Gabriela Diaz I would give it one star, but the place is cute. The guy doing my nails nicked one of my nails pretty hard and left residue of my past nail polish on the sides… if you are going to charge 65$ for regular manicure with gel (no acrylic) at least should last 4 weeks, not 1 and half. The nail polish was probably really old

Lynn Bohanna I usually don’t do pedicures cause of bad experiences but Henry did such a thorough job and paid attention to detail and made me feel really comfortable. Didn’t rush or hurt me like my past experiences at other places . Got my nails right too ! :okay I made this during my pedicure and now that I’m done . GO TO HENRY . Massage was amazing and I felt so relaxed I barely made it to the other table for my acrylics

Ali Coleman I’ve been going here for years. Michael was my original nail tech and he moved over to the location off foothill which is always to busy for me. I’ve been going to Dan for the last year or so for both my pedicures and manicures. He’s the best!! He’s so good my friends and I can’t go at the same time anymore because we all want to see Dan. He knows exactly what I want, he’s fun to talk with, and always does such a great job. If you’re unsure who to go to, make an appointment with Dan.

Azadeh Ghavamnasiri I got to know about the place from the pictures I saw online and I went to make an appt. I asked for someone who is very good at trimming and coloring because both are equally important for me. Kim did such a great job that I knew this is going to be my nail place in slo. She is highly competent at what she does. I always walk out 100% happy with the service I get. The place is spotless and staff are very professional and welcoming. Thanks for the awesome experience!

makeachange I visited this location this past Sunday. I usually have a hit or miss time here. Last month I had a wonderful experience on my birthday getting a manicure and pedicure from Tony. Hes sweet and funny, plus has amazing attention to detail and made my nails last for at least three weeks! However, my most recent experience was not so pleasant. I chose the deluxe pedicure and also ended up getting a regular manicure, both with regular polish. I was severely burned by the paraffin wax they use during the deluxe pedicure and included a photo. The hot wax melted the plastic bag that would have been used on my other foot if I had not exclaimed how hot it was. Pretty painful, the woman next to me also commented on how hot it was while I was waiting to start my mani. Then I had a manicure that was quick and pretty unpleasant, I did not feel the technician was attentive at all. Anyways, I left feeling unsure whether or not Id recommend this location due to the burns on my foot. I dont think it was the technicians fault, but I think its reasonable to make sure the wax is at a safe temperature for guests, whether by her or management. If I do come back, Ill be sure to book with Tony.

Tayler Mallory Honestly for the prices they charge you should be getting pampered. Ill go here everyone in a while if a friend invites me but they are way over priced. I paid $60 for a gel french pedi but the base pedi is supposed to be $30 for 25 min of labor.....they litterally just scam you with a smile and say "its a good deal, dont worry". The massage chairs are the fanciest I have ever seen though. Im really short (49) and i can actually sit comfortably in the. Wouldnt go back. T nails has nicer people and use hot rocks for the basic pedi. By California fresh

DeAnna Martinez Horrible experience!!! The quality of work is sad!!! I paid $80 to have two nails pop off in less then 5 days!! Top it off when I noticed the nail technician putting on Gloss coat when I simply asked for Matte, you would think they would remove the gloss coat then apply the matte coat on top. later nails came out looking clumpy. I’m not a person to complain.but this is not okay!! I returned back to give them a second chance to fix the situation and still horrible experience. Technician mentioned he had an appointment he had to go to and the one that did my nails was on vacation.I called in advance they scheduled me to go in and then to find out to return for the third time because they couldn’t make it rights this is not okay!!!

Elizabeth McDonald I was very happy with the way my nails were done. Usually I have to tell them that I like them thin and not too much polish. They turned out great. Ive been to a few different salons in SLO and Im happy with this one. The people were pleasant and the salon seemed clean and bright. Ill go again for sure.

It’s always a pleasure to see Val and get my nails done by Jason. One of the younger manicurists did my nails in place of Jason and I was a bit skeptical but my goodness what an amazing job he did!! #xnails
