I have been a customer over a year they always out perform. I am so grateful to have this team in my neighborhood.

Helen Heimark Hands down the best nail salon in all of Orange County. I’ve been coming here for a few months now, but I’ve had acrylics for years. I’ve tried many many salons in the OC area and this is absolutely the best salon, from all of the incredibly kind staff to the quality of service, it’s unmatched. Each of the nail technicians are so talented, they can take any design and execute even better than the photos. They’re meticulous and detailed, my acrylics last weeks and never chip or lift. I’ve seen a few different technicians here and each of them are fantastic. I would highly recommend Hot Trend Nails to anyone. I’ve had a few pedicures here too and they’re fantastic.

CYNNS BEAUTY First time at the Retro Nail bar and they have satisfied my needs. I got gel builder with a tip and Rachel did such a perfect job on my nails. Not only did she pay attention to detail but also asked me throughout the service if I was satisfied with what she was doing. And for Grace, she was so sweet and gave me such a relaxing massage and offered me a drink. I felt so pretty and pampered, Rachel and Grace were so kind. I will definitely be going back.

Heidi Fields My daughter and I were able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was so nice and our nails are beautiful. We especially like that our nails and pedicure were done at the same time, not one service at a time like where we used to go which means it’s always at least two hours whenever we went. Retro Nail Salon is affordable, clean, many options for nail colors, designs, and they have two new loyal customers! Highly recommend!

Trisha Brummer Retro Nail Bar provides top notch Nail sets and artwork. They are THE BEST!!! For January, 2025,I wanted something wintery and rainy but with sparkle! Love them! I’ve been having my nails done here though for a long time and every set is gorgeous. I get compliments constantly.

Amina Q I have been going to this salon for years and having been to many nail salons all over the country and world, this is by far my favorite nail home. Salon is cute and clean. All of the techs are kind and make me feel welcome. They have a huge variety of polishes and dips of different reputable brands and several techs have done wonderful nail art and trendy nail techniques for me. My picture doesn’t do their nail art justice. Prices are very reasonable and my manicures last a long a time. Would definitely recommend!

Tracy Rattan The service is really good. A bit pricey. I wasn’t too pumped on the plastic foot stools. I have really sensitive feet and feel like some sort of cushion or padding is necessary. Absolutely no padding and I had to constantly shift positions for my over sensitive feet. Also, for the price; please don’t place your patrons in broken message chairs. However, Michelle did an amazing job on my feet and French pedicure. All said and done I did the $50 package, with Gel came out to $70 and the gave Michelle her deserved $20 tip. All in all I will stick with Long Beach and pay $50 total and not almost $100. I won’t be going back.

The spa chairs are beautiful and I feel so at ease during my appointments. Lena has been doing my nails for almost 5 years. She always keeps my nails looking so fresh!

Napping and Baking cookies 1st time here. Great atmosphere. Very nice staff. I really like it here. Calming place to sit and relax to get your nails done. Very clean. Love the pedicure bowl style. They take their time and dont rush. They listened to what I needed and very thoughtful in accommodating me. My ladies foot massage is absolutely amazing she Left me speechless. Denise , holy macrole..... I will be back for sure!!!!

L. Rodriguez I have 2 children in a very busy schedule. I called last minute to see if they could get my daughter and meet him, and they were very gracious and accommodating. Not only were they joyful, but their customer service is awesome, and they really listened when I explained what we wanted. It was both walked away happier and our nails worthlessly. As we wanted them! They did a great job. Exclamation mark they were very kind to my baby too!

Sara G I was here a month ago and I came right about the same time early to mid morning on a Monday. Today was a little busier than the last time but I was easily and quickly accommodated. I have a triathlon coming up Sunday and I work as a fitness/health professional. I take my own advice and aim to practice regular self care and just like any woman, I have searched for the right place to go to for a decent price and the service. The fact I’m back again and that I’m starting to plan some self service Mondays here mean I’m ready to commit to this location. I’ve only been getting the regular pedicures but with the additional service like today I did the $40 to get a nice scrub and the paraffin finish because I use my legs a lot. Worth it. Eventually I’ll have the time for my hands too.

Summer Marker First time here and I had a great experience. First, the manager Tom was very nice and professional both on the phone and in-person. He was very accommodating when I had to push out my appointment time. As for the service I received, I got a french gel pedicure done with Tina. She did such a wonderful job! She took her time and had great attention to detail, very meticulous! I would defiantly come back to get a pedicure done again by Tina. Margaret Machado Wow!!! I just had the most amazing afternoon at Maison De Nail. Lena and Lisa recommended a base polish with no chemicals, but said it would make my nails stronger. They look totally natural! They have a full menu of scents to choose from and the shoulder/neck massage was amazing. Lisa also waxed my brows while Lena finished the manicure. Theyre the new owners of this nail salon and I promise you... you wont regret going here. Its also completely redone inside and looks beautiful. Wish I could give 10 stars!

LOVE my nails (plus the wonderful customer experience from chi Hien and her sweet daughter Bella was just the cherry on top). Chi Hien is very gentle (my nails were thinned from previous manicurists), precise in her cuticle prep, and a perfectionist when it came to shaping the Gel X extensions. Her work is meticulous and her pricing is very honest. I am obsessed!! There can be a slight hesitation to recommending favorites because we wouldnt want her to be too hard to book... but my amazing experience today really deserved the review. Brooke Bowden Decided to try this place again after many, many years. I’m so happy I did! The lady I’ve been going to for years has been slipping recently. I had one broken nail and one or two lifting after just 2 weeks. Jennifer took such amazing care of me!! She took her time actually asked questions and listened to me. Red Kite Employment Law Popped in for a quick lux mani/pedi on my way to the airport, and Wow, I am so glad I did! Two wonderful technicians/artists worked on my hands and feet at the same time. My foot massage was simply heaven, and my toes turned our perfectly. My nails were pampered too, and I love how they turned out. I highly recommend this salon. All of the technicians were gentle and kind. They offered champagne, tea, coffee or water. And they did a beautiful job on our toes. Love this little gem of a nail shop. Grace Ellis I love Sea Spa! I started going here before my wedding to grow out my nails and keep them healthy and strong. I wanted to be able to use my natural nail because I don’t like putting on tips. All the ladies who work there are so nice and sweet. They gave me the best advice on keeping my nails strong as they grew out. I wanted chrome french tips for my wedding and Michelle did an amazing job. I showed her an inspo picture and she recreated it perfectly. I brought in 3 of my bridesmaids and my mom to get their nails done too and everyone loved their experience!

M P Super sweet ladies! I was one of their last clients on a Friday evening so I had a lot of the techs help me pick out what color/design I wanted. I told them I have a photoshoot the next day so they were very meticulous with my nails! I was being really picky with my the color on my toes since I wanted something to match the ombré on my hands so the ladies helped me try two different colors. Even though I ended up being the last one in the salon, I didn’t feel rushed to leave. I was about to head out after waiting about 5 minutes for my nails to dry, but one of the ladies told me that I should stay a little longer. Asides from the fantastic customer service, everything in the salon is clean and spacious. The plaza itself has plenty of parking, too. I’ll be back for sure!

Emily Del Toro Beautiful salon and the ladies in there are professional. Don’t hesitate to stop in for services. Right now they have a 25% off all services. One thing I was confused on was my nail tech did not use gel base coat or gel top coat, I spoke up and asked… She said it wasn’t needed so I’ll take her word and see how my nails hold up, I know if there was an issue they would fix it. That’s how much they care about their customers. Also, I really liked that she made sure I loved my shape and asked if there was anything that needed to be fixed that I didn’t like. That was important to me because not all nail techs ask their customer that. I left Satisfied and love my shape and color. Gel fill acrylic with debt card was $30.50 out the door.

Joi Davenport Racist and unprofessional! I called for a pedicure but when I came in, I asked “do you take Apple Pay”??? Mind you they were empty. One nice lady eagerly said YES we Do! But the other lady looked me up and down and spoke in her language to her coworker. She then said “wait we have to ask our manager, let me check. At that point I knew they were judging my appearance and the answer would be no. Sure enough the lady asked her manager in her language, the manager quickly looked me over and said no. I didn’t argue I just left. Trust me when I say I have the gift of discernment and I could see right through their closed mindedness. I politely went down the street to Glitz Nail Bar where they accepted my Apple Pay and gave good service. Also they were busy with multiple customers. Sea Spa nails won’t be around for long.

Debbie Hernandez Literally found this place in 2020 then it closed cuz well you know. Then it reopened and came to check them out as my other nail place became too busy and my nails got fungus. My nail tech Sara took my old set off, cleaned my nails and treated them. She placed a new set and let’s just say since November 2021 I’ve been her client. My natural nails are grown out and healthy and my my acrylic gel nails are fabulous. She’s the best! And for my pedicures Kim is amazing. She hooks it up with the scrubbing and massage. I’ve never been happier. And listen I know it can get expensive but it’s worth it.

W H Tried several nail salons when we moved back to this area two years ago, but none even come close to this one. Super clean, skilled nail techs, nice atmosphere, huge color selection. Owner Lee runs a great business, and the nail techs are great - I usually have Cindy, always does a great job for me.

Jackie got my nails done for an engagement shoot. Ive never done acrylics before and had concerns about nail health so my nail tech recommended doing gel builder instead. The process was pretty quick and my nails turned out beautiful!! i got a soft pink color with a touch of glitter. I recommend Lisa - she is really sweet and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Will definitely come back to colorbar!

Lia Lia I had my nails done Monday afternoon and 2 hours later after shower it all started peeling. I went back to the salon the next day to have it re done and fixed but the place was closed. I texted but no response. I paid $41 to have my nails done not for this. It never happened before. It usually lasts at least two weeks not 2 hours. I’m very disappointed.

Mariana França I had a bad experience. They do not know how to explain the services and I was treated in a rude way. I like simple and classic nails with normal nail polish, they just don’t seem to like doing this kind of service. They were talking in Vietnamese with each other and laughing, it seems that they are talking bad about you. Winnie made my nail very badly, the acrylic was thick and the nail was horrible! I felt humiliated, I left there very sad. Waste my time and money.

Got a neck massage from Ellie and she did a wonderful job as well. I felt so relaxed. The snippet view of the ocean and the massage chairs were a definite plus. One of the best massage chairs Ive used at a nail salon. It really got in there.

It’s now November 2 and two of the nails have broken in the same spot due to retention from the glue. The nail tips snapped off and In turn broke the acrylic. I spent 130$ to have them last a week.

Ash I made a same day appointment to get my medium length acrylic nails filled. I keep the same shape (stiletto) so the fill cost $30 and getting cats eye polish was an extra $5. The nail technician who helped me was very nice, fast, and gentle with my hands. She even fixed my misshapen nails that I had gotten done at another salon! I feel like the prices are very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. My nails look and feel great. (7/29/21)

Everyone who works here is the sweetest and they are a lot of fun to talk to. Whether your getting a manicure, pedicure, massage, etc. you will be happy with the result. Ive never been happy with other nail salons like I have with Hiline.

Britta Goodall What can I say extremely disappointed in this nail salon. I didnt mind that the nail technician was a guy who was just working on their fish tank with a tool belt still on. My left hand almost all the nails came off by day four with acrylics. The top coat of there was one at all was crap and started to peel off and the chrome look I got was all off balanced and half done. I live walking distance and disappointed this happened. I have been getting my nails done for over fifteen years and never had such a bad experience. i didnt even want to go back to get the fixed went to a much nicer place close and more affordable and they did an amazing job. Use to go here a long time ago and so sad of how bad the experience was. Hoping they can work on this

Anne Speakman Got the $25 pedicure, was fine at first, then when leaving they insisted I put my own sandals back on which I knew were too tight in the toe to risk with fresh paint. Sure enough got home and both pinkies were messed up. Go back, same lady goes to fix them, get home again and left pinky has a chunk missing from the end and the right has visible streaks of no paint. Was my third time going and my second pedicure there, will be finding somewhere else for the future.

She is very willing to accommodate requests and always responds with “easy” and a cute giggle. Her English is also good so it’s nice to converse with her plus she looks out for her clients best interest. Tina did my spa pedicure and gives a great massage. Highly recommend.

alina parker I really wanted to like this place since they were really nice. Its been about 4 days since my service and I feel like I got duped. Pictures are of the day of the service. I was at Target next store, and thought Id try out this place for the convenience and since the reviews seemed good. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and she talked me into upgrading to the deluxe. I agreed since it also included callus remover, which is important to me, and I always add on anyway. First of all, I noticed with the pedicure that she didnt shape or cut cuticles or clean the nail at all. Then, when she did the callus remover, it was just the normal light buffing they do in basic pedi. I asked her what the difference was, so she did it a second time. I also still had some callus after. My feet are not too bad since I do get regular pedicures. I asked her if she could shape the nail more, and she goes ahead and just clips the side of the big toe nail and file a bit. Which now I feel like it is starting to give me a ingrown feel. Lastly, the gel is very messy. Now the manicure, again she was very nice. But she didnt shape the nail evenly, used the drill to take off the cuticle, which burned. The gel was very messy as well and wasnt painted in some areas by the base. No massage with the manicure. I did call back the next day, so they could fix the gel. She did, but its still not great. Im not sure, if they have been properly trained or just dont take the service serious. I am disappointed with my results.

Gina Labarber BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! my parents and I walked in on Sunday at 10am and had the best experience a nail salon has to offer! The nail professionals are so friendly and professional, and use top of the line supplies that are sent directly to them from New Jersey. every nail professional uses the exact same supplies and they are nothing like the ones you typically find in a nail shop. The beautiful scent of the jasmine lotion lingered the entire day, and my hands and feet still feel moisturized the next day! The salons interior is so relaxing and really beautiful, simple and elegant and the salon chair has the best back massage EVER. They have a wide selection of nail colors, and gel colors (I got one of the mermaid colors which is a black base and mermaid finish) and offer brand new treatments like collagen hand and feet wraps. The location is absolutely perfect, with huge windows to see main street. My parents and I will be coming back every month. We love you Red Persimmon!!!

Barbie Jenny did my nails today, she told me it would be 45$ for acrylic fill with gel cause my nails are long, then later she told me she didnt see the broken nail I had, so extra 5$, then later she said my cuticles need a trim, which apparently is not included in manicure price, so she left my cuticles like this. Every salon I go to, cuticle trimming is part of manicure. It seemed like she just wanted to charge me for everything. Also part of why I pay for a pedicure is for the massage chair, which she kept telling me to turn off. It wasnt even tapping or anything crazy, just normal kneading and she kept scolding me for using it. I dont recommend this place. However Fin did a great job on my toes.

Nancy Aguirre I was coming here for years and I stopped for a while and yesterday decided to come back. Monique worked on my full set yesterday, she asked what shape I wanted and I said almond, and that I would like them short because I work with children. she told me she didnt like short..excuse me? I am paying for a service, these are MY nails...I had never had an issue with any nail tech here, they have suggestions but Neve tell me to my face that they dont like short. she went ahead and clipped them and they were still too long for my liking, I asked her to go shorter and she made a face at me, and I said shorter please, and I said you can do it, and she said "I know I can, I dont like to" at this point I was extremely shocked at her attitude with me. once she got to filing my nails, I noticed my index finger was not the same on the other hand and I brought it up and she snapped back saying it wasnt final. I stayed quiet the rest of the appointment, I should have walked out but I didnt. there was tension for sure during the whole appointment and in the end, the two nails I told her were different, were still different... its very disappointing to have had this experience with this person. I dont mind tipping well but with attitude and a bad job its really hard, I spoke up during my appointment and I didnt appreciate the condescending attitude and then the side conversations with her coworker which I am sure she was talking about me. Monique, do better, if you were having a bad day, Im sorry but you shouldnt treat customers like crap, you may not like short nails, but I am the one paying for a service. I ended up getting a solid color instead of the initial French to avoid any further negativity.

Tiffany L This was my first time at Pink Petals and it definitely won’t be my last. I came in for a pedicure and got exactly what I wanted. Kathy was great and I left with pretty toes. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the salon smelled like fresh flowers. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to my next visit!

Sarah Beale So so so incredibly disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over four years now and have always appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude. However, my experience today was AWFUL and I will not be returning. They not only raised their prices, but their quality in work has gone down and is taking longer. I spent two hours and $67 for very short, square (asked for coffin), and unevenly painted acrylic nails (she messed up and had to do a third coat on one hand but didn’t do the other to match so one hand looks much darker than the other). I would have gone in and complained that I didn’t like my nails but was in fear they would charge me another $15-$30 for the redo and was just completely over it by the time I left, which was over two hours after arriving. So disappointing because these were supposed to be my vacation nails and now I have to figure out how to fix them before I leave!! Wasted time and money.

Julie Young Went there yesterday for my birthday. I no sooner sat in the pedicure seat and the girl doing my gel nail extensions was right on top of me I didn’t even get a chance to adjust my chair or turn on the massage thing, Neither one of them cared even when I asked to do it, neither one of them helped me or even sure they knew how to work the darn chair themselves, 4 of my 10 nails were glued on crooked and had to be redone my pedicure lasted no longer than 15 minutes. If the end of the day I look like I have fake press on nails that I bought at the grocery store on and that’s what they feel like too. Honestly I don’t think either one of these women are licensed or have any clue what they were doing. Worst service of experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Both for their work and for their lack of caring about if your seat was even adjusted right before the attack three seconds after you sent down. At one point I asked the girl to allow me to adjust my chair because she threw her towel over the controls and then she laid her arm right across it and said OK adjust it, I was like well I can’t because your arm is laying across it I can’t even see the controls. Itwas just the weirdest experience I would never go back and I would never recommend this place to anybody. Ever.u mails are Al different lengths soaring upwards, and All different shapes. Waste of 98.00. Worst pedi I’ve ever had in my life. She couldn’t have had less pride in her work. Final answer: NO

Kayan Davis Service was amazing. Called ahead and let them know what my sister and I were looking for and they were ready for us as soon as we got there. We both were looking for designs and they even had several nail techs look at the picture of what I wanted so they could decide who felt they could do the design best. We also got our eyebrows waxed which looked great however the wax was a little too hot and minorly burned my sister so I give it 4 stars but had the wax been more appropriately temperatured would totally have been 5 star experience.

Sarah Graves I had a couple pictures of the style I wanted and the gal who did my nails did an amazing job. I wanted to try to match a dress I was going to wear without copying the exact color of the dress. The glitter placement was perfect. She took her time placing each heart on my nails. She even evened out one nail because it had been smudged a bit. The shape and color she picked were perfect. I was in red pleased. The price was really good as well.

My feet felt rejuvenated afterward. - Ample Seating: The place has plenty of seating for both manicures and pedicures, which is great if you’re going with a group or need to wait for a service. Dan You call these stars? I’m not sure if I just came in at the wrong time but it was $15 extra for detail for each nails and that’s unbelievable especially how bad they made these stars. She was rushing the whole time. I could tell. When I showed my reference photo she sighed and showed her coworker next to her and she went “Hah!” and shook her head. Really? Also, she barely cleaned my cuticles well.

Brenda Excellent staff; Excellent job! They do not “ slap on Nails. So far they deliver a great set of nails that actually last 2 weeks! The average time that nails should last until the next “ FILL” Cuticles are pushed back & trimmed, product is brushed on strong and shaped great ! So far never an early LIFT PROBLEM “or a pain at all! REMEMBER; most places I have been to do”good” and no lifting for the first and second visit. After that the job becomes rushed, sloppy, lifts happen circles are no longer pushed and cut properly. Ladies? When you’re paying what we do for nails, all of this should be done without asking and with no extra cost. For that is what a fill or fresh set of nails is about. I have left other places because the job becomes sloppy , nails lift, cuticles are not pushed or cut. I pay too much for this service for it to become “ Sloppy” after they feel they have won the client. It’s all about consistency. I hope it continues to be quality FIRST, as so far that is what I have received from Surf City Nails. Keep up the good work ladies!

Diane Restrepo Of all my visits, this was the worst. After spending $80 before tip, I left annoyed and frustrated. If my package includes a 10 minute massage, don’t spend that time texting your friends instead of massaging my legs and then having the nerve to ask me if I want to pay for extra time. You didn’t even give me the 10 minutes I’m already paying for. My toe nails looked terrible and not properly cut and filed. And my toe nails weren’t completely covered with polish. There were very visible spaces left unpolished. I left paying close to $100 for a mani/pedi and a lot of disappointment.

THE One & Only Kim Howell For those wanting to leave feeling pampered & pretty, this is the place to go! Andy ALWAYS does an awesome job w/my hair - from the cut to the color to the styling!! He not only knows his products, but he knows what style, color & highlights will look best for the look Im trying to achieve. Most places & most stylist rush the appointment so that they may move to the next client. More clients means more money for them.....but Andy treats you like a VIP! He takes his time & does it right. Hes even very accommodating & was able to fit me in at the last minute. Hes a constant professional! THANK YOU, ANDY!! The sweet lady who did my French manicure did an awesome job! Im sorry I didnt get her name. I was on a time schedule so she came over & did my nails as Andy was working on my hair. Talk about being efficient! She even massaged my arms to relax me. Thank you! As for the rest of the salon, everyone there is super nice & professional as well. They always greet you w/a friendly smile & a nice cup of tea. They offer a wide range of services such as hair cuts, highlights, make-up, manicures, pedicures, facials & massages. The salon is kept clean & the ambiance is relaxed & soothing. Great value for services rendered!! AWESOME customer service! I know & appreciate that because I work for Disney & we always strive for that!

Michelle Hazen-Parlak I had wonderful experience with Sue once again! After months of not getting my hair done to pregnancy and caring for a newborn I finally managed to get some time to get my hair done! All I can say is that I feel like a new woman! Even though shes a bit of a drive from me I always end up coming back to Sue because her haircuts grow out so nicely and are easy to style. Shes so patient and takes so much pride in her work! Cant recommend her enough :) thank you Sue!

Michelle Meier Sue is absolutely the best for hair! I moved to Lake Forest and will travel to Luvie Salon for Sue. I have tried other salons and nobody could get my hair blonde the way Sue can. She uses the best products, works to make sure my hair is healthy and strong and takes her time. She does all types of hair extensions which I’ll go to her for my next install. Go to Sue she is amazing and a miracle worker!! :-)

kayla doan Place says its open was looking to get a $200 dollar treatment now I have to wait a full day 1/2 before I can get anything else done. The sign is on they have posters and online saying theyre open. She denied me services. Whether cash or credit I would of paid and giving a good tip.

Jessie Wu Nice staff, clean salon. Parking in the back. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately the quality of service is not the best. She missed a lot of spots near the cuticles so the polish is not completely covered. I also asked for two coats because the cat eye polish was too sheer. She only did it for my pinkies and then the rest of my fingers she did not… so now two out of ten fingers have the darker shade I requested. Not sure why she didn’t just give me two coats, especially when the manager came over to show her how to do two coats. The one of the diamond gems fell off the same night. I worry the other ones weren’t applied securely and will fall off soon. I did get cuticle oil but no lotion or hand massage. For the price, I guess that’s fine. Just strange because most salons I’ve been to do it. If you go, I recommend requesting the manager to do your nails. She definitely has the expertise and is very willing to accommodate. I wish I had noticed the flaws of my nails before leaving the salon.

Siciley Edwards They use to do a really good job but as of late they’re really skimping on service. I’ve done acrylics, pedicures and gels. Their acrylics have come out completely uneven and then there is no massage or even cuticle oil. I think they’re just rushing through and so after two years, I’ll be looking for somewhere new. I’m bummed because it used to be much better but that’s just not the case the last six months+.

Joelle Alexis Sando I initially went to Nail Rehab and met with Eden to get a new full set about 2 months ago. Before this, I had went to another salon here in HB and was absolutely disappointed in the nails, they were constantly breaking and hurt and the nail person has a horrible personality. But, Eden gently removed my acrylic nails and immediately noticed that I had a really bad fungal infection on most of the nails. Another salon, just interested in making a profit, would have just put a new set on top of this, but Eden was genuinely concerned for me. She actually gave me some fungal medication to help with the infection and told me to keep nails off for 3 weeks until everything healed. That was pretty impressive! So, of course after 3 weeks of getting my nails healthy again, I immediately went back and requested her. She carefully inspected my nails to make sure my infection was thoroughly gone then gave me a new set. As you can see in my photos, her work speaks for itself. She is detail oriented and efficient with a great personality. A fill takes less than an hour. Also, Ive had very long nails for 20+ years; it is extremely hard to find nail technicians that can expertly do long days well. Eden is definitely one of those gifted people. Also, I am very sensitive and appreciate that Eden is extremely gentle when doing my nails. Lastly, I need to note that during these times of COVID, the nail salon is immaculately sanitized and all precautions are taken to keep everyone safe. I cant recommend Eden and Nail Rehab enough. Thank you for getting my nail game strong again!!

Justine Phelan I had an appointment for myself, mother and bridesmaids 2 days before my wedding. Long story short, my nails looked terrible, that evening the gel coat that didnt cure was coming off in chunks and I was tears, as I would have to squeeze in time the next day, the day before my wedding, to have them completely re-done. I took photos and emailed the corporate office and Kimberly was so thoughtful and helpful and apologetic and has refunded me as well. She was kind and patient as I was telling her about the horrible experience and Im grateful she gave me such excellent customer service. Elizabeth Pacelli I remembering now why I stopped going here, I thought I’d give them another shot, yet again I paid 75 dollars for a full set with gel and this was just three days ago . Today I was gardening with gloves on and 3 nails on my left hand came off and one on my right hand! Their product is cheap and the man who did them was horrible. I complained about the nail polish not being all the way up and when he was done I looked like I needed a fill already. The man got mad and yelled at me in Vietnamese and then the owners wife said I’ll fix it. After she fixed it I can’t believe how quick they just popped off like they were Lee press on nails from when I was a child. This was it for me sorry guys invest in better products and maybe you’ll have happier clients!

Love Brown I am so upset as I’m sitting in my car crying I have NEVER had thin eyebrows in my life I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up I look in the mirror and immediately I start tearing up .. my eyebrows are so thin it looks like a pencil .. I am so upset and it’s nothing I can do but wait for them to grow back.. I’ll never come back here again. Terrible waxing experience eyebrows aren’t like nails that can be fixed what’s done is done .. I am in disbelief I am so upset.

Christine Doyle I went to get a gel fill and French manicure. I chose Flamingos because it’s around the corner from me. The salon appeared to be clean and the staff friendly. I had a male technician and he didn’t do a good job. First, he didn’t clean off his station after he removed the polish from my nails. The dust was left on the towel and once he started to apply the gel on my nails the dust with my previous color got stuck in the gel. When I told the technician he said it was already in the gel. He couldn’t fix it. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy about this he became annoyed and clearly didn’t care for my comment. I had to tell him how to apply the white polish, and 4 my nails were filed crooked. So noticeable that my husband and family noticed. They never notice things like that. When I complained to the management she said next time we’ll remember to tell the technician to wipe his counter. I requested a refund but was denied. I then insisted my nails be corrected but I was told it was too busy today as it was the day before Thanksgiving. I would have to come back later in the day. REALLY?!?! I paid $53 for nails that came out horrible!! I would never go there again!!

Courtney I love Ann. She does such an amazing job on my nails every time Im there. All the girls are friendly and professional. If you are wanting something more than just a simple manicure (acrylics, ombre nails, etc.) request Ann. Amy is sweet, Tina is funny and a sweetheart.

The place is large and relaxing, but since we are in an English as a first language country, it would be nice if everybody that works there did not speak Vietnamese to each other while working. You dont know what theyre saying and I think it is rude.

Al Jamm This is my favorite place in Orange County. The staff is super friendly and detail-oriented. Cindy is the best though. She runs the show there and always makes sure everyone is satisfied. The place is very clean and they follow all safety precautions. Make sure to get the 10 or 15 minute massage with your package. Its always good and they use hot stones which makes it even better.

Corrie Lane They did an excellent job! Plus the atmosphere was very relaxing. Everything was clean and the air was fresh. Jasmine did my manicure and Kim did my pedicure, both women were so sweet and did an amazing job! Jasmine was an artist with the nail art I requested. I showed her a picture from Instagram of what I wanted and she did a perfect job! I will definitely be back.

Alma Murashige Ive been going to Cindy for over 9 years. Never thought to leave a review until now. She is very skilled at what she does. Kim who does my pedicures is also amazing. Ive tried other places near by & no one else compares. To be honest the woman that said she wouldnt go back because the salon was closed seriously? Maybe she shouldve called first. People have lives & emergencies do happen. Also in the time Ive been going which is twice a month for 9 years Ive never seen them treat anyone of any race differently. I recommend you try this place & see for yourself.

Chell James I just love this nail shop! My girl Tiffany does great gel and awesome eyelash extensions. They shop is very clean. I have to bring my son and they are very accommodating . They get me in and out. I love the ladies. Wont go anywhere else!

AD H If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dont go to this place! I went in for a fill and a pedicure. 4 ladies working and only 1 knows how to do acrylic fills, the owner, and she didnt come in til I was there for about a half hour. I was wondering why the techs kept hopping around. 3 different people worked on my nails. The lady next to me had to sit there and wait while the owner filled my nails which was a disaster. I wanted chrome, and she had no idea how to do it!! The other nail tech buffed off the botched chrome which was bumpy and splotchy while she went to work on the other client, and after 2+ hours, I finally left with plain, filled nails. I wasnt happy and she did NOTHING to rectify her mistake except to tell me if I came back, shed redo the chrome for $10! Are you serious? I went to Lux Nails at Newland Center where I usually go. I thought Id go to Happiness for a quick fill because its closer to my house, and Ive gotten a pedicure here before by the sweetest lady there, but now Ill never be back. I spent $85 for a deluxe pedicure and a botched fill. My money now goes elsewhere now. Youd think theyd treat what few customers they have better since the place is empty every time I go there. Shell be closed soon. Ladies, go to Lux. They treat you like gold and the place is immaculate! Now my nails look great! Update - A week after getting my fill done here, I had to take my nails off. My nails, the skin surrounding my nails and cuticles were itching so bad. This had never happened to me before, 20+ years getting my nails done. Turns out, I got a fungal infection from what the ER doctor believed were either dirty instruments, contaminated or expired products or a combination of both. So upsetting. DO NOT GO HERE! Ill now be contacting the health department.

Lauren Chatillon Edit/Updated review: I went in to the nail salon and the woman who I now know is the owner who was doing my nails kept trying to talk me into getting gel x because it lasts way longer. So I ended up paying the extra & for the gel X. Leaving the salon I was happy with my nails but the next day I went to do my laundry and 3 of the nails either cracked and half of the nail remained or just straight peeled off. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time now and have never had this happen a day after getting them done. I went back on to see if the could fix them somehow and it turns out she didn’t use gelx previously but told me she did and charged me the extra amount for that. I can imagine staff maybe doing things like that but when an owner is selling you gel x yet doesn’t do it. Very very disappointed. I personally will never go there again. My previous review was while the owner was standing over me forcing me to leave a review when I kept saying I will. Just major red flags on my opinion. Don’t take women’s hard earned money in this crazy economy and perform fraudulent services and lie to your customers. Jasmine did such an amazing job. As a first time customer I am thrilled to find a person who takes their time and really listens to what I want for my nails. They turned out perfect just what I wanted.

Renée baby This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The lady cut my finger so badly it wouldn’t stop bleeding, and she didn’t even apologize! Instead, she had the audacity to tell me she usually charges for cutting cuticles but was doing me a favor by not charging this time. Are you kidding me? She couldn’t even recreate the design I had requested—a design I had called and sent to her a week in advance to confirm she could do. She assured me she could, but in the end, I was stuck settling for a cheap sticker slapped onto my nail just so I could leave. She completely ruined my Christmas nails, and I’ll be staying as far away from this place as possible! Unbelievable!

Lena Balak Honestly, I was a bit worried about the cleanliness. Prices were good and the ladies were friendly. I would have given 4 stars if they would use the sterilized tools from the packages every time but they only have them in box that says "clean" and I dont know if its clean or not. So, my nail polish started chipping the next day. Im really hard on my nails so not sure if its my fault.

Nikole Davis This experience was horrible! I took my niece, daughter, and myself to this salon to get our nails done. I was never told a price when I asked for service. I got a regular pedicure and a full set with a gel coat. My niece got a manicure and pedicure. My daughter got her nails painted with 4 small flowers. They charged me $110! Are you insane!?!! Never again will I go there. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told that they were not in.

Cooper Steinhardt Love it! I get acrylic nails with gel paint and have been coming here about a year and a half. My fills normally last 3-4 weeks with absolutely NO chips!! Only $60 for fill and pedicure and the ladies are always happy to see me and very friendly when I come in.

Sherrie Stinson They were friendly, helpful, and did a great job. Sandy did awesome unicorn nails, and my pedicure lady was amazing. The inside is so relaxing, beautiful and calming. We will be back!
