Mindy Le Cozy spot with good price for basic manicure ($18). Ventilation not great so be careful if sensitive to polish fumes. Quick service and good attention. Sanitized metal tools for clipping, but I suggest bringing your own nail file and buff. Good pre-manicure nail soak and hand massage.

Patti Jo A lot of places have a lot of hype and get you in and out. I had 3 things done starting with eyebrows. She listened to what I wanted and took time to talk me through procedure and took time picking the color. She did it in such a precise, caring, gentle manner. My pedicure was fabulous and even changed a color and she had no problem with it. My massage with it felt great. My nail tech did an excellent job in changing the shape I wanted and applying carefully and took her time. Best experience Ive had at a nail salon and Im 65 and so I have had many. Thanks for making this old lady feel fabulous. For what you get well worth the price and probably the best prices in town with very experienced people.

Madison Ahlgren The time for services varies too much. Last month took 1 hour for gel mani AND pedi. Today it took TWO hours for JUST my gel fill. I didnt even get to have my toes done like i scheduled. Prices are different every time i go. My manicure does not look like its worth 2 hours. They are beautiful, but the fact that it took two hours is ridiculous when i have gotten both services done in under an hour before.

Magali Gutierrez I went to Southcoast Nails for the second time and both time the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the Spa looks clean. The first time I got my nails done I was a little disappointed because one of my nails chipped after 3 days but decided to give them another chance. A gel manicure and regular pedicure is $65 for price reference.

The first set came out great, the second set I hate. I called and they were nice enough to tell me they would fix them, but I decided I was gonna have to go elsewhere. They are very nice and came into a new territory blindly, but they need to step up their work. Alot of potential, Im just disappointed.

Prices are very reasonable and affordable, thats why I always come back. Granted I come about once a year though as my hair grows very slow, but Lisa is very consistent.

They actually charged us $28 because they charge $5 more for (calus removal) ...i get pedis done regularly and this is part of the pedicure #1 , #2 i dont have a xalus worth $5 bucks to remove lol Mind you she didnt use the metal scraper just the square calus foot stone . I am disapppinted in the sneaky charges. Beware and other than that polite people.

My Battery died on my car not only did he jump start me him and another lady that worked there but then my car ran out of gas and he gave me a ride to the gas station. Pumped my gas, waited with me and then drove me back to salon to jump it again. They deserve a metal. Oh and wouldnt except a dollar from me!

Leaniris Leandry So let me start by saying that I had to wait 25min to be assisted even tho I made an appointment. I think it’s understandable to wait since sometimes stuff happens but I think it was a little unpleasant for my first time here. My set cost $75 that I don’t think is worth it but then again it’s California and I asked for the gel sculpture that I think my technician had never done before. So not a bad experience but not the best.

Myras Beauty I’ve been going to Finest Nails for 4 years ever since the first time I came here I’ve never stopped coming they are the best nail place in Santa Ana. I’ve been doing my nails with Jessica and Phil they are my favorite, but all their nail techs are amazing as well and are really good with designs and shaping, and what I love is that my nails are always so perfect. I always get so many compliments in my nails everyone always ask where do I got my nails done. ❤️ They know how to do any type of design you ask for. Even my pedicure is always so perfect the girls that do pedicures are so good too and I love to come in and get my feet massaged. Everyone that works here are always extremely friendly and make you feel welcome.

Kimberly Roy GREAT experience. My 1st time there getting a full set of acrylic dip w/tip. I wanted french manicure (sparkles) in the powder. Alice added a flower as a nice touch (free)! Alice is fast and experienced. The only downside is the price, $65 & $45 to fill. It makes me think about going back to my natural nail. I gave it 5 stars because Alice is worth 5 stars.

Shaylene Hill Highly dissatisfied with the treatment I received while going here! Nail tech by the name of Hannah spoke poorly about me the entire time I received my pedicure to her client in the chair right next to me. Her own client even told her to stop and knock it off but she proceeded to continue bashing my service and say how my acrylic on my big toes were disgusting and how it looked uneven and bad. When I confronted her she had nothing to say, and when I told the owners what she said I was told they would talk to her. No apology, no discount of the service, no attempt to correct the wrong doing. I was fuming the entire time I received my pedicure and was unable to enjoy my service. Paid $155 for my hands and toes and still tipped both my techs, because that’s the kinda person I am and they shouldn’t have to suffer for a distasteful colleague. Just know, if you come her Hannah is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Jessica K I’m staying in the area and needed to get my nails done desperately. I called at 5PM on Friday night and they were able to take me as a walk in for gel mani and spa pedi. I also added on 15-minute shoulder massage. The salon itself was very clean and organized, comfortable pedicure chairs. They did all the services in the pedicure chair. My nail technician (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was very accommodating and patiently helped me find a specific color I wanted. She was very detailed and did a wonderful job. I especially appreciated that she used builder dip powder under the gel polish to strengthen my long natural nails. The gentleman who I believe was the owner was also very welcoming. Would return when I’m back in the area! Also the pricing was much less than what I’m used to paying in Boston!

Anita Olson Wynn is awesome!! She has done my nails 2x and they look great. The shape is consistent (no lopsided or lumpy parts/even, not thick and she even added clear gel to the back side to support/reinforcement). I am hard on my nails because I am always way hands and I weigh lift/workout on top of cleaning the house. Her work station is clean and organized. She listens, checks for understanding then gets busy. She is able to accommodate my busy schedule and let me make a late appointment. The environment is relaxed and it appears everyone likes working with one another there. Lots of loyal customers is my observation. I live near Brea but won’t consider going anywhere else now. I found a great professional with industry standard pricing.

I showed her 1 and asked her to clean it so she filed it super quick but not the rest. The nails had little bumps from power residue that she just went over with polish. The tips of the nails where not fully covered in polish. I just paid and left when I noticed she had no interest in fixing them and just moved on to the next customer. I didnt take pictures. I need these nails today!!! I left and went to someone else to fix them. I came in prepared to pay good money for beautiful nails. I paid decent money for a mediocre job. It hurt my feelings. And now Im going to pay to have them fixed at a different location. Oh and she was watching a soap opera on her phone while she did my nails. Shouldve walked out when I noticed the phone she was staring at in her cart. Never again. However the lady that did my toes was a sweetheart. The nails are not ugly. Just very messy, rushed, no attention to detail. From afar you could pass by unnoticed. If someone holds ur hand they look a mess. Im very dissappointed. I attached the few pictures I did get. And a picture of the nails I wanted (a picture out of their very own reviews) Update: I fixed them. Come to perfection hair and nails in anaheim. Check out their reviews to see the after !!!!!

Danna If I could give a zero I would… I went in to get a mani & pedi and I wanted specific colors, French tip, gel, and very short acrylics for my mani. They wanted to charge me $55 for both so $110 total, I then change my mind to a more simple look and went for 1 basic color and so that worked best for both me and the workers here. And as my pedi was being done before my nails I waited and waited for someone to do my acrylics….but no one ever showed up until after my pedicure was done. And as for my pedicure, the lasts kept rubbing her nail filer against my cuticle which started to hurt but I didn’t say anything because I thought this will end soon but she kept doing it, and now left some bruising on my toe. Anyways left her very unhappy with my service here and no acrylics!! Ver very horrible service and job, I left very un happy and noticed the day after that it is a horrible job!—Got this nails job done April 6

Jessica Cruz First time here I got a gift card and decided to give it a try. Great service I got a regular gel manicure and pedicure and both Kimmie and Holly were amazing. Holly did my pedicure and she was so gentle. I suffer from ingrowns and she fixed it without hurting me unlike other locations. Kimmie was very nice and gentle as well manicure looks great.

Gaddie G This is the second time ,that we have visited this place. The service was average, but the prices are excessively high. Each thing they offer increases. If you dont pay attention to what they are offering you, you will end up paying over 100 dollars per person. A member of my family had a pedicure but honestly was not satisfied with the service. Allison Shamrell Great place! I went with my husband and 5-year-old daughter. We all had a great time and loved the results. They don’t have any little pedicure chairs for young kids, but they had a very kid-friendly attitude and were very kind to our daughter. We are just visiting Anaheim but we’d absolutely come back here in the future!

Evelin Delgado Infections. I got infections on both my big toes due to how aggressive they were. The lady made my toe bleed on the left. Both of them are red and swollen with pus. I am hardly able to walk from the pain and had to stay in bed all day. The nails from my manicure feel sensitive too. (Edit: I now learned that my nails were sensitive because of the ring of fire on my nails that they left which are almost done healing months later)

Malia B I came in as a walk in on November 2nd and they were able to fit me in, which was really nice. Every person I interacted with was super kind and welcoming. It was a truly relaxing experience. However, one nail has already started peeling. It’s a bit of a drive for me, so going to Fleur may only be a once in a while kind of treat for me, but I truly enjoyed the experience.

Cristina I wanted to love this place after receiving great service on my pedicure with Vicki during my first visit! Unfortunately my second time here I tried Gel X for the first time in my life and a different nail tech did a poor job. Underneath a few of my nails you can see a thick layer of glue between my real nail and the tip, meaning she didnt press them on correctly. I was charged $90 just for my nails to break off after 2 weeks when she told me they last as long as acrylic. Im extremely disappointed for the price I paid. This is a great salon for pedicures but I wont be going back for manicure services.

Marissa Skates DO NOT COME HERE FOR TIMELY SERVICE. I was told I could come in for a pedicure and fill at whatever time. They had me check in, asked me to sit down in a pedicure chair and said someone would be right with me. I waited 30 minutes (foolish, but assuming someone would help me by the end of it) and no one helped me. I asked when I would be helped, and a nail tech said the woman that would be doing my nails just needed to eat. It would have been fine if she told me what time to come. But instead I wasted childcare time for NO ONE to help me. I couldnt wait any longer. Poor communication and service. Will never be back.

I took my nails off yesterday and literally have fungus in three different finger nails, which is disgusting. I do not recommend coming here, they do not prioritize being clean and sanitary for their customers and their business. Very disappointed.

Genesis A Flores Ive been coming here for about 6 weeks but recently their service has gone down so much. I’ve been coming in every two weeks for gel and manicure and they have literally destroyed my nails. I always tell them to not file my nails so much because i have thin nails and they don’t listen and file them regardless leaving my nails very thin. My gel is always smeared and typically only lasts for about 5 days. Not to mention they don’t properly clean ur cuticles. While i was getting my nails done the manicurists kept insisting i get my eyebrows done even though I had told her several times that I was unable to she kept insisting and was extremely loud at at telling me that my eyebrows could be thinner. If you want to get your monies worth I recommend not coming here and go somewhere will they will not only do and take care of your nails properly but also not publicly shame you for your appearance infront of others.

s Cherry did my nails today. These are pictures from today the same day that she did them. I paid $70 for this. $60 plus a $10 tip. Im livid. And I see why they only accept cash because otherwise Id be charging them back for this. Updated to include two pictures from the third day after I got this done. So embarrassingly bad and awful and the manager told me that Cherry is the best nail tech there? Yikes yikes yikes. BEWARE

daisy My mom has gone to this nail salon for years now and now I see why!!! Ive always been nervous to get a manicure due to the fact I bite my nails constantly but it was such an amazing experience! Mindy was the nail tech that did my manicure and I couldnt have been happier! She matched my nails to my personality so well! The way she got super excited to do my nails made me extremely happy to see! She was so funny and nice every single time she showed me every step of the nail process until we got the final results! 10/10 highly recommend coming here!

Mari I am the type of person who has anxiety when i go to get my nails done because so many nail professionals dont pay attention that my nails are all the same length and width. I came to Tina and she did an amazing job. I felt like i could relax and didnt feel bad to tell her how i really liked my nails. She is very patient and always does my nails just the way i like them. Elizabeth Solis I’m very upset about my first time service here while getting my manicure and pedicure. The tall old lady was rude and cut both of my big toes. She saw the blood and ignored it until my second toe was also bleeding. She also cut both pinkies and middle fingers. She also messed up the chrome I wanted and still had the audacity to ask for a tip and even got bothered when I said no. NO, THANK YOU! DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELES! Navida Ahmed Came here last Friday for a gel mani/Pedi and my total was $85. Brought my cousin this last Thursday, and they charged her $109 for a gel mani/Pedi because she added glitter on top. Never was it communicated that the glitter would be extra. The owner or host, is VERY pushy, kept asking us if we wanted wax services and made comments saying that "this is what women should do", very distasteful. After my cousin finished her nails, they asked how much she wanted to tip (we thought the service was okay so we said $10 total) the receptionist then tried to tell my cousin her total was $150 (which meant a $40 tip), we didnt swipe our card, and corrected her and said "no we mean $10 total". She seemed hesitant to change the total. Overall, my experience was good when I went during the day on Friday, but our Thursday night experience was just bad. Dont think we will come back

Maria Rojas As much I used to love coming here, my most recent visit was so disappointing. My friend and I came in got a full set done. Upon arrival we were both asked if we had a design or idea of how we wanted our nails. We both provided our ideas. The two nail techs looked flustered and annoyed that my friend and I wanted designs. She wanted a mummy and I wanted spider webs. My tech started on my nails and right away noticed that she was annoyed. I noticed a lot of my nails were looking very lumpy and I let my tech know and she just said okay. She attempted to fix them but was more concern about time. Mind you, my friend and I had an appointment and even arrived 30mins prior just in case. Once she was done and attempted to do the spider web design she became more and more frustrated. I understand that not all places can do nail designs, but please work with your costumers, instead of doing a half job. After that whole thing, I was charged $60 for my nails. The nail tech mentioned about 4 times as we were paying, don’t forget to tip. This is my last time coming here after recommending this place to many people. They have also have had the same experience lately. Please see the attached photos of my under nails and how there is product that was not filed down and how my pinky nail looks crooked. Plus the original design that was wanted.

From the moment the nail tech started, I could tell things were going south fast. I politely mentioned midway through that my nails were coming out uneven, streaky, and just plain awful. Instead of fixing them, she shrugged it off like I was overreacting and continued on with her sloppy work. By the time she finished, my nails looked like a complete mess—lumpy, uneven, and something I wouldnt be caught dead with in public. But heres the kicker: she still had the audacity to charge me full price! No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just a terrible job and an empty wallet. If you value your money and want nails that actually look professionally done, stay far away from this place. Its a joke of a salon, and they clearly dont care about customer satisfaction. Dont waste your time or your money here!

They practice social distancing and all employees wear a mask. They also have hand sanitizers for all to use. They are so nice and I always feel welcomed. Please support local business!

Juliana Campbell This place is a disappointment. They have old polish and curing light is low voltage. Got my nails and toes done, about $100.00 - one day after, my gel manicure chipped. Went back… they fixed but, you could obviously see the repair because they didn’t blend… looks awful. They also had me come back at 7:00 pm - despite me asking for earlier appointment because I had my son. My top coat, is chipping all up… my nails are also lifting. I am one week post manicure and the whole set looks like crap. Really bad job… will never go back and do not recommend.

Thank You I came in asking for a pedicure. Before I began my pedicure, I realized I was ten dollars short. So I told them I will only do pedicure without gel. The nail lady insisted that I did gel and she only offered me services with gel on it. She said I couldn’t do regular services. The ladies next to my left staring and this was making me very uncomfortable. The color came out beautiful. But the approach to my $34 dollar service wasn’t welcoming. I asked for her name, this way I knew not to refer people to her. But I liked the place itself. It was nice to be there and the chairs were comfortable. But I would not recommend it as my first choice. She said her name was Julie. Then she said her name was Lulu. But I overheard another lady being called Lulu so I am not sure if there is more than one Lulu. Anyway. I felt this review was necessary. I wouldn’t want my sweet young daughter or niece or anyone I know come here :(

The woman that attended me was very nice but unfortunately I didn’t like how my nails came out the first time so I asked if she just can do nude color instead. Originally wanted French tip. My nails came out uneven and crooked. I also have multiple cuts as well. I’ve come here for years and I haven’t had a bad experience until now. I really liked this place but I’m not to sure now.

alma C I was sat down and the first tech tried to take off my set, stabbed my cuticle with her own nail, then proceeded to use her mechanical nail filer on the skin of my thumb, successfully burning me. I asked for a different nail tech, and the second one was slightly more careful, but not enough since she ended up cutting my skin with the cuticle clipper. I informed the main lady, and she just shrugged and said a half hearted sorry. Clearly not caring for my experience. The overall job was subpar, the gel polish that I paid for does not look nice and was not applied properly. All I asked for was a manicure. Do your nails here at your own risk.

Roxanne Arana My family has been coming here since I was a kid with my mom and I cant imagine going anyplace else. These ladies have always taken excellent care of us and on the rare occasion a new nail tech makes a mistake, Cindy is quick to correct it and make it right. I wanted a special set to celebrate my milestone birthday this year and Miss Lisa went above and beyond with my gel x nails. With purple jelly polish, black matte French tips, gold webs and a jeweled spider design on stiletto nails I felt positively bewitching! I was blown away by her artistry and technical talent! My sets usually last me about a month even though Im rough with my hands, I do a lot of fabrication and meticulous restoration of high visibility props. In my years of getting gel x, Ive yet to break a nail outright. Kathys Nails is definitely worth the time and money!

LaMeraSantanera Kathy’s nails is a Santa Ana gem! It’s been around since I was just a kid and I’m so glad it’s around for me as an adult. I went for acrylics and my sister went for gel x (light teal cat’s eye) and we couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the results! Tran worked on my long red coffin nails and I’M IN LOVE! The nail work looks nice but it’s painful! The woman cut me. I was bleeding! Not to mention they need more workers there. I was a walk in and well of course it was going to take awhile. I give this place two stars because I got injured here. I paid for nice nail work and an injury for $47 dollars. I don’t care if they can do nice nails it’s not worth my safety.

Wana Mata This was my first time at Studio Nails Salon, and I think it can be a good place to get your nails done. However, both the staff that worked on me lacked attention to details. Even after I realized that my nails were not fully painted in some areas, particularly the corners, they did not cover them with nail polish. When I asked the lady who was working on me to fix it, all she did was quickly file my nails and rush me out of the chair. This place could definitely use some improvements in customer care service.

E Coco I think is her name very rude and doesn’t do a good job on pedicures she was on a call on AirPods the whole time. Scrubs one foot and not the other keeps checking the timer while giving massage just disappointing all around. New manager doesn’t know what she is doing. Will definitely miss Hilton. He was always so welcoming. Gotta find a new place to go to now.

She also did not glue the nail all the way down so they are all sticking up I then asked for French tip and did not know how to shape the French tip she just outlined the tip of the nail. I then asked her to fix it, which she did but started speaking her language and her coworks joined in and started looking. I paid alot for ugly nails.

I told her many times she is hurting me, and she slowed down and then started being aggressive again. If you want to get a good pedicure and be relaxed don’t come here. It’s been a week and my nails already started lifting probably bc of how much acrylic is on my cuticles. Bubbles in my nail polish $75 for that And then I asked them to just paint my daughters nails. Charged me $40 and said that it was mandatory for her to get gel because she’s young and will mess them up and my daughter has had her nails don’t multiple times which I explained she knows what to do. And they kept telling me no and tried to sand her nails down for the gel after I already explained I didn’t want gel on her nails.

I was done in 10 minutes when the ladies near me had been working on their clients before I sat down and I was done way before them. (Place wasn’t busy at this time) Typically I wouldn’t mind but she didn’t even bother to give me the foot massage until I mentioned it which was after the nail polish was applied.

Wendy I was a walking this afternoon for a pedicure. I had to wait a bit, but I think thats to be expected when you dont have an appointment. My technician did a great job trimming my nails and cuticles. I always bring my own color because I have my favorite, and the color turned out great as well. Finally, I got the classic pedicure and the bottoms of my feet are nice and smooth!

When I said something she acted like she didnt understand. Then she put sooooo much acrylic on my big toe. I had to repeatedly tell her to thin it out and cut it down because I wear close toe shoes for work. I was very disappointed in this place. I will never go back.

La MAMÁ PANDA Ok, I’ve been a customer for years and honestly I come because it’s budget friendly however… got a bone to pick with this place. First off, if you take your kids (two daughters) make sure you tell them, and retell them, and then tell them again that the kids cannot add in designs without your consent. They will take ADVANTAGE and try to upscale the service at every minute Making the experience NOT RELAXING but sort of defensive. So please know that. Overall the do an ok job but honestly their customer service needs so much improvement.

Laura Carmona Yesterday (Mar. 23, 2024), my legally blind mom went into this location to get a manicure. The nail tech, Natalie first detoured my mom from getting nail extensions and was impatient when my mom was trying to pick a color; then she tried doing a bait and switch on dip color because they ran out of the color my mom wanted; and after my mom paid and tipped she left my mom stranded at the far end of the salon. Initially the manager helped my mom find this station. So when my mom called Natalie for help and as Natalie was “helping” my mom find her way to the front, Natalie yelled at mom my mom for touching her arm. My mom explained all of this to the manager who apologized and who assisted my mom to her car. My mom has been at this location one other time and thought she could handle the layout by herself. She is never afraid to ask for help. The way Natalie treated her was unbelievable. Mom also complained that Natalie was rough with her as she was receiving her services and seemed to be trying to rush my mom so that she could attend to other clients. My mom is very friendly, talkative, and sweet; she deserved better. No one in my family will ever get services from Nail Center and Spa again.

Diem Truong I came to take off my dipping nails. The lady didn’t even soak my nails but cut them off and used a fake nail to flip them off my real nails. Omfg it was hurting so bad, although i told her, she kept on doing that. And the manicure was so terrible, she made me bleed on 5 of my fingers, she literally cut some meat out of me. The nails were uneven cuz some powder is still on them so she couldn’t even polish them. She told me to let her use the nail grinder to take them off but I refused because it was hurting so bad. I ended up not letting her polish my nails anymore. Definitely not coming back and warn my friends and family not to go there also. **the tools are dirty and she dropped some of them on the floor, didn’t even wash but use them right away, yuck!

Katherine Angel I went in and over the phone she charged me $50 for long square acrylics. I sat down and showed her the basic French tips and then said $60 and I was fine with it. When I was done the colors were totally off and my nails were not square at all they were very round and not shaped at all and she claimed they were square. Horrible place to go if wanting a pretty and clean set of acrylic nails. Very sloppy work and look like they were done at home.

Emily Ramirez Horrible job. The older lady that has glasses did my toe nails and cut way too much on the side of my toe nail and put some powder on it and now I have an infection due to the cut. She also cut above my cuticle on two other toes. That lady is probably too old to be working cutting nails because it is dangerous to be getting infections due to her cutting too much.

Raehann Bryce-Davis I just got a fabulous pedicure and a pretty trash manicure so I give 3 1/2 stars to average the FIVE STAR pedicure and the 2 star manicure. At the beginning, the woman who did the manicure kept hurting me by cutting my nails down too low, unapologetic when I whinced in pain, and the end result left an uneven finish with nail polish all around my nails on the skin. It was actually worse, with slanted nails but I asked the wonderful woman who did the pedicure to file them evenly after the manicurist left. So... COME FOR PEDICURES, skip the manicure.

Raynah Robles I am overall satisfied with the powder dip nails I received but not so excited about the pedicure. I literally didnt even want a pedicure done to begin with. But somehow I found myself getting one anyway. The woman doing them kept adding serviced that I didnt ask for. When I reluctantly agreed to have my toenails cut down and repainted, I ended up getting the full pedicure experience. She was sure to keep asking me if I wanted gel nail polish. I had already said no, just a regular nude color would be fine but she insisted on doing gel anyway. To top it off she insisted on adding a "French tip" that I had already declined several times just so she could tack on an additional $8 for an extremely thin white line that is hardly noticeable. I only expected to pay about 30 for my toes but ended up paying 48. The same happened with my nails. I simply wanted an acrylic set with a nude color but the lady insisted on powder and only let me know it would be 55 after she already began applying it. The sign on the window says 22 for a full set. I definitely didnt expect to pay 55 for my nails today. I walked out the door with a $103 bill. I like my nails but my toe nails are not even cut even at all so I dont like them. Anyway, it was an OK experience. Just way too expensive for the quality I received.

Lidin A My friend recommended this place to me, as an excellent place. I went two days ago for a manicure and pedicure. Today Im starting to see that my nails are peeling off. I show them to my friend and she tells me "They already know me, "you have to go with me, the first time" and I looked surprised. "I told myself, so to get a good job done, you have to go to one of their clients? Wow!! I dont think thats very good customer service. I paid $72 dollars for a manicure and pedicure plus a $10 tip (a tip they dont deserve). with gel color. It was the worst place I have ever been to, and very expensive. Two days later I returned and told them in front of their clients that it was a very bad service and too expensive. And about customer service, needless to say, these ladies know nothing. Dont go to that place, I dont recommend it. According to them, they fixed my nails, they didnt give me an apology... nothing. Im not going back to that place again. Something else I didnt like, while they are giving a pedicure service to a person...the Chinese woman wants to tell the lady..." that you have very ugly nails" with her bad Spanish mocho (I imagine she had fungus). Nobody goes to a place to pay them, so they can make them feel bad. At Google this place It appears as lovely nails, but it is really called Love nails.

E. Meza When I walked in, I asked for a manicure and pedicure as well as acrylic over my own nails. I was assigned to a man that did not listened to anything I requested. He trimmed my own nails when I said to leave the length only to make them shorter which defeat the purpose of getting my acrylic over my nails if theyre so short now. But I gotta say that the pedicure was amazing. Of course a woman did it. I would recommend the pedicure but not so much the acrylic nails by the man.

Claudia Walder Had a good experience overall. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a Mani/Pedi and Eyebrow wax. Pedi was done by the salt and pepper super short hair lady. She was super nice and paid close attention to polishing my nails. I had another lady for my manicure. I think she was the boss. she had longer hair maybe in her 50s, darker complexion. She speaks a little louder in volume but she was also polite. They were not pushy at all which is a nice change. I noticed a little mess up on one nail and she fixed it, and she was smart enough to give all other nails another coat of polish and they looked even better with the 3rd coat. She was very quick but, did a good job. I did feel a little rushed and tech told me they were short staffed today and they were starting to get a line up of clients. The same lady did my eyebrow wax. She made them a little thinner than what I usually like and have done at my other nail salon but they look fine over all. The lady who did my pedicure saw I forgot my flip flops and brought me the disposable flip flops. The nail color selection wasnt that great but i usually bring my own polish so no biggie for me. They are quick, reasonably priced and not pushy so that is a plus for me.

Ramiro V Took my 13 year old niece to have her nails done. Told the lady at the desk exactly what my niece wanted, french tip, gel manicure, and no nail cutting was emphasized. The lady who was supposed to do the job ends up cutting my nieces nails. We specifically said NO NAIL CUTTING. the nail tech had the audacity to get smart with me after i got upset. I would not recommend this place at all. The job wasnt even done well. They still tried to charge us the full $45. Do not give these people your business or hard earned money.

The staff was very friendly and my nail tech really listened to what I wanted. The price for my full set with the color and style was fair, and a bit less than the surrounding nail spas. I would definitely recommend.

Elena Codner I came here since my normal nail shop was booked for the day. I had the tech take off my old set and put on a new one. I even brought my own color to make things easy. Once she saw I wasnt getting gel or one of their colors she acted different. We were silent most of the time. The shape is crooked on some nails and fine on others. I didnt have time to have her fix them because my shift was about to start (since I work near by). She demanded I paid before she painted my nails. She painted my nails with my color and before the color could dry enough she put a thick quick dry top coat over it which created a pocket of wet polish underneath. Even after sitting in front of the fan for a long time, they still werent dry by the time I left. I paid for a set I hate and have to go buy a file to fix the shape on the bad nails. Two weeks cant come fast enough for me to go back to my normal nail shop and get better service/quality nails. I wont be back.

Vanessa Gonzales My go-to is Jen for my gel fills. I also enjoy the pedicures. All the ladies are great, though. I am picky, yet they listen and do a nice job. They are next to the Jcpenney. I like that the third level parking in the parking garage can lead me straight to them without having to walk all of Main Place Mall. Their prices are great compared to other expensive salons. Melanie Cardenas Went here for my 1st set ever. The 1st lady gave me very bulky nails. I’m not exaggerating at all. Went there a 2nd time they asked me who did my 1st set since even they knew it was such a bad job for my 2nd got lifting. It also seems that they don’t know how to paint correctly. I go pay other ppl because I can’t do it. They also charge extra for cuticle removal.

N Riat Its a okay salon. Not that great as everyone makes it. I went there because I saw a great deal on Groupon and tried them out. It was a gel manicure and spa pedicure. The pedicure and manicure were pretty basic nothing over the top. In 2 days my thumb nail chipped and now on the 4th day my finger gas chipped, this is GEL manicure?!?!?! Isnt gel manicure not supposed to chip for at least 2 weeks???????
