Andrew Guy Darling Gardens is a very scenic and reasonably quiet park. Its a great spot for meeting because it is on several bus lines and is a stones throw from Clifton Hill station, and another stones throw from the tram lines on Queens Parade. It has a nice playground area. The only drawback is that the public toilets are quite far from the playground. But once that is surmounted it is a great place for a family get-together. Remember to bring your own tables and chairs.

Trchala David “Trixphotografix” Lovely Park, the trees are amazing, there is also a playground and a Rotunda and very near the city Spring foliage was vivid green and plenty of birds in the trees, saw some rainbow lorikeets and others and a cheeky Magpie visited us too! Had a lovely picnic there to celebrate 25kms day!

Joel Dignam Toilets available but very far away. Not many seating options. Lots of space and a nice playground. But overall not very user friendly.

Nita This is a great park with a good-sized playground for kids. There is a rotunda in the middle and it is just generally beautifully maintained. My favourite time to visit is in the autumn. There are also a lot of picnic benches with BBQ units in the easter side of the park.

Paul Richards A nice park with a brilliantly designed playground for kids, including a big slide and lots of sand. Beware of dogs though - some people let their dogs loose inside the playground, despite the signs. Its very well connected to the Merri Creek Trail. The car park usually has lots of space, at least on weekdays, and its also easily walkable from Clifton Hill station.

Mel Cullen A big wooden style park with a little slide and a really big slide. Two normal swings and one toddler swings. Two rocking animals horse and a snail. Two frieman poles. A couple of bridges. A sand pit. Lots of ways to get up to the main structure stairs, ladders and poles. Flying fox and a monkey bars, two spinning poles. There is a drinking tap. Five tables with bench seats and shade over them. A skate park. Two ovals for everyone to play on and for dogs as well.

Thomas Liontis Fairly large park with a lot of green space, rather hilly.

M L Really great playground, theres a lot to do, although the equipment itself is mainly suited for over five year olds. The close proximity to the trail and Merri Creek make, with great views of the city are a nice touch too.

Peter Campbell Nice park with large open green space next to Merri Creek. Large open roofed building good for barbecues and picnics. Their is a narrow sealed shared trail through it that bikes and pedestrians can use but its poorly marked. Off lead area for dogs.

Ashlee Jayde This park is perfect for hang outs and gatherings especially if you’re bringing your own supplies and equipment or are planning on going for a walk in the wilderness. The car park has plenty of space for cars with a block of toilets right alongside. Most of the toilet doors don’t lock however so bring a friend to hold the door. When you walk down the stairs or hill you have a massive sheltered area with BBQ’s and enough tables and chairs to house a large family. There wide open space surrounding the area making it perfect for ball games or some cricket. Then surrounding the gazebo is acres of bushland leading down to the Yarra River. There’s quite a few paths down to the river but it’s not super accessible for everyone. Those who can’t make it to the waters edge though can get a great view from the top of the hill near the car park! Getting to this reserve is also really easy as it had a few stations nearby and is a short walk from most of them. The tram and train stop close by also. There’s also quite a few cute cafes and a McDonalds down the road for post park snacks. I love the quiet and spacious nature of this park and find it a great place to gather for a warm sunny day out.

Jawad Arain No idea why people walk around these stones and what benefits they get it, for me its just a point on trail and I dont believe by circling will get you claimed resource for enhancing health and wellbeing through mindfulness and meditation. There are better alternatives for this.

Paul Pavlinovich This is a true labyrinth with only the one path. Great fun following the little maze. We used it tonight after the sunset for some awesome light painting following the pattern of the stones. The site is #accessible via the bike path but the labyrinth itself isnt chair friendly. There are no facilities. #letsguide
