Tery Saber I visited the salon because of the positive reviews, and they were truly justified! The place is clean and inviting, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Peter was very professional, and I highly recommend him.

Anne I had such a great experience here and will not go anywhere else. I had Kim for my pedi and she was literally perfect! So kind and amazing nail tech with such a good touch! I had Harmony for my pedi and she did such a good job - my nails look fabulous. The salon is clean and every tech was so good with their clients - checking in to make sure they were happy. They also came with a tray with water and these really awesome coffee cookies - they were so good! I highly recommend the shop.

Curissa Dydell Let me start off with I got the best gel manicure I’ve ever had done here! Ivy did an amazing job. She took her time while cleaning up my cuticles without making me bleed at all. When it came down to the nail polish she let me know if I don’t like the color to please let her know and took her time with every nail. I couldn’t have been happier with the manicure and the service, if you ever are looking for a good gel manicure this is place to go!!!

DsMadre I was in town for my sons wedding and went in to have my nails done. They were only able to do the manicure on day one, but invited me back the next day for my pedicure. She makes sure every step along the way that every detail is matching what the customer wants. She is always trying to make the experience better for the customer. Nadiah Nix I have been coming here for about 5 years and they never disappoint! The modern decor and soft music selection always adds such a soothing touch to my service. I typically get my nails done by Tracey who is the Queen of shaping and she always helps you pick the service and color that best suits you. I go to Na for pedicures and when I tell you she is literally a God send?! She takes her time and really gets into the details of your pedicure. She’s gentle and really ensures that you leave feeling refreshed and catered to. Shout out to Na and Tracy and the owners of this establishment I’ll never stop coming! If you’re thinking about visiting this salon, Run don’t walk!

Julie Schmidt I had my nails done here and I am very disappointed . I was charged 100.00 for a fill and the nails were not shaped well , I had a broken nail and she glued it - did not replace it like she should have and now it just fell off and I have to glue it yet again . Very sloppy job for a 100 dollar fill. I feel ripped off . As a model - in front of the camera it’s my job , this is not up to standard.

D N Business is clean and have calm vibe. Staff are friendly and nice. My nails are usually long and strong, but after a year of health issues, my nails became brittle. My nail tech, Julie, introduced me to hybrid gel which is like acrylic, but have less chemicals, look much more natural, and most importantly, safer for the nail techs. Ive had my nails done twice with hybrid gel and both times the results have been great. I highly recommend using hybrid gel vs acrylic.

Athena Larranaga Great service! Friendly and welcoming staff! The ambiance is super relaxing, clean and professional, I was offered tea and a hot neck pillow during my visit which is amazing! I get my nails done here every 2-3 weeks and it’s definitely worth it! I do suggest booking an appointment before hand as they do fill up quickly, this is my favorite nail salon in the area!

She was very gentle and the message was wonderful, she took her time. The price was very reasonable considering all they did. Because of the awesome work and attention to detail, if you do something like I did, give yourself 2 hours to be there. You won’t regret it!

Ciara Keyser I have been going to A&V for about 3 years now and I cannot recommend them enough. The salon itself is nothing fancy, but the nail techs are all incredibly talented. I have had 5 different nail techs do my acrylics and I always leave happy. Annie, Vy, Lynn, Terri, Holly, Andy and the rest of the staff are talented, kind, and accommodating. I have been to many nail salons in the area and this is the best.

Emmery Slater I’ve only been to this nail spot 2x but they have done such a great job each time! I’m amazed because nails on me usually only last a week before they fall off but whatever they use lasted me a month. Definitely my new favorite spot, they are very reasonable with price.

Steff Miller I found this salon from their good reviews and unfortunately was very disappointed. I booked an appointment for four of us to get our nails done about 3-4 weeks in advance to make sure we had ample time for the salon to get through us. Unfortunately, the salon over booked and continued letting walk inside in. This caused the staff to rush and I dont think a single one of us left without a scratch or cut. Many of us had sore fingers and chipped nails shortly after. I hate to be rude to a small business trying to make money but I wish they had slowed down and possibly turned some of the walk ins down so that those who had appointments where taken care of.

She didnt try to talk me into something else or more expensive. I work with the elderly, and loved seeing how accommodating the staff was with some of the folks coming in. Dana Connolly Ive gone to this salon for years and so, was concerned it might negatively change when the new owners took over a few months ago. Thank goodness I was wrong! The new owners completely redid the salon making it bright, contemporary and able to accommodate more clients than before. And, rather than TVs blaring food shows or Hallmark movies, Esmee has relaxing scenescapes showing accompanied by beautiful music. Esmee is spotless and has all new massage chairs, lighting, equipment, etc. and the best part is most (if not all) of the technicians who worked there before the new owners, remained. Unlike other salons, these technicians focus on their client, dont talk/shout back and forth to one another and are are extremely professional. I highly recommend Esmee!

Brian Miller Brought my 28 year old daughter here to treat her to a gel coat manicure. Within 3 hours several of the nails had large soft bubbling. Went back the next day to get them fixed. The next day 6 of her nails were very soft and chipping. She flies back to Florida on Saturday with no time to go back for a third attempt. Very disappointed. The new salon is very beautiful but that didn’t help to get a quality gel manicure.

The techs here are all super friendly and helpful, they ensure your comfort and that you like what you’re getting done. Courtney Gabrielli Great prices and great service! I got a regular manicure and pedicure with extra massage and it was amazing! Both turned out great! Also felt like prices were way more reasonable than other places! It was $60 for both including extra massage for both but they had a 20% off for first time visitors bringing it to $48! Haven’t paid that little in years!! Will definitely be back!

Gaby Urbano Absolutely thrilled with my nail appointment! The nail technician Kevin was incredibly skilled and paid attention to every detail. My nails look flawless - perfectly shaped. The color is exactly what I wanted and they took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The finish is so smooth and shiny, and they did a great job with the cuticles too. I especially appreciate how long-lasting the work is - its been several days and everything still looks as fresh as when I left the salon. This is definitely my new go-to spot for nail services. Well worth every penny! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality nail care.

Mona I travel a lot and as a result end up having to try many different nail spas/salons but I’m always looking forward to being back home and returning to Bella. It’s just a relaxing, light and friendly atmosphere. I’ve never left dissatisfied- but always giddily feeling a little bit prettier. And even though I’m hardly home and don’t get to go into Bella as often as I want, they always remember me. The owner Jenny is a hoot- a kind, memorable and vivacious personality with great hospitality. This is still my favorite spot and I’d highly recommend it.

kristina behrens Ive been coming here for years so I thought I would do a proper review. Love the workers here - very friendly and I am always so happy with the service I receive. Picture Im posting is showing my gel ombre (spray painted ombre) full set acrylic nails done by Julie (book with Julie). This set came out so beautifully. I also get a french gel pedicure regularly done by Kathy (book with Kathy). She does a wonderful job and they last over a month on my feet. Highly recommend this salon but make sure you call ahead and book an appointment as they can get busy at times. I always call ahead :)

Killerpickle UPDATE!! All new staff and ownership, definitely not the same experience. This is my second trip to Forest Nails Lounge and Ive never been happier with a nail salon experience. Ive been to so many different spas in the area and none of them compare. This dip powder set was done by Jade and her work is above and beyond. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered *exactly* that, all while making the enhancements look like my natural nails. Couldnt give a more enthusiastic recommendation to anyone looking for excellent service and results!

Julie Seal-Gaustad I tried about 3-4 nail salons before I found Forest nails, and I only wish I would have found them sooner! Friendly, clean, and every single technician does amazing work. I get acrylic nails with gel overlay and pedicures, and the precision and care are like no other locally.

CC Kight They do such a great job here and I never have to wait very long at all! The owner is the kindest too and is always giving add ins on for free! I had my nails done yesterday by a new person and she was extremely thorough. I love this place!!

Amy Whitley NEVER GO HERE!!! **read then see image** Extremely rude and bad attitudes. First off they didn’t welcome me then did an okay job and in middle of nails asked me strictly to pay now with no reason or choice to pay at end. The next day my nail polish cracked not chipped so I went back to politely ask why and they angrily tried to convince me that my nail was chipped and they can not redo cause it’s “my nail”. She then roughly took polish off to show cracked nail to find that the nail was perfectly fine as I stated. She tried bending my nail to show a crack yet nothing was there. She said she’d refund us and stated to never come back. She furiously handed the money from the desk to us. Further as we said my nail was never cracked she smacked her head and said that’s the real nail. My nail was perfectly fine and she was speechless when she found us to be correct. Also shaped nails too close to skin and crooked. Overcharged as well and tried to make me spend more for little things unnecessary , no way. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO A POLITE CUSTOMER!!! I HAVE VIDEO PROOF IF ANYONE NEEDS!

Maya Mahjabin This place used to have great nail techs but the last few times it was super Disappointing. I for tips today with a french tip and it was crooked, gel on my cuticle and really poor service overall.

Maddie Y. Sally was very nice and kind but she did not make my nails look anything like the photo reference. Although my nails looked nice in the end, the photo clearly had two French tips but I got none. It was acrylic extensions but with dip powder even though I asked for gel. They did raise good care of my nails but didn’t do anything with my cuticles. Overall okay experience with very nice technicians but did not get what I asked for.

Devon Goodbody The end result/experience was not equivalent to the menu of charges for services. My sister and I have been there twice and we left both times feeling the requested services were incomplete. Most recently, I had a gel pedicure and a no polish manicure for a total of $71. When I asked for the breakdown, there was an additional charge for polish and gel. There was also an additional charge for buffing my nails, not to mention more additional charges. The end price may have been worth the experience, if the services would have been completed and not skimped on. My cuticles (feet & hands) were not tended to. The callous portion was less that five minutes for both feet. This list also goes on. The staff was friendly, although the gentleman at the front yelled my name 3 times and I was standing up and grabbing my color, that was uncomfortable. My appointment was on time, so I have no qualms with my wait. As far as relaxing, I realized a while ago, I do not go to the large nail salons for relaxation. The chairs seem to have an aggressive massage, that is equally un-relaxing, when turning off the massage feature (4 times) it left me sitting in an erect uncomfortable manner. In general, the outcome and the experience were not worth the cost of the services. We will not be returning to Sally’s Nail Salon, regardless of the convenience of the location.

Emylie Esquivel I’ve been going to Classy Nails since it was under new management and I will never go anywhere else! The place is so clean and everyone is so friendly. My nails always turn out exactly how I want. Thery (who usually does my nails) is the best!! If you’re looking for a permanent place or just a quick place to go, this is the spot.

Summer Ocean Wow - one of the best acrylics sets I think I’ve ever gotten. Super great attention to detail and expert level buffering around the edges of the nail bed!! Great prices too. My set was done by the woman with shorter hair at the station closest to the front, I wish I got her name but she seemed like the one in charge :) she spoke great English too and it was so refreshing to be able to communicate fully with a nail tech!! (Btw I didn’t take a pic right away so this image is with 1 full week of grow out)

Myra Martinez I recently came back for a full set with Tracy. I understand theyre under new ownership. Seems the quality has gone down. After a week my nails looked dull. Wont be back. Tracy was an amazing nail tech when it was 999 nails.And the older lady who did my pedicure cut my nails way too short after I asked her NOT to cut them short. Annoying! 3 stars because theyre all really nice people.

Steve Hamilton New management and it shows! Amazing service! Came in for a pedicure today with appointment. I feel that the place is great and all the staff seems to be highly trained and knowledgeable and well organized. I was out in 40 minutes. I would love to come back. My feet were looking a bit rough going in to say the least, but are soft as can be after going in! pretty cool ! Highly recommended!!!!

Sofia Tisnado I came here with my mother a couple days before Mother’s Day. The lady working on my pedicure was Tiffany. I’m just here to say that my experience was not worth the money charged for the service. Tiffany was checked out since she started my pedicure..she kept getting up, left to take phone calls- she never once washed her hands. She returned with a foot scraper that looked like a cheese grader to use on my feet. ( See photos below) I had to move my foot back and tell her “oh no no , you’re not using that on my feet”. Diamond nail spa, I hope you’re reading this- do you know foot scrapers of this kind are banned in CA? And could be reported to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology? honestly I should’ve walked out in that moment. Please work on your customer service and treatments. It’s not all about the money. Following state law and infection control standards are a must to be able to provide safety to your clients. You’ve lost business from us.

Jennifer Garcie I have been coming to this nail salon for roughly three years. The woman, who I assume owes the place/the manager, is very kind and professional. I have never had a major dislike or issue with my services... until this last week. I had gone in for a french tip gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was amazing but the massage chair was broken and not very relaxing. I wanted a sparkly light colored french tip.. my nails were perfectly smooth and even ( as I had got them done there a few week prior w/another lady). After my french tip was completed I noticed how bumpy and uneven the color was.. could literally see the previous color purple and the gel didnt reach the ends of my nails! I tried to be nice and decided I would just have ugly nails. Not even 4 hours later I was back in for her (Lori) to fix 4 nails of mine (no charge). The next morning I noticed the re-painted nails had all chipped again. I went straight back to the salon.. the lady upfront told me to sit down immediately, I waited for Lori to finish with a pedicure so she could fix my nails again. Once she came over to me I felt as though I had become an issue for her. Not my fault I came back 3 times because she did not do a good job. I suggested I would like all my nails to be re-painted to a traditional french tip. That seemed to annoy her and she tried to explain to me that the gel paint was coming off due to my "oily hands".. which I thought was a little rude. Said to her, "No, I have been coming here for years and this has never happened." I left with another mediocre Gel manicure. Once again, the next day my nails were cracking and chipping. I decided to not go back due to the clear lack of quality. Over the years I have seen a change in care, cleanliness and ect. Long story short, I appreciate the professionalism of the woman up front but I will not be going back.

Valerie Massa I absolutely loved them! My sister and I got gel pedicures together and it was a wonderful experience. These ladies were so sweet and welcoming. Not to mention they were very fast and the nail as came out amazing. We left knowing we’d be back!

Ethan Joanna Pfalz Greco I am with a consumer watch group and started going to this facility and I had several people do my nails and there was only one person that I believe had done the Nails nice and I have been having my nails done at different places for all over San Diego County, and Riverside County. I was shocked when I went there and had my nails done. They used glue to hold the nail from separating apart. Then I find when I go up to check out and pay they’ve raised their prices and this is a big operation. I will not be going back there nor am I recommending anyone else go there as well. I will continue To look for other nail salons, which people can spend their hard earned money. I’m very sad about this. I did have my pedicure done once and it was very poor job. I had so much high hopes for this company, but I do not recommend it.

Riannon Canestrelli Pedicure & dip manicure were great! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a relaxing experience, the pedicurist was a little rough with the cuticle picking and I bled a little, but the end result was very nice. They’re a cash only establishment though and I didn’t know until it was time to pay, so I had to withdraw some cash, it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.

Leanne Laforge The staff was mostly professional and friendly and they were enforcing covid precautions inside. It was a nice stylish ambiance inside but way too dark. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to see any of the color options. The prices are a bit high for the pedicures but they had a new "multi pieces set" type of options like aloe gel and other scented gelatin like substances. They had beautiful color options and a new "cat eye" polish which is 12.00 extra. There were a few things bothersome. Such as seeming like they were hurrying to finish the actual process but then there was a bit of a wait between manicure and pedicures in my group. Also it seemed like they werent listening to the wants of the client design or shape wise. The finished product of the nails my daughter got done were sloppily done and not very good looking.

Briana Friddle This salon has very friendly staff and the energy is always very welcoming! I have been going to Joseph and he is amazing at what he does! I love to let him be creative with my designs because I know he always comes up with something great! My nails last a long time and I always receive so many compliments! My mom has also been seeing Tu for quite a while and she loves how perfect and precise her nails come out! Love this salon :)

fyza khan Horrible experience .. Diane there was in such a hurry that while I was telling her the design she didn’t understand and started doing without properly asking. So just got dip nails without extensions and just a little glitter on the natural tips .. and a nail polish on my toes and she charged me $100 and I tipped her too.. after just two days my nails started to chip . And my nails hurt now. Super expensive lady was in a hurry wasn’t listening and the quality was so bad ..

Full Shred. I love creative nail on Jefferson!! Diane does the best job on my nails, they look amazing and they do not lift!! That’s been a constant problem for me, but not with Diane.. highly recommend this shop!

May Rom I had my nails done today at Vivian Spa and Nails for a natural pinkish nude gel manicure with design and I couldnt be happier! The ambiance of the spa is lovely, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vivian for doing such a great job on my nails! Im truly grateful for the wonderful service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Mia germano Vivianne was amazing! Very skilled and quick at what she does. I had a cut and she was so gentle and cautious. My nails came out exactly how I asked.

Shelby I was disappointed with my pedicure experience. The entire service felt rushed—I was in and out in just 25 minutes. There was no one waiting either, I was the only one there. I got a deluxe pedicure (but also wasn’t offered a service menu) and felt that a large part of getting the nicer pedicure is feeling relaxed and enjoying the massage and process. However it felt like my legs/feet were massaged for 1-2 min total. For the price, I expected a more thorough and relaxing experience. I don’t mind paying $70 for a pedicure if it is good quality, but this was not it. Also they took payment over Zelle. I don’t know if this is normal for nail salons but it felt strange to me.

Rebecca Venturi The younger guy with 12 earrings in each ear is incredibly unprofessional every time I’ve gone in there. Today was the last straw. Charged for things I didn’t have done, poorly done pedicure, inexperienced techs and bad attitudes. Unfortunately for them one bad experience takes months to recover from. It’s a shame, this place is so close to being good. But they are letting their bad mannered children run the place.

Kaysi Corona I usually drive down south to my usual nail salon but was not feeling the long drive this time. So, I decided to go to Roses. Ive been here a couple of times and have always been happy with their work, more than other salons in the Murrieta, Menifee area. Other locations charge for less quality. I love this place ❤️ I definitely recommend getting the full package on your pedicure (#4, I believe) from the massage to the massage, lol... the hot rocks, everything felt amazing. My nail tech Amy did an awesome job on duplicating what I showed her. This is definitely my new nail spot. The inside is clean and fresh with the cutest decor and ambiance. I definitely felt pampered.

Jack B I came into this nail salon and everything seemed fine at first. However, things took a turn when I politely asked the nail technician to fix a couple of nails where the pattern was noticeably lighter on one hand compared to the other. instead of calmly addressing my concern, he lashed out at me in an aggressive tone, yelling, “Yes, I see!” The experience made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I quickly paid in cash and left without even asking for his name or a receipt. I just wanted to get out of there. I’ve never been treated this way at a nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I made an appointment and asked if they do Apple Pay and was told yes. sat down. she moved very quickly, which would have been great if she wasn’t cutting my cuticles up while she did it. she was on a phone call for half the appointment and honestly it felt like that was taking her focus away from what she was doing. I was cut to the point of bleeding at the sink when I went to wash my hands. she left acrylic residue all over my fingers-which I knew was going to happen bc she had the brush all over my fingers. one hand has a shiny top coat, while the other looks more matte-bc for whatever reason she felt the need to rush through my nails. now back to the Apple Pay. I go to pay and I asked if they do Apple Pay again, and was told “yes. but that doesn’t count for tips”. as if I was required to give a tip? I didn’t. will not be back and I don’t recommend.

Shamarra Davis Jennifer always does a wonderful job. It doesn’t matter what nail design I show her she always exceeds my expectations. This is my forever shop!!!! Customer service is always immaculate and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. Even if you come when it’s busy without an appointment, they’ll give you a time to come back to fit you in. The whole staff truly cares about satisfying the customers.

Dakota Staggs I visited yesterday 3/9/25. First and foremost, the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing nail salon I’ve ever been in. My mom and I were immediately greeted by the owner Kat, and she is an absolute ray of sunshine. She’s so sweet, patient, with a sprinkle of spunk and good humor. She gave my mom and I their nail menu, and also offered a wide variety of complimentary drinks (stated in the menu as well. Our appointments were for wedding nails as my brother just got married yesterday, and the lovely and soft spoken woman Tina FLEW through our manicures while doing them so beautifully. She provided suggestions and gave opinions on what she felt would look best for our nails, down to color and shape. Our appointment was at 10:30 and we were out by 1pm, both absolutely satisfied with not only our nails, but the overall service and atmosphere

Shayla Nary The absolute worst experience my partner and I have ever had at a nail salon. Lets start with the pedicures — didn’t do any nail care I had to ask him to cut my nails before starting polish. he didn’t think it was necessary to file them after clipping so I now have jagged nails. the massage was not relaxing. my partner had lotion put on his legs then a cold(supposed to be hot?) towel was placed over the lotion that wasn’t rubbed in. He sat like this for 5 min. Now the manicures… I’d take a picture but it’s now 3 days later and it’s not even on my fingers anymore. The first man doing my nails was removing a prior gel set with the sander thing. I had to yank my hand away multiple times in pain because he was grinding my nail down to much. The final straw was when I took my hand away and said “it hurts” he then responds “hurts?” And proceeds to laugh and sand in the same spot. I then told him he wasn’t going to touch me anymore and a lady comes to replace him. Let’s fast forward to when we get home my partners cuticles uncut he makes the statement he has more to pick at now…. On my nails the polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail. And somehow I still see polish from the previous set! I could feel the polish under the tip of my nails. When washing my hands I could feel cuts that had been made on my fingers around the nails. This was an extremely disappointing experience. It felt very rushed. Not a safe environment, please do better.

As a result, on the second day, it completely ruined everything because the heavily diluted polish just didn’t dry properly. I couldn’t even imagine that something like this was possible. Hillary Goebel I used to go to Great Nails, which I loved, but my girl was NEVER on time. I always had an appointment and it never failed I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. So I went to several other local nail salons until I found Red Persimmons. Suong (Sunny) does a fantastic job and she is ON TIME for my appointments. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly.

robin smith Been going to TT Nails for almost 2 years now. They are all good. But I love Tina. She knows exactly what I want every time I go. I love the variety of colors they have in dip and how the dip doesnt ruin my nails but makes them stronger. Highly recommend.

Cheyenne Pumroy They do not accept any card. Only CASH, paper money. Owner was snappy, not welcoming at all. I felt awkward as nobody was welcoming. I got just a COLOR change on my acrylics. All they had to do was change the color and somehow I left with my nails ten times worse than what they were. She was doing my French tips but they were way too bulky so I asked for thinner, she was visibly irritated. I should’ve just walked out. My nails all have air bubbles and dents, if they pop all my polish chips. Here’s a picture. ALL of my nails look like this. Do NOT recommend.

M W They ruined my nails by filing the left side of the nail completely differently from the right side on my right hand. I asked for coffin and the right side of the nails is filed properly, but the left side is filed at the wrong angle and it looks awful. I have natural nails with acrylic overlay and now I will have to either get them completely cut short and grow them out, or get tips put on. The person did offer to fix it, but they were arguing with me about what was wrong, so I didn’t feel that they were going to fix it in a way that I wanted. I am very disappointed.

Skyla Borboa I have been going here for about 2 years now and its ALWAYS spot on. They are very nice and accommodating as to what youd like and what fits your schedule. They do care about there clients and even offer a reward system every time you go in. They give great pedicures and nails. Maria is my go to even though, all the girls are very taleneted in their own way. Cant wait to go back soon!

Linda Miller Although I’ve read several bad reviews- two of my friends included, my experience was pretty good. My only complaint is that I feel as though I was charged too much for the service I had done on my nails. I needed to have someone fix my nails because the person at the last salon didn’t do a good job. The woman that did my nails at Bel Mondo re-shaped my nails from almond to coffin, evened out (filed) the acrylic because some of the nails had an uneven surface, polished my nails with gel polish and did a silver French tip. She charged me $30 but since I didn’t have any acrylic added to my nail I feel that the amount was a bit much for what she did. It’s my fault for not agreeing on a price before we started, but I trusted that it would be reasonable (I was expecting something more like $20), so I didn’t think it was necessary. I may return in the future. Aside from the cost discrepancy, the nails looked OK and if I’m wiser about what I’m paying in the future I shouldn’t have any problem. I contacted them about it and their response was to tell me that gel fill is normally $30 and regular fill $16 if that helps. But I didnt get a fill, she just filed my nails so no, that doesnt help. :(

Unfortunately, the gel manicure was not painted to the edges of my fingers so it looked like they were done over a week ago. Desiree Ruby An absolute disappointment. I have gone here multiple times and the past two times have been extremely disappointing. My daughter got her nails done and they did not even paint over the nail growth or fix it will the fill. Her middle finger is also crooked. Still charged full price and I was told by the man at the front desk she still needs to be paid for her time. They are the professionals and should not allow someone to walk out with nails that look like my teenager did them herself.

mayte I went in yesterday for a full set and a pedicure for my senior prom. The pedicure was going perfectly and as I was sat in the massage chair, a woman started on my fingernails. The first red flag should’ve been that she applied the tips without trimming my nails or cleaning up my cuticles. But either way I figured trust the process. She laid the beads of acrylic very sloppily getting it all over my skin. I then moved from the massage chair after my (gorgeous) pedicure was done, to her station. She started drilling the bits of acrylic on my skin to make them smaller but stopped right before she got to the skin leaving awkward and noticeable thin layers of acrylic.She also completely misapplied on my thumb as there’s a full line of exposed tip without acrylic or polish…I had made an appointment before closing so when I left it was getting dark outside so the faults weren’t as visible. But here I am the morning of my prom scraping off acrylic off my skin and trying to ignore the VERY sloppy application on my left thumb. Needless to say it was my first and last time going here. It makes me so sad because I LOVED how my pedicure turned out but can’t overlook the laziness with the acrylics.

I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she asked throughout the service if I was satisfied with what she was doing to ensure I was happy with the end results. The gentleman working the front was very kind and got me in the last minute before closing and helped Anna choose the best match for the color I was looking for. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back next month to see Anna!

Marie Music Do not go here!! I was so excited to get my nails done since I got this new job and I haven’t done them in a while. I was extremely disappointed after the experience because it was so painful. The lady was extremely rough while doing my nails causing me to bleed twice from my pinkie finger. She also did a TERRIBLE job. My nails are uneven and not painted on the side. One nail also broke in half a day after my appointment. Plus it’s 7$ just for small jewels even though I told her I only wanted 2 she refused because more would “look better”. I was also charged 32$ for my pedicure when the note said 25$. She was an older woman that did my acrylics so please be careful! The most terrible experience ever and not worth 77$.

ruth carrillo Beware, these people are shady and will milk you for all your worth. Went in just to get the gel removed from my finger and toe nails. I told the receptionist clearly that that was all I wanted. An employee proceeded to buff my nails and then went on to a hand massage. I told her again that I just wanted to get the gel off. Then she went on to my feet. She asked what kind of pedi I wanted and I told her no, just remove the gel. She went right on and massaged my feet. When I went to check out they ran the receipt for $55. I told them that they hadn’t even polished my nails, but the receptionist just kept saying that that was the charge. Finally gave me a coupon to use in the future and ran the charge for $45. Should have slapped down $20 cash and walked out but I didn’t have it on me. Don’t let them get you. They do it on purpose and were talking amongst themselves. I think it’s disrespectful and super rude.

Harvey Gaines Most unprofessional pedicure ever. The lady was watching a video on her phone during the first five minutes of my pedicure causing her to cut my toe with the cheese grader Callous remover.She put on the callous chemical and immediately started scraping she never put the bag over my feet to soften my feet. She then spent so much time trying to stop the bleeding she never filed or cleaned under my nails. She just had this silly embarrassed laugh. No Im sorry just that would be $37. Poorest service ever they get a 00 and Im a return customer. Never again

Mildred Orosco I went to Bright Stars and nails recently and i had a manicure and pedicure . I got gel nails & a spa pedicure . My nails came out great and the lady that dos my nails did a great job . The salon was clean and they used liners for the spa massager. They did. it rush me and they were patient . I enjoyed my experience there. I will go back again soon.

Brian Brim Moved to the area back in January ‘24, and came here sporadically throughout the year and each time they’ve always done a great job. Each time I’ve gone to someone different, and the quality is consistent across all of the women working there. Highly recommended.

t nelson I go here sporadically. When im in a pinch because they are never really busy compared to other salons. They actually talk quite a bit of negative things about customers in their native language. I have an app that translates and informs in English. They will never ever again get my business. Ill never go back. They talk about you, they ought to refrain from this behavior. Shame on them.

They always make you feel welcomed and dont rush you to decide on a nail design or to even leave. If something is wrong or you dont like your nails they will start over and not charge you extra. Always have appointments available and they will take you as a walk in and not make you wait too long. Highly recommend! Love this nail shop!

Ash Nun My first time here at this location. I needed a fill. I sat and waited about 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement after initially being told to wait who knows how long the wait was. I asked the lady because I was just sitting there and the other employee was just staring at me. There were only 3 employees there at the time. The person that did my nails was a male didn’t get his name. I wanted cat eye and although they have cat eye nail polish they can’t do cat eye only a line which defeats the whole purpose that is not cat eye. So I just ended up getting the polish alone. They charge a $1 fee for all card transactions. The guy that did my nails was nice but he didn’t check for accuracy of nails so all my nails are different lengths. It’s ok though only can tell if you post attention closely.

Cynthia Grande Amazing salon. I didnt have an appointment and was attended quickly. Very nice and productive nail technicians. The prices were great too! $38 for a deluxe pedicure. Nice and clean monochromatic design. Felt very luxurious. One complaint is that the water was a bit cold for me and chairs werent as comfy as they looked. Overall great place. Ill be coming back:)

alexia flores So this was my first time at this nail salon. Everything was going great. Nails came out pretty good. I got a full set of acrylics. Everything looked good until I left. I noticed some bubbles. I didn’t mind that as much. It wasn’t until later after my shower the nail polish on the acrylics started to peel. The picture with the green sleeve was right when I got them done. They look fantastic! But as the day went on they became gross. I’m going back tomorrow hopefully they don’t charge me that much to have them fix it.

Marissa Adou Wish I could give Zero Stars. Took my kids there for gel nails on Valentine’s Day. They didn’t even last 3 days before they were chipping off. Day 4 one of the nails peels off. As we sat there getting the nails done another family came in to get girls nails done. The technician pushing gel nails saying they last longer than regular polish. What hoax! Never going back to this salon. $90 for nails to only last 3 days!

Mortal Being I always go to Gary, usually I do neutrals as he is fabulous at any French tip nail design but I decide to go a little crazy. He paid attention to the details and did not rush. This was a fill. I highly recommend…I have not ONCE had a nail pop off.

pegah hazrati This is my 110 dollars fill in ( I did pedicure as well). I got my nails done Saturday and the gel start pilling off on Saturday night. They were off on Sunday for their new year and now at 3 am on Monday morning, I am sitting and thinking how to go to work with my nails looking like this. They were rushing to finish their work fast and push all customers out. I had previous appointment so I am confused why they did not spend the time required to have my nails fully dry this is by far one of the Worst nail experience I ever had. Now I am going to miss work tomorrow try to find another place to fix this mess. Not reliable. I would never ever go back! Do not let them touch your nails.

lorna burgess Came here with my mother and sisters. Before my sisters wedding. The lady doing my pedicure did a great job. However Minh did my nails and did an awful job. I wanted a full set with regular polish. He left excess acrylic under my nails. Which gets caught on everything. The top coat he used left air bubbles all over my polish. Some of my nails were crooked. My nails looked terrible from the moment I left. My mother got a gel manicure and within a day it was chipping which means the nail was not prepped properly, or the gel was old. Either way for the price we paid for these nails theyre awful. I rarely post bad reviews but I was highly disappointed in what we paid for.

Karmen King I can say I am always satisfied with my mani/pedis here at Ivy Nails! My nail beds are very wide and its difficult to find someone to make my hands look good. Gary is wonderful and I get compliments every single time. My coworkers look forward to seeing his creations. Thank you for taking such great care of my nails!!!

Avianna Based on reviews I’ve read here I wouldn’t get acrylics done here (even though I don’t have any experience with their acrylics). However, when I went in to get a gel polish pedicure, they did the best job out of any place I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve had my nails done all over the world. The polish stayed on for MONTHS! All I had to do at home was fill in the part where new nail grew in without polish since I live far away and couldn’t go back for touch-ups. The tips never chipped!! And the price was pretty fair, too. The only things I would change about the place are the decor (which is just a personal preference) and offer more eco friendly options (like non-toxic water-based nail polishes for a one-day manicure, for example!). But their pedicure was so good that I’m definitely willing to overlook those things! I will go back!

E Smi Awful! I will never come back here again! My nails are rough, sloppy and hideous! I had a fill and pedicure and both are horrible! I explained my displeasure and all I received was $20 off. Now I have to live with this botch job for weeks! Never again! I regret not getting the name of the nail tech but I can point her out. She also took our payment. I told her what an awful job she did. Her apology was not sincere.

misty kent I’ve know Wendy and the older staff well over 14 years. They work hard to please their customers . I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. The quality is always exceptional. Clean and sanitary. Prices are fair for the quality of work they preform.

Katherine W. Ive been 3 times for a dip powder manicure & gel polish pedicure. The pedicures have all been great. The first time for the dip was great, it lasted 4 weeks! The 2nd time for dip, it started lifting off after 5 days. The 3rd time it started lifting off after 1 week. They also dont have a lot of options for matching colors when it comes to matching gel and dip.

Kristen A I sent my daughter here to get a fill.And she had a couple broken nails.They charged her sixty dollars for the fill and the fill started lifting after six days. When I called them , they did not want to guarantee anything they said they only guarantee nails for 5 days! They said That their product is higher end from other nails salons and there is a high possibility that there product will not ahere well if ,already has product on them. I mentioned to them after calling that they should explain the option and the reasoning for a new set, which they failed to suggest or offer to my daughter because she had a budget. They should of explained this! And did not. My daughter has lost 3 nails and several others started to lift after a week. They did not offer any kind of compensation at all and did not care about reviews. I would avoid. The crazy thing is they said Is it would cost $65 for a new set and we paid $60 for a fill alone with a few broken nails. And $15 for soak off. I would have much rather preferred to spend the twenty dollars ensuring the nails would last minimum 3 weeks than waste my money on nails that didnt hold up. Poor customer service!

lareid529 Youve got a customer for life! Ive been coming here since February and I have worked with three nail techs here: Nicole, Sam, and Aby. They have all been great, my nails have grown out and they are beautiful! The thing I like most about the nail techs here is that they LISTEN. I am picky about my nails and I know how I like them to look, even if I dont know the professional terms. They give me what I want and their work is quality!

Rachael Jung This wasn’t my first time coming to this place, the other times I came I had an awesome experience. They offered me a drink, were very friendly. But today I took my daughter for her birthday to get her fingers and toes done and it was not a good experience. First I arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment and we didn’t get seen until 25 minutes after our appointment time. (We were never offered drinks and not even acknowledged until after the 25 minute wait) Then on top of that, when we did finally get seated, just complete silence from the nail tech the entire time. Then I asked her if she could take my daughters in grown out and she was all over the place with her answer, and I told her if not I’m just going to go somewhere else that will do it. Then she kept going on with the pedicure saying she would try. Then 20 minutes or so into the pedicure (when I couldn’t back out) she said she decided she couldn’t. I just let it go and my daughter finished her pedicure. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes after her pedi for them to call us over for her nails. When we finally sat at the nail bar, she said she was going to do a manicure on my daughter but I told her no because I had booked for a full set. And she said she was too young and she refused to do her nails. So I just paid for her toes and left. End of story It was 2 hours of her birthday waisted. And I won’t be returning.

S Hamilton 30+ years of life I’ve never come across a nail tech like Amy, The way she is a perfectionist at what she does I was very impressed. Doing nails all day I know it probably is very tiring especially Sometimes when you get customers making unreasonable request. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she created something even better! I went in with my nails looking Very bad and walked out in shock of what she was able to transform, Beautiful nails! Getting nails done by Amy is worth every dollar, and I don’t mind being generous with tipping either She is worth it! The way that she builds the acrylic to your nail and Builds up a natural shape to the style and the quality was amazing! Then you sit there and you get a good personality/conversation and a few laughs. She’s a good lady!

Yaneth S One start is because of the young lady at the front desk.( She was a sweetheart). So i brought 3 foreign exchange student in, to get their nails done for Homecoming. This is their first time getting their nails done here period. The lady in the picture didnt want them talking at all and kept on telling my girls to be quiet. I asked if there was a problem and she said she couldnt do her job, and i said but youre talking to your coworkers in your language, i dont understand what the problem is?! The girls were being very respectful, they were not being loud at all and they werent moving or doing anything that would make her job hard, so i didnt understand why she was being rude like that. She kept on telling the girls to be quiet and that just really upset me. Obviously the girls had a bad taste of this salon thanks to this incident. We will NEVER come here again.

Ariana Hidalgo I love this nail salon! They are a hidden gem and their customer service and nail techs are outstanding. They are very reasonably priced. The salon is modern and clean very relaxing. It’s located in the Albertsons shopping center on the corner of the Panda Express. Tommy took me at 6:15pm without an appointment and did a full set and suggested ombré nails. They look so cute I love my nails and I will be returning and recommending this salon to everyone I know. Thank you Tommy!

Kari Lippard I love Craft Nails and spa! I usually ask for Tommy to do my nails. I get the dip powder because it keeps my nails healthy and long. He always does a great job and always fits me in with my busy schedule. There’s so many dip colors to choose from so I never get bored. They have a lot of good options for pedicures too. I’ve had many of the technicians do my pedicures and they always hold up to high quality work and ethic. Highly recommend!

RLW gaming Been going to Craft Nails for a year now and am always pleased with their services. Tommy did an ombré dip for me today and Amy gave me a pedicure. I like the powder applied thin and Tommy always accommodates. I also have an in grown toe nail and Amy spent extra time fixing my nail.

Cassandra Perkins Tommy always does the best job! I get the ombré dipping powder manicure. My nails are paper thin and I have grown to love dip manicures! My own nails actually grow long and look awesome every time I visit Craft nails.I love the pink and white look ombré, and Tommy adds a little glitter to them for me so that they sparkle. Highly recommend this salon! They have lots of options for spa pedicures as well. 10 out of 10!

Donna MacLagan I was referred to Trisha. I come from Murrieta. I had a 4pm appointment for a pedicure and a fill. I waited 30 minutes at least. I had an awesome pedicure. Trisha took forever to see me. Told me I needed a new set. (1 mo ago I had a new set). I have had my nails done every 2-3 weeks for 30 yrs. I did not get a fill with powder. I got my nails sanded and buffed and she put gel on with white tips. I was charged $45 for this “fill”. I feel totally ripped off. She never cleaned under my nails. I left the salon at 7 pm. Three hours!!!. No one ever apologized for the wait nor thanked me for coming in. They cont to talk back and forth amongst themselves. I felt certain I was being laughed at. Beautiful salon. I’ll never return and I’ll never refer anyone else.

Both employees looked at me and that was it. Nobody said anything further, after standing there for several mins without any further acknowledgment I walked out. Disappointed to say the least

Yoli Castro I’d give 0 stars the small Asian lady with short black hair and glasses rushed my set didn’t properly clean my nails before the set placed the nails crooked even after I pointed it out she said “I can fix” once it was finished it was horrible the were very uneven one had longer than the other very round no product on one whole side she redid them and there was really no saving them straight disappointed can’t speak for every one else who works there on their work but she was very rough made me bleed on 2 fingers and that was before I had her redo the nails. Just terrible . I wouldn’t recommend this place.

KB MUST READ!!! Very disappointed with the quality and service I got from Ken; not to mention the price! On Friday June 25, I came in to get a full set with Ken. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (see picture) he said it would be $65. I asked him if he had time and he said yes. From the beginning he was rushing me and when I would ask him a question (while doing my nails) about the style, shape, color, or anything he would say “I don’t know, you decide, I don’t have time”. I tried been friendly with him, smile, and be kind but inside I was feeling bad because of how he was acting with me. He even got upset when I told him 2 of the nails ( on each hand) needed to be matte. He saw the picture so he should’ve known that they were matte nail polish. The art work looked like a kindergarten did it but he was charging $65 for it? See pictures below. I spoke to the manager, Kevin that day and he had another girl fix the art on the matte nails. See pictures below. Honestly, I felt horrible telling the manager and even writing this review BUT if you’re gonna charge that much GIVE QUALITY WORK. The shape of the nails was poorly and quality some of the worst I’ve ever gotten. You can see in the pictures. One of the nails broke that night, the pinky, I glued it back, and the other one broke yesterday when taking off my watch! That’s insane. This morning I called, K asked for Kevin and the lady said he wasn’t there. I told her what happened and that I thought Ken needed to fix it. She said “you come in, you get charge again, it’s not his fault your nails broke!” Excuse me??? It is when you do poor work, don’t add enough acrylic as you can see in the pictures, and still have the audacity to charge that much. At the end I ended up paying $75 and 3 hrs of my time. Extremely disappointed.

Jazmyne Bosley I came in and asked for a polish change on my toes and manicure for my nails. I did not get a manicure, she removed my gel and told me to wash my hands. Then asked to be paid. When I inquired about the manicure she sent me to someone else who proceeded to paint my nails clear. I was told 20 dollars and then 35 dollars. Based on the pricing in the book polish change for toes and removing gel on hands is not 35. My nails look horrendous. Never again.

BARBARA rivera Worse place ever! ! I went for a color change n the lady said it looks like I need a fill I said ok what ever you think is best please go ahead. She only filled the back part I don’t do nails but I know that the side crack n need filling to but she didn’t even do them also after she filled my nails she got a file n filed them then told me to wash my hands didn’t even smooth my nails out I told but she ignored me n started to polish them . As she was polishing them I noticed the nail polish was too think n old n I told her n she dismissed what I was saying n kept doing her job but as o told her it was old the polish wrinkled up n I showed her n showed her coworkers n the started talking to her in their language instead of removing the police with the machine she got a file n filed some of the polish off n put more polish on top , they kept speaking their language which I found very rude. I got up so upset. I told her to remove the polish and she wouldn’t so instead I just let her finish so I can leave. I paid her what she requested but I left no tip I have never in my life never not Tip.. . Tomorrow I will go somewhere to get my nails fixed they are so bumpy not smooth at all . . So wrong they knew my nails looked bad n the lady stood at the dot n said U Pay 35.00 ! So So Wrong

Today, sadly I messed up my pedicure as soon as I got home. I returned to the shop and Joanne took care of it right away. My daughter and I both love this shop and look forward to returning. Mercedes Perez Absolutely horrible job. Still had to pay 35$ after being cut multiple times and missing paint on my nails along with bubbles. I would’ve definitely offered this set for free due to all the cuts. Extremely disappointed will try Joann next to see if it’s better service.

Berenice Ramos Best pedicure ever but really bad acrylic nails, I have been in this place many times but this was the last time. The lady who made my pedicure was super nice and she actually care and was very detailed but another lady made my acrylic nails and you can tell by the pictures how far they are to being even good. Besides It was $218 for 2 full sets and 1 pedicure, say what??? They gave me a “discount” so ended paying $200 not fair at all! I won’t ever recommend this place!

Martina Soto Made an appointment and still waited upon arrival. Which is fine I get youre busy but then during my pedicure all I received was cuticle push back and cuticle cut....no cutting my nails shorter, no filing my nails, no buffing my nails, nothing! I thought maybe she does things in a different order. Then she was ready to paint. I had to ask her to cut my nails. Then she was so busy doing other things I just put my own shoes on. Done from beginning to end on approximately 15 minutes. I would not recommend this place if you want a quality pedicure.

Jordan Derham Love these ladies! Randomly came in here on my day off and have been coming for over a year now. They really listen to what you are asking for and take their time to make your nails look great. Prices are pretty average around $100 for a fill, but you pay for quality!!
