Nome All the staff (receptionists, nurses, doctors, dentists, etc) are extremely kind. The lobby is very roomy, with a fireplace, a couple TVs, magazines, and coffee and water machines next to the sink. Theres wifi, and country music is playing constantly. The gym and pool are even free for members.

J Con This is only a clinic. No ER services. There are only mid-level providers here, no real doctors. They have misdiagnosed my grandmother 3 times this year so far, wouldnt happen with real doctors. They sat me in a room with her when they knew she had covid and didnt warn me. Very unprofessional, but it is pretty, guess thats all they shoot for.

S Ann This review is ONLY on psychiatrist Townsends care and not the rest of the Health center. Ive never had these kinds of problems with any other department and have instead been quite happy with the care recieved. However, for the third time Lacey Townsend has canceled her appointment with me that was schedule over a month out less than two hours before the scheduled appointment. Plans rescheduled, time taken off work, daycare arranged, and canceled. Again. We still have yet to complete the intake paperwork and Ive been going to see her for the last 9 months. When asked if theres anything else available sooner than one month out, Im told no shes overbooked. When asked if they have another provider available on a more flexible day, Im told no they only have Tuesdays and Wednesdays available. 6 months and were still determining what I need to be treated for but she throws medications at me and says "email me". Absolutely ridiculous the lack of care provided. Even more ridiculous that shes the only option. ETA: the following appointment I had scheduled with Ms. Townsend after rescheduling her cancelation, she was 45 minutes late to show up. This, combined with some of the things said to me in session, you couldnt pay me to go back to her.

Bret Varcados This is an awesome medical facility, all shiny and new with a friendly staff. They only get 4 stars because the dont have a full time phlebotomist, and you have to make 2 trips if they need blood.

Whitney Taylor This clinic was so quick to get my son in and he had to have some tests done. They immediately got us over for testing at the hospital. We felt taken care of! We are so happy with this clinic.

Heidi Tiura UPDATE 10/20/20: After far too many clashes with the Clinics old doctor whose ego flares constantly, making those who work under him constantly dodge bullets, I looked around for an alternative. I was especially put off by his long-winded tales about his former wife. This is not what I go to the doctor for. The Redding Rancheria in Weaverville offers a fresh approach. The staff is polite, their services already are extensive and they are building an impressive new facility that will finally offer state of the art services that this area has badly needed. EARLIER REVIEW: During a very large, close and threatening wildfire I called the clinic to request a med Rx be sent to the local pharmacy. I’m currently at home trying to protect things & within the mandatory evac area so while it may be a challenge to GET the Rx, the clinic hopped to and the Rx was received by the pharmacy and filled within the hour. The clinic has all of the challenges of rural healthcare facilities everywhere and there have been many bumps in this ever-increasingly difficult to manage operation but it is doing its best and we are very lucky to have it.

Brad Eylander The sign said “Urgent Care” and “Walk ins” . They are neither, we had to call in order to go in. Once we called they said they can book us for an appointment 3 hours later…

Kamran JL Keep on driving to Redding (or anywhere else). Worst patient care weve ever experienced. Third world countries do better. Completely botched my wifes prescription, the doctor tried to implicate her cold as the cause of her severe lower back pain. Luckily we were able to seek compassionate and professional care at a civilized healthcare facility in Oregon. The drive was worth it.

Whitney Reeves Had to take my daughter into the ER for possible pneumonia. Staff was caring and compassionate. We saw Dr Sommers and nurse Judy. Both were fantastic!

Billy Muldoon It was years ago when my friend had a real bad seizure. I drove him there to the emergency room and rang the buzzer for over 10 minutes before someone came out. They said my friend was going to be fine and sent him home with me. About an hour or so before he had to be rushed to redding in an ambulance. He was not treated properly and was not attending to upon arrival in an empty emergency room. Do they get high on their own supply. I wonder what the official track record of negligence looks like for this poorly run hospital. Hopefully things are different now? I dare nobody to find out.

Whitney Taylor My son needed to have some tests done and they got us in right away. The ER only took less than an hour. They treated my son so nice and he had a positive experience! Very nice people.

Bernard R. Extremely poor bedside manners. Went in ambulance with covid-19 positive. Nurses waiting for ambulance vape cartridges and cigarettes glued to mouths as we pulled up. And they acted like I was stupid, would not let me recover before leaving hospital. One nurse explained how they would remove me forcibly and how he was former law enforcement. I appreciate the work you do for the public, but you should learn humility and trying to scare ill patients is totally wrong. The emphasis at this hospital is to dump you out as quickly as possible. Not a place for care. As a result, my wife got covid after having to drive me home before recovery. hospital looked relatively empty but they would not even let me rest before discharging me and acting superior to everything. Our whole family was fully vaxxed and boosted. In my opinion my wife is sick because of this hospital. Last time visited this hospital was 2005 where they misdiagnosed my x-wife with migraines each time - and just dumped us out. Turns out her migraines were Glio-Blastoma Multiform Brain Cancer and she nearly died. Sure am glad we went to the Chinese acupuncturist who correctly diagnosed us. - Will never return. - Will never vote again for funding that hospital and its rotten staff. Resident of Trinity County for 23 years. Side note, the lady at the front was quite nice. The medical staff have much to be desired.
