Karina Villanueva First with the positive. Customer service was incredible. The place was clean and they quickly helped me, even though I did not have an appointment. My pedicure looks great. However another person did my manicure. It looks like my daughter did it. Theyre supposed to be almond shape and each has a different shape. Theyre thick and bumpy. Every time I mentioned it she said they would file out. Not to mention that they look like theres a week growth and I just left the salon. Definitely do not recommend manicure here.

Juan Morales This place is great. Ive taken my daughter twice now and weve gotten right before they close and they still took her in to do her nails. Other places Ive been at close 20 minutes before the scheduled closing time. Also this place has a great atmosphere. It seems like all the workers get along with each other very well. They talk and laugh and they also joke around with the customers. When they speak it doesnt even seem like theyre yelling like other nail salons Ive been to. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to get theyre nails done. I can go on about how great this establishment is but you have to go for yourself. And if you dont like it your free to go elsewhere, but I doubt it. They do accept cash and credit card for those wondering. Also if you want to leave a tip if your paying with card you let them know to add the amount youd like to tip before they charge your card. Also by the way all the workers there have a great attitude and are considerate of your needs. My daughter has seen a gentleman by the name of Lu, hope I spelled it right, and like the rest of them hes great. Again check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Miss Michelle I was impressed with the service and quality. Finding a good nail shop thats constantly good has been a struggle for me in the high desert. I normally drive down the hill an hour to my nail shop. With the recent events I tried the high desert again with ups & downs. After reading the reviews on line I gave Pro Nails a try and am glad I did. No complaints. Call and make an appointment before you go. I was able to get in same day, but they are by appointment only right now and have limited staff. This has made it a comfortable and safe experience for me. There was no more then 4 people in the shop both times I went. I love the way they turned out!!! I will be back to Pro Nails.

Kylie Love The man that did my nails was very nice and polite but not gentle at all made me bleed and painted over the blood. He didn’t sanitize when touching the blood he just put the brush back in the bottle. He didn’t wear gloves. When he files he would go around the nails with blood. The nails are very thin. Terrible shape very crooked. When he started doing the detail he had a lady take over. I wouldn’t recommend.

Elizabeth Vasquez This is my go to place in the high desert for my nails. The staff is always so nice! I love their services and the cleanliness. My nails always last so long and the quality is great. They are always able to recreate whatever inspo pictures I bring in for my nails! I also took my daughter here for the first time and they did so great with her as well! I also love the fact that I can go next door and treat myself to some Boba after! Highly recommend coming here!

Sydney Rhea Lindsay was AMAZING! I don’t get pedicures very often and she made my feet beautiful and brand new. I’m very ticklish and she even made that part of the pedicure fun (not an easy task). I asked her to pick a light colored polish for me and I’m very happy with her choice. I’ll be asking for her, specifically, the next time I come.

Julie Pre-gel polish, never had an issue with regular polish. I got a pedicure on Saturday morning (with issues with the girl applying my polish, she left nail polish all over my toes and complained that she had to fix them), on Sunday wore socks and the socks were sticking to my nails. When I came Monday to ask why my toe polish was gummy I was told it’s because I didn’t get gel. That regular nail polish takes days to dry, (even though for years this was never a problem) but it happens and they couldn’t help me. That if I got gel that wouldn’t be a problem. So I paid for matching nails that I can’t match because I have gel nails on my hands and got polish on my toes. I’m not walking around with gummy polish on my toes and using what I have at home. Spent almost $90 for that kind of service. You can see the gummy polish on my toes

Ellen Dempsey We found this hidden gem when we went to go return windshield wipers at Walmart . From the moment we walked in my mother in law and I felt like we had been goin there for years! Danny, Vivian and the rest of the staff were amazing! We had such a nice time talking, making new friends and being pampered. We will be back again and again !!

My wife was so upset with how everything transpired. We will never do business here again. Safe your time and your money!! That place should be shut down for conducting business in the way they do. Unsanitary and inexcusable service.

Carin Reddig I was in Victorville this morning waiting for a friend who had an appointment. I had a few hours to kill and I happened to walk past Chip-N-Nails and, being in need of a haircut, I popped my head in and asked if they took walk-ins. Naomi was able to give me a cut after a very short wait. Everyone there was very nice and Naomi did a great job. I wish I lived closer! I would definitely be a long-term customer.

Taryn Tejeda First of all the person that put something about facials is wrong because there never has been where you can get facials there. The things you can get there are manicures, pedicures, full sets, gel, just polish, acrylics and most anything that goes with nails. I have gone to Kelly for over 9 years and she is amazing, kind, sweet, fun, has a great personality. The shop is super clean, classy, and welcoming. I always walk away loving my nails and always planning some thing fun with my nail for my next appt. You should book your appointment now and come and enjoy getting pampered.

Destainee Rudison I decided to do something for my birthday since I never do self care. I went in around 9:30 am as a walk in and they had me go to an older woman who sits in the back. I let them know I just wanted something simple with one small gem on each nail and showed my inspo picture. The lady quoted me $85 which I thought was a bit much , but it was my birthday and I hadn’t had my nail done in a while so I assumed prices just rose. Well to say I’m underwhelmed in an overstatement. First and foremost, there is NO NAIL CARE provided before she starts, no cuticles were pushed back, she didn’t remove any of the old skin or whatever it is , nothing! (I was told at the end you must ASK for that, in the past it was always included so I thought that was odd) She did my nails pretty quick and I’m tbh I loved how she shaped them, but that’s about it. It has been not even a whole week (I got them done 2/26/25) a Wednesday today is Monday smh and almost all of my gems have fallen off and the nail paint also looks old like I’ve had it on there for weeks. I’m very disappointed in my experience here especially with how much I paid for a very simple design which I will post photos of at the end of this to show everyone. In the end I was charged $87 and I also ripped because I’m a good person. But I don’t think I’ll ever return. I reached out to a few other nail artist who work in their home and was definitely told I was overcharged for what I got done especially with the lack of nail care I didn’t receive in the beginning. Moving forward I’ll be going with the in home techs who take their time and for $87 I could have gotten so much more done. I also had another customer tell me if you want good nails done there, the guy that sits in the front by the desk he is pretty great but is always booked and busy.

Susanna B The lady didnt push back my cuticles for a manicure and gel nail and the gel started coming off 2 days later. What a waste of money! I dont think Ill be going back here. She was nice her name was Tracy but she didnt listen to me when I asked her to push back my cuticles all the way...if someone spends that much, do a good job at least. :(

Shay Thomas I did not have an enjoyable experience here while receiving an acrylic nail set. I don’t get my nails done very often but when I do, I am pretty sure that basic nail care is involved. My technician did not even clean underneath my natural nails, get rid of any hang nails, pushback cuticles, clip cuticles or anything. He just slapped/glued on the tips and slathered acrylic over my nails. I decided not to go with the original design that I wanted because I was not happy with the service I was receiving so I just got plain nails and although the acrylic on the nails is pretty because I like the color my actual nails look crazy because the cuticle areas were not serviced at all which I’d expected. I will say he did say I could get nail care if I asked, but by the time he said that he had already started doing the tips on my nails. The pedicure was a pleasant experience.

Brittany Santiago Usually I don’t do this. Specially to an establishment that I usually go to and swear by. But these last 2 times I have been here I’ve been disappointed and unsatisfied. I came in for a pedi and a builder gel fill. And was helped by the same person I had been helped by before. My pedicure was ok after multiple times of asking to do certain things. But what really discouraged me from coming back. Was that my nail techs customer skills werent fully there. I asked him for almond french and changed my mind for the color. He lacked communication and when I would ask for recommendation he we would just look at me and ignore me. Now I know sometimes there is language barriers but this wasn’t the case because he spoke in English To me. I made several attempts to have a conversation and again was shut down almost making me feel dumb sitting there. It was to the point that I didn’t want to ask to change the color because I didn’t like it. Because i figured he would be irritated all in all I believe they need to improve in their customer service skills and communication with the client also I was charged for a builder gel fill $70 which seemed a bit much for a fill. But I don’t do it to bash the establishment but to encourage them to do a better job next time.

D Simons I used this salon for years and was usually pleased with their work, but I moved out of the area about a year ago and when I went back on a recent visit I was extremely disappointed. I paid for a hot stone pedicure but the technician didnt massage my legs at all (with or without the stones) and didnt even bother to turn on the massage chair. She didnt file my toenails after clipping them so the corners keep catching on my clothes as I get dressed, and she tried to use a drill on the surfaces of my natural nails! When it came to my fingers she insisted on using the drill even though I didnt have artificial nails - she wouldnt stop even when I asked - and she trashed my nails. The French tips are irregular and super thick and there is practically no polish on the main part of the nail. You can see the grooves left by the drill. They were also filed crooked. Ill be making an appointment with my salon at home to get this fixed as soon as I get back. The last time I was there I had a different technician and ended up with a toenail fungus. They may still have some good technicians, but it isnt worth the risk of getting a bad one. I will NEVER use this salon again.

Carmen Lane First time going today and I was so pleased with their service. My daughter’s nails look amazing and Lily took a lot of care with her. She was patient and talked with her the whole time (she’s 6 and verrry talkative). Both of our nails look beautiful and they even have a bin filled with fresh nail files that they give you when they are done! My cuticles look clean as opposed to other shops who don’t bother with them and my nails look cute! My sister also got her nails done by another tech for her first ever time and the nails look beautiful. I am so happy we did a walkin here and I will be back in the future. Thank you ladies so much!

Ti K I took my daughter here to get her nails and feet done, and myself a basic full set super short with the pedicure package. When walking in the workers look like they do not want to take on another customer, they side eye each other to see who is going to take on the client. They literally talk about you right in your face and get attitude when you request something they do not feel like doing. I didn’t get the full service I paid for (no hot rocks) but they wanted to charge me 85$ just for my pedicure and 70 for my nails. They charged me 10$ more because my “white tip” curved ???. My daughter did the kiddie pedi and it came out to 55$. The lady asked her to pick anyone to do her nails and the lady she picked shook her head no. So someone else did her nails and feet. This place is overcharging and rude and would not recommend. The lady who painted my nails was putting extra charges and even the coworker was trying to tell her she came up with the same price as me. The lady who did my feet left home immediately after and would not answer the phone to confirm the price she told me for my feet so they were stuck. The prices on the board are not what they are charging and they do not inform you of prices, just wait till the end and you’re left with a big bill. I just asked to see if they can break down all the charges and the lady who did my nail paint only (male coworker did the acrylic and shaping) told me she can just cut them off??? I was nice about it and wasn’t even going to say anything about the stones, and was going to tip every employee that helped us & I was willing to pay the amount if I was in fact being charged right but she got rude because she was ready to go home. Gave two stars because the lady who does my eyebrows is always so nice and does a good job, sad to have to find someone else.This nail shop needs to work on customer service and updating clients and updating signs and stop rushing. Nails is a luxury service and supposed to be a time to relax, and unfortunately here they rush to get you out their chair and to collect your payment. Please do better.

taylor hall if i could give zero stars i would, the lady that did my nails was not friendly, she was also rushing and did a really bad job. after an hour my gel polish was lifting and it was really disappointing because it was for my prom. she didnt even push or cut my cuticles back so my fingers were bleeding because the polish tore off my cuticles. she also didn’t even shape my nails, i had to shape them myself when i got home. i will never go back here.

joyful_22 _ This whole experience was HORRIBLE. First, they are rude and act like like they are better than you. Second, you tell them what you want and they do what they want anyway. Second, did not get everything I paid for (like for the hot stone pedicure I did not get the 10 mins of massages or anything lotion for manicure). Third, the actual job is so bad. I got the dipping powder for my hands and the nail literally popped off within 3 days! It has been 1 week and another nail popped off! On top of everything, the pricing is out-right ridiculous and not worth it at all. I will never go back here and would not recommend for anybody. Such a waste of time and money.

Laura Waller Ive gone here for years but lately everytime the service gets a little worse. I feel its a race to get me out of there as quickly as possible and that its a bother if you come in as a walk in, when they offer walk ins. I once asked for a color change after they painted one nail and I said I can pay extra and Im sorry I changed my mind. It was like Id ask them rewrite the constitution by hand. Apologies for the gross picture, but i haven’t been able to get the gel polish & once i got it off of one of my nails i had found my entire nail under the gel had turned dead & black. Then a week later, that nail hat snagged & half of my real nail ripped off causing so much blood. FROM GETTING A GEL PETTY they’ve been rushing everything, my last mani I had to go back in THREE DIFFERENT times to get my nails fixed, because the were so messed up. Paint peeling, nail mis shaped, gem fell off within hours. This place has gone downhill & is dangerous for your health at this point.

Melissa First time here, and the staff was friendly upon entering. I didnt have an appointment, came in, and wanted 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. My daughter and I were seated right away for our pedicures. Got the deluxe pedicure (priced at $41), the service was accommodating and not rushed, which was much appreciated. Our technicians were gentle on our toes, and the massages felt great. My daughter was happy with her pedicure and manicure. She got a basic manicure, clean-up, and clear polish. My manicure set came out great, and there were no issues with accidental cuts. My nails are not thick or lumpy, and although they didnt have the color I was quite looking for, Im happy with the outcome. I appreciate the service and the friendly staff. Prices were in the same range as other places in the high desert.

Heather Sanders I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, always my favorite place until recently. I used to spend $80-90 for a mani/pedi. Now it’s about $190/200… I took my mother and she got fungus from this place. Then they had to redo my nails 3 times while I was there because the gel wasn’t dry all the way as they were rushing me, so it kept breaking through the top dry layer and oozing all over my hands. A day later more oozed out so I went back to get it fixed and they charged me full price for a whole new set… the time before all of this, their nail polish was very gooey and thick, and I had to pick a different color 3 times before we found one that wasn’t expired. I think they don’t change their polish enough, and their cleanliness standards have gone down over the years. A life time customer that will not be returning.

Marsha Huerta I used to have to jump from salon to salon up here in the desert but I have been coming to Wild Nails for almost 5 years now. The staff is always welcoming and kind. They put in the effort to make sure you are satisfied and enjoying your time with them. I get acrylics and have never received a bad set. The pedicures are relaxing and I almost always end up falling asleep in the chair from relaxation. My eyebrows are always perfect when I get waxing service as well. I brought in my daughters to treat them and the staff did an awesome job being patient and keeping it fun for them. Just an overall amazing salon. Pricing is fair and well below what most salons are charging these days. For as long as they stay in business they will have my business.

Destiny Camacho I do not recommend this place at all. I used to come here when Jaime and her husband were owners. Then I returned to this place to get my nails done by the nail tech whose name is Yvvonne. She is no longer there. I will not be returning the work that Was done for my overlay was horrible. I told the lady I wanted an overlay and I wanted keep my length and add tips to the ones that weren’t long enough to match my other nails She tried to tell me that they do not put acrylic tips on the nails for overlay, which is strange because all the other nail salons I have been to have always done that to match the length of my other nails then, when I told her I wanted it round, she did not listen. I had to tell her repeatedly on top of that. She tried to do a lazy job of not making some of them round and I had to tell her they do not match on top of that I paid $15 extra for gel those that get gel polish know they’re supposed to put a clear gel polish on your nails and then put color gel on your nails. She did not do that. She went straight to putting color on my nails. My polish looks bloated. I paid $65 for an ugly overlay on top of that. My nail length is now super short, which is not what I wanted because she kept having to reshape them and file them down. I should have went to my usual nail salons. This work on my nails is embarrassing . As you can see in the pictures they look lumpy and bloated. I wished I could refuse the charge for this on my bank statement. I would not waste your hard earned money getting your nails done at this salon. The length or uneven and the shape is so uneven.

rachel broskey I just visited the salon yesterday I did not have an appointment I was a walk-in and they still took me right back for a full set with French tips and also a pedicure with French tips. I I was in and out of there in like an hour! I had a gentleman working on my pedicure and I had a female working on my French tips and acrylics her name was Heather and she was very personable and very easy to communicate with I actually for the first time enjoyed talking to my nail tech which was kind of nice! I would 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back!

I got gel and arcylic cured over my skin and had to go back. Should have know after the tips kept popping off while gluing. The guy who did my nails for me was really nice and everything but when I got home I realized that my right hand acrylic nails were really crooked. I did not think that having crooked nails at that price point made sense so I went back to the salon to ask them to redo it. The lady with the bleached blonde hair gave me attitude as I entered the store and told me to take a seat and wait. She then went to the back of the store and took her time coming back to where I was. Then she told me to take a seat I’m guessing because she decided to do the nails for me and asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted my crooked nails fixed and all she did was start filing them. With attitude she asked if I liked the shape or not and I said that filing wouldn’t fix the problem. I asked her to also do the other side to make it match since the nails on the right were much thinner now. She got angry, told me that my fingers were crooked not the nails, and then told me to go somewhere else and got her husband to work on my nails. He was nicer but ultimately didn’t fix the problem as well because my nails are still crooked. You judge if it’s my fingers or the nails. I’m adding photos of my left and right nails. You can tell all my right nails are very crooked.

Randi Puckett I just got my nails done this morning and the polish is chipping off my nails already and there are lumps in some of the nails. I’ve gone here for a while and this is the second time I’ve had issues. I keep trying to understand things happen but I don’t feel my nails should like this just hours after getting the done. I haven’t done anything that would cause them to peel or chip or lump. I don’t know if it’s the polish, the matte? But I’m really disappointed.

Elizabeth Villa The lady doing my nails, was working rushed which is understandable since it’s the day before new year’s eve however, she was using a nail to take off my acrylic very aggressively. I told her it was hurting, she apologized then proceeded to yank the nail off. She tried covering my nail and stop me from looking but when I pulled my hand away I noticed I was bleeding a lot. I told her I no longer wanted to do my set and she proceeded to say it will be fine and she was going to put the glue to stop the bleeding then we can proceed. At this point, my actual nail was clearly ripped off and if she put glue and proceeded to work on it, it would become infected. I told her no thank you and continued pulling my arm towards her so she can put the glue. I had to pull back and I told her I no longer wanted the service. I was walking away, said she wouldn’t charge me for removal which was the least she could do. I felt awful because 1) it hurt, 2)ruined my NYE nail set. I didn’t make a scene at the shop but i’m really upset with how rushed she was trying to work.

A Friendly, fast and great prices! Definitely making this my go to spot. 12-31-19 Adding to my review from last month. Changing from a 4 star to a 3 star. I was hurt on my finger it took two weeks to go back and try again w a different person. Nails turned out great. Took alot longer then Ive ever waited there before. Three different people worked on taking my acrylics off. My regular nail polish turned out so pretty but sadly they only lasted a day. Thats not what bothered me tho. What bothered me is that out of all the times Ive been here I was asked to pay ahead before the service was done. I was confused it was a first for me but I just assumed maybe something had happened to them to make their clients pay in advance. Idk. I didnt ask. I went ahead and payed and tipped like always. Im just confused about it tho. I thought it was illegal to ask to pay for a service in advance before the job has been performed. If anyone has a recommendation on where I can go to get great service for returning friendly customers Id greatly appreciate it.

Candice Aviles I dont recommend. I got a basic pedicure for $35, not worth the price. It was over very quick and the lady barely scrubbed the callous at all, she nipped me once with the cuticle trimmer and gave me a harsh look instead of apologizing, and instead of letting me know when she wanted me to put my feet in the water she pushed them in a harsh way away from her. She just had a miserable and rude personality and attitude.

Donna T Bad Bad Bad! I do not recommend gong to this place. Took my 89 year of mother there for a pedicure and the guy pulled off part of her big toe nails saying it was ingrown when it was totally not. He hurt her three times doing this. She said “I NEVER WANT TO GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN!” Plus on a second smaller issue. With the standard pedicure they used to massage your feet and lower legs. It was nice! Well they really don’t do that anymore. Sad!

I’m not one to talk bad or put bad reviews but honestly wasn’t happy at all got a pedicure water was cold didn’t see them open a new foot scrub or anything which should’ve been my first red flag the, got dip nails something simple Lisa kept wiping it off saying it was the color yet they were bumpy uneven literally have pics to show her work she kept blaming the color I chose was the reason they looked like that she got upset because I was unhappy with my nails and her work never going there she’s rude & I ended up paying full price $50 for my ugly dip nails would not recommend awful experience & service they didn’t care money hungry for sure.

Adriana Molnar Went in here as I always pass it. Got Tracy as my nail tech, when I walked in, the man who was in there was very nice and told me I could have a seat. I asked for almond acrylic nails, with a grey base and a thin black French tip. The nail tech verbalized okay she can do it however she started to put the black tip and completely did god knows what. She then started to paint the grey when I told her I wanted to base to be grey and it looked like a three year old did it. I told her it’s fine if she can just paint them all black, whatever. Throughout this interaction she had told me she was hot & then told another woman who was working in there something. To my surprise they come over to me and tell me their A/C is broken (I didn’t really care I was confused). Being confused about the interaction I stated no worries. This whole interaction was already at 2 hours when she said go to the front to sit down, I walk to the front and don’t see anywhere except some chairs . I sit for five minutes and leave since it’s been two hours for a simple set. I got these done on Friday, on Sunday as pictured my middle nail popped off. Fast forward 4 days (today) my nails are lifting two have popped off. Save your self the $40 especially for something so simple. See photos below of shape. ( is round more than almond) .

Marisa Martinez Woman that helped me with my Eyebrow and lip wax forgot to wax under my left eyebrow and cleaned it up, instead, with tweezers, after I told her she forgot to wax there... She said she did not forget but she did. There was a $1 charge to use credit card. She demanded a tip, using the card reader. I entered a small amount because that was what I could afford, and she laughed at it. She, literally, laughed and repeated how much tip I left and made me feel horribly embarrassed. A tip is not expected. I would never recommend this place. They demand tips and mistreat customers. She did not complete my service correctly because she was rushing

Es Kaka I gave this place a chance because I was simply going in to get my acrylics removed and obtain a simple gel manicure. However, i was highly disappointed with the service i received from the older gentleman with the mustache. I felt he did not even want to do my nails at all. The end product lacked luster to me and was just a complete let down. I did not think someone could mess up a french tip but i was highly wrong. I am solely rating it a 2 instead of a 1 because i did observe other workers providing better customer service so i do believe the rating of this place probably depends on the person you get. FYI Gel manicure cost $35, if paying with a card will charge you an extra $1.

Roxy R I am sharing my experience with this nail salon as a long-time customer who has been visiting on and off for the past decade. Recently, after getting my nails done, I noticed a dark spot under one of my nails which turned out to be a fungal infection. Upon further inspection, I discovered that another nail was also infected. I reached out to one of the owners, Shana, and shared pictures of my nails. Her response lacked empathy and understanding, simply stating that it was fungus due to trapped water and asking what I wanted her to do about it. While I understand that she may not have personally done my nails, as the owner of the salon, I expected a more caring and professional response. Instead, she suggested waiting for the infected nails to grow out before coming in for a new set. This lack of concern and dismissive attitude left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated, especially considering that my entire family has been loyal customers. To put the cherry on top it’s my birthday weekend as I even told her and still no professional courtesy.

Teezy Banks They took me at 6 for pedicure and eyebrows walk in and I am super grateful . I asked for the Hawaiian pedicure. She does everything except massage the bottom of my feet and toes only my calf’s so I ask you don’t massage bottom of foot . Says she did I said not you didn’t you don’t have to don’t worry. Starts massaging for 3 mins terrible terrible massage I have 3 jobs and rarely get to get out to take care of myself just wanted the bottom so f my feet massaged where I can feel it and I didn’t other then that it was great. Jace Space I went to Victorville for a family get together for my neicy and nephews birthday. My mom found this mall browsing online. It was a bit challenging to find being my first time in the mall. I had to call to be lead to it. It was packed yesterday around 1240pm. I showed them a picture of what I was looking for(a matte dark pink..but shorter with an almond shape. karla arroyo Service was fast and the staff was friendly. They did good on the pedicure. However they have a 25$ pedicure sign right outside their establishment, but we were charged 30$. There was no explanation as to why or if they added an increase in prices.

Treva Moller I just left this nail place and I’m very satisfied with all the service I received. I was in a hurry like always and soon as I arrived Andy did my pedicure and he did a amazing job so good I almost fell asleep while he was massaging and he made sure all the callous was off the bottom of my feet. And Ve does my eyelashes and eyebrows and she is the best in Victorville. I mean she is perfect and I am always satisfied with her work and I am very picky. I been coming here for 8 years.

Jada Jenkins Yes! This is the place to go lady’s I’ve been going to this salon for YEARS! Vee is the one to do the BEST eyebrows threading or mico blade in town! I’ve had both did by her she the BEST! I totally recommend her. ❤️

Gwendelyn Orellana this place is absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional. the man who owns the shop is so sweet and has done my nails once and did a good job as well as his daughter, HOWEVER HIS WIFE is a nightmare. she has done my nails a couple times now and they’ve never came out the way i want; always crooked, always clumpy, always just not what i asked for. this is my last time, i came in and i get my usual french tip and she did then a completely different way and they looked HORRENDOUS. i asked her if they changed the way they do their french tips and she immediately gets defensive and tells me if i don’t like them i need to get them removed and she treated me so horrible, was really aggressive in the way she grabbed my hands and became very rude. she let me walk out like this (pictured) i came home and cried to my mami who was furious, but it’s okay God bless her just do not come here and waste your time because now i have to go to work looking like this.

Violet Clayton Pretty disappointed. It’s been a week and they’re already lifting and pulling my hair! They’re lumpy and my toe nail polish has bumps also. I was the only one in there and he was doing a good job after a while a few others came in and he started rushing and did a horrible job.

Robin Diggs The Female... I wont say lady who sits up front, I believe the wife of the owner is rude! Her work is tacky, uneven and has a attitude if you say anything,.. I finally had enough, I paid her and left with the job less than half done.. I was just too through!! GET RID OF THE WIFEY!! I had to give at least one star but SHE DESERES ZERO!

Yolanda Staples This place is terrible, please dont come here for any nail or foot service. They advertise that they offer paraffin wax with the pedicures, they dont. The young lady who did my nails clearly hasnt been taught correctly. I got a fill in and the acrylic was too thick and not close enough to my nail bed like I like it. When I mentioned it to her she said shed file it down smh. My pedicure was ok. But if you want nail service I wouldnt recommend this place AT ALL.

Dessy R I got my nails done two days ago both toes and Gel X and I must say I’m so disappointed!! Not only did I get cut up but I got an infection from the dirty tools they use on you. I got my nails done by Angelina she’s super friendly but the work speaks for itself. I’m a self taught nail tech myself and wanted to pamper myself by taking a break of doing my own nails. This is highly disappointing especially after paying $154 for my toes and Gel X nails. The Gel X nails cracked on one finger already TWO days after getting them don’t and my cutilcles are all cut up by the poor work done! This is a WARNING to those even thinking about going to this place. Sure it’s nice inside and they’re decent people but just look at the work done. Please save your time and money.

Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue Walked in yesterday for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Professional, kind, talented and fairly priced! Pooja did my French tips and I love them so much. My pedicure was also amazing - going back today for eyelashes!!! GO!

Chris H. I had such an awesome girls day with my daughters thanks to Angelina (who did my french tips), Pooja (who did the black and red nails), and Van (who did the pink and white ombre). Harmony is such a nice place. Good music, and a very relaxed environment. When they say walk-ins are welcome, they mean it! We were seen very quickly after signing in, and walked out afterwards with gorgeous nails. They were very skilled and able to match the photos of what we all wanted.

Annie Nelson Once Marinellos Beauty College closed I had to find a new nail salon. I tried several in my area and was always disappointed as they kept pushing higher-priced services on me even after I said no several times. I finally found Enter. My favorite Nail Tech is no longer there but I like the owner very much. Shes very quick, friendly and does an excellent job. Im not as fond of her husband and the other woman that works there but thats okay. They have wonderful pedicure Spa chairs and I enjoy that tremendously. Ive recently started paying extra to get gel nails and my nails are really growing. They are priced competitively with the other Vietnamese salons. I rarely have to wait and they have an amazing selection of colors.

Daisy Ram My daughter and I were seated for pedi. Waited about 10 minutes when a group of people showed up. The lady asked if I could wait because the group of people came back. I said no Thank you and left. I was 8 months pregnant with my five year old. If you are waiting or unsure of a group of people to come back just wait and not seat clients before hand. I’d rather be told that they have no time then being told yes and seat down at the pedi station knowing that other individuals were ahead at me and could return back.

Maura Herrera The man there was really nice as we walked in. Started doing my nails. Then when I told him what I wanted he got upset that I didnt want white tips. He started getting frustrated with me. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention he kept slamming stuff when he was doing my nails. Then he would stop every time to check the receipts that the other girls had checked out. Like really! 5 people left before me and got both mani and pedis. Really disappointed and aggravated that I spent all that time there for OK nails. Skipped the pedicure with that kind of an attitude Im good. If you dont like doing nails let the girls do it. 0 stars if possible.

Life with Prince I am highly upset I have never done a review, but I paid 41 for a pedicure for a polish that looks like a 2 year old did it. I told the lady that the polish was horrible and I didn’t like it so she decided to add more polish lol I will never go back.

Tiffany Coldewey Do not go here!!!! I ignored the reviews and went. First time they sat me in a chair for 45 mins to make me think I was next for a pedicure finally after 2 hours I was done. Second time I asked for a very very simple design on my toes but what the lady did was horrible I asked nicely to remove the heart design. She did then talked crap about me in her lovely language for 5 mins after. I was so upset I ask to pay my bill and I left. I will never go here again. Im not one to complain but please just go else where.
