J K It was my first time at this nail salon and my experience didn’t go well. Nail technician who worked on my nails used the nail drill crazy as someone who is non-experienced would do. She hurt me on three nails: on one she just drilled too hard while removing my old nails, second on the edge of one finger and made it to bleeding, and third thumb edge that almost bleeding. Those nails become sensitive to warm water and are painful. After all that… they didn’t offer me any discount!

jumping out windows I had a great experience with Tammy and Sara doing my manicure and pedicure. They were very professional and kind especially as I am new to the nail salon world! They were both informative as well, telling me about the different types of nail polish. The salon itself was beautiful and very clean. I loved the massage chairs and the decor was also very nice. They have a TV running in clear view for clients to watch while getting services. The entire salon is very well run and you can tell all the ladies there are experts at their crafts.

Elyse Rabb Great customer service and the craftsmanship and quality of the nail services is one the best I have ever had. I have been getting nail services for over 20 years and Belle nails is the best nail salon I have been too. Never disappointed by Tracy’s work. I have tried other technicians in the salon and the execute quality work as well.

Carmen T 10/10!! Amazing experience every time I come here! All of the women are so talented and super sweet! They create long term relationships and always remember their clients. They serve you with beverages/refreshments, and are always very accommodating with special requests. Today I had a pedicure with paraffin and lovely massage by Rochelle and a structured mani by Sharon. Absolutely love love loveee my nails and the experience they provided today. And again, all of the women are super amazing— including Betty, Tracy, Tammy, and more (I’m sorry I forgot names) but I’m always grateful for the services you all provide! Liliana Hernandez Second time coming to Kelly and I’m leaving happy!! I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails and Kelly has been doing such a great job. I came in for a fill after my nails grew out for a whole month with no breakage, chips, or lifting and I’m a barista so I’m constantly washing my hands or my hands hitting things. I love how she makes them look so natural. She takes her time to make them really pretty and make sure you leave happy.

Everyone in the salon does a great job, so even if you have a favorite manicurist, you can trust anyone to take care of you, if your regular person isn’t available. There are lots of colors, and an excellent list of services - from regular mani pedi to gel, acrylics, to dip - whatever you like you can find here. Kim is the owner and she makes sure the salon is meticulously clean at all times. Everyone here is so friendly and they are always happy to see you. Make an appointment with Kim, Steven, Tammy, or Ann, and you will not be disappointed. And if you want to forget the stress of a hectic week, Barefoot’s signature salon pedicure will take it all away. Five star service!

Morgan Ulery This is the only place I’ve found that does dip manicures the CORRECT way without using the UV lights! Kim is the absolute best and I won’t trust anyone else with my nails. They never lift or break and are always symmetrical bc she pays such close attention to detail. Welcoming atmosphere and the most lovely technicians.

Nicole Cortez Kim is the best person hands down if you want dip powder. They never lift and always last for 4 weeks. She is worth the trip over the bridge! I can’t recommend her enough

Brittani Atkinson I really hate to write a negative review for any small business. But this was pretty bad so I feel I should let people know of my experience at this nail salon. Starting with the good: The 2 stars were earned because the gel pedicure I got here a week ago was great. It was so great, I decided to book an appointment to get my dip manicure done there too. Big mistake. The woman who did my manicure was careless and rough. She cut 2 of my nail beds and made them bleed. These pictures were taken ONE DAY after I got the manicure and as you can see, one of the nails still has dried blood on it (still hurts, too!) and two of the nails are already chipped. Probably because they were using a gel UV light to try and cure the dip ???!!! which I said something about right away, as my nails were extremely hot in the UV light. Le claimed that thats how they do dip powder manicures there...and that using the UV light makes it last longer......Obviously not. While their prices might be reasonable, there is nothing reasonable about charging the customer full price despite being carelessly injured by one of your nail techs. Needless to say I wont be going back here.

Dishing Oakland Price is good. The ladies are all very nice! I’ve only gotten regular nail polish there but I liked it so far. I look forward to having Le do my nails. She only does acrylic nails. Also, place is clean and they wipe down after each customer (I was paying attention like a hawk!) Addition: $75 for gel toes and fingernail. Seems a little higher than what I usually pay for.

Shelly Demla Le does a really great job, and is very fast. She pays attention to detail and ensures that you like what she is doing, along the way. I think generally nail salon prices, like everything else, have increased, but the prices here seem reasonable in comparison to other salons.

The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a cold water and settled into a massaging chair that felt like pure bliss. The relaxing atmosphere—dim lighting, smooth music, and leather seating—made me feel right at home. I opted for their “Organic coffee and cream ,” which included a crisp nail trim and an amazing foot massage. The massage chair added an extra layer of relaxation that made the experience even better. The prices are about the same as a haircut, and if youre looking to treat yourself, this spot is definitely the way to go! Make sure to bring your punch card and cash as they give discount option for cash.

Todgii Eva They told me it will be $55 for my gel set and when it was time to pay she said it was $85. The pricing was misleading and the nail art she did on one single finger was $15 when it was time to pay. She didn’t tell me they charged $15 for a flower on the nail. Never going back there again. First and last time. The finished product was thick and the nail didnt look natural.

Brittany Rien This quickly became my go-to place for pedicures. The pedicure room is dimly lit and very calming, so the whole experience is soothing and relaxing. They have a good variety of pedicures to choose from. I also just started getting gel manicures, and I was very happy with this experience- very thorough and meticulous. From top to bottom, they always make sure to check in with me and make sure Im enjoying myself and pleased with the service. I love it here!

Gina Miller I love this place! Paul, the salons owner, and his wife, Nancy, are fantastic artists. You can always get in, and it has a hometown feel. All the artists are pleasant, and you can tell they are passionate about their work there.

Shannon RIncon I am new to the area and needed to find a place for my nails and toes. I tried to other places and both said they didn’t have time on a Monday @ 2pm with empty chairs. When I arrived here everyone was so nice and polite. They really made sure they were being considerate of what I was asking for and did a great job!! So glad I found my new spot in one try !!

Juliet Rodz Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Milford Nails. Before making my appointment, I was very specific about the service I wanted. I asked if they did Gelx manicures, and I was told they did. Based on this, I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. When I arrived on time, the salon appeared very busy, and I didn’t mind waiting. However, they didn’t begin working on me until 12:00 PM. When I mentioned the service I had booked, they informed me that they didnt actually offer the Gelx manicure, even though I had confirmed this over the phone. The owner came over and told me they couldnt do what I requested and tried to offer me a completely different service that wasn’t what I had asked for. At no point did they start my manicure, and when I asked if they could please do what I had requested, the owner became rude and walked away, leaving me talking. She then told me she was refusing service because they were "too busy" and even suggested I go back to the salon I usually go to. I was left feeling disrespected, and my time was completely wasted. I have long natural nails, and had I known they didn’t offer the service I requested, I would have gone elsewhere. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to anyone. The picture is how they left my nails after she told me she was refusing service. They had someone wrap my nails wiand sit there even though my appointment was at 11:30. I asked for a manicure and she told me it would be $15 the cut my cuticles? And $85 to use acrylic gel which I never asked for. It was supposed to be simple. A gel manicure and repair the corner of 2 nails with Gelx if they couldnt do anything at all. This is very disheartening for a person who already deals with social anxiety. This was a horrible experience to say the least. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Bhargavi Vaditala Belle is a really good nail tech. She does the nails exactly like we want or the style we show her in a picture. The quality of their products is really good. My nails last 4 weeks until next appointment without chipping.

Christine De Guzman It’s my second time in the place and I always had the best experience. I could say that I found the best place for my nails. I have small hands with thin skin, so I was always cautious with the process but they are so good that I don’t even need to tell them to be careful.

Shadowpath Average experience though a bit pricey - i walked in sans appointment and was seated right away - yay! I got offered no special beverages as some VIPs who’ve reviewed. Service was fine, waited a bit too long at the beginning and at the end they abandoned me to figure it out on my own, then started cleaning all around me as if I was a piece of the furniture. The abandonment typically happens at nail places though they usually put you under a dryer or say ‘15 minutes’ or give you some sort of clue as to the next step… sooo it was conveniently located to a gym I was at which is why I went, will I return…nope. Nails For Someone Else.

Michelle G Pedicure is amazing & best value around...with massage, parifin treatment, hot stone massage included. I have problems with ingrown nail on my big toes & the technician is so careful to remove it & it feels so much better afterwards.

Yesii First time here. Service was perfect! The lady who did my pedi was really nice and did good Job . Will be coming back . Its a small spot with about 4 pedi stations but didnt have to wait they took care of me quick!

Pixi I went here the other day for my first time, and I will definitely be back. I just said I waned a pedi, and I didnt ask what it included. When she dipped my feet in a bag of wax and gave me a hot stone massage, I started to wonder about the price. To my surprise, it was $35! Steal of a deal! She was very nice and offered me a bottle of water as well. I definitely found my new nail place!

RAMIREZ CARMEN (CARMENCITA) I came in last minute and I was able to get gel manicure and pedicure. They were so gentle and even answered my questions about the gel x difference. The vibes were very monochromatic and glamorous. The lotion the used smelled really good. The playlist had me singing throughout the time I was here. The customer service was on point! They greeted me, the check in process was easy. I highly recommend them.

Jen Florence Paid 70 for this. Did not do my cuticles and the paint job horrible. They offered to have her fix it but I declined. For 70 plus a 1.75 charge for using my card plus tip, just not ok this is the service for that price. On a good note my tech was very nice, but will not be returning

Wednesday Malfaz I’m a big fan of this salon and definitely recommend! I’m new to it but the few times I’ve been here I am already impressed! The pricing is great, artist are able to do all sorts of designs while still receiving a 5 star service. I like how clean the place is, as well as the large polish selection. I specifically recommend Kevin and Phillip they’re really nice and attentive to detail on my nails. Thank you for an amazing service! Another really great nail artist is Natalie she did the Gold designs of my red nail set as well as Ricky he did the red polish and shaping! Amazing service both of them are super nice

Sarah Brussee I took my daughter (5YO) here for her first pedicure. It was my first visit here as well. Pros: -they were so kind to my daughter and so patient with her -the salon itself is beautiful -wonderful selection of colors -clear pricing Cons: -the girl running the front was rude and brisk, clearly disinterested in her job -unfortunately, several of my toes are already lifting after only 3 hours, and a significant portion of one of my toes is bare. I was focused on my daughter and her comfort and did not notice this at the time and wore sneakers afterwards. I have messaged them about this to see if they’ll fix it. -pricey for what you get. It was $52 for my gel pedicure and $42 for my daughter (cash prices). I’ve received far better and cleaner gel pedicures for less. I’m not sure if they were in a hurry because they wanted my daughter and I to finish at the same time, but I can see that it was a rush job based on looks alone, and the fact that we were there for less than 30 minutes. I don’t think we will be back for pedicures (I hear their manicures are wonderful), but I’m grateful it was a good experience for my daughter.

Their gel manicures have sometimes lasted me 6-8 weeks?! Which is truly absurd and also a testament to their care and quality. Brie Gibson Really bummed. Wanted to love this place but first the nail color was distorted (dark in some areas light in others) so it looked almost tie dyed. Then four days later 2 nails broke. I’ve only had this happen only once with powder dip and that’s because I slammed when we were replacing our flooring.

April Painful and overpriced with long wait times. Was quoted hour 1/2 for manicure and pedicure and it took over 3 hours and over $200. Gel Manicure was done terrible and she filed my free edges so much the file went into my skin and cut me. She used the electric file and kept getting my cuticles on 3 fingers, again bleeding. Nail art was nice though! I’m not from here and went to Serenity Nails based on reviews. I won’t be back.

Kimberly Gonzalez I’m not coming back for any type of manicure, I was ripped off. I came as a walk-in for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was fine, nail polish was put on incorrectly but I don’t care much about my toe nails so it was whatever to me. After the pedicure I was moved to get my manicure. I requested Medium almond dip nails and provided a reference photo of what I like/ have had previously. I did not get anything close to what I wanted. I knew once the nails were glued and cut they were too short and it all went down hill from there. The nail tech was working extremely fast and there was absolutely no attention to detail. My cuticles were not trimmed or cleaned, the nails are lumpy, bumpy, too short. The girl who was going to go after me and sitting next to me changed her mind after seeing how mine were going. I’m very bad at speaking up for myself and I just wanted to cry at this point. It was very upsetting to be paying so much, for nails I absolutely hate. Don’t come as a walk in, although I don’t think having an appointment would help you either as they seemed to squeeze in everyone and not care about the quality of work being provided.

Misgana Sawo The nail salon owner did my nail. She was such in a rush that I was worried about my fingers. Even after I repeatedly told her to slow down, she wouldn’t do it. I was out of there in just a few minutes and this is the result in just two days. It’s not worth your money. This is supposed to be full set gel. I do not recommend going there

jodie G I had a wonderful Cinderella’s Spa Pedicure today from Lisa at her new location in Concord. The minute you walk into her spa it just brings you so much joy. It is so beautiful and relaxing. All the aromatherapy sprays that she uses just really relax and calm all your senses. I came for the best pedicure and the massage just made me melt. We all deserve to take the time to spoil ourselves and Lisa does just that. Whatever pedicure you pick make sure and ask for the Jelly. I highly recommend this spa and let Lisa spoil you!!

Debbie McCarthy Lisa preformed a perfect job piercing my ears. Shes very conscientious, gentle and careful. The piercing placement was perfect. She listened to me intently and I got exactly what I wanted. She wisely told me to use an alcohol water mix on the piercings for 8 weeks instead of that other “stuff” some other places might sell you to use. She’s also very friendly and fun!

They may not be as inexpensive as some other salons around contra costa county, but what you are paying for is quality work, a super clean environment, the best spa pedicure you could ask for, all while talking to one of the most genuine people I’ve met in my life. I can’t say enough about the owner Lisa and the care and attention she has for her clients. Lisa only uses quality products and takes her time, ensuring your nails look amazing. Ana I got my nails done at the unit here in Concord on Saturday afternoon. It was the first time, I just asked to remove the gel nail I had and do a normal manicure. Without gel or acrylic, the same day at night the nail polish started to come off. I paid $49,45 for nothing, very disappointed with it.

Maribel Amador This place is alright. I’ve gone here three times but will not be going again. It needs better lighting/lamps for those sitting on the big chairs.. the lady who helped me missed a lot of the cuticles on my toes. As for my manicure 1) the lady who helped me assumed I wanted gel but I don’t like the LED lamp on my skin. So I declined. She insisted and seemed a bit annoyed that I said no. 2) She did not use the Cuticle Remover tool and instead only used the drill. As a result… my manicure looks like something very basic that I could have done at home. Towards the end it all seemed rushed as new clients walked in. The massage, exfoliation and hot stones was a 10/10. The price is too high for the quality of the service. The picture provided is three hours after I left the salon.

Your Pursenality While visiting a friend in Concord ...we decided to get pampered for the day she looked up this place Nailed it Salon and were happy she found it. We didnt have an appointment but we were greeted, welcomed and were arranged to be taken care of even without an appointment. The wait wasnt long at all. Their service is excellent, their personal is amazing and extremely friendly and attentive. They offer champagne, tea, water, coffee and candy while your nails are being cleaned. They have, eyebrow waxing, paraffin for a softer texture of your skin, either hands or feet other than that, they have a nice set of options. Theyre prices are decent. I was happy with the end result of my manicure. This place is one to go back to!

Carmina Alemar When you walk in, to check in you have to put your phone number and email in. (To sign up for rewards) I paid $35 for the basic pedicure but all she did was clip my toe nails, rub my legs and paint them. Cuticles didn’t get done, scrubbing my heal wasn’t done. I fanned my toes, took the tissue out and left. Unfortunately, I guess it wasn’t fully dry so I’m going to get some nail polish to fix it…I haven’t gotten a pedicure in a year, I was just really hoping to have my dry heals scrubbed and cuticles done. Maybe you have to pay more? It wasn’t busy so I assume she wasn’t rushing.

Lanise Woods I hadn’t been to high tech nails in Concord over a year. I went today and got a pedicure and asked for white polish. After the service was completed I asked the cost? She said $50! I was shocked and asked for what? She said for the jell. I never asked for the jell. The technician said that’s what I had the last time. That’s a lie. So she assumed that was what I wanted. Mind you, the last time I was there she didn’t do my pedicure nor did I have the jell. She straight up lied to my face. I will never go back there again! She knows what I like and what I don’t like . If you give her free range on the design she goes all out for you and her prices are reasonable. Her nail salon is always clean, organized and welcoming to come into . I highly recommend making an appointment in a timely matter for her because her shop does get busy with walks in and such. I wish people could be more understanding and patient with her at times when appointments may take just a bit more time than expected. Some things are completely out of her control . Adriana Serrano I really liked going here for eyebrow waxing I usually get my eyebrows waxed here with Wendy her work is amazing and she does a very good job. I was very disappointed with my experience when I went yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed I was waxed by a different lady who cut my right eyebrow off way too much from the front and she did not do a good job at all at shaping them evenly. I went back inside to tell her that my right eyebrow was not even to my left one and she just made excuses for it and refused to give my money back I don’t recommend waxing your eyebrows here with anyone else but Wendy. The lady’s customer service skills were horrible and she didn’t seem to care at all whatsoever.

Monique Villalvazo Today I contact the nail shop at 10:30am to make appointment for a fill and pedicure. I went in at 3:30, as I was scheduled. I waited 30 minutes and finally someone helped me. I didnt make a fuss about it. As i watched the lady who was working on my nails , she stopped to go help 2 other customers. She went back and forth between others for about 2 hours. Then she polished my nails and stated she would the design after my pedicure. I said no problem. The lady who worked on my pedicure, did not file my toe nails correctly. I did it myself. I didnt get upset, I stayed calm and collective. I waited two more hours for my nail lady to finish with another customer. The lady stated it was my fault that she had taken 5 hours, I dont see how its my fault when you did not keep your appointment to me. This is the reason why we "customers " make appointments. She then worked on my nails and left them looking like speed bumps. The nail rep also informed me that I was picky because I told her my nails had black holes in the nail polish, mind you the polish was white. This usually happens when theres lint or the polish is too thick.. I was over charged. 85 dollars, for what I dont know. I left with no design, my nails look horrible, Ive waisted my entire day.. I had to come home to try and fix them myself. I would like for the owner to contact me or the manager. Thank you for your time .

A H DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY VIOLATED, TREATED POORLY AND HAVE YOUT TIME WASTED. Typically I get my nails done at a shop in Oakland, but since Ive been in Concord, Id been looking for a new nail shop.I called prior to walking into Citi Nail on Friday just to check the prices for a full set. I found them reasonable for a full set and Gel Polish , so I decided to go in and give them a try. Lisa was my initial nail tech and was very polite at first. I mentioned to her my thumb wasnt straight and said shed fix it. It wasnt until I got home and got a second opinion from my sister that we noticed the thumb nail on my left hand still wasnt straight after she "fixed" it. I called the shop right away to ask if I could get it done over and let them know that I would be in the next day. The man on the phone (owner Lee) said okay come in. I came in Saturday and Lisa began to fix the nail. I explained to her atleast 3 times that the nail would need to be removed since its already molded in acrylic unevenly and cant be fixed by filing. Instead she proceeds to file my nails on both thumbs in too far instead of just redoing my left thumb to match my right. Now making both my nails uneven, stiletto shape as opposed to almond which is what I asked and paid for upon initially getting them done.The man that owns the shop comes over and taps me on my shoulder 3 times pretty hard with the back of his hand(First Physical Violation) than points for me to sit in his chair instead of politely asking me to come over so he can fix it.I found that to be EXTREMELY aggressive and rude. He proceeds to clip down the tip of my nails only removing the tip, not the whole Acrylic. He then adds another tip on my nail then proceeds to put the acrylic over the old acrylic making my nail extremely bulky, like a bubble, causing alot of pressure on my natural nail underneath. As well as them being to long. As I am looking at my nail he then tossed the nail file at me and tells me that I can file them down myself.(Second Physical Violation).I explained why I was unhappy about my service and had asked for a refund. Even telling him he can clip the nails off because I just want my money back.The owner ,Lee proceeds to laugh in my face about the situation, being absurdly rude in front of other customers and tells me how it doesnt work like that and that I cant have my money back. I left the shop in tears, frustrated and traumatized by the treatment Id received. I was never rude, raised my voice or came off with the slightest bit of aggression. All I did was ask for a service THAT I PAID FOR WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY ,to deserve how Id been treated.(even tipped the first time I came in). I dont see how this place has gotten 4 star ratings or is still even in business. I had to go to another shop to have them cut down, refile and soak my nails in acetone to thin them out because the acrylic was so thick causing pain to my thumb nail which COST ME MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you have a preference on how you want your nails to be and are paying for a service DONT EXPECT THAT FROM CITI NAIL. Its as if asking for what youre paying for is an inconvenience for them to do. If thats the case you shouldnt be in the service industry. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Isadora Lambert I had a horrible experience getting a pedicure and gel manicure. I requested not to have my nails cut and filed into a rounded shape. The stylist then proceeded to cut them unevenly and sliced the edge of my nail, causing it to bleed. When I realized the color I selected was too transparent for my liking, I asked for a different color or sparkles to make it more colorful. The stylist didn’t understand me so I kept repeating that I didn’t like it. She ignored me and kept insisting it was fine. As soon as my nails were done, I was hurried out of the chair. I left the salon stunned and in tears. I didn’t realize just how bad the cut and color was until I got home. I also noticed there is a huge tear in the middle of one of my toenails. This was supposed to be a treat for birthday tomorrow and I just feel ugly and ignored. Will not be returning.

She rounded off my toenails and now they look ugly and bulbous.

I asked about some of the nail options they had on the check-in screen, and the lady selected one for me without even answering my question. i corrected her and asked to have a full set with dip and nail extensions. when i sat down to pick a color, she seemed to be rushing me even though it wasn’t busy. they didn’t have the color i asked for so i picked a different one. the color she came back with was way more pink than i wanted, but she started using it anyway. i asked to have nail extensions put on and she kept saying “natural”. i kept saying the color wasn’t what i wanted so she added a lighter color on the last layer which didn’t even change it at all. i asked for round shaped nails and she filed them to be a square with round edges. my nails are thick and uneven. i’m considering going elsewhere to redo them right now, and extremely upset about wasting $50.

The estimate wait time was more than an hour and a first come first serve walk-in service, which was fine with me. ( The person who was going to do my nails I know this when I was explaining to her what I wanted she wasn’t understanding what I was explaining so I decided to wait for Jennifer ) From my understanding, it seemed like they didn’t want me to continue waiting, and they wanted me to leave. As I continue explaining to them that had no problem on waiting I believe the manager came from the back attacking me right away. Well, I was only trying to explain myself that I was willing to wait to see Jennifer.. The customer who she was assisting, decided to welcome her self into the conversation and made it uncomfortable for me to stay after I stated multiple times that I had no problem waiting. I will never return.

Susan G The "acrylic fill" was done perfectly and the color was applied very professionally! I would have given more stars to this review but my service there was very strange here? I believe only one lady there "Mimi" does acrylic nail fills and color. During this appointment, Mimi was working on my fill then, at one point, she left me to go paint another customers toes. I waited like 10 minutes in chair for her to return. Then she came back to shape my nails and ( after shaping one of my hands) Mimi left me again ( sitting there ) waiting for her to complete my acrylic fill / color. It took longer than 1 hour for her to complete my nail appointment - 1 hour 15 min! Usually 45 minutes @ other local salons. Owner needs to hire additional staff who can do acrylic nail fills, full sets and color in a timely manner - so the customer scheduled nail service isnt interrupted and isnt taking longer than it should normally for an acrylic fill service.

She’s usually pretty busy, so make sure you call or text them in advance and book your mani with her. You won’t regret it! The place itself is super spacious, clean, and there’s plenty of free parking.

Annick Ospital-Cone This place is great. The women are nice and they have a great variety of colors to choose from. I usually call ahead on my way over just to make sure they can take me but just walking in is fine too. Regualr mani + pedi costs about $38 + tip. The spa chairs massage well and are in good condition.

R Sandoval This is the best value around. I get gel nails here. I come every 4-6 weeks because the gel lasts so long. I have never found another nail salon that had polish that stayed on so long.

In the last several weeks, I have not even had a chipped nail. I love this place and appreciate Julie and teams service and experience.

Elise Lucchese Went here for my wedding nails and very disappointed! Firstly the nail polish came off within 3 hours of getting my pedicure. Secondly the quality of my gel manicure is awful. The angle they are pointing is ridiculously bad. I don’t know how they didn’t see that they are pointed up towards the ceiling. I was too embarrassed to ask them to fix it but also realized they probably would have just ruined them even more. Will never go back there again and I will be going to have my nails fixed before my wedding. Really such awful quality all around.

Valeria Hudelson I got basic pedicure here. No products added to the water, a pumice stone used for 10 secs didn’t even get the basic callus off, a single layer of nail polish that chipped next day. In the end the tech basically rushed me out by turning off the massage chair while I was still in it, and there was no other clients waiting.

Gaby Orellana i came here to get my acrylics removed. once the lady started taking my nails off, she went straight to scraping them off under the acrylic nail which was very painful. they did not use any kind of acetone before hand to ease the removal. there was some blood from my nails because of how forcefully the nails were taken off. the lady even cut one of my natural nails in half and tried to glue it back together...the whole experience was very painful. never coming back here.

H B Ask for pricing before you get a service done. I went in for basic manicure. She talked me into a powder dip manicure. Never had one done before and she assured me it would last longer. Ok, no problem. I asked for 2 mails a different color and she insisted on nail art instead. Again, I should’ve asked how much extra it would be for the 2 stickers she put on my nail. My nails turned out nice and it did last about 2.5 weeks before chipping. I was ok with that. But it also cost me $90 with tip. That seems pretty excessive to me. She asked me 3 times for a tip. I always leave a good tip, but I felt taken advantage of. Lesson learned to ask for pricing upfront and know the only concern they have is getting more money.

Jess H This was honestly one of my worst nail salon experiences. I decided to get my nails done for my wedding and after 2 hours, I told the woman doing my nails that I had to leave even with my nails not even close to being done because I could NOT miss my flight! She refused to let me leave! She continued to do my nails and eventually, I had to say no! Long story short, I missed my flight! When I came back to let her finish, she had the nerve to charge an additional $20 after I paid $75 plus $5 tip even though she did NOT finish! Very money hungry and poor customer service among other things… I also saw a review stating that they don’t sterilize their tools & I didn’t see any new tools being used on my feet and I came at the end of the day. Truly hoping for the best. Overall bad experience :/

Sally Couser Fast and friendly! Great job on my nails the first time. But now not so much. Service is not good. If you make an appointment be prepared to wait while they take a walk in 5 minutes before your appt. they are not Covid safe or certified. No social distancing between stations. And they will only take cash no debit or credit. They are nice people but not worth the risk

Ira Montoya Never again will I be back to this place!!As soon as I arrived I specifically told them no gel I get a really bad allergic reaction to gel they didn’t listen and put gel on my hands I told them once again he still managed to put the LED light on my hand and I told him no! and the man got upset started to slam the nail polish on the table (so unprofessional) pedicure done by Nancy was good but it’s not worth the experience I had. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

deborahb i called last night to make an appointment. They asked me what time id like to come in and i said 10am. They said, "how about 10:30am"? i said perfect. I got there this morning, 4 employees and 4 clients - things were going well (my first time there). 5 walk-ins came in all wanting pedicures and the employees said that they could be helped within 15 minutes. All wanted to wait. 3 or 4 More came in wanting pedicures and then the time was pushed to 30 minutes. This is all fine. I feel badly for them not wanting to turn away business - I get it! . I got my pedicure, then went to table for my nails. i had to tel Tom 4 times that i want my nails short. Frustrating. Then i noticed dead skin on my heels. I asked Tom if they could take off the dead skin on my heels (and offered to pay again) and he had the nerve to say "come back at 2pm or 3pm whatever is good for me". In essence, they were taking walk-ins rather than existing customers. This is bad bad business. Toes beautiful, heels bad.

sarah hodosh Unfortunately, I cant give my first experience at this spa more than 2 stars. I selected a color with quite a bit of shimmer and when it turned out to be extremely sheer I asked if it would be better to do a solid color underneath. I was told that a second coat would fix the problem. I asked again when the second coat was still too sheer, and was told we could do a third coat. After a FOURTH coat I realized I just wasnt going to be happy with the results. It looked like Id done my nails myself, and at least half of the gel polish chipped off in the first 4 days. Super disappointing. But everyone was very friendly.

Amelia Stpierre- fedele Such a friendly place! I walked in was automatically greeted and felt so welcomed. Ken does the best acrylic nails I’ve never had any other nail technician do them better. Not to mention it is super clean not dusty like most salons I’ve been to and the tools look very clean as well.

Ashley DeCook I was excited to try a new place out for Mani and pedi. Unfortunately I got cut while they were removing my old dip powder off. Because I was cut the nail polish remover stung everytime it touched the cut and the man working on me continued to put the remover on it and I had to say over and over you cut me and it stings now. They would not give me a discount for the service, instead they gave a $20 gift certificate for the next service. Why would I go back if I had been hurt and had to pay full price for a painful experience.

Katherine Mullane went in to get a gel manicure, the polish was applied way to thick and came out lumpy. the women doing my nails also cut my skin when trying to cut my cuticles and i left with my finger gushing blood. after less than a week my nails started lifting and polish peeling off, which pulled up and ruined my natural nails.

Vanessa C Its raining and my kids really wanted to get their nails done. Please dont ask how this comes into their mind. All I know is I needed to find a place that was open at 9:00 in the morning and surprisingly there are not a lot of places open at 9:00 in the morning but this place was and we got there early at 8:55 and they still took us in and this lady patiently trimmed and painted my kids nails with no question or concern. She treated them like VIPs and that they were welcomed and she spoke to them and was just very kind. It was such a good experience that I definitely want to go back to get my own nails done here and I dont even get my nails done. And she only charged me $5!!!!

Tee Breana I will never come back here again. I got my nails done here and they came out really cute! But when I came back to have them removed the lady basically ripped them off. It was extremely painful and she made one of my fingers bleed. She offered to put oil on it and proceeded to grab the clue to try and glue my actual nail back so it wouldn’t bleed anymore. I had to take my hand away and tell her no. I was still charged $15 to go through all of that pain. She didn’t even soak them first, she just cut them down and started ripping them off with a tool.

Ann Sen NAIL INFECTION ALERT!!!! Your nails will be INFECTED if you go to this salon. I’ve been going here for years with my husband but the lady butchered both my big toes last Saturday. I still have a tip. Fast forward4 days now, I have a. Bad nail infection I have to take antibiotics and get it drained. I have no medical condition to cause this

Xavan Omad great little spot, the ladies are all nice, and its pretty much similar to any regular nail salon. be sure to ask for a reward card if you go frequently. got my toes did then went to pho next door. treat yo self! cute time!

Zer Iyer I have been coming to this place for years. Is it fancy? No. Are you going to get a spa experience? Definitely no. However, the owners here have always been warm and welcoming and the service provided is really great. The basic spa pedicure involves a good massage chair, hot water soak, scrub, hot stones and full leg massage for like $30. Where are you going to find that in 2024? They take their time in everything so it’s not a quick visit but I think the value for what you get is well worth it and you are supporting a small family business. I promise you will get your money’s worth (and then some) if you come to this place, but don’t expect frills. Personally, I don’t need a full zen experience every time I get my nails done, so this is a great option if anyone is more interested in substance over style.
