The lady I got was rude and didnt properly remove all of the acrylics off of my nails 5 fingers still have acrylic left over. The lady was trying to remove my nails with nail tips when I asked for a soak-off. She wasnt going to use any acetone until I asked her on the third time.

Tatiana Probably the worst waxing experience of my entire life, sloppy painful and unprofessional then they charged me almost double the price on their website, $60 plus they forced me to add a tip which was definitely not deserved, when advertised as $35. Truly terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Mark Hawk Susan Fletcher at Urban Nails is the best! Have been seeing her for about a year now for my mani/pedis. She uses a waterless, wellness technique which was a totally new experience for me! Joseph who owns the salon is also excellent per my husband who isn’t a fan of getting his nails done. Urban Nails is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. They are a small establishment so appointments are highly recommended.

I had my nails done by the female technician there. Horrible. The nail polish color is not evenly applied, my nails beds has residual nail powder/dust stuck in the gel. The clear coat exceeds my nail…I hate them! Won’t be going back..ever… Ps. I don’t normally write reviews but provided I paid almost 70 bucks for a manicure I would like to save future clients from wasting their money!

Mira Salama Disappointing first experience. I paid for Builder Gel manicure. My nails are sloppy with spillage on the cuticle and sides. Tons of cuticle not trimmed. Every nail is a different shape. Not even a massage or lotion at the end. For $55?!? I kept asking for things to be fixed after the service was over, and she would huff and puff and fix one nail, then go back on her phone. Definitely will not be going back. Such a disappointment. She couldn’t care less. This is the first time I haven’t tipped a service.

Serena Gonzalez Finesse nails is truly such an experience! I love the owner, she calls you by your name and remembers it and makes you feel at home! I’ve never been to a nail salon where they offer mimosas! I’ve come before with old owner and never really cared to go back until recently my friend Michelle recommended them and new owner so I go check it out and knew once I met Pauline and how she treats all her clients I found my place!

Damari Davalos horrible service, they start working on your nails assuming you want the full service and they don’t ask you what you want. so they charge you the most expensive service. they charge a $20 dollar fee just for cuticle service (that i didn’t ask for) and then apparently now they charge $5 for the shape of the nail. when i went back i asked about the shape fee and they apparently never do charge for that so they pocketed $5, why because he can and did. they never broke down the service. never returning again. (paid $97 for this set and they’re not even fake nails, they’re just dip in powder on my natural nails).

My cuticles were not clipped off they just pushed them back and there is space between the acrylic they applied it looks horrible and had the nerve to get an attitude when I asked him to fix It NOT WHAT I ASKED AND PAID FOR

Lori Chollar I was in town for a few days and picked Desert Nails & Spa because it was pretty close to the hotel and had good reviews. I had such a good experience that I wanted to leave a review myself. Kim did a great job with my mani and pedi and it was truly relaxing. Everyone there was friendly, and they also recommended a great dinner spot for my husband and I to try (Okura Robata Grill & Sushi was great!). However, the reason Im writing this review is that after my appointment I stopped by a store and a falling display piece gouged 2 of my nails. I went back to Desert Nails and Kim was very gracious and redid both nails happily and without charging me. Truly great service. Ill be stopping by next time Im in town. Thanks ladies! :)

VJ Slav First of all, very unfriendly! No hello, how are you, a smile, nothing! I paid extra for a massage during my pedicure. I also had a gel manicure. The extra massage was not worth it. The massage should be a foot massage, not legs only. She didnt seem to understand when I asked her to massage my feet the last 2 minutes. My toenails were filed at an angle. I asked to straighten and even them out. She did a few files and got annoyed so I let it go. Apparently filing the bottom of the feet to smooth calluses isnt part of their routine. She did not polish the tip of my toenail so its all white. I came home and did my callouses and had to refile my toenails along with cutting off skin around my nails. My gel manicure isnt much better but Im done complaining. Such a waste of my hard earned money! Not a treat at all!

After looking at a gazillion salons on yelp…and reading another gazillion reviews…I narrowed my search to Ann’s Nail Salon…and chose Sophie to give me a manicure and pedicure. After seeing the same manicurist for 21 yrs…I was on a mission after moving to Rancho Mirage to find a replacement manicurist. I hit a home run on my first try. Sophie did an absolutely wonderful job! If you looking for a salon and manicurist give Ann’s salon a go. You won’t be disappointed.

Katie Nyhoff I came to this nail salon on a whim. I walked in with no reservation and was seated right away with the utmost politeness and respect. The facility was clean and well kept. I was paired with Sophie and WOW I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with her. She did a fill and color change on my nails and a collagen treatment on my hands (severe dry skin). Sophie did a phenomenal job. I should have taken a photo of my nails right after, but here they are a day later looking just fabulous!

Sendy Barrows The service and the quality of my manicure were disappointing. I spent two hours, and almost $80 for a French manicure and pedicure on Sunday only to have the paint on the manicure crack by Tuesday morning and start to peel before I got back from my work trip on Thursday. My friend and I stopped by on Jan 12 to get a mani and pedi together since we both had good experiences at this salon. We were given an 11am appointment and we both were given a chair for the pedicure and manicure at the same time. The water was extremely hot and we asked for the nail tech to fix it, which she did. It seemed like the salon was short staffed, since the nail tech who did my friends pedicure was the same person who did mine after she finished with my friend. Which meant I spent almost an hour in the chair just soaking my feet. When she finally got to me, she seemed to be an a hurry and did a messy job on my toes, but later corrected. When she got to my manicure she did the same thing, I asked her to fix it again. Although she fixed it, I did not appreciate her tone or reluctance to correct it. I was not asking for any complicated design, all I was asking for was simple French manicure. If they were short staffed that day, it would have been great for someone to let us know they could not help us, so we could have gone to another salon. I understand that regular nail polish doesnt last as long as gel, but it shouldnt last only two days. Its worth nothing that I was traveling for work, and therefore not doing anything to really ruin the polish.

H C When youre spending over $70 to get a gel set of nails, youd think that youd be getting the whole shebang. What I requested was a pastel green colored French tip on a set of gel nails. The nail tech, Hunter, brought light pink gel... I asked for clear but he insisted that the "nail underneath would see through," so I conceded and let him continue. Realizing that the green I chose was not going to look good on the color he chose I decided on a faded French tip. The tech didnt understand what I what I wanted (even after showing him a picture) and he proceeded to do the minimal effort of what I asked for. So all in all, instead of explaining what I expected, this is what I got... Nails filed. No wash or wipe Pink gel applied when asked for clear. Silver French tip applied when asked for faded white French tip. No cuticle push back to trim. My cuticles werent even touched outside of the oil he applied after. Incredibly disappointing experiencefrom my first time at this place.

Connie Botelho Had my gel nails done here not even one week the gel started coming out went to see them to get it fixed and they blamed on my nails and it wasn’t their fault. I paid $55.us which cost me $80 cdn. I get my nails done in Canada and they last me 4wks. Very poor service will never go back and I don’t recommend them at all.

ed ada I walked into Vinny Nail Spa (VNS) on a whim as my nails and cuticles were in dire need of repair. I suffer from excessive dry skin and also spend a great amount of time gardening at my house in SF. Vivian was not only friendly and welcoming, she is a true professional in her field. She worked that cuticle nipper like Edward Sissorhands without a single wound. Vivian completed my manicure with a natural looking buff and relaxing hand moisturizing massage. After all was said and done, I walked out of VNS feeling confident with how healthy my hands and nails looked. I will definitely make a return visit the next time I’m in town!

Madison McKay I have been coming to Vinny Nails for a few months now- every time I go I not only leave feeling relaxed and renewed, but also with a little serotonin boost! Every single one of them are hilarious, personable, and make an effort to make sure you leave feeling satisfied with your experience. My nails always look incredible, and I always see Jenny, who was referred to me by another friend who has been seeing her for over a year. Additionally, there is Vivianne who is spunky and genuine. Jenny’s mother does incredible pedicures, I hate that I’m blanking on her name! They all do amazing work, and clearly are loved by the community - they always remember everyone’s name! Go to Vinny nails, you won’t be disappointed!

Saint Phan This is my go-to spot in PS! Ive tried a few nail salons over the last couple of years. and this by far the best. The staff is extremely friendly, and the quality is always top-notch. Its consistently busy, and for good reason. I always call ahead to make an appointment, and I rarely have any scheduling conflicts with them because they always do their best to accomodate me. the manicures do take a little long, but thats the nail techs are takling their time to deliver the best results. Highly recommend give them a call to booking your appointment before you like to come.

Elaine Ewing Ive been coming to LV Nails in Palm Springs for several years, and I cant recommend them enough! As a local, Ive tried several nail salons in the area, and this is by far my favorite. Kevin, the owner, does my manicures, and Lisa does my pedicures—they both do a fantastic job. Ive also had Kathy help with manicures, and shes amazing, especially when it comes to tiny nail designs! Ive tried a variety of styles here—French manicures, chrome nails, ombré nails, and cat eye nails—and they always turn out beautiful. They also offer a full range of waxing services, and I’ve had brow waxing done with great results. They’re very careful with my sensitive skin, which I really appreciate. Ive recommended LV Nails to my stepdaughter, granddaughters, and in-laws, and now theyre regular clients too. Even my husband comes along sometimes for a manicure or mani/pedi, and they always take great care of him. The salon was recently remodeled and looks fantastic. Their prices are excellent—especially compared to what I used to pay in Los Angeles! They accept both appointments and walk-ins, but if you have a favorite tech, I highly recommend making an appointment. A nice bonus: they offer a loyalty card—if you pay in cash, you get a stamp for each service, and once your card is full, you get $10 off! Everyone here is polite, friendly, and professional. El Jr Tacos After looking around for a good place for pedicures, i finally found it! I been going to this place for about a year now since i moved from Fontana and im happy with their service, theyre always nice and welcoming and they do a good job. I always ask for Kim but theyre all good at what they do. Make sure you have an appointment otherwise you will be waiting for a long time. The hot stone massage for my pedicure are always amazing. Had massage chairs. Very sanitary and clean!

Alyssa Johnson One of the worst nail salons Ive been to. The person who gave me a pedicure cut my small toe and the person who gave me a gel manicure cut my finger. On top of that, the cuticle pusher the manicurist used must have been dirty because I got a very bad infection under my nail and am still seeing puss come out. Lastly, the manicurist did not properly clean my nails after filing and applied gel polish on top of the dust, which made my nails look bubbled. When I asked her to fix, she acted annoyed like it was my problem. Not worth $85, go elsewhere.

Cynthia Nash This is the first nail salon I’ve been to that has the entire staff as men and only one woman. I was skeptical, but after having Joe work on my mani-pedi, he put my worries to rest. My big toes need work due to in-grown toenails. In fact, I’ve never seen a nail tech paid so much attention to my nails. He was very quiet and articulately brought all the tools he needed and worked with full confidence. I felt tolerable pain as he worked my big toes. I truly appreciate his skills and experience! I am surely coming back, especially for the affordable price. The salon was very clean and saw the staff disinfecting the chairs before the client sat down. Their massage chairs were very comfortable and looked very new.

Completely pain free and she listened to everything I asked. She was patient with me and paid great attention to detail. She worked with me to get the nails I desired that would help them grow again without causing future damage to my already fragile nails. I had a previous nail polish that was painted over and not properly removed. She didnt even remove any cuticles like they usually do... No lotion at the end. Sent home w/ drier hands and cuticles. Ana T Chose this place based on reviews and was super disappointed.It was the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. They charged me top price for lowest service. Between two of us getting our hands and nails painted not a single of 4 colours we chose actually matched what we picked. I could’ve looked past that if they actually did anything else other than slightly trim our nails and paint them. In the sun light the nail polish looked super blotchy and cheap. I’ve bought better stuff at the dollar store. I would post pictures but I didn’t get any because just days after the nail polish started to lift and peel. I’m assuming this was a tourist special as judging by the reviews their regulars don’t get the same service or perhaps they’ve just never had a decent mani pedi.

Mark Roscoe They had no problem catering to men. They are all friendly and personable. Eric is the owner and will make sure you are taken care of by one of his capable and friendly staff. I go every 3 weeks with a friend for a mani/pedi. It takes an hour and costs $68. Tip your manicurist. I give $80, and it is worth every penny. It isnt easy for me to do my toes anymore. Now, I dont have to. It is great to have nice-looking nails all the time.

Rosy Hopper Absolutely awful experience! Worst manicure with gel I ever had. The young guy with the long hair was so RUDE AND STRANGE, he was making non stop rude comments (speak to me in this language, say something, do it, learn me something) and asking me the strangest personal questions (beautiful ring, how long did it take you to get it, what did you do for it, where is it from, how much did he pay). The weirdest experience...to the point I twice told him to stop and just finish the manicure. Lastly THEY WATER DOWN THEIR POLISHES!!! and barely put any color on. When I mentioned it they hid behind "we try to keep the layers thin". Yet my nails looked pink amd patchy. To top it all off the transparent patchy parts have now turned yellow

Christine Wawira My daughter and I came here to get our nails done. I asked for a full set for both of us and a color change on our toes. Vincent did my daughters nails and Brian did mine. My daughter was given a pedicure even though I asked for her nails to be painted and thats it. By the time I realized it was a pedicure he was halfway in and I just didnt want to make a scene so I didnt say anything. My daughters nails are lumpy, the French tip looks terrible as you can see her real nail underneath. My nails are horrible too. The nail polish doesnt even cover the whole nail and the acrylic is very bumpy and not flush to my nail bed. I asked him to file it down and he did but it still looks bad. They rushed us out of there, because they were almost closing so I didnt get to complain that day. I spent $200 on our nails. On the way home my daughter told me that the man giving her the pedicure was very creepy towards her as he was rubbing her legs and he was looking at her in a suggestive manner. Shes only 13. We found another review on here where a lady had the same uncomfortable experience. He made my daughter feel so uncomfortable and the fact that more than 1 person has experienced this odd behavior is alarming. I called to complain and I was told Vincent wasnt in so he couldnt fix my daughters nails but Brian was in and he could fix mine. I asked if he could fix my daughters too and was repeatedly told that he refused to fix my daughters nails. I kept asking why until the lady on the phone was honest and she told me the 2 guys have beef with each other so Brian will not be touching or fixing Vincents work. How unprofessional is that! I was then told Id be charged $45 for a fill to fix my nails because by the time I was available to come in they would have grown out. If I was able to come in the day I complained they were going to charge me $25 to fix their mistake. I asked for the manager and I was given her number. I called a few times and it went straight to voice-mail. I called the nail salon again to find out why Kathy wasnt answering and I was told shes in Vietnam on vacation until August 8th or something. This situation was so unnecessary, they have horrible customer service and are unprofessional with their own personal drama that they bring to the workplace. Not to mention the creepy guy who is massaging young girls and women and is making them uncomfortable. My daughter was so excited to get her nails done for school and now they are ugly and she was made to feel very uncomfortable by that man giving her a service I didnt even ask for. I will never ever step foot in this establishment again. I wish I read reviews before I went. Dont ignore mine. Beware

Iliana first of all i’m am a 13 year old girl. ima start off with how my nails were. as u can see in the pictures my french tip nails were not done right and the gloss was halfway on it’s like some scratches of matte some of my nails are lumpy. my moms nails look horrible. lumpy and the polish doesn’t even cover her whole nail. my mom specifically said to just paint my toe nails and he gave me a pedicure and still charged her. during the pedicure i felt very uncomfortable he was staring at me rlly weird while rubbing my legs i felt like he wanted to do something to me. i later read a review where someone else had the same exact uncomfortable experience and then i realized thats exactly what happened to me. the guy who did my nails his name is Vincent. and me and my mother do not live in cali this was supposed to be a well deserved vacation and they refused to fix the mistake they made bc Vincent wasn’t there and the guy brian that did my moms nails he wouldn’t redo my nails bc we were told that him and Vincent have workplace beef. like how unprofessional is that and they were still gonna charge after they messed up this is so ridiculous. me and my mom called the manager and a lady who filled in for kathy said it was our fault for not complaining earlier after we told her everything i understand we could have said something but it was a very busy vacation we called Kathy and it went to voicemail multiple times. we called the nail salon again and she just now told us that kathy is on vacation in vietnam and she can’t help us. i am never coming here again.

So my black peoples in Palm Springs please don’t waste your money here… I want in for a pedicure with gel and callus removed and they didn’t even what scrub my feet I had ask for to do it… he barely touched my feet and for it be 57$ cash… I’m very disappointed with my feet I won’t be back. It did look really pretty on the inside….just not good Service for my black people. No oil no bath salt no scrub… but the white lady a couple seats down from got all of that and was 45$ with gel. Brittany Carranza I got my nails done while on vacation during memorial weekend. It seemed like the guy who did my nails didn’t know what he was doing. I got dip. But he admitted to have messed up and accidentally rubbed my nails with paper towel and it stuck all over the nails. I said it was okay and he fixed it.. however the very next day it was bubbling at the top clear coat. I went back but it was a Sunday and they were closed, so I had to just go back home. And now most of the clear coat came off the top. The nails look terrible and I can’t get go back to have them fix it. the man also filed down my nails a lot, so they are very thin now. It was a very weird dip manicure. They also cut me a couple of times. I will never go to them again when in Palm Springs.

Ive generally enjoyed my acrylics and pedicures during my visits. However, the cash-only policy is frustrating. Since getting nails and waxing are luxuries rather than necessities, I find it inconvenient, especially considering I usually spend over $200 for my daughter and me. They do offer an ATM, but it incurs additional fees, which feels unnecessary given they are equipped to accept debit and credit cards. This policy might drive clients away. Additionally, they seem to have inconsistent rules about appointments and card payments. They often claim they dont take appointments on Fridays and Saturdays, but I’ve been asked to wait while they prioritize walk-ins. This inconsistency with payment methods and appointment scheduling seems unprofessional and could negatively impact their business.

Cam Harris If I could give 10 stars to Linny I would! Rejuvenation (and Linny in particular) is the best nail experience Ive ever had. I walked in without an appointment about an hour before closing. Linny took extraordinary time and care with my nails despite me coming in late and was SO incredibly kind throughout the process. She removed some old acrylics (even soaking them for extra long because she noticed I dont love the drill tool) and did expert Gel X! The nails turned out absolutely gorgeous and Linny even stayed past closing time to make sure my nails were perfect. Highly highly recommend for the most kind, caring, and thorough nail experience. It was also very affordable. I will be returning every time Im in Palm Springs. Thank you Linny!!

Ken Kasee If I could give zero stars, I would. My two best friends and I went for quick clean-up pedicures before my birthday dinner, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The owner relentlessly pushed us to upgrade our services, which would have doubled our time in the chair—time we didnt have. I’m not cheap and have no problem treating myself and my friends, but being asked five times if we wanted manicures was beyond annoying. The owner singled me out and gave me attitude the entire time, delivering one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. She acted like a sulking child, making the whole experience uncomfortable for everyone, including her staff. My toenails are crooked because she couldn’t be bothered to file them correctly. She was clearly upset that we didn’t want upgrades. To top it all off, I was ready to tip generously despite the horrific service, but in 2024, she didn’t have the tipping function working on her debit card machine. Absolutely horrible service, unbelievably rude, and I have many more words I won’t type here. I kept my composure because it was my special day with my friends, but this place doesn’t deserve anyones business.

Saint Phan We tried Rejuvenation Nail in Palm Springs and expected a good visit based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. We have very sensitive cuticles and this was truly the BEST most gentle pedicure i have ever had in my life. 100 percent recommend this spa ! Rejuvenation Nail is officially my new pedicure place in the city.

Jennifer Martinez If I could leave zero stars I would. The service was horrible. We got 2 pedicures. The water starts off cold, asked for warmer water, semi fixed to lukewarm… that’s okay. I told the nail tech to keep my nails straight across to file/clip if needed to make even. Pedicure starts she barely pushes my cuticles back, hardly any clean up, she clips the SIDES of my nails which should never be cut! That creates a pincher nail. Clips my regrowth of my nail that broke off after hitting it. (the nail was not dead it was healthy regrowth) I would’ve appreciated if my appointment was longer than 13 minutes, more patience and focus. I ended up filing my nails evenly at home. The other nail tech respectfully should no longer be giving service. Experience was 10/10 horrible gloopy polish, toe nails all uneven not even straight or curved. My friends toe nails were completely cut from the sides to near triangle shape which is so wrong! I wouldn’t even be able to express what that was! I’m aware of language barriers but there should be some kind of second hand help if the business owners know that’s the case. One should ask for assistance before proceeding without clearly knowing what a customer wants. I expressed our complaints, it’s honestly pointless at that point you cant regrow your nails at that moment. Instead of offering a discount for such a horrible experience she quickly scanned the card and asked my friend to sit so she can fix. My friend ask to take off the polish she would fix the rest herself at home. She was over it. The lady tries fixing the mistakes atleast she was able to get them semi straight as it could be since they were now triangle shape. (My friend also went home to fix her own nails) My friend told her more than 3x she didn’t want polish, yet she still proceeded to paint them. After paying for a service, nobody should be going home to fix their entire pedicure. Long story short find the next salon or better off saving your money from here.

Lillian Silva First time here at Snappy Nails.. Didn’t go well. When I made my appointment, I asked for somebody who knew how to do design and long nails. As my nails were being done the gentleman, doing my nails put these curvy nails on prior to acrylic. I’m used to getting the long nails glued onto my nail however, these had a huge curve at the tip. I asked the gentleman will The curve be there when he finished. he assured me it would not. When it came time to cut the nails to the length that I wanted, he kept insisting on them being short because he had put the curvy nail on knowing that long nails do not go with that type of nail. Needless to say, I didn’t get the length I wanted. Then, when it came time to do the design, I showed him two pictures. I told him which one of the two pictures would be easier for him to do on my nails. He said either one so I chose one. The one I chose he attempted to do 4 times.. I got frustrated and told him just to put a gel topcoat so I can get going.. I was very frustrated with the service. I believe he put a nail on me that nobody request. Therefore, he thought he could use a material on me, That’s just sitting around in their cabinet.. definitely will not be going back and will not recommend anybody to come to this nail place… Now I am left with thick/ wide nails that curve at the tip and no design on them and they charged me $60 which was not worth it at all

Courtney Marley Horrible experience and incredibly upset considering I’ve always had good service here. Today, I had a new person doing my manicure and I asked for a full set which I always do. I typically get my nails shorter in length due to working in the hospital but today, the nail person proceeded to file them down all the way to my skin so there was absolutely no more nail left. She even began taking off my skin as there was no more nail left to file. Not sure why I paid for a tip when the entire tip was then removed. It’s incredibly disappointing given the price charged. The price of the same services also varies by $10ish or more dollars every visit I’ve noticed. Will not be returning.

Joyce Xavier This “rush-through” salon caters to very elderly clientele who can’t see anything! So sad. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here! I went in and they rushed me through for a mani/pedi in 45 mins. Not a good experience at all. Difficult to believe as they were very slow on this particular Weds. afternoon. “David” drilled my long, natural nails and told me they were acrylics! They were just gel polished. He drilled hard and hurt my nail beds. Tiffany, who did my pedicure, left dead skin around my cuticles and polish on my cuticles. Another push-them-through desert salon. Never again! I regret the $100 they charged me.

I walked in with a smile and asked for assistance and I was only pointed to sit down and Tony was rude! I tried asking a general question and he acted like he don’t know English, however when I asked if he can fix something he sure spoke and understood me perfectly. He answers the calls, idk if he is the owner or the manger but he was very rough. Flipped my hand by grabbing my wrist. I didn’t like the work. But I had a wedding the next day. He didn’t even ask my preference of length before cutting. And I had nail glue stuck on my skin for 2 days. Plus the chipped the third day.

Kathy Collins I’ve been here twice before and it has been fine. However, today I went for a dip, manicure and a gel pedicure… Mai, who did my manicure was absolutely terrible. Her body language, her lack of asking me what I wanted as far as shape or anything screamed “I don’t wanna be here”. She was literally spilling Her supplies all over the floor and couldn’t care less. She was filing my nails so aggressively. I had to tell her to stop because it hurt. Again, she could care less. She was doing my nails with distain. Helen, who did my toes was OK, but I left with my manicure, being shiny on all of my toes, except, my big toes. Who knows what was going on there. Also, I have to say, it was filthy in there today. The floor was filthy. The extra a pedicure chairs that were being used were filthy. Even going back to the restroom felt sketchy. It was really dirty. Very disappointing. Don’t know if I’m going back.

Lady M. Please avoid this place at all costs. Just because a nail salon is on El Paseo doesnt mean theyre any good. I mainly went for a pedicure but I thought what the heck might as well get my nails done while Im there. They did such a horrible job on my nails I did not even get a pedicure. My nails are horribly uneven and clumpy... a lady started off on my nails she filed them with a nail file and the drill, after she was done she added more acrylic then filed them and added more acrylic again. They looked very clumpy and unprofessional. So bad the man had to come in and fix her work. He did his best as he could but I still left the nail salon looking like a 7 year old did my nails. on top of that I had to pay $50 for the horrible job. Please please please stay clear of this place. Unless you want to be in tears because your nails look horrible

D Fredricks I was a walk-in. They were welcoming, they could see me right away, the gentleman who did my nails was thorough and very good. Sweet but not talkative (which I prefer). Clean bathroom, nice massage chairs, and simple decor. My only complaint was that one of the staff, when not working, watched a show on her phone without headphones. I loathe when people do that, as it’s disruptive to the (nice) music and overall just rude to me. Someone was watching a show in a back room too with loud sound on. But I would come again if in the area and recommend for a good pedicure.

Hi There This place was nice and clean and my pedicure guy was very very nice. But I am soooo disappointed with my polish job. After 2+ hours I put regular shoes on to run errands, and my nails got all messed up. I went back for them to fix it, and he was very nice about it and accommodating. He used a light the second time as well as fast polish drier. Both of which weren’t used the first time. Hoooowever, I just put my shoes back on again, after about 4 hours from the time I got them fixed, and they got messed up AGAIN. I don’t know what polish you use (not gel) but please get better product. This is irritating and I’m not going back to get them fixed a 3rd time.

Danielle Danielle I don’t like writing bad reviews but this place was the worst experience I’ve ever had, the pedicure was a white color gel and it ended up being a hour and 40 min of the gel bubbling up after being under the black light… and then had to be redone with new color so already didn’t want that color, and my cousin didn’t get the shinny look no finish touch he said it looked as if he didn’t even get a pedicure. It was just annoying the guy that left the woman manicure spent over 30 min finishing my feet the lady was sitting there waiting another lady came in waiters and left she was like never mind it was a bad situation bad energy and just not somewhere I would recommend!

Carla Sebastian Been here a handful of times but after the most recent visit, I unfortunately won’t be coming back. I got a foot spa and the lady took a literal cheese grater to my foot and cut my heel. After I reacted, she proceeded to spray my foot with pure alcohol (more pain). My foot was dripping with blood when we finished and I had to ask for a bandaid. I couldn’t properly walk for a few days. She also didn’t do a good job of cleaning my nails and I had to ask her 3 times. After all that, they asked me to tip in cash and weren’t happy that I wanted to pay with my card. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and stressful experience. Giving 2 stars because i had a few ok visits before this one.

Nathan Kaminaka 5 stars all around to every staff member they helped me with an ingrown toe nail and leg/feet massage using hot rocks so worth the price of admission. I have never got a pedicure before and they made it easy and affordable.

She kept pushing for more stuff even though I explained I dont like fancy or flashy things. At the end of the session I never got my coffin, nails were thick, some long and some short, and she was mad I didnt have cash for my tip and I wasnt leaving more tip on my card. The experience was horrible.

Debra Carter I heard good things about this place through a friend. Its inside Walmart. Nice lady I talked to, but wouldnt take credit card for a gift over the phone . Had to Q R code, if you know how, which I dont do. So, there went 2 sales she could have had. I appreciated her protection.

Terry Nigro Just had my nails done by Mai, and she was teriffic! She listened to my needs and did my mani/pedi just how i like it. The only thing i have any complaint about, and it was my own fault, is that I wanted a regular pedi and she started to give me a gel pedi. I didnt stop her when she brought out the uv light (I thought it was for my nails) so it was my fault. So happy with the job she did!

Lucina Williams Like a drive thru pedicure. Come to Davi Nails where a male technician will do you nail like you went to In and Out burger. Your feet will be soaked in water longer than have your nails getting clean. Did not even cut the toenails to make it even before applying the nail polish. He cannot wait so he can do the next customer. Bad choice to get your nails done.

Melanie E. Lowry I received a service At paradise nails it was individual lash extensions. My eyes were burning throughout the procedure. It smelled like super glue and my eye were stuck together. Because she got the glue on my skin. Then the owner would only refund half of a hundred and forty dollars nightmare experience. Do not get your lashes done here.

Navidad Hazrati I love the atmosphere, the joy on the staff’s face as you walk in and the quality of the work. I always do long nails but this time I went short and they provided exactly what I asked for. They checked in with me periodically but also allowed me to relax, enjoy listening to my podcast and take some quiet time to zone out while they pampered me. Thank you to Justin! He did both my manicure and pedicure with a gel matte finish along with the help of his wonderful coworker at the end. He made sure to check me out and follow-up with me at the end as well. Christina Pillitteri I said I wanted and pointed to a regular pedicure which on the menu for $35. I gave a $10 tip. They charge my bank card $56. When I saw the receipt, and showed my friend she spoke up and told them they over charged me. The technician said they gave me the same service as my friend even though it was not want I asked for!! But then gave me $10 back in cash. They told me they charge that much because my friend got the $45 service and they thought I wanted the same service.

Lisa Weaver I love this place! V (also known as new Ivy) is the best! I will not go to anyone else. She is always fast and does a perfect job. The owner of this place is great and treats the employees well and keeps the spa sparkling clean! V/Ivy worked at Annes Nails for many years. So happy that I found where she went!!

Tracy Adams The place has a nice atmosphere and staff was pleasant. My complaint is that the place isnt very clean. There are workers in-between services sitting in the pedicure chairs waiting for new customers on their phones. They need to do a deep clean and wipe down around all the pedicure chairs and manicure stations.

Britny Gutierrez i absolutely loved this place, the people were so nice, caring, and loving! Gracie did my pedicure and did a really fantastic job! She also asked for my name, and mentioned my name while talking to me, which made me feel very welcomed! someone else did my pedicure and i wish i got her name, she did an extraordinary job and took her time! I will definitely be going back all the time! and 100% recommend this place to my friends!
