Patrick Zuluaga A wonderful walking parking with lots of bird life so near to the train station and CBD

Kerbray A great place for walks and to take your dog! Theres an off leash area for your dog, but be warned there are snakes in the area (particularly near the woodlands parts, which are clearly sign-posted). The grass area is great for picnics and theres quite a nice play area for children. Worth a visit for an hour or two!

Sam Keir Just had a quick amble around section behind train station. Nice walking paths, lots of usual trees, shrubs, bench seating. Next to cemetery. I know Chelt Park is massive but only had 5 mins. Worth visiting.

Charli Piesse So much wonderful nature to play in! Better than TV thats for sure. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to feel like they are out bush. Close to transport and pram friendly. Would not recommend bringing childrens bikes or scooters as some tracks are too rough. Dog friendly.

Rhiannon Bell This park is a local haven for bird life. Both native and invasive species are found here, including Rainbow Lorikeets and Wattlebirds. There are lots of good private spots to sit and enjoy the sounds and sights, as well as many walking paths that lead to different bush surroundings, making it an interesting place to go for a stroll within walking distance of shops and train station. The only thing that could be improved is the litter. Some of the more secluded parts of the park seem to be used by groups drinking alcohol and leaving their rubbish behind.

Kerbray A relatively spacious off-leash dog park with two main areas, one which is an open grassy area, and one area with lots of trees and some shade. Dog fountains are contained within and the reserve is gated. There are a few picnic tables and benches too.

Shadow of Light Dragon Great fully-enclosed park I didnt know was here until recently! The northern half is nice and open if you want to keep an eye on your dog, while the southern half has numerous large trees and undergrowth for dogs to sniff around and play in/around. Drink stations and bins in both sections, and theres some seating including a picnic table in the south. Friendly locals on my first visit. Only possible downside is that the foliage in the south is large and dense enough that you cant always see your dog, so keep this in mind if your pooch likes seeking privacy for pooping!

K Libby (Pawsome Buddies) Great dog park, decent size, plenty of gardens for dogs to sniff around, has a few seats too.

Clayton McIntosh Great place to walk the dog, has picnic tables, has walking paths, drink tap with a dog drink station. Some what hidden entrance.

SY Ong Very pleasant, well manicured public park for humans and dogs. Would be even better if it was fully enclosed, and a designated off-lead area.

Justine Streager Great dog friendly park, pretty much entirely off leash! Gated with heaps of trees and space to walk a dog and throw a ball. Drinking fountain for doggies and humans, a bin and about 4 seats. The park is about 50-55 meters wide by 350-400 meters long. There are 4 entry/ exits and one main long path of sand/rock.

Do Dar What a great fenced dog park. Lots of room for dogs to run around and play. A water fountain and bin are located at the northern end. Plenty of grass and large trees for shade. Plus a path for humans to walk the entire length. Plenty of parking out front on Farm Road.
5 /5
Kerbray A wonderful area for a stroll and to take the dogs for a walk. There is plenty of open space with the reserve gated on all sides. The central path has a lot of shade, and there are a few water fountains at each side of the park area for the dogs too.

JH Sal The 4pm-5pm crowd is great (both dogs and people). Would LOVE an extra bin at either the other end of the park or the midde. Same with a water fountain, just one small drinking area isnt enough.
4 /5
Dayna Fallon One of the better dog parks in the area. Fully fenced with water available. Huge space with lots of trees. Only caution is to be mindful of the ‘on lead’ area which often goes unnoticed. Council staff were dishing out fines to puppy lovers who didn’t realise their dogs needed to be on lead in that small area.

Hayden McLachlan This is such a beautiful park. Its a simple pedestrian walk across the road from DFO, and neighbouring the Cheltenham/Moorabin RSL. "Friendly park" is an appropriate name for this place. Its a reserve for diverse people. There is a playground for kids with a drinking tap, picnic tables, and toilets nearby. There are walking/running trails, a footy oval, soccer pitch, an open/public tennis court, a basketball ring and more. The scenery is great, especially on a sunny day.

Asit Kumar One of the best cricket grounds i have played at.. was playing the winter league and after some rain.. the turf surprisingly wasnt too damp and the wicket held its composure for the duration of the match. Lot of activities like hockey and baseball were going on

Kerbray Lovely dog park with a small agility track and plenty of open space. Off-leash dog park area is clearly marked, with the rest of the area being on-leash only. Theres a childrens play area, picnic areas and toilet facilities in the park, alongside various sport pitches and tennis courts. Great park, would definitely recommend for dog owners.

Hardik Patel Awesome park with lot of rides and fitness equipments. My daughter loved this place and she didnt want to go home even though she was tired after playing for long time. Many people I see here with tents who came here since morning and still enjoying. And yes great thing is, Bbqs are available to use. Awesome!
