rotpichchan Tha Tgus is my 2nd time here. My 1st time was a great experience. My tech Crystal did a great job. I got my nails done yesterday by a tech named Tiffany. I asked for an acrylic full set. Instead, she gave me a full set on my natural nails. Not only it was painful to get my nails done, but it was not done right. I have 3 cuts from her. I was uncomfortable the whole time. The nail drill she used was painful. My hands still are in pain from the cuts. She made one hand of my nails shorter than the other hand. I paid $65 for my set. I was not satisfied with my service nor my tech.

Audrea B I love Milano nail lounge. Don the guy that sets appointments and takes payment is amazing. He always has an upbeat attitude and makes sure throughout your appointment your needs being met. Here they have so many colors designs and capable nail techs. I normally find 1 at most shops that can accommodate my needs here there are at least two nails techs i love. They are fast and precise. They do pedicure here at the same time as nails which is amazing and always offer a beverage. The shop is always clean and they always have beautiful flowers. Parking is easy

Ava has been doing most of my nail designs since my first visit, and I always leave thrilled with the results. For this design, she freehanded it based on my vision because I couldn’t find an exact reference—it turned out perfect! She’s incredibly talented and such a perfectionist in the best way. Joanne takes care of my pedicures, and she’s just as amazing. I’m so happy I found my go-to, trusted nail salon!

Dr. Gabi Tami was so elegant and such a beautiful soul. Loved my entire experience here. The two of them helped me get the best manicure with chrome and French tip...and also a great spa pedicure with lots of massage and relaxing lotion! I like how they made me feel...we can choose many places to get our nails but feeling seen and loved is rare! High-quality and amazing products...Tami is so knowledgeable of all new trends too! Today I received a full set with chrome on top of acrylic only (no color). I have large nail beds and that can be difficult to create and shape for a natural look. But, Mimi has yet to disappoint and I’m a forever customer.

SIMGE ACAR Before the procedure, he tried to scrape off the nail polish on my hand with a rotary tool instead of doing a manicure. As he pressed it with his thick-headed tool, it made my nail bleed. When I told him it hurt, he said I was as sensitive as a baby. The man standing next to the cash register did my nails. I dont know if the others are the same, but the result of the person who did my nails is obvious. As a generally look good but some details need to improve $55

I would have been fine with that as i know i was asking for something very specific and without appointment. however, right away they made me feel welcomed and that "whatever you want we can do" is literally this salons promise. I was tended to quickly and they respected my request to avoid wetting/scrubbing area by a new tattoo. My pedicure as well as full set of "gel-x" nails was a very relaxing experience. I even forgot about the current days worries while getting lost in a nature show on their big screen tvs. I apologize, but i didnt get the name of the gentleman that did my nails or the woman that did my pedicure, but they both were very friendly as well as talented. I stuck with plain for my pedicure gel color black since my nails were going to be more detailed. I love howmy pedicure turned out and the leg massage was nice:) Thank you! The gentleman that did my Gel-X nails and the design new exactly what colors to choose from the photo i provided. It took the stress off of me trying to figure it out on my own, so i appreciated this a lot :). The design i showed was pretty detailed, so i wanted to emphasize to him it didnt have to be exact-just an idea of what i wanted. To my amazement i think he did such an amazing work of art. it looks identical to what i asked. Thank you so much again Mandala Nail Spa! I am looking forward to returning.

Gloria Gomez What a nice experience! I was having such a stressful morning and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Immediately, greeted with such friendliness. I got a spa experience and I wish I had taken a picture of the menu but it came with callus remover, paraffin wax, a massage, scrub, orange and cucumber rub, lavender everything, and they offer a complimentary drink to all customers. I felt so good and relaxed and it made up so much for the morning I was having. I spoke with Louis who told me they Glow Nails is under new management and completely renovated with their grand opening at the beginning of February 2025. I dont know how it was before but it is a beautiful and amazing experience now. The service I got is $75 with gel nails and 100% worth it. I should have gotten more names because the Roman who did my pedicure was so nice and kept checking to make sure I was okay and that everything was going okay. There was another woman, who Ill call the mama bear of the salon, who was a amazing as well

My eyebrows were a mess and they fixed them. Ive been to fancy places and sometimes they use wax that smells like chocolate or whatever, but that always makes me break it out. Not this time, brows werent bright red and angry. This place isnt close to where I live, but Ill be coming back because of the excellent service

Nova I get my acrylic nails done frequently here. They last two weeks before I need another fill, and without using gel polish, I only have a few chips in my nail polish two weeks, which is impressive because I am at the gym lifting weights every day. Tracy is great with acrylic fills, and Kathy is so sweet and wonderful with pedicures! The prices for the quality you get here is why I dont go anywhere else but here. I only paid $20 for the original set (including regular nail polish, not gel, and no cuticle treatment), and then $14 to fill in and change the color. However, for the first time last week, Tracy did start charging me an extra $2 for trimming my nails with the fill, which I dont appreciate and has never happened before, so be warned. Extra bits: They accept card, including Discover. Parking is free street parking, but their side of the street is usually filled, so I have to park on the opposite side and use the crosswalk.

JAM JAM Leha is phenomenal. As a new resident of the LBC, I found her in a Google search. Her consistently good reviews are neither fabricated nor exaggerated...shes the real deal! These pics capture my 1st ombre, and is the best manicure Ive ever had. This is my 3rd visit, and my nails have grown so strong and healthy, that she was able to do this flawlessly on my natural nails. Leha is funny, engaging, vivacious, and professional. Miloh Burlon I went around to three other salons to get my nails done, but I realized they couldn’t do the style I wanted so I came here as my last option, and it was my first time here. The atmosphere is very clean and neat, everyone was professional along with them having a wide variety of color to work with. They even do gem design with a lot of the other local salons don’t do. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she did just that! Hands down the best nails I had ever gotten and I’m obsessed with them. ShaRea Mitchell I used to love it here, but now it is a HOT mess due to new staffing. The new lady that’s in charge of doing your toes (short and kind of on the heavier side) stopped mid pedicure session to argue with her man on the phone. She also skips over certain steps when doing your pedicure. She is also very invasive of your space, touchy, and can make you a bit uncomfortable. Last time I went, they also had one lady there doing multiple full sets so the wait time was terrible and she will also stop mid session to start on another client and then bounce back to you. The nails never look like how I want it, the powder was laid on my nail bed incorrectly so it was very bumpy, and some of my nail didn’t even have the powder on there so small bits of my nail was uncovered. Honorable mention: the lady that did my toes got into it so bad with her boyfriend that she had me take a picture of her doing my toes so she can send it to him….so unprofessional and uncomfortable :(

Morgan M I absolutely love this place, not only because it’s fairly priced, but also because the work done is quality! The two you will always see there is Anthony and Jenny. Anthony always does my pedicure, and Jenny always does my manicure. I am a very picky person and they always allow me to voice my opinion and do their best to accommodate my requests because I’m quite particular about my nails and toenails. They take their time as to be perfect so do not expect a fast nail job. Plus it’s usually only the two of them so relax... They are very kind people and I recommend anyone to go. By the way, YES, they ARE OPEN even though yelp says they are closed.

Krishelle Austin Decided to try a new nail shop, since the lady at my old shop doesnt work there anymore. Seen this place had good reviews, but walked out feeling disappointed. The lady doing my feet cleaned my ingrown out very well but that was it. As you can see from the pictures she didnt clean my cuticles very well or under my nails. Theres also polish still on my toes from my last pedicure. She also never showed me the other pedicures they provide, I think she just assumed Id be getting the basic pedicure. Wont be coming here again!

V J (mmmmorepudding) This was my first time at this salon, and I was definitely super satisfied with my visit! I came in to get acrylic fills done after an un-fun visit to another salon. The staff here was super awesome. Emma was my nail tech, and she was amazing! She was very helpful when picking out colors and making sure everything turned out the way I imagined. She was very meticulous when it came to shaping the acrylics and making sure everything was perfect before moving on to next steps. She made sure to stop and have me look at everything to make sure it was how I wanted it. It made me really confident that the finished result was going to be perfect! While this is not the cheapest place Ive ever had my nails done (my particular set was $75 for fills (the nails from the previous salon needed major corrections), cats eye polish, and custom accent nails), I can definitely say it was well worth the price. Watching someone practice their ART and getting to wear the results is such a privilege, and I definitely dont mind paying someone WHAT THEY DESERVE to be able to hone their craft and art. I will definitely be returning here!!

It’s clean and a very relaxing environment. I love how they keep the door open on nice sunny days :) always so bright and sunny inside! All of the girls are super nice and thorough. 3 or 4 different girls have done my pedis/manis and they all do a great job. Great variety of colors Also fair prices! It’s right on 4th street close to a cafe so you can grab your coffee before going :) there’s also plenty of street metered parking which is convenient. Rebecca Rodriguez I came here because my regular nail salon didn’t have any last-minute availability and I’m so glad I did come in. They were able to see me and get me started with five minutes. Full with set French tip and a small design $90 The girl doing my nails at works extremely quick! But don’t be fooled. Her quality of work is so amazing. I was so surprised she was able to get my nails done so quick, but still make them look amazingly good. She constantly asked me if I enjoyed the shape or if I like the coloring! Which I really appreciated because I could be honest about her, which didn’t need any criticism because she really killed it. I’m excited to see how long they hold up and to get a new set next month with Nails Studio (:

Marie B You need to make an appointment. The place is clean and they do a nice job.The prices are reasonable. Ive been there many times and will continue to go back. They are super busy, professional and consistent with their work. The manicurist did take a long time to polish my toenails. The end result was very nice. Definitely recommend it! All their customers walk out happy. I decided to try the leg waxing, which is reasonably priced. I wouldnt recommend it. The space was more of a storage closet and not set-up for a professional service. Although the end result was well done and nicely waxed legs. I suppose if youre in a pinch and really need something waxed, this will definitely get the job done but just dont expect a spa like space or experience.

Yessenia Mora Cute Spot, very clean. Have gone in a couple times and as many chances as I give something always ends up wrong. First, dont bother making appointment its not respected. Second, got spa pedicure ($26 value) a couple times and yesterday 9/14/17 girl did the most basic pedicure didnt use any sort of separation on my toes when painting them and now I have chipped toes. No cleaning of toes nothing. Nails were gorgeous got a bright yellow gel, and realized my nails are full of dents. Not sure if product being used doesnt work or why they end up this way a day after.

Jennifer Miller I have gotten a few pedicures here. The first one was fantastic! They have been worse and worse since then. This last one was horrible. She wouldn’t cut my nails shorter even though I kept asking. And the polish job was HORRIBLE! I’m really disappointed!

Amy V-M So we came here because we didnt need reservations and when we called they werent busy. My daughter got a manicure, she really liked her nail tech and she was pretty thorough. My pedi tech was Thu, she was really thorough. Anything dead coming off. If you can add massage to pedi, I highly recommend it, it is an actual massage. The pedicure chairs are massage chairs and she gave the complimentary tiny bottle of water. The place is okay clean, however, the lights are relatively new, so it maybe getting renovated. They also has holiday special.

Dan Dawson October 20, 2024. First of all I never leave reviews but this had to be let known. The wife and I stopped in on our way at planet fitness and saw this place and stopped in for a once in a while pedicure. My experience was just horrible! I noticed annd little bit of blood coming from my to pay too much attention to it. She gave me a little massage stop the bleeding and I thought all was good. After we left, I started having pain in my right foot as we were walking home. By the time I got home and took off my shoes I saw the damage. Bleeding from about five different toes at the cuticle part.. Just a lot of pain and a little blood. I woke up the next morning And my feet were killing me. The worst part was I couldn’t do my 5 mile walk and now I’m on day four and I still can’t walk. I had a hip replacement six months ago and that is part of my physical therapy. I’d love to share a picture with you, but I don’t see an option on here. Still sitting in my bed waiting for my feet to heal.a very very very unsatisfied customer. I’m a retired contractor and if I was still working, I would definitely sue them For all the money I would have lost. 65 years old and go get a pedicure and I never expected this nightmare. I swear on my mother’s grave this is true.

Corinne Ingalla Christine is great! Her attention to detail is wonderful. My nails can go 3–4 weeks without any breakage. She just called work! I got these nails done for a wedding I’m in. She’s a sweetest! Got my toes does by LeeLee. Great work! She gives an awesome leg and foot massage.

Lindsay Guillon Several generations of women in my family have gone to this nail salon. Always friendly faces working and great value for the price paid. I usually get a gel mani and paraffin wax pedicure, but they have many other options available, and waxing too. Highly recommend making an appointment for multiple people visiting together.

Samantha Hawkins I have cuts all over my toes and they sting. 3 cuts on my left foot, 2 on my right. For some reason the method used on my pedicure was to literally cut the side of my big toe nail and rip that into a hang nail and rip it all the way up to the cuticle and rip it off.??? The other cuts are on the knuckles of my smaller toes from the cuticle scissors. My toes are throbbing.

Carol M My pedicure tech was amazing. My manicurist failed she used too much product on and my nails didn’t dry so another tech redid them. But even with that I would absolutely visit this location again the massage skill of my pedicure tech was phenomenal and he did a great polish.

Christine Elomina Went in here for the first time, was recommended by a friend who always has such cute nails! I called ahead for a gel manicure with design and they said I can just walk in. I wanted a particular design and didn’t realize it was for longer nails. I asked for Gel X nail extension last minute. Sylvia worked with me and was very kind and patient and I was very impressed with her work and how my nails came out! This feels like the first time I’ve genuinely walked out of a nail salon feeling so happy with the results and the experience. I would very much suggest this place to all my friends in town! Very much appreciated the experience and space! :)

Evan 5/5 for atmosphere. So relaxing, clean, and professional. The customer service was astounding! Only issue I had was that there was a wait for my session, which was fine. A nice lady from the front desk mentioned they could assist me sooner, which I obliged. This is where I had an issue... They connected me with the only gentleman on staff and he appeared to be new. He kept apologizing for taking a long time, but it took almost 2 hours for only acrylics. I paid the regular price and tipped him, but the lady overseeing him could have assisted him when she clearly could see him struggling. The nails came out nice, but shortly after my acrylics started falling out. I have empathy that he was new and still learning, but I just wished he had practiced with another client. With all of this said, I loved the atmosphere and customer service. All of the staff were amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here. My only advice would be to ask for someone experienced.

Dino D It tries to be glamorous but it comes across as gimmicky - the Chanel and Louis Vuitton light fixtures, the crammed space between the nail bar & work area in front of spas - makes it impossible to exit, or use the wash room. The constant speaking of staff in Vietnamese and no interaction with paying clients is cruel. It is cookie cutter care - and their champagne sucks. It is $$$$ for the quality of care. I’m not a fan & the cleanliness is a concern.

Ajala Modupe My nails were chipped just 2 days after getting them done. It’s just terrible quality work and bad customer service. I gave them benefit of a doubt and tried a different tech today, same poor quality work and unnecessarily expensive pricing, they charged $128 for a short french tip refill that looked nothing like what I asked for. Just save your time and money and find a better quality salon.

Sheila Spivey Had a pedicure courtesy of a gift card. It had an expiration date of six months (which I honored.) They told me the shop had changed hands, since the gift card was purchased and the previous owner kept any money from previous gift card sales. (I felt badly for them being taken advantage of.) However they did honor the gift card, were very kind and courteous and did a great job on my pedicure ! I will definitely go here again.

Judy Carey Never buy a gift card! I had one to use and they wouldnt honor it because it was from 2023. They raised their prices and cut down service time. They also dont stick to the menu of services. I was the only one there so its likely others have learned how bad they are too. Go somewhere else! RESPONSE: Not my first time there - thats why I asked if you were new owners and you said no. When I called, I asked for someone who spoke English because I was asking questions about an appointment and all I got back was, "yeah, yeah". With that, it was clear that my questions werent being understood so logically, I asked for someone who spoke English. Once I asked that, you started answering questions! You know that your practices are not on the up and up, so just quit it!

Holland Burrows I’ve been coming to Kiwi for a few months now and I love it. I am new to the Long Beach area and went in on a whim and they took me right in! Ben always takes his time on my nails and makes sure I am satisfied with them. He happily accommodates any difficult design/details with a smile. The staff is always very sweet and friendly. 10/10 place!

Celeste Prado I’ve been coming for about a year now and I have always had a great experience every single time I come. Everyone is always so nice and very accommodating. I’ve been getting the gel builder and my nails have never look as healthy and nice. Ben’s attention to detail is absolutely amazing! The prices are the best in Long Beach, not too expensive at all. Julie I recently visited Kiwi Nail Lounge and I couldnt be more impressed!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My nail technician Ben was professional and detail oriented, taking the time to ensure my nails with designs were absolutely perfect. He used high end quality products and I was impressed with the wide array of colors and designs available. I appreciated how he took care to maintain hygiene, such as using sterilized tools and fresh supplies. The end result was stunning. My nails have never looked better!! He even gave me tips on how to maintain my nails at home, which was a nice touch. Ill definitely be coming back for my next appt and recommending this salon to all my friends. If you r looking for top notch service and beautiful nails, Kiwi Nail Lounge is the place to go!!

Sydney Abraham Ben is amazing!! Him and all the other employees were super helpful and kind and patient with me. They gave me exactly the nails I asked for and I swear I have never had nails this nice, Ben made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy every step of the way. I’ve never seen an artist take their time to make sure everything is literally perfect and symmetrical, etc. but they do at kiwi lounge!! Great prices too, shout out to Ben!!!

Bryan La I took my girlfriend to Kiwi Nail Lounge for her Valentines gift and she absolutely loved it. I was able to schedule an appointment ahead of time with ease. The staff and technicians were able to provide sufficient services and my girlfriend loved the experience. The establishment is clean and all of the their staff were friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend as my girlfriend was very happy and satisfied.

Ariana Wright Its been a LONG time since I have been to a nail salon. As soon as I walked in I asked how much a full set ,mani pedi and it was just awkward and super rude! My feet were not in the best condition and I was being rushed , they were super mean about my feet! They just made me feel really uncomfortable and I definitely wouldnt recommend or come here again. They rushed and then I mentioned that I wanted fake toenails as well and Im pretty sure I paid for that and she told Me no? It costed 41 $ for her to do a basic pedicure. NOT worth it. Im a reserved, polite, quiet person , and I just dont feel like I got treated right. Rude , rude, RUDE!

Celeste Uribe I wanted to give this place a shot because it’s near my home, it is a very convenient location for me. However, I am very upset for their customer service here. The lady who did my nails was very rude and wanted to rush me at every step. There were no customers waiting to be serviced after me, yet, the lady doing my nails rushed the service on my nails. She was very rude in telling me to hurry up; when she was filing down my nails with the wand she would prolong the wand on my nail that it would burn; I let her know that it was hurting me and she told me that it’s ok that it does not hurt. I walked in with nicely long shaped nails and came out with small uneven shaped nails. The lady did not make sure my nails were all evenly shaped ; she kept saying they were ok. I politely told her that the shape was uneven and still persisted that she was not done and that it was ok. The only good thing I did enjoy from this nail spa is the pedicure I received from another nail technician. She was polite and did a good job with my toes. I really liked that the pedicure came with its own sanitized tools that she would give you to take home and bring back when you return for another pedicure. Overall, I spent in total 82 dollars here and i will not be returning. I have gotten great service at the French nails spa in signal hill and should have gone there instead. For me, it’s not the cost it’s the service I received. The cost did not match the service and quality.

Linda Escobar I had a pleasant experience although I wish they used colored acrylic like for French tips or different designs and not just polish them on. I also would’ve wanted more variety in colors or charms. The price was not really something ($110) I expected and I only because my nail tech was out of town.. I would say only come for something very simple. Other than that staff were nice. Down below I have the picture I showed the lady and what I received, it definitely cold me been worse but it was not what I asked for.

Vianca Rucker This place is overpriced for not so good service, I went to get my hands, feet and lashes done on the 9th of December because I was going on vacation on the 14th, hands and feet turned out great but as you can see from the pictures they didn’t last long, I’ve never had nails pop off so easily like this. The lashes looked good for a second but started falling off the next day, but the salon was closed. I had to wait a day for them to open to redo the lashes, she made them fuller like it should’ve been the first time but again the next day the lashes were falling off. I didn’t wet my lashes for more than 24hrs. They didn’t last 2-3 weeks like I was told, so for them to charge 90 is ridiculous, in total for hands and feet, it was 200. I wont be returning to this overpriced establishment.

Alyssa Marie Ask any girl in Long Beach with perfect nails where she gets them done: it’s always Nails U Love! I am very picky about my nail shape and style, and Nancy gets it right every time. I have been coming here for 5 years now. The salon is very clean, and the staff are all genuinely kind. They offer you water, wine, tea, etc. Fantastic pedicures as well. They prefer cash, so make sure you get some in advance, because there are no ATMs nearby. Highly recommended.

There are many options for service with staff making suggestions as they learn about you. Was even able to get in without a reservation.

tess larsen There are about 4 or more nail salons at 7th and Redondo but I had to pick this one. Never again. I asked for a powder nail removal and a regular manicure - $30 total. The woman who worked on my nails asked me several times about getting gel but I dont want to expose myself to anymore ultra violet rays, so "no" I just want a regular manicure. Apparently this is not okay anymore because she seemed frustrated that I simply wanted a regular manicure. "It will look dirty in two days", etc. I spent an hour in there and gave her a very generous tip. She didnt even say "thank you" but just got out of her chair to leave me there. When my nails dried, and I put on my glasses, I noticed that my nails were very lumpy and the ends on some were rough. They arent even the same length. I went back to talk to the manager who was very nice and said that she would fix them but I dont have any more time to spend there to do this. Lesson learned. I wont ever go back there.

Qiana Brown I got my nails done here for the first time and was very disappointed. My nails were shaped wrong and were falling off by the next day. I came back that week to get them fixed and they asked me who did my nails and when I told them they proceeded to laugh. The manager was rude and also upset but she fixed my nails and they did look way better than when the First Lady did them which I did appreciate. I also saw the manager did steps that the First Lady did not do. The energy was very off and they made me wait a long time even though I made an appointment. I don’t plan to ever go back and I don’t recommend this place for black people either because I do believe they are racist.

N RACIST! DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I got into a car accident at the Ximeno/Atherton intersection and the person that hit me was a white woman in a Tesla. The women of the nail salon inserted themselves into my business while I was CALMLY and POLITELY asking the white woman for her license and insurance (all on video) and hid her from me inside of their salon because she refused to give me her information. They did this because shes white and Im a brown person of color. They were pointing and laughing while doing it as well.

Belle Hickman My mother recommended I try this place out for a manicure and pedicure, so I took time out of my afternoon to go. As it turns out, I made a big mistake. I walked into the nail salon and got no greeting or smiling faces. Instead, I got rude stares, like I was an inconvenience. When I asked for acrylic nails, the lady said my nails are long as it is and I don’t need acrylics. I never asked for her opinion, I asked for a service. Also, it turns out they don’t do acrylics and I could not get my nails and toes done at the same time, even though there were available workers. They completely disregarded me and didn’t even ask about a manicure. Needless to say, it was poor service, poor communication, and rude attitudes. I am never coming back here again!

ashley winters I called this morning to make an afternoon appointment and was able to walk right in and get a chair!! The ladies are all incredibly nice and the shop is well kept!! They have the chairs and tables separated by plexiglass and everything is wiped down after each use. I got a full set and a pedicure and feel like I am in heaven now!! It was very relaxing and the 2 ladies did amazing!! Will definitely be going back!!!

kylie plooster i am not one to write reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. i came in last saturday (it is now tuesday) and have a total of 4 nails completely pop off and 3 more nails lifting. the first nail began to pop off not even a week after i had got them done and more followed. i called right now to ask if i can get them fixed because FOUR have fallen off and they told me $5 per nail, which would come out to $20 for something that was not my fault, insane. when the first nail popped off i thought i would glue it back on to keep my nails looking nice and was sadly disappointed the rest began to fall off faster than my press on nails would. i would’ve been better off buying press ons and doing them myself rather than paying $75 for this. waste of money. while she was doing my nails, the glue continued to fall off and she got very frustrated, so i can’t say i’m surprised they didn’t even last a week. she did a good job with the design, looks exactly like the inspo photo (second photo), but i will never be getting my nails done here again. my pedicure looks amazing though, he did a great job!! i don’t know his name but he was a tall skinny man with black hair. my friend has been coming here for a while with a male nail tech and this has never happened to her, so maybe it was just my nail tech (dory, the owner of the place). if you are looking for a nice looking pedicure, this is your place, but if you’re looking to get acrylics, i would highly recommend finding another place or maybe stick with the male nail techs. And I responded, but last time my total was $120, so you are going to charge me an extra $15? And he didnt respond. John didnt charge me for using my card. I told him Im not tipping Vincent because he already tipped himself by overcharging me but give $5 to Kim for my pedicure. I like the place. But I will be going to John from now on.

monya walker Don’t come here!!!!!!!! I literally waited an hour to get serviced for a fill and a pedicure. My pedicure took an hour then I had to wait to be serviced for a fill which I was informed that it would take another 45 minutes to an hour huh????? How ??????? I’m completely agitated at this point as I watched those who had come after me get serviced and be out without a hitch. I tell the nail tech that I would like them short and to just put regular acrylic with clear polish. She then decides to put opaque acrylic and proceeds to keep my nails the same length. I will never come here I paid $65 for a less than satisfactory pedicure and terrible service.

Dina San I visited this nail salon with my 12-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. First, we had to wait an unusually long time to be seen, which was frustrating. Once we were finally served, the lady who did my nails was friendly and professional, though I didn’t catch her name. However, the nail tech who worked on my daughter’s nails was a completely different story. She was extremely rough with my daughter and had an unprofessional attitude. My daughter was understandably tense, but instead of trying to help her relax, the tech repeatedly slapped her hand down. To make matters worse, she was so harsh that she actually made my daughter bleed during the process. My daughter didn’t tell me about this until we left because she was scared, which really upset me when I found out. Not only was the service uncomfortable, but my daughter’s nails were also poorly done. Overall, I will never return to this salon. I regret tipping the technician, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was an awful experience from start to finish.

Julie Dean Ive been seeing Karen for years and she is GREAT... the Best! The salon is owned and run by a woman who understands customer service, empowers her staff and is fascinating & friendly. Reasonably priced, clean and pleasant. ** UPDATE 1 year later — Still love Karen! Pedis, Manis, shoulder/upper back/head massage!!! Jenny is terrific with my buffed manis too!

Juliann Desmond I needed an acrylic fill & have been dissatisfied with services at other salons so thought I would try Ocean Nail Spa. I was very pleasantly surprised - this place is clean (environment, stations, supplies, instruments). I was accepted immediately for service (thought I might need to make an appt.). Celine did an excellent job (attention to detail, courteous, followed my requests, provided a bottle of water (did not need to ask). I have a follow up appt. with her in a few weeks.

Elizabeth Davis This place is HORRIBLE! The equipment was used and dirty.. Imagine getting married and having these as your nails- THEY ATTEMPT TO PRICE CHANGE-CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I went November 9, 2022 and was charged the posted price of $25 for a full set. I went yesterday for a fill. The lady fixed my clunky lumpy nails and I actually liked the fill. The list says $15 for a fill and when they finished they tried to charge $25 for the fill then I pointed at the sign and asked why a fill costs as much as the full set. I pointed at the Asian man with white hair and said he was the one that did my full set for $25 and he looked at me in my face and LIED saying he didnt give me a full set for $25 less than 2 weeks prior. They tried to say their posted price list us from 20 years ago (again this is their fault for not posting an updated price list. It sounds like they are running a SCAM and charging customers different prices!) I already took out $15 handed it to them, apologized for the misunderstanding and definitely wont be back- I guess someone else will be getting my business every 2 weeks - when I think of how much business they lost being dishonest I almost feel sorry for them (but not really)! I wish I could post a picture of how ugly my nails were!

Tasha Florentz My nails look beautiful. I only for a manicure, because I do not like people touching my feet. The technician was very gentle when she was trimming my cuticles. Not one finger was cut too far and bled. Not one! They were really nice. It was really hot outside and the owner gave us all a nice cold bottled water. It was 13$ for my regular manicure. Will be coming back.

I got sent from Tysons nails and only person here that does good hands is Tammy unfortunately she wasnt in today and the man who worked on my hands didnt make me feel the way I wanted to coming in spending money and you know ladies feeling your me time. I dont like how my right hand came out but its a few touch ups a nail filer can handle. Other than that decent prices.

Okay, so talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone in the salon was so kind & respectful. When you enter they spoke without hesitation. Mimi Immediately made me feel welcome and right at home. Now I’m going to tell you if you don’t plan to spend anymore than you have in mind to do, don’t say much lol because honey Mimi can SALE A PRODUCT do you hear me?! I went in there with intentions of only getting my nails & toes done, by the time I left I’d gotten my eyebrows, eyelashes, nails & toes done all for a very reasonable price. I absolutely love this place. So cute, quaint, & it gives a very welcoming/relaxing vibe. ***My only suggestion would be to add complimentary wine otherwise, it’s truly a hidden gem. You won’t be disappointed. I came here the evening before my vacation. I had been running around all week & totally forgot to get my nails done. I also had my toddler with me. They welcomed us both with open arms they even gave him a lollipop to keep him cool and calm lol! My pedicure was phenomenal! She did such a great job and was very precise with cleaning, cutting, and polishing. I didn’t get my nails done due to time, but I will for sure be revisiting in the future.

Bruna Bulinckx Pedicure was good but the service on my gel x was very low quality. They dont have the pre-shaped coffin gel x tips so the shaping was off. Turned out to be more of square shaping. Gel application was too thick, uneven, and lumpy in some spots. Showed the lady a picture of dark red nails and she wanted to put dark purple instead. Tried this place one other time and decided to give a second chance but disappointed both times and will not be returning.

Rosemary Pattison I was looking for a nail shop close to home a friend said try Bleu nails so I did on Wednesday never again.i had a pedicure and a so called fill.very disappointed in all the lady that did my pedicure didnt even pumice my feet it lasted like five minutes. The paint Job on my toes were horrible. Very expensive for what I recieved I dnt no if she is licensed but dont let her do a pedicure on you name..,, Kathy,, , the nail tech, was nice but messed up my nails the paint job and shape is disgusting I wanted narrow tapered square instead I dont have a name for it ..and then they exspect big tips and i tiped excellent forthe disgusting job I recieved. I saw in the owners face she was disappointed as well.and knew I didnt like the work or my nails. I will never be returning I will tell my friends to.i got ripped off 120 dollars for a disgusting job...thats how you lose good customers. not giving them what they ask for.thanks again for nothing. , Bella,,,,,,,,

Destiny Prescott Came in here the week before my birthday for a gel x set and gel pedicure + a gel mani pedi for my daughter … both came out beautiful … the service was great and the staff was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Even with there short staff the day we visited they were super efficient. Will definitely be a regular now.

TOM SANETTI Just ate some WingStop (across the street) and noticed I really needed a manicure. Bleu Nails Lounge was across the street so I stopped in. They were busy, but got me in right away. The massage chair was great, lots of options to relax after a stressful week. The lady up front, Tina, said she was the new owner and was very nice. She gave me a cold drink and the while I waited I noticed that the shop was nice and clean. The other girl (can’t remember her name) gave me a great manicure, followed by the always welcoming massage part. I got my extra 15 mins because, why not! The prices were cheap compared to what I normally pay in HB, the people were super friendly, got a free cold drink, the shop is clean and the massage was sooooo nice. If you are in Long Beach, 7th Street and Redondo, stop in for a cool drink, nice people and a great manicure.

Cheyenne I went to the this nail shop 2 weeks ago from today. I got gel and usually my gel lasts a month if needed, but my gel only lasted 2 weeks and it’s already chipping off. I called the nail shop and informed the owner of it and she hung up in my face when I was trying to explain to her what happened. I should have knew this wasn’t going to be a good pedicure because the lady who did my toes didn’t even know how to do them.

Sanni M omg yesterday I went with my friend to get my hair done since they were supposedly professionals and I asked how I wanted my hair to be one color and they did it with highlights that I didnt ask them to do and more than anything they burned my hair it wasnt the style or color that she asked for. I told the stylist that the chemical is hot and he didnt do anything but they mistreated my hair and more than anything they are not nice. The stylist said that each body has different reactions. But I would have liked him to have explained to me that he couldnt do it, my hair came out all damaged and burned and my hair is falling out. I would like my money back for the damages.

Meagan McCorkle Ill start by saying Ive been a die hard Japanese softgel user for YEARS. I generally see the same nail tech for years at a time and was very comfortable and well versed in the soft gel products my previous nail tech used. Sadly she went out of biz and with a recent move to LBC I was excited to try this high rated nail spot.... however when I showed up for my appt with grown out soft gel on my nails you wouldve thought I had personally insulted Donnies mother or something. She looked at my nails in a disgusted manner and accused me of having hard gel on my nails. I told her that I was adamant about my previous nail artist never using hard gel on my nails because it really messes them up. She berated me for showing up with anything on my nails and told me that she had a severe allergy which was clearly listed on her website. I never saw any such mention of any such allergy. However, I did not have any hard gel acrylic or dip powder on my nails so I figured I would be fine to come in. After about 10 minutes back-and-forth trying to convince her that I knew what I was talking about she basically concluded that we wouldnt be doing a service. I was very frustrated after waiting almost a month for this appointment and then to be treated so rudely and shown out so quickly, Im really shocked that this woman is still in business. Its a shame that people with greater talents and much better customer service skills are no longer in business but this wacko is still getting steady clients. Nail art lovers beware-they are not so nice at hey nice nails.

Von Hefflin I visited this place a while ago and I loved it. They were really nice and though I didnt have an appointment they got me in. I had my nails done for my wedding and I absolutely loved them and my toes. I couldnt get any extreme designs because it was last minute. The only thing is that they are pretty expensive. I got gel nails and a pedicure and it was $60. Hey its downtown so thats what I expected.

T SYN (Syn T) I needed the color to be changed and it was already super late. I called them at 730? Ish. They close at 8 and still took me in. A few imperfections nothing major. Kind of pricey for being in the hood. The lady kept burning me on the edges as she was trying to rush. My fault for being a last minute customer. Would use them again if I am in a pinch. Cost was $22 for a gel nail color change.

Nayyy .marieee I had a terrible experience today, I waited for TT as I was getting my nails done. She said it would take an hour, the person doing my nails took over an hour and 30 minutes for a simple short set French tip and he could not paint worth a damn. Another woman had to come and redo my nails because they looked, so uneven and terrible. Because he took so long TT put somebody else in my place so she was doing a pedicure and someone else’s nails, I decided to leave and not be the third client that she was juggling. I would not recommend they cannot do any updated styles. They are nice, but it is not worth the price and the time you spend there . .

JaySee It seems like my job was rushed, gel paint was left on my cuticles, and the paint is really uneven. I can only speak for the nail tech I got. Hopefully the others are better. I don’t think I’ll be coming back

laniya davis DO NOT GO HERE! They were nice however the person doing my nails messed up painting on my gel on my right thumb (third pic). Another thing the SECOND DAY MY RING NAIL BROKE! Idk what they use but it’s not it. It’s day 7 and I only have 7 nails and one of them hurts super bad to the point I’m scared I have infection . I’m so disappointed. I cut my right hands nails do I can start to remove them today. Paid 60$ for nothing.
