ALL LIVES MATTER Watsonville DOD is the best. All the staff are genuine and care about their patients. Dr Parsons is such a wonderful doctor. He may act like hes not paying attention but trust me he is and listens to everything you tell him and always finds a solution and treatment. Its very hard to find good doctors who care about their patients health. Overall they all exceed on everything. Wonderful Doctors and staff.

After initially feeling frustrated with the K1 visa medical exam requirements, I was contacted by Judy, the manager of doctors on duty. She went above and beyond to correct the situation I was in and ensure that all necessary procedures were done correctly. Judy was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind, and she truly made a difference in turning my experience around. She was well-informed about the K1 visa requirements and took the time to address my concerns with care and respect. Ian Russell The doctor was great. I had a pretty nasty wound going on after stupidly popping what could have been a spider bite. I got patched up and given a prescription of antibiotics. I really enjoyed the berveity of the appointment and getting the medicine I need.

Lana Dale-Moore Genuinely one of the best PP I’ve ever been to. The people here are so kinda and caring. They made me feel amazing. I came in needing help with my birth control and then returned a few days later to finish up some stuff and it was so quick and easy. To the one tech with green hair under their dark curly hair, you made my experience 10x better. These people really understand the difference between a personal experience vs a transactional experience.

Emma I had an appointment today at 1:30. I arrived at 1:25 and waited inside for a few minutes before being checked in, after being checked in I was instructed to have a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked the woman at the desk if she had an estimated amount of time before I’d be seen and she said she would go check, when she came back she said “no more then 5 minutes”. At the 5 minute mark another woman called me back and directed me to a room saying we were still waiting but she would ask me the check in questions. After about 2 minutes the questions were over and the woman left, this was at 2:03pm. I sat and waited in the new room alone for an additional 35 minutes or so without anyone coming in to update me on time frame before deciding to leave at 2:40pm, an hour and ten minutes after my appointment time. I had only asked how long it would be until I was seen and instead of receiving an answer I was tucked away with no updates for 35 minutes(time stamps from frustrated texts I was sending to my friend). Super disappointing. The lack of communication was deeply frustrating. I did not expect to be seen sooner then they were ready to see me but would have appreciated being told an actual time frame rather then being left alone in a random room for over 35 minutes when all I had asked for was an update on how much longer it would be. I just don’t see the point in misleading me on how long it would be. I had made an appointment and didn’t expect the wait to be over an hour which I would have understood more if I were a walk in. I copied this from my yelp review but this was such a frustrating experience I felt it needed to be shared. I’ve been to this same establishment 2 times prior with no issue and all the staff has been lovely but todays interaction left me questioning if I would even like to make the updated appointment I originally said I would.

Rubi Ojeda I had a great experience here a few times, I went back recently for a vaccine and Marcos was really sweet. I’ve seen him probably a couple times. He always makes me feel safe and comfortable and really cares about me as a patient and is always making sure my questions are fully answered! I really hope he makes it higher in the industry. He’s very caring and gentle and like I said he really cares. Great experience at this location!!

Libbi Rivas This is a wonderful environment for all women and men. They are very discreet and make yo comfortable right when you walk in The staff is genuine and give you a smile to help if you are nervous or scared. My first time visiting PP I was 15 or 16 and my mom and sister took me i was scared but the staff quickly eased my mind and made sure I understood everything. they were just like family.

Peter Cross My back was locked up and I was in extreme pain. I waited for a week to see if anything would get better, but to avail, so I decided to go in, and get checked out yesterday. They were concerned as I was and they took some xrays of my pelvis, ultra sound of my kidneys, and a ct scan along with some extensive blood work. Everything came okay, but still no answers, and cause for pain. I suggested maybe a pulled muscle, or a disc, and this is where I got extremely disappointed with their next steps. Granted I can barely move and still can’t move today, and for last week. They didn’t do any other tests and told me to call my primary for an MRI of my spine. They told me at least I have a clean bill of health and no infections, or tumors, blood work looks great (playing everything off). Which obviously Iam happy about that, but that doesn’t mean everything else is disregarded. This is where the nurse and Dr. Physician Seth started to push me out of the Er (not physically). I feel completely ignored for and left hung out to dry. It’s crazy how you spend 7 hours in the ER and they have no answers and didn’t do further testing (like an MRI that they are suggesting my primary do). I’m still in extreme discomfort/pain with no answers. I’m losing faith in the medical industry and the zero empathy they have (well at least at this place). Furthermore, no medication for the pain either. They simply didn’t care for my well being. On top of that they said if the pain still persists to come back. I told them that’s why I’am here, because it’s been a week. I would never in my life go back there after this experience even if I was having a heart attack. Absolutely not. Separate occasion same service: I should’ve known I was going to get this type of service from them, because 4 years ago I took my father in law there for him throwing up for four days and his eye all of a sudden went crooked plus slurred speech (I was thinking stroke). They said has his symptoms always been like that and I replied if they were I wouldn’t be here. They did all the testings as well and said probably a virus (I said a virus for a crooked eye that’s weird), because they couldn’t see anything on the scans, but later at different hospital they saw that he had a small stroke (same paperwork). They totally missed the diagnosis for the stroke. I’m pretty sure if you have a broken arm you would get good service, but from my experiences nothing, but bad. Avoid this place if something serious is taking place. No help! If the ER would like to respond I was admitted there March 14,2025 around 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Peter Cross is my name. Maria Cacho I m very grateful for the outstanding care I received during my visit to the hospital on March 6th. I will like to acknowledge Luz at the front desk. She was incredible helpful and patience, taking the time to assist me for nearly 40 minutes to figure out where Kaiser wanted to send me. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for the rest of my experience. In the ER, I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Knight and nurses Juan and Brenda. Their communication and compassionate care were excellent! I truly thankful.

Tracy Todd I took my father into the ER for Heart issues. He was admitted quickly and received excellent care. The hospital staff was compassionate and attentive. Mary Ellen Snider I visited this facility very early 6:30 am, so I was the only patient there. The sign in station is located at the end of waiting station, past the checkin stations. That didn’t make sense. Have the sign in station, first and prominent for people to see, rather then be directed to it. Given the hour, I was quickly checked in and seen by Dr Caleb Trent, who was the best ER doctor. He was personable, empathetic, provided clear information and detailed instructions on what the process was. He listened to me and was there to make my stay comfortable. Which, given the circumstances it was. Thank you Dr Trent and staff.

Sarah Sherwood Professionalism, high caliber care and quickness is everything my daughter received at Watsonville Community hospital ER. No waiting for six hours in the waiting room! Everyone we encountered from start to finish was genuinely friendly and helpful, as we had never been there before. The MD & nursing staff asked questions on top of questions to make sure we understood everything that was happening and at discharge. I’m pleased we made the right decision by choosing this facility instead of the other option in the county.

Holly Ive been a member of the credit union for years, its the best bank Ive ever used. They know customers personally and will go out of their way to help you with loans and finances. They have gotten me incredibly good rates on auto loans and I wont get my loans from any other servicer. Ive never had an issue, nor has anyone of my family members who have all been members for 10+ years. Ive even had better experiences than at Bay Federal which seems to be pretty popular around here. All in all, the best banking institution in watsonville.

Marissa Fernandez I had to start coming here because i chabged insurances, not by choice. They take forever to get an appointment. First one i had they canceled on me when i was standing in the office because apparently the doctor called out. I waited another 2 months for my appointment and she called out again. They are unreliable here and i dont recommend it. If you want to wait forever to get an appointment and just have them cancel on you then feel free but if you want a reliable doctor run from this place.

Kevin Freiermuth Was very attentive to my pain which is why I came into E.R with extreme pain spending 8 hours in ER with no ER emergency calls coming in my wife and myself endured 8 hrs of over diagnosis.pain control and management is what I needed. 8 hrs with no diagnosis except pain medicine. No notification of my insurance acceptance until C.Scan and X Rays . Have been two 2 ergent care visits diagnosis and drugs perscribed. No better.Saw a new Dr and in our discussion he leaned towards human parvo B19 minor expense WHS miss diagnos very ,very expensive I only needed to have my pain controlled and managed Diagnosis missed by 3 Doctors only 1 knew symptoms. 23,000 dollars later you tell me my insurance may not cover services if I knew that .just calm and manage pain and let me walk without this huge bii I dont know how I can pay.

Rocio Fuentes I feel Dr. Martinez has taken advantage of the fact that hes one of the only latino doctors in the Watsonville area. He knows the latino community will trust him with eyes closed. He overbooks, causing you to wait up to two hours after your SCHEDULED appointment to be seen. And once he does make it to your room, hes in and out in minutes. Who has that kind of time for such an impersonal experience? My family has trusted him for many years. Once my parents started having health problems I started assisting their appointments and he did NOT like me asking questions. He was rude even. Millenials are catching onto you, Dr. Martinez.

N R Dr. Martinez definitely takes advantage of the spanish speaking community and their trust in him. He makes you wait for hours for a scheduled appointment and then does not even take the time to really listen to his patients. He does not care about your health. DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your health.

franklin ortiz Good M.D. who always willing to see new patients if they dont have appointments. Dr. Martinez is respectful and genuine. My only complaint is waiting for hours at times, even when you have an appointment. Sometimes it feels like Dr. Martinez just wants to give you medicine to solve your medical problem. Rather than conducting further assessments to determine what is really causing the issues. Besides these complaints, Hes a good doctor.

Jesse Hernandez Elvira was very disrespectful. Were simply trying to get a check up an do to no history in the clinic she told me to go to my ordinary clinic cause the doctor wasnt there. Which is the reason I was calling. She didnt provide an option for a later day. Mo option in times. She seemed to just want to get me off the phone. Very very bad customer service skills. Clinic is better of hiring Freelancers at this rate. Your loosing customers.

Charmaigne Scott Recently, I had a deep bunion surgery, there. My doctor assembled the most professional, caring, and conscious team of Angels; all female, except two men. Even as Dr. Angela Molinas anesthesia was taking effect, I knew I was in good hands and they were on a mission to make sure it turned out, as desired. That was two+ months, ago. The healing process is never easy but they made the entire experience so much better. Today, I am feeling almost like myself, again and have confidence that the surgery was a success. That is because the old painful injury is not nearly as troublesome as it had been for over 40 years! Now, I am free of crutches, a wheelchair, and that big ol boot. Yesterday, I took my first, tentative steps to navigate without any help or aid. I walked on my own with both feet doing their job for me. Yes, I still have some pain to get through but it is subsiding. So, if you have a deep, skeletal or bone problem and want it fixed right, make sure you have the right doctor, first. Mine was / is Dr. Hopkins (The Foot Doctors). If you are not blessed to have him, make sure your doctor has the necessary connections to get you repaired at the Central Coast Surgery Center! Then and now, I love and will not forget my Angel Team! They were at the right place at the right time for me. Their professionalism and excellent services rendered were made even better by the conducive environment of the Central Coast Surgery Center. Do the things you need to do to get yourself taken care of, correctly. Then, your proactivity and diligence will pay off, too. I am very grateful for the superb care I received from my doctor, Angel Team, and the Central Coast Surgery Center. After getting their needed services, a lot of my joyfulness has returned and I am a much happier camper.

rich buse I was to have hernia surgery Jan. 29th. I came in at 6:30 am to find out that they didnt have me down as being registered. I dont know whose fault that was. They were able to (fit) me in. They prepped me for surgery (which I was impressed with the nurses help). The Anesthesiologist came in and we spoke. I told him of my injury to the neck. As far as I knew he seemed well trained in his position. I was wheeled in to the surgery room. I was told the next thing I will be doing is dreaming of my Daughter. I woke up in recovery without anything done. When he tried to use the intubator he injured the inside of my mouth. By pushing the tool to the right side I developed a sore on my gum which is still healing 4 weeks later. Along with behind my lip that rubbed against my teeth. I was told that they couldnt intubate me and would purchase a special tool. My surgery was re-scheduled.... the day before I called to confirm they got the tool. The head nurse said that it was very expensive and it had to be passed by their Board. With that they wanted to push the surgery to the following Friday. I called my Doctor and they were able to schedule at the local hospital the next day. Thanks to my Doctor and staff to step up and be responsible. If I were you, I would call in advance to make sure the Center does the job they told you they would do and the Anesthesiologist on board knows how to treat a patient and ask the questions needed to make the surgery a success. It’s unfortunate that the Surgery Center had to follow their Board procedures and recommendations instead of placing the patient’s needs as a priority in a timely manner. P.S. My Dentist documented with pictures and a note along with addressing the needs to help with the healing.

Hailey Ortega MD.Calvo was completely against testing my family for strep throat despite the fact that there were two positives in our house and two of us had symptoms. She continued to make rude remarks since the moment she entered the exam room. On top of that, she came into the room speaking Spanish assuming my family and I could not speak English and inappropriately asked me my relationship to my family members simply because of my last name.

These are the nicest most helpful people/doctors I’ve come across in a long time. Helped with so many things that I didn’t plan on doing today or ever because I don’t have insurance. So helpful. Jason our doctor today is so amazing caring and helpful. Making sure you get the exact care you need and listening to what is wrong and then finding the best solution . We will be coming back here so grateful we came across this clinic. Not the worst clinic ever in fact it’s one of the best. From when you walk in to when you walk out. The nurse was a sweat heart as well. Don’t let those negative reviews scare you away. Must’ve been a bad day for the patient because I can’t see how ALL the people I’ve talked to can be so rude when EVERY person I’ve talked to is SO NICE AND CARING!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Rosa Machuca Doctor Reyes, Doctor Sanford and Dr. Hansen are great doctor.. Their medical assistants are nice but need to smile more and Dr Reyes Medical Assistant need to stop being snobby and stop patronizing the patients. She is rude. Every time i had an appointment with Dr. Reyes She would be making fun of me or mine. Yes the doors are closed but I can still hear her talking about me with the other staff and most of all her "That what i told her" remarks are really unnecessary. The receptionist need to be more friendly. they look like they want to be any where but there. There was one receptionist that give a way our appointment because we werent their on time, when we where on time and we where waiting in line to check in. Apparently she had called our name but the only name we heard was a Natalia and that is not my name. Not only did we stood in line for 10 min, we had to wait for an hour and half to get seen, because we supposedly missed our appointment by not reply to a name that was given. Its not my fault that the lady call me by a different name. I shouldnt had wait for her stupid mistake!!!! The lap staff are also unfriendly and didnt have patience with my daughter who has a mental disorder and is terrified of needles. They should had been more compassionate instead of being rude with her! Im only given three stars because I do love the doctors, especially Dr. Sanford. If you are looking for a doctor who really listens to your concern Dr. Sanford is that doctor.

I was on my death bed and still she didnt help me. I was very happy with the therapy. Until she started bringing senstive subjects up that I already told her, and she knew I wasnt ready for. I felt ganged up on by both before I decided to leave them. I felt If I stayed there I would have died. I am so greatful for my New Dr. and therapist. I am now in good hands.

The freely give out dubious miss-diagnoses and try to push you to order extra unnecessary tests to allay the fears they just instilled in you all in order to bill you for more money. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of other clinics in town to serve your personal and work related needs.

Mercari Selling Just the worst. They won’t solve any of your problems and will just give you the runaround. They say they send referrals when they don’t. You’ll show up to the place they told you to go to and they’ll say they have no record of anything from this place and to go back to them yet again for another referral. They’ve seen our kid 10 times for the same ongoing issue and haven’t been able to do a single thing about it after almost two years. They don’t know what they’re doing, don’t do what they say they will, and won’t solve your problem even if you come in a dozen times and get referred all over town. Avoid this place and go somewhere else if you can.

George Chandler I was a patient at Watsonville Nursing Center for one and a half years, from 10/16 until 04/18. I received excellent care. The staff were all wonderful and caring, and professional. I found that they even go beyond the call of duty by hosting such things as Candle Light Dinners around the Holidays and Bar-B-Ques, none of which are required for them to do. They would also have celebrations for patients birthdays with ice cream and cake socials, also not required. The entire nursing staff was great and professional. By contrast, I later spent some time at Windsor in Modesto, following heart surgery, and that place was really horrible. So thank you to everyone at WNC!! I will highly recommend you!

Dumb People I cant take care of my loved one at home... But Im telling you VISIT your family or they probably wont listen to them because some of the people here are so unprofessional I swear you need something and they come and do everything mad like what? Katherine Wilson I believe the staff were nice. The doctor was unfortunately unprofessional and probed a little too deeply about trauma without regarding me as an individual. While I respect a scientific interest in my case, I was unable to control my own situation at the time, and it made for an uncomfortable interaction. Mea culpa. If you suspect possible NES, do NOT recommend. FYI: Doctors phone is disconnected. Can anyone add a number that is updated?

X Rodriguez Diagnosed w Kidney Stone at local hospital. (Medi-cal covered since it was ER room.) Referred to coastal healthcare office for follow up. Call on a Friday for an appointment, set to Tuesday. Their office was unable to validate my insurance, so I reach out to my insurance, Get a direct membership set up to allow any office that accepts Medi-Cal to see me, and wait for a further call back on their preferred referrals. Coastal Healthcare calls me Monday to re-iterate that they cant bill my insurance, I ask them to give me a few hours (this is around lunchtime when offices will be closed) the office assistant replies that theyll cancel the appointment until I call them, and hangs up before I can finish my reply. Didnt ask if I preferred to pay out of pocket, quote me a price for consult, offer low income alternatives, advise on another local office to contact, or really, give me more than 30 seconds of airtime on the phone. I can only assume their motives and context but Ive worked in the medical industry, Ive seen offices that are patient oriented and others that are... not. Id rate lower but like you (if youre reading this) Id done my research and I already had an idea of what I was getting into. No hard feelings, I wish everyone the best, but yall can do better.

Chris Briano June 2021 (still in Covid protocol) they are very careful and Absolutely professional. They do plenty of follow through calls to make sure you are aware of your appointment. Once you are there inside its very clean and is ALOT bigger than it appears. The doctor I saw (for my knee) was very thorough and very attentive he listened to everything I had to say and did not leave any questions in unanswered. By far the experience I had was well above expectations and easily surpasses the five stars I am giving them. If you are referred here, do yourself a favor and make an appointment you will not regret it.

Alex This is not a review of my dr, who is thorough and lovely. My complaint is with the staff. They made an appt with me six months in advance for a second dose of a travel vaccine I needed. They confirmed said appt a week in advance. After waiting 40 min in the lobby the day of my appt, they inform me they dont have the vaccine. Well at least they said sorry

Daniel Rall If you like an Inferior Standard of Care, this is your place. Latest example (in a decade-long litany of failures): Hit by a truck while on my bike. Called in to see my PCP. No callback. Called in again. Front desk said they were still waiting for a doctors response. Made an appointment for 2 WEEKS later, and went to urgent care. Appointment cancelled due to doctor becoming unavailable 3 days beforehand, with msg saying another doctor would see me. Called in, and front desk again reached out to doctors. No callback. Called in AGAIN end of next day, was told no response from doctors (after 2 full days); msg had apparently "not been marked urgent." Finally get a callback half way through next day; offered an appointment the following week, 3 WEEKS after being hit by a truck, and in deteriorating condition. Seriously? 3 weeks to see my PCP, when I have urgent medical concerns? The practitioners here are competent, but what does it matter if theyre effectively unavailable?

Anna Freitas I hate to give them such a low rating - Dr. Cudahy and Dr. Zenker are both excellent doctors, but the administrative side of things is a mess. Its taken me almost two months and at least 8 phone calls to get a form filled out because the office staff gave me inconsistent information and didnt follow through on relaying documents to/from Dr. Cudahy. I would love to keep going to Dr. Cudahy or Zenker, but the administrative burden isnt worth it.

Marwan I am checking in right now and the receptionist didn’t say “Hi” or “Thank you” or even smile. So I was wondering maybe she has a bad day. I checked on google and I found a 2.7 stars with everyone not happy of the service although they have a fantastic Dr. Experiences. I think it’s time for Dignity to just invest in a course given to the receptionists for customer service and the 2.7 stars will turn to a 5 stars.

Marcos Lona I’ve been going to work well now agile occupational medicine for the last 4 years for my DOT physical exams and work related issues. This last visit I had on 9/21/2023 was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with them and with any other medical practitioner/Doctor. Dr Jackson-Scott, MD. was awesome!! Interaction and connection was above and beyond! Super down to earth made me feel like a really good friend giving you great advice straight no b.s. what you really want to hear from people and especially your doctor!! Really appreciate your professionalism and style of practice. Thank you!

Joss Lopez Not only do they not respect your time and the staff is rude so is the Doctor. Do not recomen Dr. Daniel Bitner. He raised his voice And made my mother feel so uncomfortable. That is not the way to treat patients. If you had a rough day deal with it outside of consult… you all need a customer support class! Do better

H W The Dr was great. When I finally saw him. The problem at this place is they dont move like a professional Dr.s office. Waited for about 40 min in the wait room. Then They stuck me in room for over 40 minutes waiting. I had to go find someone and tell them I had to be somewhere. Absolute b.s. Ill say the Dr was pretty nice though.

andrew serrano This place sucks came for 8:30 appointment and wasnt roomed until a hour and a half later, have been here for 2 hours plus already and still havent seen a provider. Paitent satisfaction is not cared for at all. Staff was literally rooming pts that had appointment times after me.

Christian Le Moss Came in for my son to get his eye checked out due to an issue he had. The front desk staff told us it would be a 1-2 hour wait. I asked if we could schedule an appointment instead as I didn’t have an hour to wait around. We made an appointment for later that afternoon. We arrived on time and waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor. Horrible service…. I would have been better off going to the ER. What happened to medical care since Covid? Things were not this bad before.

Caro B This place really sucks. Except for a few providers I had the opportunity to meet. The medical assistants are unprofessional and rude. Need to go back to school and learn some basic routine skills and patient care.

Rosie Whitney Just left from my dental appointment and I am so disappointed in the doctor they had there. The front desk was sweet and the lady taking my X-rays was very helpful too. However when the doctor came in she was very short and rude. She would ask the assistant questions about me or tell her stuff about me directly in front of me rather than looking at me and speaking with me. Anyway, aside from that which isn’t too bad… she lowers my chair, looks in my mouth touches one tooth and says “if you get a cavity we need to do a filling” I said “okay sounds good!” She goes “I only do silver so I do it or someone else” so I say “oh okay well I’ll probably have someone else do that if I need one because I’d like it to be the color of my teeth” she then goes “who” I said “we’ll I’m not sure but I could try and reach out to my old dentist if I needed to" she scoots back, lifts my chair and says to the assistant "ok shes going to see her own dentist" and walks out…. my husband and i were baffled honestly.. my advice, do not come here for dental work, try and find someone who will communicate with you and respect you.

brenda jaras I came here for a dental visit to help me with toothaches and swollen gum. It was my first time coming since I had lost my health insurance. I left crying and feeling hopeless. The dentist ignored the two cavities you can see on my X-ray saying that cavities are not an emergency and they only take emergencies. Also my gum is swollen because I will most likely need a root canal but to go back to my regular dentist to get it fixed! I told her I don’t have insurance anymore so I can’t go! And she said we’ll here is a list of places that accept medical/Medicare, do you have that? And I said no I don’t qualify. We’ll you can still just keep the list. But Then she asked well if you don’t have any insurance then how are you paying for your braces?? And I said I had to get a second job to help me with that because the crowding in my teeth was causing problems in my mouth since I was born with a smaller jaw they were recommended by my old dentist it’s not for cosmetic reasons. She responded well a root canal is more important then braces…..wow that was so rude, how was I supposed to predict the future?? So heartless. She doesn’t know my life or finances, I can’t imagine someone who is barely getting by being treated like this. In the end I wasted my time and money to just be told to keep brushing and flossing and rinse with salt water but there is nothing I can do for you. Just as a side note I was the only patient! Nobody was waiting in the lobby or sitting in the other chairs so they had time to help me. It wasn’t a time issue. Would not recommend this place! You are better off getting a loan to help pay for dental work at a different place then try to get help here.

Liz P Lately I’m not sure if it’s the new staff or management but customer service has been horrible. My mother was turned away because on their system showed that she did not have an appt on file when she actually did! She even showed proof to the receptionists n she kept saying that it was a glitch on the system n no she had no appt that she could sched her for another date. Welp thats not my mothers fault. My mom will have a surgery n needed that appt. Its not the first time that a inconvenience or mistake arises but slowly n surely service has been bad.

August Orange This place will have you waiting hours for your appointment. Also they will schedule you for labs that require you to be fasting and not tell you that you need to be fasting. Never wasted so much of my time at a Dr. office anywhere in my life. Then it takes months to get another appointment.

I have to "update my information all the time..its like they dont file your chart properly. Before they became Dignity Health it was different there was always availability and staff was polite and personal..I been through the transition and thats when it all went down hill.

Guillermo Fernandez If I had to, I would give it no stars based on my experience. I had an appointment with Dr. knorr and didn’t feel comfortable with the examination after refusing the examination, he only provided me with antibiotics and left angrily. After complaining that I didn’t feel comfortable with that provider anymore. I called to make an appointment with a different provider. I had another appointment with the same provider today after I told them I wanted a different one. After a few seconds talking with me, he told me that I should get a different provider. And was being rude through the whole process. This is really unprofessional of him instead of gave me an alternative option to make me feel comfortable. What happened with making the patient feel comfortable? I feel like that went out the door after a one minute with this provider. I felt discriminated against.

Carlos Cardoza My first visit and I was very impressed. Reception are clean and very organized..smiling faces everywhere. They get you in and out in a reasonable time...doctor was great..precise and factual...shook my hand...and sent me off!..about 30 minutes in and out!

Ben Caton Very mellow demeanor almost as tho he doesn’t care. Doesn’t really talk and just listens. Not very helpful at all. Would not recommend. If you see 100 random walk in doctors 99 will be better than this guy.
