devec007 Theres a great playground for kids here thats well maintained. It can cater for lots of children as it has lots of equipment and play areas for exploration. It could do with some additional seating for parents and there is a lack of lawn area surrounding the pay ground

Bryan McGlade A hidden gem in the suburbs. The Botanical gardens are great. Parking is good. Toilets too. A tower with a great lookout-you can see the bay! A maze for the kids. Some protected bush. A little bit of everything. Lots of seats. I saw only 1 picnic table. We were there in winter and it was really cold and windy. Apart from that it was great;

Nara Lee Fairly small but interesting park for a walk or a casual day out. There is a tower to climb for some great views (spiral staircase and ladder), as well as a playground, parking and toilets. Joined to the Maranoa Gardens. Great local visit.

The Melbie Awesome park which is co- joined with Maranoa Gardens. This park allows dogs. Beautiful views as it is on a hill. Theres a native reserve along Yarrbat Ave side where surprisingly dogs are allowed to run off leash. Large playground & equally large sandpit play area with park tables & benches. No bbq. Theres a Cenotaph war memorial cairn at main carpark. Another tall viewing Tower near play area - not sure if viewing platform was open today. This is not an enclosed park - pedestrians can walk in from side streets at any time. However- main entry via Parrin Rd for vehicles - check if gates will close. Toilets at carpark area.

Justina Advocate (ClïnkerMüncher) So lovely here, very like being in the bush. A suburban oasis of scrub and trees attracting the beautiful fauna and insects and melded with some great walking tracks with effective exercise, including rolling hills. I really like wattles of all kinds, and there are some great specimens here. The view to the north is amazing.

Osborne Adam (Ozzy) Always beautiful here. Well maintained, no litter and not places for idiots to hide. Is a nice well maintained playground to the kids, two ovals, and a cricket net area. I dont know if theres toilet I dont think there is however there is water on tap next to the clubhouse on the lower Oval.

Aimee Williams Great place for families, dog owners, and the occasional runner/PT class. Has a play ground which is well equipped and complete with bbq and tables under cover. Public toilets which are very clean. Cricket grounds and a footy oval can be used for doing laps, letting your doggo run free or the reason in which it was created for. So if you just want to stretch your legs, go take a look.

S S A y o Pretty nice and green park with a really good view as its a bit higher than other areas. There is a football field and a cricket field as well. Great for picnic and get together and hanging around with friends and play little games. There is a place for kids to play around as well. It is also pet friendly. I have seen a lot of people coming here in the afternoon with their pets and children playing over here. Theres a walkway aroind the whole park so can have a walk for 5-7 mins around it as well.

Kimberley Hall A great open space for kids to play or run around. Good variety of equipment which caters for different ages. A drink fountain, rubbish bin and table and chairs at the playground a nice addition as well as numerous benches around the park

Sabrina H Nice park with lots of different kids play area and flat ground for kicking balls. The playground isnt shaded so could get really hot during the day.

Russell Costello This is a great playground for younger kids. Theres a water station, tables & seating but no toilet or BBQ. The playground is not far from the very busy Union Road with rapid traffic. Its also off-leash for dogs with no fencing. So you have to watch kids carefully and keep even trustworthy dogs off-leash well away from the road. Theres a big area suitable for reliable dogs down hill from the path - the opposite side to the playground.

Chris Laska If you want to relax, have a picnic or just chill, great park to go to. Lots of people walking their dogs and very friendly. Kids would love the swings as such a variety and very safe. Beautiful greenery with lots of trees surrounding if you want to sit in the shade on a hot day

D Radius (RadiusD) Beautifully quiet and great for kids. Extensive play equipment. Water fountain. Benches to reat while you watch your kids play. Bus stop to make it easy to get too and from if you dont have a car - super plus!!!
