Trish, the owner, has been my nail tech for 13 years, and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s always friendly, attentive, and consistently delivers beautiful results. The entire team is welcoming, and the rates are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. I made an appointment and obviously gave myself and my nail techs time to accomplish the services without feeling rushed. Leah is so friendly and attentive to detail. I had a design in mind and she executed it beautifully and then some! They are a very popular and busy salon so asking the better times to come is the best way to not run into issues of crowdedness or time conflicts! This business clearly cares about customer satisfaction and their prices are very reasonable and you get amazing quality!

Callie Hinkle I am in love with this salon. Tracy is absolutely amazing with dip nails. This is my second time coming here after multiple attempts with other salons with bad results. Tracy takes her time and is a pleasure to be around. The salons environment is wonderful as well. They are inviting and ensure you have a great experience. This last set was amazing. The way the polish was applied it never fully set so now I can either do it myself or pay another place to do it. Also the sign in the door says they take credit cards...they do not and told me cash only. Everyone was very friendly but next time I will go somewhere else.

They are still so nice and shiny. 100% recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My first time in and I had a great experience. They took me as a walk-in so I had a little wait but they set me up in a massage chair and gave me a bottle of water! So clean and nice. They did a great job on my dip nails too.

Amber Love STOP! This place is just amazing! The pedicure room has low lighting, super quiet (unless other patrons are being oblivious)! They offer so many different packages! For $60, I got a bunch of treatments TO INCLUDE arm and back massage! Its +$15 for gel, but SO worth it! I think I just found my new spot! The chairs are comfortable and high end! The place looks clean, staff was so nice!

Hannah Whitenight I just recently visited this salon just last weekend. I went to get my toes done with my future sister in laws because my fiancé and I were having an engagement party the next day. However, my experience was far from great. Coming into the salon I was fairly excited, unfortunately the lady who I had doing my pedicure did an awful job. When doing the cuticle and nail trimming, she cut way too deep into my big toe causing it to start to hurt immediately after leaving. Not only that, but it looks like she used the same tools on me she did for someone previously. For the first three days after getting my toes done, my toe was in so much pain it hurt just standing on it. I ended up getting an infection in that toe. Not only did that happen, when she was massaging my legs, she was rushing so much that it hurt. She consistently kept “clawing” my legs and knees that I just wanted to leave. Keep in mind while my sister in laws were still getting their massages. My lady was putting top coat on my toes and smearing it as she was leaving it and didn’t offer to fix it. I sat in the chair for another 10 min while my sister in laws were stilling getting massages and another 10 min while they where getting a better paint job than I did. I am not one to stick up for myself, and one to cause a scene but I left really upset and physically hurt with what happened to my toe. I sadly will have to say I will not come back. My experience was awful.

leleslittleloveables Hands down the best place to get your nails done in Vacaville. The environment is always welcoming. The employees are also equally talented, which is hard to find. They offer an Ultimate Pedicure which includes a back, neck, and arm massage. I never have to call in advance to make an appointment since everyone always gives an equally enjoyable experience. Although I do have to shout out some of my favorites. For getting my nails done Henry always does a wonderful job. He always makes sure to replicate the photos I show him identically. For pedicures our go tos are Lili, Julie, and Bee. They all give a really good and thorough massages. Highly reccomend this place!!!

Bersa Brie They were really nice with me and my kid (it was her first manicure). We were able to walk in and they were able to see us immediately. I did call originally just to see if they do appointments or walk ins or both. And they seem to do walk ins. My kid got acrylic stilettos and I got gel painting with a stripe design. Both came out really well and if you have a reference picture for the design they will do as best as they can.

Min s New to the area and found this hidden gem, Tommy was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and kind when I approached him and asked for a service right at 6pm almost an hour before they close. I got my acrylic nails taken off and have a nice gel manicure with a slightly pink hue. Super cute and very work friendly for myself. I will be coming back ! The photo doesn’t do justice, but I’m very pleased with the service.

Tyara Walker Ive been here quite a few times, but the last 2 times have been horrible . Very nice staff but I feel my nails have come out looking "nubby" and not cute. Paid $35 and I do not like them. I told the lady and she said "next time we do better shape. Your nails short" I just asked for them to start being shaped squared and theyre each different.. I got the dip powder service and the lady i had made my nails super thick and they look so rounded and bulging, which is why I say "nubby" looking. The dip powder isnt even fully covering the nail either... When i used to get acrylic here, theyre good. But not for natural nails. I also posted a picture of my nails and how they look (day 3 of having them).

Left lines and bubbles through out my nails! They cut my daughters toe and couldn’t get it to stop bleeding!! Ashley Saelee Used form tape to rebuild my broken stiletto tips but did a poor job by not placing them on right; my nails didnt have the hollow underneath, it was one whole blob of acrylic basically. Said she knew how to do the french fade/ombre i wanted but actually didnt. Ended up with them looking like dry paint streaks.

azo !! I’ve been coming here since June 2022, and I am amazed! Ms. Lana does such a good job and she is super accommodating of my requests for my nails. She’s super gentle, doesn’t cut my skin, and as you can see, she does a fantastic job! They have a pretty vast color selection and while I mainly come here for my dip gel sets, the pedicures they do are great too! I highly recommend this salon :))

Janet S. Went for a fill and pedicure. First, I showed the them what color I wanted from a specific pallet they gave me that was supposed to have matching gel and regular polish for my toes. (I don’t like gel on my toes) The girl grabbed the colors but they were not the same. Didn’t notice that until I got home. Then, the fill. I’ve had acrylics for a long time and never have they started to peal off or chip in less than a week. They weren’t even filed down correctly. They are so lumpy and uneven. They also only take cash which should be said to first time customers before the service.

Amy Carpenter Ive been coming here for about a year and they are fantastic every time. Ive gone to other places and had to come see Lana when my nails cracked. Lana uses good quality materials so my nails look perfect until they grow out. Both Ana and Lana have done my mani/pedi with some beautiful nail art. This is the place to go for nail art. Other places cant compare.

I usually can wait 6 weeks, but this time it was 4 because one of my previously manicured nail colors was lifting away (caused by me, I know & nail getting long.) happy with my soft green color.

Krystal McMinn My 2nd time coming to this salon. Both visits have been amazing. The staff are very attentive and courteous. They clearly want their customers to feel pampered! Courtesy drinks are provided while having a spa pedicure, with a lot of packages available to choose from. They pay close attention to the customers preferences (I prefer non-gel polish). All of the products seem high quality and smell gorgeous. They take their time and check in with the customer throughout the experience. Beautiful artwork on the big toe at the end. Very talented staff! The shop itself is a small space, but the high ceilings give a more open feeling. With large, mounted hanging lights and TVs on the wall, they create a beautiful setting. I love what they play on the TV. Both times, it has been a lady who seems to be in another country as she goes about her day. Shes harvesting exotic looking plants from what seems like forest, then journeys to a town to sell her wares. At the end of each segment, it shows her preparing a dish to enjoy. Everything about the whole experience at this establishment encourages me to come back, and I highly recommend it!

sonya weaver Never will try a new person for my nails , the design was alright I asked for coffin shape and I got square. I can tell the lady didn’t want to do my nails she kept stopping while “ Trying “ to shape my nail into coffin shape. On top of that I always get my nails done by Hannah usually medium long with rhinestones typically around $80-100 . For my nails being short no rhinestones and not coffin shape and still charged me $100 is RIDICULOUS! I believe they need to humble themselves and the work they do and charge appropriately not a ridiculous amount . If I wasn’t sleep deprived I would of sat there some extra hours for them to fix them but unfortunately I did not & now I need to set an appointment with a different salon to fix what should of never needed fixing in the first place

Mer Combs I love coming to Nancys Nails! My daughter and I come every two weeks and am always looking forward to it. We get matching stiletto nails, and Nancy does amazing work. Our nails come out flawless, beautiful, and exactly as we ask for, including nail art and colors. Nancy is so pleasant to talk to and always makes me smile and laugh. A great nail shop, full of character. Love it here so much and highly recommend it. 10 STARS!!

Ebony I have not been able to afford a pedicure in over a year. But today I was able to treat myself. And I had THE BEST pedicure from a sweet lady named Ms Ha. She was very detailed and THE MASSAGE was AMAZING!! The whole shop has such a relaxing vibe. Its really what my spirit needed today. Thank you so much!! I will definitely be back!!

RainaRavenwood I went here less than a week ago. The nails were almost exactly what I wanted. I was happy with them, glossy uv reactive green and a matte French tip. However, I was quoted a starting price for a full set at 45. He didnt tell me my nails would cost 75 until they were glued on. I conceded because we were halfway done. I posted the last picture of the day they were done. Now, almost a week later and I have to call them about their guarantee of which they claim to only cover breakage within the first day or two. Im a student and I dont work, Im writing in notebooks and typing and reading all day. Yet, a week in and my top coat is peeling on all my nails and the nail on my ring finger is lifting. Ive had acrylic nails before and they usually last me 3-4wks. I find 75 dollars for nails to last someone who doesnt work with her hands much only a week to be unacceptable. And they are unwilling to rectify it. I want them removed but I refuse to pay them more money to do it. Another salon I go.

Mari I had my eyebrows waxed here. i requested for thinner eyebrows. The lady over waxed my brows!!! They are extremely thin. And even worse, she waxed off about 1/4th of the outer side of my right brow!!!! She stated that I had a scar there, which I do not!!! I am so embarrassed of how my brows look and will never go back there for waxing.

Jocelyn Smith Do not get your nails done here. I thought the young lady phoebe was very nice and polite however the older guy with the glasses that did my pedicure was not. He refused to listen to what I wanted he forgot to put on the top coat. I was trying to relax and enjoy the massage chair so I didn’t notice it until I got home. I called to let them them know I was unhappy with the service and noticed a lot of flaws the young lady assured me that I could come in and have it fixed but when I got there the guy that did them started getting upset talking to her in their language and told her to charge me an additional $15 to have polish removed and done right after I paid $55 plus tip. She could tell the overall pedicure wasn’t done right polish missing in the corners. Also refused to let me choose a different color for my troubles of having to come back. We gotta be more mindful of who we choose to do our business with I’ve been going to salons for years I’ve never been treated so unfair. They had no consideration of my time or business I done with them.

Pretty Reauxs Lovely shop. Unsure of all these negative reviews. I’ve been coming here faithfully for a good 9 months. I must say, they do not understand English very well so u do have to be patient. I’ve never had a bad experience tho. My nails always last at least 3.5 weeks before it’s time for a fill. My acrylic toes last more than a month. I’ve never laid more than $150 for both my nails and ALL acrylic on 10 toes. That’s honestly a great price considering I usually get French tip which takes time when it’s hand painted. Side note. I can only speak from my own experience and the nail techs that work on me. ( the two younger ones )

Jessica Rose Romero I moved from Vallejo and have been going to that same nail salon for 15 years. Moved out here recently and learned that the drive is so far now with our busy daily schedule. After three to four different tries and other local nail salons, I finally found the one. Phoebe does such an excellent job. I usually have longer natural nails and end up getting a coffin shape with dipping powder in nude and she never misses! This is my first time cutting my nails all the way down and she still did a good job that I might be sold on keeping them short now. Her salon is clean and comfortable. They take their time and do not rush you in and out of their chairs. So happy I came across her salon.

Dalia Rodriguez Hello, hope you guys day is going good. I came here for the first time ever. I asked for Gel and a manicure. The lady who took care of me was pinching my cuticles a little too far and it hurt me quite a bit. There was a lady watching over her and well which I found weird. I asked for a nail color and she said that that’s not gonna work out. I chose a similar one and she ended paining my nails bright pink. I mentioned that this is not the color I asked for and she happily helped me and redid my nails with the original color I asked for. But instead of that color she gave me a different color. I told her, this is what I am talking about the color is not even correct and it doesn’t match the sample. She told me that they didn’t have that color. And they told me if I wanted a different color to top it off. I said “okay” I still ended with a color I didn’t want. At this point they gave me 3 different colors. They also pained on my cuticles and parts of my fingers. And after they corrected the color they told me I needed to pay more for the color replacement. And I said that I wouldn’t pay for that because they were the ones who messed up. The nails ended up patchy because they pained a different color on top of the “original color”. The nails were bumpy, my cuticles were painted and my skin was pained. They wanted to charge me extra. I will never come back. I hope the best for them but this experience was indeed stressful and weird. Lady was also filing her nails with the same file that she was using on me. She also didn’t take all of the last color off so I have small weird patches on my nails. (Week later) I saw the message the owner wrote on this review and called back asking if he was available so we could talk about this review. The lady on the other side of the phone said “he is not available, I’m busy right now, bye bye” and then hung up the phone. Haha this is absolutely ridiculous. I really can’t believe this interactions, both times I contacted this location and both times have been Terrible. I will be reporting this location. I’m sorry for the owner having terrible employees.

Jacqueline Rozowski If I could give this place zero stars I would. On two separate occasions this place has severely disappointed me. The first was a random Tuesday that I went at 4:00pm when I got off work and they werent even open although Google says that they are open until 5:00 p.m. The second was today I walked in around 3:30pm on a Wednesday as their door says that they accept walk-ins I was greeted by all three women and even though there were only two clients there, the woman told me that they were busy and had no time to take off my fake nails that are now hurting me because they are two months over grow. Not only did they not offer me a different appointment or tell me when they would be available they just continued talking to their one client that was inside. Rude and inconsiderate customer service skills, I heard this place was good but Ive never seen it or experienced it.

Skiphula Lee I go there all the time. Ive been going there since I was about 13. They are absolutely amazing. Kim does the best pedicures and shes so sweet. Shell also hook your eyebrows up too. And Phillip, well hes just the best nail design artist I know. Whatever you want he can do it or if you want him to come up with something off the top of his head he can do that too. Absolutely amazing! I love them both!

Sarah Halterman Phil & Kim are great - customer service is great! They make you laugh and make the experience "fun". However, at nail salons Im not paying for the customer service (thats what tips are for in my opinion). I paid $70 for a manicure and pedicure, so I would expect for them to last longer than one week. Three of the nails on my hands that Phil added gel to have already chipped and the polish is coming off. Im not hard on my nails; I dont have a job where I use my hands a lot; I wear gloves to wash dishes. It makes no sense - this doesnt happen at other salons. Two stars for customer service and cleanliness, though. Hopefully they invest in some higher quality materials.

Lovely Libra I was a faithful client of this salon for over 10 years until all of a sudden, Nina started being hella rude. I didnt understand what her problem was. I knew i hadnt done anything wrong. I always tipped her and the other manicure and pedicure workers. I even gave her brand new nail polishes. Well I found out that she had a problem with me because she said I take 2 hours to find my color. (Which is a big lie.) And not only did she lie on me, she told another client this about ME!) So I will never step foot back in her salon because shes rude, messy and unprofessional! And honestly, she doesnt do a good job on nails anymore. Shes always rushing because her shop is always packed and shes to cheap and greedy to hire more help. I asked her if she can give the full service but she said THATS AN EXTRA CHARGE. I PAYED $50 FOR A HAIRCUT AND MAKING LAYERS. THATS INSANE! I GAVE THEM MONEY TO MESS UP MY HAIR. Jennifer Johnson I am not someone who complains… I literally had to make this account to submit this review because this is the first time I have ever left one. This used to be my go to nail place. The last two times I have been here, they have messed up and this last experience I know for sure I will never go back. I got my nails done for my wedding.while I was getting my nails done (gel) the lady asked me not to dry the hand and keep it out of the dryer. I did exactly what she said and when she can back to me she started insisting I already dried them after she told Me not to. I had to repeat to her multiple Times that I did not dry them. But she wasn’t convinced and continued to put another layer of gel on that hand without it going in the dryer prior. After I got home, the next day I noticed that same hand wasn’t as glossy and had a black underlaying that was coming through while My other hand looks great, and shiny. I was getting married and had a busy week so I wasn’t able to make it back in until 4 days after and was told I should have came back the next day and would not be getting a refund. I already had to get married with these nails. And to lose a customer over one set of nails Is ridiculous .the lady was rude and unsympathetic. I will NEVER go back to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Lizola Breazell My experience at the nail salons has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a 5 o’clock appointment and unfortunately was met with a 45 minute wait even though I had it booked. I finally sat down around 545 and she was trying to rush me and my decision. I originally wanted a French tip overlay however, she argued for just gel when I told her the color was too light for my nails, she started getting irritated with me so I switched to a solid color, she rushed me throughout the whole entire process. She did not cut my nails correctly or even give me the full hour the service mentioned. When it came time to pay she told me it was $65 and tried to force me in to tipping her. Even though i left the chair unhappy. The toes were not worth 65 not what I wanted. I recommend finding a different nail shop as these people are money hungry and rude. She did not clean up around the cuticles and painted over a mark. They also seem unsanitary.

I am very unsatisfied in regards to my nails, she charged me $55 saying my nails were long and they are not they are medium length. I also feel that they are not oval like I asked and just really bulky looking. I did not want to cause a scene as I wasn’t feeling the best and just wanted to leave but upon further inspection of them they look hideous. I tried to call the shop but they were closed and the voicemail was full. My eyebrows were also not to my liking but she just couldn’t get them right. I ended up spending $95 when I left.

The nail tech told me that she was not going to finish my nails(manicure, no tips) because they preferred to use the drill. By the way, it was the owner that treated me in that way. I had to immediately go to another nail salon to have my nails finished. Do not support that nails salon. They are very rude and their work is lackluster.

Valerie Marchand One of the best pedicures I ever got! I got the green tea mask with cucumber and oh my goodness... it felt amazing! The cooling cucumber created a wonderful sensation on my legs. This was followed by a leg scrub and the mask again. She put cuticle oil and lotion on my legs and started the hot stone massage. The chairs are massage chairs and are great. This isn’t the usual place I’d go to but my salon is temporarily closed because of COVID. This place is right down the street and a little cheaper. I’ll definitely be back again!

Precious I was very surprised by the low prices, but like they say, “you get what you pay for”. Little time was spent scrubbing my feet, “hot stones” were room temperature at best, and the polish job was sub par. She forced my sandals on before dry and ignored when I tried to tell her the sandal was rubbing against my toenails. I get to the drying station and see that the paint was damaged, as expected. They grab another technician to fix it and she ends up telling me that the polish I chose was “bad. No good” , and prompted me to select another. I chose and she looked at the bottle and again goes “oh no honey. This color no good either, see.” She they then tried to convince me to pay $10 extra dollars for gel… I paid prior to the discovery of the discrepancy, tip included and she actually expected me to pay MORE money after they messed-up my pedi. She grabs 2 other colors and begins to paint a test-nail then urges me to a specific color kind of similar to the original. I definitely will NOT be back and do NOT suggest giving this place your money

Mena Kang I went in for a soak off and was so sad with my results. I never knew I could be upset with a soak off. I’ve been growing out my natural nails for about 2-3 years now. I finally got them to be long and strong. I started getting builder gel and never had issues with getting them done or removed. I came here because it was down the street from my house instead of going to my regular salon. They filed my nails so much they burned in the process and are super thin now. I was told the gel my salon used wasn’t good but I’ve never had issue before. My nails always came out strong after they removed it. Update: I had to cut my nails down to nubs and they still hurt. They are so weak that I can’t even wash my hair without feeling discomfort in my nails.

Kelly Ellis The staff were nice but my nails don’t look good at all. My first visit went well, I got a fresh set of Gel X nails (Princess Pink Color) I was a happy customer. My second visit didn’t go so well. I came in for a Gel X fill in. I was not happy with the outcome, my stiletto nails had lost their shape after the fill in. The manager tried to convince me that the shape was not altered but the pictures don’t lie. I paid a lot of money and walked out with clunky chunky nails (white)

Karina Montes It took over 3 hours to complete my manicure and pedicure. It didn’t bother me that much until I heard their prices. I understand it’s a small business but paying almost 200 dollars for white toe nails and medium French tip acrylics is insane. Especially when my toes look like I did it myself. The last time I went to Luxxe,I loved my toes. This time was different. It’s a scam that choosing to do French tip costs you 30 extra dollars. When I got home I realized my toes do not look finished and the paint is all over my skin. It took so long that I was exhausted to go back. The workers are nice and my finger nails look good but that doesn’t fix the fact that I feel scammed and that my time was wasted.

socky good service but i asked the woman doing my nails if she could even out my nails without trimming them since i liked the length they were all at and had accidentally broken a nail the night before at an event. when the time came to fixing my nails she called over the woman at table 1 (who i saw was aggressive with her own client) to fix it. the two began to speak in vietnamese and kept repeating “long nail” while the woman who came over began to aggressively file my middle finger, leaving my middle fingernail significantly shorter than the rest. as this was my second visit i am rather frustrated with the customer service here…

She never greets my husband and I when we enter her shop. Dena Forney Very nice, always can take a walk in right away when I’ve come in. Does a good job on acrylic and gel x nails and pedicures are great too and at a great price. I’ve tried other places but always come back to special nails. All the nails techs are polite and professional and you can’t go wrong with any of them. When I want something basic it is around $45 when I get deluxe it usually comes out to around $75 with gel polish for either one. Which I think is pretty average but I’ve seen others charge more for less services

They’re work is underrated and based on the reviews I was skeptical on wether I should spend my money here. Needless to say, the first set I’ve got done here, I’ve fell in love with their work! leah hauer I love this place! I discovered them out of a few nail shops in the local area on Yelp and Im happy that I made this decision. I got a fill with gel polish and my experience was absolutely great. The lady who did my nails make sure that I like the shape I like the lens and I like the color and she worked. She didnt make me feel rushed and she didnt make me feel like I had to be repetitive with asking for what I want. My only problem with this shop is that there were a few flies but that could have been because the door was open and it was a hot day that I went. Hillery My first time here, I had the guy assisting me. I asked to see pinks to choose from since I was requesting a French tip with dip. He nodded and said yes but then didn’t give me any pink colors to choose from. He chose for me. The pink he chose for me was too light for my skin tone. He also didn’t clean up my dead skin around my cuticles. I paid $50 including a $15 tip.

Jacqueline Carrasco Went in for a fill and asked that she remove the 2 nails that were lifting. She removed all my nails (I didn’t notice this because I was looking through the color book) and then ended up having to get a full set. She was extremely rough while doing my nails and cut me multiple times. When I asked that she fix the shape of one of my nails she just pulled my finger and said my finger was crooked? I was charged for a full set and nail removal even though I didn’t ask for the nails to be removed. Not a great experience to say the least.

Angeline Huck I have had Kevin as my exclusive nail guy for over 3 years now. He always does an amazing job!! He has beautiful shape to the nails just like I like and he always comes up with a unique design on them. I pick the color and he does whatever he wants design wise. I have never had one lift and only had one break in the 3 years. I have even been able to get them longer because they are so reliable. I love them every single time...thank you much! Best nail designer ever!!

The "manager"/owner said she was not mean to my girlfriends and her friends when she literally was yelling at me on the phone and hanging up. She CUT them when doing the nails and she made sure to over charge them when they were asking for other thing, and yet received nothing that they asked for. She then said the only way she would resolve things was if they came back.... why would I ever let them go back without me. She was the most awful person I have ever even talked on the phone with. She hung up twice while yelling when I was only trying to figure things out. She did not do their nails well. This was the absolute worse experience. Would not recommend them ever.... Go at your own risk.

Candace Nelson If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up to my appointment at 10:30 as requested by the owner. The shop was closed when I arrived. I was there to receive a pedi and lash extensions. Had to wait another 15 mins to be serviced a pedicure. The employees never wash their hands and proceed from customer to customer. On top of it all, my toes look hideous as the nail tech left paint all over my skin. The gel color is lumpy. I will never return to this place.

Danielle O Beautiful, bedazzled salon here in Vacaville that makes me feel like I’m in Barbie which I loveee! I got my lash extensions done by Tiffany within an hour. Very quick service done on a comfy bed and relaxing music. Would recommend to call ahead or schedule an appointment if you’re wanting to get lashes done here. Only suggestion I have is maybe integrating more communication on the aftercare of lash extensions. Overall, a good place :)

Haley Mackey MID. if gel x is what you’re looking for, don’t bother coming here. while everyone else may appreciate their trinkets, i felt overwhelmed and dirty as i imagine they’re not throughly cleaning with all that junk they have. i’d like to add, their nail products gave temu. everytime i put my hand in the gel light it kept malfunctioning, i was irritated. the underneath of my nails feel thick asf too. wasn’t worth $60.

While waiting I decided to look at Yelp reviews and was kind of iffy because it was a mixture of good and bad reviews. Im glad I decided to stick it out. The nail tech was wonderful! I had one of the best pedicures ever with calluses removed and all! I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. I wasnt sure what to expect since it was the end of the day and they were going to close an hour and a half. Total price was $53 with the dollar being charged me for using a card. I will be going back soon.

I got a layover a couple weeks ago over my real nail because I needed to let my actual nail rest from acrylic it edit it up chipping everywhere in less than two weeks and I came back to get them removed and just to get a clear coat because I wanted to get them done the first week of September. Can you believe the owner after seeing that one of his nail tech that mind you? She usually just does toes she’s never done nails that I’ve seen and the only time she did my toes I hated them. She cut me and she left me on the chair for 30 minutes soaking and alcohol when I’ve seen people remove a acrylic in less than 15 minutes. I request to get somebody else to do my nails because she was simply too rough. She was using a to file a huge one to remove acrylic and it was hurting my nails. Here comes the man which I’m assuming is the owner and he’s in a super bad mood and they’re talking in their language because they can tell that I’m frustrated. Usually gel is never more than $15 He charged me $25 DOLLARS FOR A CLEAR COAT! And $10 for the removal. The removal I’m OK with but $25 for a clearcoat is ridiculous and he kept saying that it’s because it’s gel but I didn’t even know that there was a difference between clearcoat for gel or just a regular clear coat They We’re both the same exact thing a regular clearcoat he should’ve known better than to try to charge me $25 for a clear. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All they do is talk crap about you in their language and they get mad when you are not OK with what they’re doing. I’m never coming back and they just lost a customer.

Bethany Longo I waited to write this review until I calmed down. This experience was a mess from start to finish. I went in to fix a broken nail and she asked me if I just wanted to do a fill on all my nails ($25 advertised) She clearly was not comfortable with dipped nails. I ended up walking out with massacred nails in a color I didn’t pick. She seemed irritated when I kept asking her to file them because they were so chunky and bumpy. She finally gave up and sent me on my way with a botched dip “fill” and charged me $55 for a full set. Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. I have added photos of her work, and my normal manicurist’s work to correct them 4 days after because they were lifting so bad. So now I am out $120 for a set that should have been done correctly the first time.

Maninder Dhillon this place sucks! they did my nails horribly and they didnt do the right color. the lady that was doing my nails even hit me. she was even on a call and they could see me. i told her not to cut my nails, only file and she cut them soo short. she even hurt me when she was filing them.

Katie Alexander Went to get a manicure with my niece a and not only was I rushed when no one else was there. I got over priced for French tips (my niece was 1 color) and it was a chop job. Dont waste money here...

Cristina Nava So I went in for a pedicure which is my regular spot for pedicures ONLY but unfortunately I was convinced to get a manicure. So since I had been wanting my nails done as well I said sure why not but immediately regretted it. To begin with I had acrylic all the way up to my knuckles and it just felt messy and eventually when I went in the shower it stared to peal off but it left my cuticles looking crusty and not like i just got my nails done. Now 3 days later my nail are lifting and they look crazy. Definitely my worst nail experience ever. Also one of the main reasons I accepted was because the owner (TINA) was going to do them so I had decent expectations but nope she failed me. So now I know never will I go to them again for a manicure/ acrylics. Strictly pedicures. Also I paid $45 for something I’m not happy with.

Karrinna I have been here a few times now. And twice I’ve had a nail break. I literally just got them done yesterday and I was opening my car door and my nail broke. I brought my husband here for the first time for a pedicure. He went to pay and I told him to ask for military discount. The three times I’ve been here I got a military discount. Not much. But come on, who wouldn’t ask. My husband was denied that. But I never was. We will never come back. My pedicure was the worst. They are nice people. But I’m lost about why I got a military discount but my active duty husband who’s deployed to Iraq multiple times and is black didn’t get it. Fix yourself America.i won’t be back and I as a military spouse/veteran who lives on base have recommended People to the salons I like. This isn’t one. Edit! Not even a full two weeks. Two nails broke. I’m a mother who works and goes to school at home. I literally do not break nails I went to take them off and they literally Just easily popped off. Usually it takes a lot of soaking with acetone and foil. . Don’t waste your money here. I’d rather spend $5-10 more elsewhere! Horrible. They look so bad. I’ve lived in most states in the US and I’ve been overseas. This is the worst nail salon ever. Never again. And my active duty husband loves manicures and pedicures. They treated him like a common criminal. He’s an amazing soul who’s risked his life. For people like this? You guys missed out. We have family here. People Today really don’t care about their business.

Axle Cosmos Went here to get nails for birthday, didnt do anything close to what I asked for. The other person I went with said they were aggressive and didnt even try to talk to them. Didnt listen when I said I didnt want long acrilic nails. Definitely wont be returning. First photo is what I got, second is the picture I showed them

Racquel Johnson DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible and unprofessional service. I had to give them a star to post my comment. A nail technician took advantage of my 16 year old daughter who was not happy with her nail technician and several times spoke up about her nail service and when my daughter let the head technician know she wasn’t happy they made her pay $15 for an unfinished pedicure. I dropped my daughter off and went back inside to confront how they mistreated my daughter and no acknowledgement was given and all the customers that heard how they treated her agreed that my daughter was mistreated and was taken advantage of. Don’t waste your money on this nail shop! Horrible service.

Patricia Evans Gel nails, eye brow wax & upper lip. The waxing wasnt painful as usual. The Owner OPL was the trchnician. And, my nails are Beautiful !!!
