Qianyu He Annie’s shop is literally THE BEST and their service was super nice!! I went there so many times for different kinds of nails and Annie NAILED IT EVERY TIME!!!! Nice staff, high quality service, fair price, great atmosphere. Definitely recommend going there for nails! Love her and miss her so much

Barbara Coffyn Great service! They always take their time with me and the nail techs are super talented artistically. They’re very patient with you and they apply the nails great! I like doing gel-X with them.

Annalise Marie unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. she was really nice and able to fit me in, but the finished product was not worth $70. the nails were placed in a way that made them point upwards, and the polish wasn’t even. also wasn’t happy with the shape, but that’s my fault for not speaking up and instead saying they looked great. got them done on a monday and they ended up popping off the next evening sadly.

Leia Zorba IV Beauty Lounge is the greatest!! I have been coming here for years and I have no plans on going anywhere else anytime soon! I’ve gotten pedicures, manicures, lash extensions, head spa, massage and more, and I’m never disappointed! Annie and her team are so thoughtful and thorough- they do beautiful work and are always happy to listen to your needs and desires. Their main priority is doing lovely, clean work, and keeping an organized, cheerful space. I cannot stress enough how kind the staff is and how great the quality of service is.

Alexsi Khongsila Worst place I’ve ever been too, lady was very sweet however didn’t even get my set fully done and was filing my own nails, do not go for acrylic nor pedicure, she ended up blaming me for issues she caused and we waited for 3 hours to end up with these nails, see picture and was fully charged for my pedicure and payed 40 for my nails. Also waited 40 minutes soaking my nails and was not attended until I spoke up

Harvey Faith “Fay” The kindest and sweetest shop you will find in Goleta/SB Area. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and do their best to seat you (even amidst a packed salon). I have never had a bad experience here and I will always have a special place in my heart for this shop!

Owner Cindy was prepared with full staff for college move in week. Great job, very understanding to give what you want. She may offer you a discount or coupons for return customers. $55 for gel pedicure.

Em Body i was visiting and in need of some tlc, so after researching all of the nail salons in the area, i went with elegant nails & spa in goleta. i am very particular and chose them based on their pictures and reviews. i was able to call and make an appointment in 20 minutes. i walked into a PINK salon and they took me in right away, offered drinks + snacks while i started my pedicure with laura who did great with removal, cutting + filing, and massage. cindy finished my pedicure (french) and moved onto my nail removal and fill with hard gel. she took her time to perfect the service, cutting cuticles, using multiple layers of gel like requested, fixing broken nails with gel-x, and shes so kind and lovely. i can be picky about what i like, as i used to frequent the same nail tech for 10 years. she was very willing to be open to my requests, as she said its better to make the client happy the first time instead of doing the whole service and at the end, someone says theyre not happy with it. she took her time, was very patient and provided great conversation. henry finished my ombré with airbrush, and my nails and toes look exactly how i wanted! im so grateful to find laura, cindy and henry here. they all have their specialties, provide quality work, and are so friendly.
