed how attentive she was and how every detail was noted... i didnt feel rushed or like i had to hurry through what was going on... if she was doing anything else and was taking a while she would come by and update us! We felt so comfortable and very well attended! Thank you Dr. Carter we need more doctors like you keep up the amazing work!

April F I want to start off with mentioning Kaweah Delta Family Medicine is a learning facility, a majority of the doctors that you will see here are Resident Physicians, but they do have Attending Physicians who watch over them. Before the Resident Physicians is able to diagnose, they to consult with the Attending Physicians. That does not mean it’s not a good medical facility, every Resident Physician I have seen there is great as well as the Attending Physicians who have come in to check me. My favorite Resident Dr Ghazi completed her intern and moved back to her hometown to practice and now I am seeing Dr Heady, she is amazing. Each Resident Physician I have seen is very attentive, listens to what I have to say and for this reason I highly recommend Kaweah Delta Family Medicine

Rob Prator I have been there a few times for me and my kids. Staff is courteous and wait times not as bad as other reviewer said. I feel that people dont fully understand what it means to be in the field of health care. You cant please everyone, and the only people who write reviews are mostly angry at everything.

Nate Smith Ive scheduled two doctors appointments and the wait time to see a doctor has been ridiculous both times. Im currently writing this review in a room that I have been sitting in for over a hour to see a doctor. Ive been checked by the nurse and was told that the doctor would be in shortly. Apparently not! They are not busy at all. Only one person in the waiting room. To top things off, on my last visit the doctor said she only has 10 minutes per patient. She only wanted to go over my back pain and told me I would have to make another appointment to go over anything else. The fact that I even have the time to write this review is beyond me. Stay away from this clinic!

Noah Whitaker Ive visited Dr. Holviks office since moving to Tulare County nearly ten years ago. Their office staff has always been friendly, polite, and helpful. I became a patient when their offices were in the multi-story building next to Kaweah Delta. When Ive needed to, Ive visited their Urgent Care across from their office. Ive never had a negative experience at any of their offices. I can literally say that Dr. Holvik saved my life when I became critically ill. When I saw the 1-star reviews I was concerned that something changed. I just visited the office earlier today and found my experience to be exactly how my previous ones were and that is excellent. If you have a bad experience at any office, trying changing your attitude first and see if youre treated better.

Patricia B My family and I are extremely blessed to call Dr Holvik’s Office our personal Doctors Office. We’ve been treated with respect since day one. We are more like family and not just a patient. I myself have been taken care of to the fullest and my husband & daughter as well. Dr. Holvik is amazing and so is Noah. And.. all others are too! It doesn’t matter who you’ll be seeing you’ll be a priority to them and that’s how it should be. All staff are friendly & welcoming as well. Oh & my daughter loves the fish tank! If you are looking for a great place to be seen with any health concerns you may have please try out Dr Holvik’s office! You’ll be happy you did! I stand behind this office 100%!! Meghan Sellers I do not see Dr. Holvik, but one of the NPs on staff (Noah) and my experience has been nothing but awesome. I transferred from my physician at VMC after having very little personal attention and effort made to help me figure out what was going on with me. Noah has listened and made me feel as though he actually wants to help. Other than one misplaced insurance card, my contact with the office has always been courteous and professional, and calls are always returned the same day or next if I leave a message too late. I am SO happy we switched providers.

Lorene Johnson Had been going there for 20 years. I used to love the experience and the Dr... but something changed. I dont know what happened but, the service went down hill. The office lost all patients records from 2013 back to forever!!! When my family went in they acted like we had never been there before. They didnt know the medications what we had been treated for and how we were all related. I went in for an eye infection and a sever cold. A new Doctor saw me from across the room and said he thought I had a scratch on my eye. I reminded him I had just told him the itching and pain started out in the other eye first and didnt think a scratch could switch eyes. He still never came across the room to examine me close up. This was just one of the tales of woe about how they stopped listening or caring. All the great support staff quit and so did my whole family and extended family.

AMR Let me start by saying that I love Dr. Sasaki. However, the staff that work here are extremely rude. Its unfortunate as Ive heard good things about the other doctors that practice here. The people that are answering phones need to be taught proper phone etiquette. If they hate their job that much they probably shouldnt work here. Please for the sake of the doctors and the patients, get rid of the rude staff! I wish my doctor wouldve never transferred here.

Hailie Madriz the receptionists and some of the nurses are very rude.I waited a month and me pushing the issue, for them to submit an "urgent referral" (that was supposed to be submitted that day.) Now i really love Dr. Rodarte hes amazing with both me and my daughter. But the other staff was just rude. Im surprised at the good reviews my daughter and i wont be going back.

Nina Botello They really put the "family" in family medicine. As a young adult, they really made the transition from going in with my mom to going in by myself very easy and fluid. If Im ever unsure of anything, they always have an easy-to-understand explanation and the time to give that to me. Calls are so easy with this clinic because its never awkward (this is coming from a very awkward person) and the front desk makes me feel cared about and important as a patient. Ive been seen by Dr. Booker and Kourtney Umphreys; both are so kind and so experienced. The nurses here are also very kind and upbeat every time I come in. This clinic is so well run that you can be seen very quickly but not feel rushed or unimportant. For those having a hard time with this clinic, dont be afraid to ask questions or make a call. Thats the only way youll ever get what you need.

Doreen Warren I have been with Dr Mark Tetz mabe 19 years. He has been the best doctor I have ever had. Kudos to you Dr Tetz. He is such a great listener thats why he has not been taking patients for years. And Courtney and the front staff workers are all excellent. Also a big shout out to Dr Tetzs assistant. She gets my paperwork done quickly.

David Vance I have been seen by Dr. Rodarte for the past 10 years. He is professional, sympathetic, polite, and understanding. He is very friendly, but at the same time, very forthright in discussing Medical issues that affect me. He is patient and he takes the time to listen to my concerns and he gives me the time to explain what I’m seeing him for. When my medical problems are not within his scope of expertise, he readily writes a referral to another Doctor, or Doctors. I wholeheartedly recommend Doctor Rodarte for your, or your family’s, medical needs! Additionally, his nurse Maricella, I believe that’s her name, is also very professional and kind (P.S. He really loves to talk about sports, especially Football)

Jerry Heylek Dr Bhajal is an outstanding cardiovascular doctor. Been seeing him for years. Right on top of my health problem. When I leave his office I feel like Ive been well informed of any cardio problems and the problem is solved. Totally a professional. I dont care about" bed side manors " , I want results. Would suggest him to friends.

Jen Pim Dr. Bhajal is a wonderful doctor. He fixed my SVT. He has been so patient with me and lets me keep coming in for checks up. I got really bad anxiety from my condition and he took the time to check me and assured me that everything is fixed and I will be ok.

Ms. Mé Of all the kaweah facilities urgent cares, I feel like this is the best one. Gets you in and out. Its not cluttered and congested - the time is reasonable and the place is clean. The doctors and staff are always good as well. Well urgent care as well too. But inlove getting in and out.

Deanna Youngquist My sister has autism and is very hard to work with in medical settings. Everyone here was so helpful and understanding. We came in on a Thursday morning around 8 and were seen within 20 minutes and they were patient with my sister and very empathetic for me as the caretaker. I’m definitely coming here again!

syd Avoid this place! I’ve literally never felt so degraded and judged in my life! The medical assistant took my vitals and went out to the the physician to tell her what the issue was. ( Note to the workers: we can hear you talking at your desks!) anyway.. I just hear the physician groan and say “uuuuugh” … Well I’m so sorry that me coming in here and my pain is such an inconvenience to you! At that point I already wanted to leave. But no she comes in the room right away and the first question she asks is “are you taking drugs from Mexico? If you are that’s ok” I get it, it’s her job to ask questions like that but first of all there’s a better, less offensive way, to ask that. Second, you can at least work your way up to assuming I’m on some type of drugs. And of course she continued to carry on like she actually cared. What a joke! The only thing I left with is a bill from my insurance and embarrassment. Apparently this clinic can’t do anything about anything. Just don’t go to this place. It’s definitely better to waste hours waiting at the urgent care and actually be treated like a person than going to this place. All the workers look and act like they hate their jobs. Except for the lady at the front desk, she was super nice.

Ryan Anderson I just had some dental work done yesterday at this location, and I can honestly say that the staff there was super polite and very professional. They helped me right away, were very honest & informative about my options, and treated me with respect. Dr. O and the dental assistants were all very kind, gentle, and went the extra mile to ensure I wouldnt be in pain or at risk of dry socket/infection. Today I feel great and am very much so looking forward to my next appointment with them. I cant and wont diminish any of the other reviewers experiences, but I can say with certainty that my experience was nothing like a lot of the reviews I see on this page. I have been to many dental offices and dealt with many dentists & dental assistants, but none of them come close to the kindness, gentleness, and professionalism that Dr. O and his assistants showed me yesterday. I honestly couldnt be happier with them and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for dental work in the Visalia area. Thanks Dr. O and associates! Really love the convenience of being able to walk in, sometimes you have unplanned reasons for going and its so nice not having to wait for an appointment to become available.

Laura Godinez If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been to this clinic once this year, and I will not be returning. The PA who assisted me—an Asian male—prescribed me ibuprofen despite me informing him that I have CKD. He insisted it was safe and even claimed I don’t have CKD, despite the fact that I see my nephrologist, Dr. Javeq, every three months for my condition. If I didn’t have CKD, my eGFR wouldn’t be declining, and I wouldn’t need a specialist. During my visit, the PA spent no more than three minutes in the room. He didn’t ask about my symptoms—he simply walked in, told me I was negative for the flu, commented on my tonsils being enlarged, and prescribed steroids. The same thing happened last year when I came in, and once again, he prescribed ibuprofen. I’m genuinely concerned for the safety of patients receiving incorrect prescriptions here. This level of care is unacceptable.

Emma Morales Took my daughter in to the walk-in and everyone was extremely nice from the guy at the front desk to the MA and Dr.Reyes. We were listened to, prescribed a medication all in less than 30 minutes.

Fortino Gonzalez They treated me and my son badly. The lady at front desk was disrespectful and was discriminating me and my son just because my son doesn’t have a social security number. They denied to attend my sons health because of that reason. Also with these actions they took his privilege to attend school and learn.

Joey Floriano Made a appoint for Friday staff schedule for Thursday. Doctor’s have poor bed side manor. I was and have been treated horribly. Was not informed of Doctor changes then refused to grant care I needed to get my prescription refilled. I can not recommend this place at all. Horrible service.

McCurry Shawn (Doogadaz) The team of doctors and nurses here always fantastic, they go above and beyond every time. However, there are two glaring issues with this family healthcare network location. First, the area is not the best. Im sure it helps a lot of people but its not the safest place. Secondly, the front desk/receptionist staff are comprised of the absolute worst people in the business. They 100% do not care in the slightest about you or your problems, jump to conclusions and are quick to blame the patient for their "mistakes" without knowing the whole story. (The story: After my doc has been on vacation, and my pharmacy requested the wrong dosage of medication the front office "girl" (because shes that immature) scolded me over the phone about "not requesting my medicine a week in advance" even though there were many other factors to several days of calling). If you have to go here because of your job or insurance it will be just fine but Id avoid coming here if you have any other options.

Mid-Life Otaku’s Told its policy to not fax paperwork for patients… to a facility that you referred me to… for surgery of cancer …. Had to be in today 1 week before my surgery my appointment was made at 3 I had to rush back to Visalia pay kinko’s 15 and fax my own medical release form. This entire clinic needs a state review due to failure to comply with HIPPA and medical negligence. 6 years I’ve had this cancer and only after I got a referral after begging family healthcare network for one to a endocrinologist did I get one 1 year later. I have cancer and I have to come her since they referred me and now you can’t fax my paperwork ? This place is a nightmare and a casino for doctors to make money off the poor. Get a PPO peeps it’s 600 a month but at least I can see someone who didn’t graduated by their teeth

How are you going to call and ask if we can come in early just to have us wait 40 minutes before even getting called back. Last time it was 30 minute wait.

Bobbi J Horrible horrible experience! My husband cut the tip of his finger off and they stored it in a paper bowl with ice. They left it sitting for 6 hours in watered down ice and he was transferred to a Fresno where they said they could have saved it but the way the stored it they can’t. Also they took his blood and just left the bikes and never took them.

Larry Smith He explained everything well. I do think the office could work just a bit on clarity of instructions. Specifically, about the timing of the procedure...its important to make sure everyone is on the same page. The office was not bad, but I did feel there was a bit of lack of communication. Nonetheless, I believe he is the only rectal surgeon in Tulare County, and I am happy he serves this area with his skill set. I do believe he cares about his patients. I also found the nurses at the facility to be very caring and professional. I would recommend him.

Shera Fagundes My husband was scheduled for a colonoscopy at 11:15. Not being able to eat the entire day before and day of is always difficult. He got a call at 10:45 to let him know to show up at 11:45 instead. When we arrived at 11:45 we were told the procedures were 2-3 hours behind schedule. I wonder if the doctor would have still done the procedure if my husband was 2-3 hours late for his appointment? We left and will be finding anouther doctor.
