Alyssa Kaufman Where do I even begin? I came in looking to get a regular pedicure and dip nails with an extention for one broken nail and came out with it all exceeding my expectations. Good luck figuring out which of my nails is the broken one, because Nikki such a good job with sizing and filing the extention! I also started out with a painful ingrown and it was cleaned up so nicely that I can now walk without pain. Please please check this place out because it is so worth it and the prices are unbeatable! Christie T Clean Nail Salon. Came on a Saturday early evening and it was not busy. Affordable prices, me and my sister both chose the Deluxe Spa Pedicure for $35. We had Gel on our toes so it was an extra $5 charge for gel removal as we were in somewhat a rush and didn’t have time for a gel treatment. We were both greeted upon arrival & were seated immediately. Nikki & Anne both took their time and thoroughly cleaned our feet. I love when I get a good scrub on my feet and Anne did just that. The hot towel feels amazing and the scrub they use for exfoliating made my feet not only feel amazing but it smells amazing too. With the $35 pedicure comes with a massage which is always a plus. They also have a $25 pedicure that is more like a “On-the-go” pedi which I love too! Highly recommend this place, they are a full service nail salon & they also do Lash extensions by Christine (who is also so friendly) for $90. I will be back for that for sure!

Kimberly Carson Do not get fake nails here! In preparation for a vacation for the weekend, I got a gel x manicure at this place on a Wed and they looked great. However, within 3 days, I had 3 separate nails pop off easily. The 1st one I was able to fix before my vacation because I have a kit at home (I normally do my own gel x nails), but 2 additional finger nails popped off while on vacation, so I couldnt fix it. My hands looked horrible, and I paid all that money so I could have pretty hands on this trip. I went back to the salon on Mon to show them my nails and request a refund, but they refused saying they dont do refunds. They lady was telling me that it is normal for nails to pop off, but I have never had a nail pop off before from professional salons. They did offer to fix my nails, but by this point the vacation was done (which was the point of getting my nails done) and I didnt trust that they would do a good job since they messed it up so badly the first time.

Great customer service, family run business. Funny Bunny Nails is my new go to. Ask about their massage palor too. We are headed there next.

Kate Vasquez Tom was the sweetest and best nail tech I could ask for! He was so kind and did amazing work. Almost no wait time and everyone in the building was kind and attentive to my every need. Definitely my new go to salon. Oh did I mention they offer a glass of champagne during your service. 12/10 will recommend to everyone.

Sara Zidan Terrible experience with this place I asked for eyebrows and lip and chin waxing she literally cut my skin off i was bleeding from my chin. Aggressively removing wax off she was so rude when I asked her how much would it cost me?she said I am not the owner here! I was about to do pedicure too but I left cause I was hurt pissed and speechless to figure out when I look at myself in the mirror it’s not red it’s blood. Glad I didn’t do pedicure while already 2 men are working and the other 2 ladies just chilling.

Ilene Quezada For a $70 pedicure, I had higher expectations. Especially with this being my first time coming to this salon. I was first sat in a chair that had cold water for 15 minutes until a nice man came and checked on me and made it hot. During the pedicure I noticed the lady made the nails on my big toes crooked so I asked if she could fix it. She filed it but once was all done and polished, they were still crooked.. that’s also when I noticed pretty much every toe nail was crooked. not only was the nails crooked, the polish job was sloppy and flooded in my big toe cuticle, at the end I could tell she noticed the polish and tried to file to “fix” but its gel, so filing my skin did nothing but hurt me. The Salon is very nice inside and was hoping to like this place

Aliana playz This was my first time visiting Ranch Nails Spa, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t start on a great note due to the receptionist at the front desk. She was unfriendly and unprofessional. When I walked in, instead of greeting me, she was more focused on coloring her hair with powder dye (her hair is pink and black). I stood there for a moment before she finally said, “Check in,” without looking up and continued with her task. She seemed irritated that I had interrupted her. I also wasn’t aware that I had to enter my phone number and name, and her lack of communication made the process confusing. Honestly, I was very close to leaving after that encounter. Thankfully, the nail techs, Vivian and Don, completely turned my experience around. They were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job on my nails. They truly understand the importance of good customer service, which made up for the poor first impression. Customer service is everything, and the receptionist could benefit from additional training to reflect the level of care the rest of the team provides.

Janiya Williams Service was really nice. Front desk was awesome. Tiffany did a really good job on my acrylic nails. My pedicure was outstanding. Did not get the lady who did my pedicure but she was awesome. It was peace and quiet and very refreshing. Would definitely go back a second time

Nadya Bahena This might be a long review: I was a customer for almost eleven years. My family and I will not be coming back here ever. The last time I went, Lina did my acrylic nails. I asked for a simple french tip design on oval nails. The last few times, I noticed that she does everything so rushed and it was no different this last time. She hurried through shaping my nails, leaving a few of them looking like squovals. I did not say anything because I thought she would fix them but she did not. Then came the french tip design time. She did horrible french tip ends and I again thought she would fix them. I am not a confrontational person so it took a lot in me to ask her to fix them and when I did she immediately became upset. She said it was my fault for not choosing and easier design and asking rudely if this made me happy. I had previously shown her the image I wanted and asked if she could do them if not I would wait for Vivian, she said yes it’s a very easy and simple design. I started to choke on my tears and just let her angrily do her job. She pulled and pushed my hands very harshly after I asked her to fix the nail. Although I do not speak Vietnamese, I could tell she was peaking ill about me to her fellow salon workers. She blamed me for not showing her the picture but she never asked for my phone or take a picture like Vivian or Henry do. I just wanted her to finish because I was going to cry. When she finished, she said are you happy now and pushed my hands. I paid and drove home crying because I felt so hurt by their treatment. Despite feeling very hurt and sad, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt in their service. I called and asked for an appointment and asked if they could reshape and fix the nails and explained the situation hoping that they would say yes they would be happy too. Insertad, Henry brushed me off and said I could try and come in because they were not going to take my appointment- Monday through Wednesday is always with appointments. I shared that I have been a loyal customer for years and they brushed me off.

Stephanie Fitivale I’m a frequent visitor, i come every 2 weeks for 2 years now. I always leave happy and feeling great. They all know me and Im comfortable asking for different lengths or thickness and they accommodate no rudeness at all. In the last 2 years I’ve broken one nail, on a camping trip (my fault) and they repaired no cost. I bring my family here and always refer others without negative feedback. You need to communicate just like any other service, they can’t read minds.

She rushed me and didn’t even care to ask if everything was okay she left and started working on another client. My mom told the girl that was working on her that she didn’t like one of the nails and if she could please redo it and she ignored her till my mom said she was never coming back and even then she just painted over the nail leaving air bubbles.

Donquiè J Horrible experience here. I was charged $50 for these French tips. The lady doing my nails didn’t know what she was doing at all. When she first put my acrylics on they were two different sizes. It took her 2 hours just to finish my toes. If you get pedicure it’s best to request Lisa or the male because the other lady was horrible.

Michelle Stanley I went in for a mani and pedi - the lady who did my pedi was gentle and was not rushing gel toenails came out good. However the gel nails was a disappointment. I was rushed into picking a gel color and the owner comes and tells me here u know what your looking for pick this color I do this one all the time - I told her it was too light she showed me another mixture of gel color I told her I did not want it bright nor dark (red) she insisted a no d so I hesitantly said yes. She asked my the stay of acrylic I told her square with round edges . At the end I hated the color and my nails were super squared with no round edges. My fault did not speaking up and telling her no . I won’t come back again ,

Brittney Dawn Christine does my lash clusters and they look super good and best price around! Kim does my dipping powder nails. Its hard to find a place thatll do a fill on dipping powder. Most places you have to get a whole new set every two weeks which really adds up. The pricing is very reasonable. The work is quality. Ive never had an issue. Vickie Wilken My mom and I both had pedicures 6/5/24. The service was great. The pedicures were the best one my mom had in a many years. The best one I ever had. They cut our toe nails short just like we wanted. No other places would do this. If I wasnt moving out of state I most definitely would be going back for life.

By val Pinon 2nd visit: Please dont go here if you like your nails. I came back to this nail salon because they did a good job the first time. This time was very different. I came in for a full set and called before I came. It was dead silent when I walked in and I felt uncomfortable. No one wanted to do my set even though several nail technicians were completing their clients jobs. After waiting for 30 minutes a man started my set. The owner was pouring tequila shots to clients. I told him exactly what I wanted and showed him photos of inspiration. He said there was one person who could do designs. She heard him and refused. So I went with a basic black. When he was still filling I told him the nails were too think and he agreed. He said hed file them down. I insisted on regular polish but he said no. So he put gel on my nails. I told him I had to leave at 5:45 because I had an appointment. I ended up staying till after 6pm making me late. I was there for almost 2 hours by the time I left. They turned out so bad. $50 total. 1st visit: Took my friend here for her birthday and they did not disappoint. I asked for regular white polish on my toes and baby blue gel for my manicure. My total was $50. They did an excellent job and everything was very clean. They used a bag in the pedicure station with sanitized utensils. I was serviced right away and they took about an hour total. 10/10 would recommend this nail salon. Thank you Leon and Tim.

bre` love My appointment got cancelled not once but twice when booking with Nelsey. First it was done through the booking site then the day of less than two hours before my nail appointment she text me saying she had a carpal tunnel flare up. Okay I get that! BUT YOU POST VIDEOS ON INSTAGRAM doing pull ups at the gym lol shows you weren’t trying to take that appointment to begin with. Don’t ask for my availability then not response to my text letting me know rather or not you can do it those days. My appointment was Friday and my Birthday trip is Sunday so I’m very short on making any appointments with another nail tech that can do fun cute nails at this point. Basically ruined my birthday weekend I was unable to get my nails done and still not rescheduled another appointment at this point. I will NEVER book again with this place. If you have plans don’t even think about booking with Nelly she’s clearly flaky because she rather cancel appointments to work out than make her money. But to each it’s own I just think that was a VERY INCONSIDERATE thing to do.

I am always happy with my service and my daughter loves her nails so much! I go for a basic gel manicure but my daughter likes the acrylics. It isn’t easy for me to find a place that caters to both regular manicures and/or acrylics. Thank you for staying consistent with your incredible customer service.

Lorraine Avalos Chloe is an excellent manicurist. She does everything possible to please a customer. This is my second visit and plan to return again. No pressure for add ons. Plus so kind and sweet. The salon is clean and presentable and everyone who works there are also very kind.

Claudia Guerrero Came in to do my nails last minute without any appointment. I thought I was going to have a long wait, but luckily there wasnt a wait and I was seated with Mia right away. The place is bigger than I remember I think they extended the salon after the Waffles place next door closed. They have a lot of pedicure chairs, so I dont think they have a long wait for that. My nail tech Mia was friendly and caring when working on my nails. She noticed a sensitive area and was very gentle. I did Gel X Extensions because several nails broke and I had to cut them all the way down. With the extensions Im still able to allow my nails to grow and have a little length. They have two lengths for extensions and there is an extra charge for the longer ones. I choose the smaller ones so they look more natural. They have a lot of colors to choose from, and they even told me that can even do a fill when they grow out a little bit. Mia was fast but very detailed and made sure each extension was placed correctly, cut to the size and filed to the shape I wanted. All the nails look uniform in color and thickness of the coats. While I was getting my nails done I was offered a drink, they have mimosas, plain juice or water. The only thing to note, Mia was also the receptionist and had to take the calls as she was doing my nails. Just a heads up as I know a lot of people dont like that. Regardless of her taking calls, my nails still came out looking great, she multi-tasked and it didnt really affect the time spent on my nails. I was in and out in an hour and spent under $60 with tips included.

AJ New Update: Decided to try here again, with ling and the other lady that i cant remembered her name. And the passed weekend i came back, there were many new people work here. Like 3 more. The whole 2hrs i was there, i heard they were talking so so so much bad stuff and cuss in vietnamese. Oh btw they asked me if im vietnamese, i said no. But i know vietnamese i just dont want to talk so much while im doing my nails. I just want to enjoy my "me time". So i feel like i hear they telling each other how bad is the other lady didnt tip him enough this that about tipping. I think amy and david are husband and wife. They tell customer give 5 stars and keep telling people where he used to work and which that nails shop is super nearby. I was like are they serious talking how they amy david also tina quite and work here all together at yaya. That tells everything! They just pure mean and evil people. Im scare to get my nails done with them. I never seen such a vicious person like this while doing someone nails and talks bad in front of them just because they think they dont understand their language. Ugh i wished they should just stop their mouth talking like that, i just want to enjoy my "me time". For all that just 2 for ling and other lady. If i came back ill just put my headset on with music maybe it will help me relax instead of hearing their 3 people ill intentions. I was driving around the town with my sister and came across to this new nail salon...she said she wants to try this new place. So i took her there. We walked in and there was 2 lady greeted us. They are pretty friendly. My sister decided to get gel manicure and pedicure. I didnt get anything did here since i just got mine done couple days ago. They were really nice... everything done ok in good timely manner. But after 3 days later her nails starting to chip and there was a little bubble here and there... we noticed it before but dont want to make it a big deal... seems like the quality is pretty bad... Service here was friendly and great, but definetly not good quality...

Nancy Zapien This place is amazing! Acrylic here is done in a very professional manner. The designs are always legit. I have searched for nail spas near me that will give as good as quality in acrylic but i havent found one. Kim also does eyelashes, ask her about the individuals, they last longer than clusters and look very normal.

Araceli Godinez Only reason they get a 2 star was because she was able to take out my ingrown toenails so thank you but she cut them too short and she painted them so ugly total was $40 so not bad I gave a $5 tip bc I really needed my ingrown out but I would just look somewhere else for a pedicure didn’t take their time to paint the nails right my feet look dry af. Also I barely got up and she said $40 and she didnt even let me walk to the desk to pay like if I was going to walk out like chill.

Michael Ali Needed to take care of my feet and the local shop near me closes early so I saw this shop and gave them a try. The place is very well maintained and clean. The ladies are helpful and friendly. I decided to also get a manicure while I was also getting a pedicure. They worked on my feet like they were trying to revive the dead. (yep Ive neglected my foot care ) she was determined to get it all cleaned up for me. She noted that my skin was very dry and needed extra care. She applied a Shea butter cream to my legs and feet which felt so good.. and of course she sold me a can for home. She also noted that I had terrible fungal growth on my toenails. She gave me a free sample of some medicine that would sure to clear it up if I keep on it and continue to applying it every day. Definitely will be à repeating client. Although I suggest that you bring cash with you. ( they take plastic for a surcharge) and they also have (2) ATM machines there ( they also charge a $3.00 fee ) I tipped both ladies and thanked them for everything. Pedicure was $40. The manicure was $20.00

Katrina Sanders I used to come to this shop all the time when Jen still worked there and I came in last Sunday and got acrylics and Im Very sad I didnt speak up when I was there. My nails look horrible. I need them completely redone now. They are way too thick and not even shaped well at all. I let it go because I was just trying to enjoy an afternoon with my daughter. They had 1 lady do the acrylic and another do the shape and paint

Shop Easy I’ve been going here for years. Normally does a great job if you specifically work with Jason! However, the staff that works on Sundays really do a poor job making sure the quality of the nails aren’t rushed. Every time I visit, My Le makes passive aggressive remarks during the session and does a poor job at nails in general. Also, be sure to ask for a receipt. The Deluxe Spa is shown as $35 and was charged $50 on the receipt w/ no detail on the additional cost. I’ve never had a poor experience until now. Normally I don’t mind however much I have to pay for a great quality, but today I was extremely dissatisfied.

Not sure how other places do pedicures but for the starting price of $16 you dont get your feet scrubbed, its an extra $5. I did think the staff was very friendly, fairly quick and did a good job! Total for gel full set and pedicure w/ scrub $68, and they take debit.

She did not shape them well and left acrylic on my fingers. Paying even $1 dollar for these nails should be a crime. They did offer to “fix” them but after sitting there for 2 hours I don’t have time to be there another 2 hours. Kelly was her name, she seemed to be in a hurry, she cut me twice and did not even bother with my cuticles. It took her 23 minutes to do my pedicure that’s $1.13 dollars per minute !! Matthew and Ian This place for the most part had good customer service, they greet you at the door, make light conversation but as far as the work, I was not very happy with how the nails turned out. The tech, Loan, that started with my acrylics was friendly and was listening to my requests but he switched to start w/ the next client. The lady that filed and polished my nails did not do a nice job. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a white coat with a USA NAIL embroidered on the coat. When I told her that I was afraid the nails will turn out lumpy because the nail polish was very thick she said that happens because the nails are not even and so I gave her the benefit of the doubt . Funny thing is that a woman getting her pedicure done behind me was telling the tech that her nails looked lumpy and bubbly and she didn’t want to complain but the nails looked bad. So I turned over and asked her about it and I told her that is what I was seeing with my nails but that they assured me it was because the nails were uneven. So I still need to find out why that is but I don’t think I will come back again. I paid $28, she said it was $2 for shaping my nails plus a $1 fee for debit. I’ll keep looking for nicer work for the price. Thank you!

Stephanie H. I was in town visiting my mother for a few days and found this page on Google. I called and told them Id be bringing my mom in, and we both needed fills. I asked for the owner Cindy, but she wasnt working that day. So we came in, and my mom went to Jack. I had to wait, so I went next door to get my eyebrows threaded (great place next door), in the middle of my threading, my hubby comes and tells me that Cindy was waiting for me. Im like, "what?" Anyway, Cindy heard I asked for her and came in just to do my nails.... and she did an amazing job and actually fixed some issues I had with the previous set without me even telling her. Not only that, compared to Atlanta, the prices were excellent! Whenever I come to visit (every other month), I will be coming here. (Picture is 2 weeks later)

Kellie Marie Your experience differs greatly depending on who you get. My first experience was amazing ! The guy who did my nails was personable and very skilled. 10/10 ! The next time, however, I got someone who rushed through the fill. The paint was streaky and the cuticles messy. I could tell he didnt want to be doing them. The nail art looked like it was done by a 5 year old. Because if this inconsistency, I wont be returning.

Punk Rock Wife Do NOT go here. I brought my elderly mom and when we walked in the one employee that was available was eating her lunch (which I totally get everyone is entitled to have their lunch. When my mother decided to just get a pedicure the woman that was eating got so mad (because we interrupted her lunch). She pointed to the chair and told my mom "Over there". Then she said "I have to put my lunch away now". Then she filled the tub with water, and when my mom put her feet in she yelled "ow" the lady had put hot water only in her tub then after my mom said it was hot she put cold water. I continuously told my mom lets go I will find another place, but she wanted to stay Im assuming because she is elderly and has arthritis in her knees it is very hard for her its a mission for her to get from point A to point B. I did pay for the service but I did not give her a tip and I told my mother that I am never taking here there again. I am definitely doing more research before taking my mom anywhere else. Lesson learned.

Vivian Guzman I have never posted a review for any establishment I’ve visited even if it was bad. But I feel obligated to warn everyone. I’ve had my nails done for 20 plus years and have never had a problem as bad as this one.I have exclusively had my nails done here for a year and a half. This place gave me nail fungus on three nails. I had a Dr’s appointment, because of this, I now have to take medication for 6 weeks, in three weeks I have to get my liver scanned to ensure the medicine isn’t hurting my liver. Please please please don’t visit this nail salon. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was ignored but then an employee told me that the manager would be off for several months as he is in Vietnam and couldn’t tell me when he will return. I was then given medical advice from a nail tech, who told me that our skin turns yellow in the winter time and to not worry about my nails turning colors because that’s what happens in winter. Mind you it’s October and 85 degrees outside.

yesenia s I went in today around 5:10pm to get a gel pedicure. They sit me down with an older lady. She starts removing my old polish with her little machine aggressively, then proceeds to go in with a nail file. At that point I jumped from the pain. She laughed it off. She then states I have “baby toes” and “delicate skin”. Listen Ive been coming here for about 2 years for my pedicure. Issues only started recently and have been telling myself to go somewhere else. She literally shaved down 8 out of 10 toes down raw. Almost to the skin, I saw it and felt it when she added alcohol. I advised I wanted to stop pedicure and pay. All she had done was remove polish and started to do callus removal. I had to tell her to stop multiple times as I didnt want to complete pedicure. She asked if I wanted a polish, I said no. If alcohol was hurting my toes, what would nail polish do? I asked to pay expecting it to be discounted or the lesser costing one as I didnt get a full pedicure. She charged me the full $33.50 and states it’s the price with no gel!! NO GEL? I had no polish at all, I didnt complete the service. All other employees turned a blind eye and acted like nothing happened. This just proved to me its time to look for a new place. Unless you have a regular, I dont recommend just sitting with anyone.

Zayra Saka I got my nails done for Mother’s Day. I got gel x and nail polish was gel to last longer. But with in 3 days my nail chipped. I thought gel was supposed to last way longer than 3 days! Pretty upsetting because you can get a refill with gel x , I would have to get my nails done all over again and it’s not cheap. If my nails would have chipped so early I would have given 5 stars. Not to mention my index fingernail is crooked. I told the girl but she just filed but it didn’t fix the problem.

Cindy T I got Gel X and im on my second week. The application was poor and my nails are lifting. My hair is getting stuck on the nails. The gel glue was on my cuticle. Im sure if i tried to pop them off they will come off. I had an appointment for 9am and the nail techs were late (it seems common) and i had to wait until they arrived. I went before work so my time was limited. I always come here but it is time to look for a different place. Poor application and inconsiderate of your time.

Jane Westmoreland I saw some nice nail art on Google and thought I would try them out… not a good choice… I wanted the clear nails with butterflies and she really painfully pulled off my old set and all my new nails are crooked, different sizes, cloudy, acrylic on my cuticles and uneven. I paid $75 for new set but am upset over how many cuts are on my fingers and very sore fingers…

Walk ins are welcome, hence my pedicure. It wasn’t busy at all but the staff there seemed great and friendly. They do have magazines and even a small basket of toys.

Mochi Love I wasn’t planning on do this but at this point I think I have to. I used to go here and the very first time I ever went here, getting a pedicure, they would cut all the way up the sides of my toenails. And ever since I’ve had problems. And they’d cut so my cuticles that my big toes would burn and itch so insanely bad. I haven’t been here in MONTHS, probably since summer 2023. And I am still dealing with the aftermath of how they cut my nails. I have intense throbbing pain in my toes and no amount of anything helps fix my toes. Do NOT let nail tech’s cut the sides of your toenails making a coffin shape!!! Also NOT to let them cut so much cuticle, cuticles protect our toes and fingers from INFECTIONS. Only cut excess!!! NOT ALL. Plus they would always make my toes bleed and I swear I would tell them not to cut the sides and they would do it anyway. Unless they start doing proper techniques, I would be careful to come here.

OFELIA RAMIREZ This is the first time Ive gotten my nails done here. I asked for a full GelX set and a pedicure. I chose the deluxe pedicure it was amazing. Probably one of the best pedicures Ive got in years, definitely worth the $60. I also got a full set of Gel X and although I did have an issue the first time around. I was able to speak with V on the following business day. She offered me to come in and get my nails fixed however when I arrived the and the staff when above and beyond with their customer service. V insisted on fixing all my set, which I was really surprised by and not expecting at all. She and the staff made me feel comfortable. Also was given a gift certificate, which I tried to refuse because I felt like they had already did enough however V insisted. I am super happy that We were able to work it out and will definitely be return here. PS: They have a 72 hour policy from the time you get your service if anything goes wrong they will fix it which I didnt know before today.

Averil Campbell Never going to this location again. First time I went and got talked into Gel-X nails. The First Lady (usually the one who greets and directs customers where to go) sat me down to do my nails. She was using the wrong size nails to cover my nail bed, then was very heavy handed and kept making mistakes. A very young girl who spoke fluent English and some man who handed me water started watching her hand the kept pointing and saying things back and forth in front of me. Finally, she stopped and passed me on to a man. He seemed more talkative and let me know everything he was doing. HE helped end that visit on a more positive note. Today, I went to get my nails done again. This time I was with another man in the 2nd row next to the wall. He was VERY heavy handed with everything. Started making one of my nails burn with the file, then really filed my skin next to my nails, especially the thumb on my left hand, my middle finger on my right, and others. He also was applying acrylic to my Gel-X and I questioned him the whole time. He just continued applying so I called help over. The young girl was there again and spoke with me. After that, they all were talking back and forth all around the salon, the ladies doing the pedicures as well. Only parts I could understand were “Gel-X” and “Acrylic”, but finally the girl came to me and let me know they’ve never had acrylic on gel-X, and to call if there is a problem that arises. I was so upset looking at my nails as I left… even as I look at the messed up ones now. I will not be returning.

Crystal Hernandez Terrible work! They do not care about their customers! I got a full set Gel X and the work was so bad. She did not match my nail bed well with the actual nail so they were lifted and my hair kept getting stuck on my nails, very annoying. I didn’t get the name of the lady who did them). I had to go back today and redo them with Mei and she also did a terrible job on top of being extremely rude and mean, she kept stabbing her nails into my skin, and while buffing my nails she kept “accidentally” buffing my skin, some of my nails are shorter and some are long. This is ridiculous! If I could give them zero stars I would. They are so close to home which is why I always give them the benefit of the doubt, but this will be the last time I ever go there!!! I am extremely upset of how Mei treated me and very unhappy with my new set. Now, it’s no wonder why this place is always empty.

Emma did my deluxe manicure and hand massage. Both were very gentle and great with their techniques as well. Both ladies and Tony, the manager were very welcoming into their clean environment and friendly too, treated me very special. I love this place!

Rhyan Robinson The first time I came it was really nice. I liked my pedicure a lot I only get regular polish on my natural toenails. The second time I came asking for the same thing. I know I asked for a stress relief pedicure with regular polish. The whole process was not the same at all. The pedicurist was mumbling and not giving me clear questions. Next thing I know, she’s applying acrylic to my big toe. I have never asked for acrylic on my big toe. The first time she asked what color I wanted, I said a baby pink. She gave me two choices for regular polish and I picked one. The second time the woman had me pick from the gel book, even though I told her I didn’t want gel. She insisted I pick from the book. I picked a nude color, but the polish she put turned out to be almost yellow. My usual $35 pedicure ended up being almost $50. Next time I go I will ask them to remove the acrylic and get a regular pedicure like last time. Make sure you understand what they are asking and tell them what you want clearly so there’s no confusion.

Kyra Writsman I found Ardent on Instagram. They recommended that I see their “pro” gel-x. I sent her a text and she asked for an inspo picture. I sent her a literal video on how this girl did her nails and I wanted it exactly like that. Not only did she not use the correct base color but she completely changed her process from what was in the video I sent her… I’ve attached the video I wanted and the pictures of my nails… Also might add that I sat there soaking off for almost 45 mins while she finished someone else’s nails. My fingers were so dry and cracked from sitting there in acetone for so long. AND I told her that I have high skin under my nails and not to cut too short because she will clip my skin. She of course did not listen and clipped two of fingers while cutting down my nails… she mixed chrome gel with black polish and didn’t even mix it right so it was clumpy and weird, as you can see my heart are not smooth and they’re bumpy and very ugly. One of the heart even has a huge bubble that she didn’t bother to mend. She didn’t even get chrome over all of the black that she used and can see black peeking out. She also used WAYYYYY too much gel to adhere the tips to my nails and it leaked under to my actual nails and it was hella burning while curing. The excess gel under my nails should have been cleaned off but nope it’s just sitting there under my nails. Also can’t it see that well but she used airbrush instead of powder to create the pink look in the middle and it smeared all over the place. It’s not even a pink circle in the middle of my nails it’s streaks. So disappointed in this work considering she was supposedly a gel-x pro. DO NOT COME HERE… I paid $95 for this set because she gave me a “special” price for my first time and tbh NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Jessica Munoz Nail design was super bad and she charged me $140 for this. If you couldn’t do it then you could of told me. Telling me that you took almost 3 hours because it’s what I wanted it wrong. Never coming here again.

Mackenzie Afdem I would do zero stars if that were an option. I am visiting from another state & broke 2 nails handling luggage on my flight. When I walked in to get them fixed, I was asked if I had been there before and I said no because I dont live here but just need 2 fixed- easy right? The woman was SO rude. I asked if she could help me match color because the brand of polish was the exact same as at home and she said no. I asked if I could see the colors and she pointed and said "go look". She had to take 2 broken nails off and did with 0% care- so so painful. When I sat down and she painted the color (that was the same brand/name from home), I noticed it wasnt the same color and when I asked if she had one that is closer she said "Im not the owner". Zero percent helpful and so rude. The other women not working sat and stared. Another woman walked in to get her nails done & they stared at her and she said nothing/awkwardly sat down. A man came in to promote his AC business and no one said anything to him despite him being nice and wanting to offer service. He awkwardly walked out of the salon. No customer service and completely unwelcoming. Dont waste your time or money entering this place.

Bri Lopez Worst pedicure of my life! I should have not even been charged the $30 I paid. Took 1:30 min to do a pedicure with 2 min massage. I went in for a deluxe pedicure. I told the lady I have back problems and couldn’t sit for long. The pedicure water was cold I told her and she said just wait. It never got hot. When I looked down when she was done my nails were horrible! She did 3 coats of gel, cut nails uneven, and cut me so every time she used nail remover she burned me. She was about to start massage and I was like no they look messed up, thick and uneven. She got mad and started removing polish just from big toes to fix it took her another 20 min to do 2 big toes. At this point I was in pain from the cuts. She filed the toe nail polish to the point where the drill burned my nail. At that point I told he I don’t want the massage and don’t want to be charged for massage I didn’t get. I told the owner I was very unhappy and don’t want massage I had been there for 1 hour and 20 min he said he would take off $5 at that point I went back to get the 15 min massage bc $5 off was not reasonable and she only massaged me for 2 min bc she said I had back problems she wasn’t doing 15 min or hot towel. The shop was very empty only me and another lady. All the lady’s started taking and laughing in there language which made me uncomfortable . The lady across asked me in Spanish what happened and I told her. Honestly I will never go back. My nails are horrible! When I was leaving she said she would do them again. I did not have more time and had no confidence she would do them nicer a third time. Full nail not even painted. I did not get her name but she was an older lady with shot hair and hearing aids

Colleen Alvarez First time here and they are sooooo rude! Wow! I came in for a fill an pedicure. The lady took off one of my nails and wanted to charge me for nail repair . And argued with me that it was my fault she cut the mail off, I just got these nails done 2 weeks ago. They also took a walk in for pedicure even though I asked if we could do at the same time . She said yes but that did not happen. Please make sure u look At the prices because they will up charge u ! The lady at front argued with me about the prices and my complaints about the other nail tech. I didn’t get one laugh or smile or friendly response until I said i would have to do a review. Horrible customer service and my nails look terrible

He’s very talented and detailed and made sure all my nails were perfect. I’m very happy with my nails and will be coming back.

Lesley Hartz I hate to say it, but this was the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. I hate to write bad reviews but this couldnt go unmentioned. All I wanted was a gel manicure, and wanted to get a light neutral color the woman told me no I should get a French manicure like I had before and I said I wanted something different this time. After she cut me 3 times and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting a little bit of nail powder on top of my broken nail that she didnt happen to see and I had to point out, she proceeded to still paint my nails French manicure and I had to tell her again no I would like the color that I told you I wanted. She was just very abrupt and would almost lightly hit my hand instead of just tapping it to put it under the dryer. Also she didnt even pay attention to the shape of my nails, some are square and some rounded. Just overall very bad, and rude experience. Thank goodness I only paid 20 bucks, well 21 after the credit card fee. Very unhappy customer.

Andrea Serrano Ive been coming here since I moved to Ontario in 2019. Theyve always done a good job with my manicure and pedicure, but their services and the quality of work have definitely improved in the last year. I appreciate their welcoming staff who remember me when I come in. I have heard that other places are less expensive, but they always do a good job with my gel manicure and regular pedicure; I dont mind spending a couple dollars more for that peace of mind.

Zoe Bailey VERY disappointed. Just came out of the salon minutes ago and took these pictures. The work was very sloppy. Tim was my technician (name on the equipment) he was very rough, and rushed as though there was a queue waiting to be seen. He took my existing regular polish off my finger nails with a dremel and repeatedly burned/cut me. I told him and the tech working on my pedicure that he was hurting me. He tutted at me as if I was overreacting; I was not, he just cut my skin. He proceeded to do that an additional two times. Three fingers out of ten. When removing a mistake layer of gel from five fingers he simply wiped the layer off with a dry towel. There is blue glitter residue all over my fingers and surrounding skin. The polish is transparent in many areas from poor application. The polish is not applied to the edges of any nail. They look grown out already yet they were applied less than 1-hour ago. I voiced my concerns on many occasions and he either tutted in response to me or spoke to other members of staff complaining in a different language making me further uncomfortable knowing they were talking about me. Total waste of money. Would not recommend whatsoever. I wont be going back.

Jayla Williams Horrible experience, definitely will not be coming back, on 10/30 I came in for a plain gel manicure not only did it take 2 HRS but the paint job was horrible and full of bubbles. During the calluses remover part of the pedicure I noticed that my 2 of toes were burning extremely bad, I let the technician know, she rinsed it off and continued on. My toes continued to hurt but I thought maybe it would get better later. While on Vacation not only did the polish peel off 2 days later but I have 2 painful blood blisters on my toes. This place is horrible

Alxx Flores I was told they dont make appointments, come to find out, they only offer that service to regulars. So unless youre a regular, they dont make time for you or care about the quality of their work. I gave them several shots to redeem themselves, and every single time (different person) they did such a horrible job. They gave my sister a scar on her thumb from carelessly buffing her nails, since she was in such a hurry. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this place and am advising anyone to NEVER go there. I was a loyal customer 2 years back and Im so disappointed in all the same ladies that used to treat me like royalty when I walked in.

Gloriann Scrugham Horrible customer service! Went to this salon last Sunday 4/25/21. Had walked in and this other customer was also behind me. I had asked if you have time for a pedicure or should I come back? The owner who was the front, said “right now, pick a color.” One of the women that worked there , filled the bowl. The other customer that was behind me was served right away. I thought she was going to start her after she sanded her gel off her toes. I waited patiently, while one of the other workers was finishing up a manicure. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting in hot water by then, my feet are getting feeling like pruning & itchy. I had to rub my heels & spilled a little water on the floor & apologized. Nothing was said. By then it’s been 20 min. Other customer was done with her manicure. Worker went in back. Still the owner didn’t say anything., lady that came after me was already half done with her manicure. By then I took my feet out of the bowl to drip dry. The worker was in the back for like 7min. After my feet were somewhat dried. I left. I supposed that they didn’t want my business or they only cater to there regulars! Very poor customer service!

Ang T I have gone here twice so far, and I think they did a great job. They seemed to be very friendly to me, and I felt like they took not too much time, but just enough to make sure the work was on point! Last time u went I got a pedicure, and the lady said she could do my hair too, so for $45 + tip, I got my hair washed, cut, styled, and a bomb pedi. Sundays are the best day to go, its not too busy.

isabell mora Total of 3 huge painful cuts. Nails are crooked, fat & oddly shaped. I decided to treat myself on Sunday, which I never do. Sucks to have this experience and waste of $50, especially in this economy. Will not be wasting my hard earned money here again. Very deep cut. Nail tech instantly put some sort of alcohol on my cut to prevent it from bleeding anymore at the shop which made it sting soooooo bad. My face was in discomfort and I no longer wanted to continue with the service, but I was too timid to speak and hate confrontation Fingers were swollen for four days. Very sensitive very painful could not use my hands

Ivette Flemate Ill start by saying Ive been coming to this salon for years, never had any issues. Sunday I came in, got a pedicure and full set done. I showed a pic of the nails i wanted got nothing close to it. This was not a white tip this is a half a white nail. I came back 5 min after i left that there were air bubbles all over my nails, all Jennifer did was file once and put more clear polish on them. I told them i was not happy with them, i told them i would come in the next day since they were closing to get them fixed which Jennifer agreed. I came back at 450pm the next day and Jennifer was gone. The lady "in charge" was dismissive, rude, and ignored me and said "she doesnt want to be involved". She gave me multiple excuses as to why not do my nailsor at least make me an appt for the next day since they wanted to go home early. She states no one knew how to make an appt. No one knew how to do nails, no one else spoke english, no one had jennifers number (which they ended up calling her later) they were closing early, this wasnt her problem, she didnt care, and walked off. They called "jennifer" but it was Ellie the owner according to her, and was very apologetic and made me an appt to come in the next day at 5 and they would remove my nails and put a new set. it would all be taken care of. I agreed. I get a call this morning from Jennifer who is supposed to be "taking good care of me today" and says i need to come in at 4 since shes leaving early, i told her my appt was 5 and was assured this issue would be handled today. she again said she was leaving at 4, or i can pick up my refund my full set. Im picking up my refund but they have been so unprofessional and for being such a loyal customer for years this isnt how you do bussiness. STAY AWAY

Nancy Ramos Salon is under new management and it shows. The employees were all nice and friendly. (Greeted us with cold water bottles/ noticed I was on my phone and gave us the wifi password) I did a gel set which came out great and they gave me a free upgrade on my pedicure. Will definitely be coming back again.

They tried to accommodate me and do another color, but it wasn’t even the color. It was the quality of the manicure and pedicure. They were friendly, but the quality is poor.

Official Nathaly Cordero Service is average but the lady from station 12 did a bad job with this. I ask for pink French tips and got this, it’s so thick and the tip are not even straight! I’m not happy with my nails, it looks like they were just learning how to do nails. And to top it off she still ask me how much I was going to tip her !!

Angelia County The place is really bright, clean, and pretty and the staff is really nice. I started coming here since the pandemic started and they were appointment only. When I arrived I was greeted by name, which is nice. My pedicure was great and my gel manicure looked good, my only complaint is that my gel manicure seems to expire right at the 2 week mark. My nails looked great and then suddenly on day 13, all at once, I had five chipped nails and two with cracks in the gel. I get that they arent supposed to last forever but Ive been more than once and it has played out the same way. If you plan to go every two weeks like clockwork, you should be fine.

Jessica Salvador I went in for a pedi and a soak off and I got attended right away for my pedi but they ignored my soak off request. Afterwards, they said its faster and easier to get it taken ripped off. I said no because I know it damages my nails and it hurts. They kept on insisting to ripped it off. I could off said no but I needed to get my nails off so I said yes. I was able to handle the pain with only my left hand. I told them I would get my right nails soaked off somewhere else since they wouldnt do it. They got upset and just started talking and they made me feel so uncomfortable. I definitely wouldnt recommend coming.

Raisa Full set was surprisingly cheap I was expecting it to be more and the tech did a good job . No complaints. The Pedicure was okay , I wish there was a package or menu to choose from especially to keep up with the time with other competitors. One thing I really didn’t like is there is no wax room but yet they offer it and it’s done facing the customers in the back, a tad awkward but other than that the team there was friendly and nice.

Rich Gloss charge me 40$ for horrible nails. The polish is so bad and started looking old within 2 days… She made me nails very crooked and still insisted to do them longer than i wanted. if i would have seen them while she was doing them but i couldn’t from my seat i would have just said never mind. i’ve never had my nails this horrible.

Elizabeth Llamas I went to another place to get gel ex the next day. I decided to add some French tip to my nails so I came to this local place nearby and I will write them negative. They are so horrible. I came back so they can correct it. the technician was giving me attitude, she end up filing off the Nail polish white tip with a filer and scratched my nail and proceeded to get on her phone and talk on the phone this place beyond horrible I will not recommend them at all! Clumpy nail polish she was upset because I came back save your money go somewhere else that will not give you attitude and do a nasty job!

So to start..they rush EVERYTHING and dont do a good job.The moment I sat down, the man was gluing the nails on my hand and he put a nail that was way too big for my size so I told him it was glued to my skin. He then decides to PULL IT OFF and it rips off half my real nail! I was bleeding everywhere yet the fake nail was still tangling and he sees its clearly bleeding but decides to pull it off once more! I was in pain throughout the whole process. He doesnt even know what hes doing because he then gets a nail glued to himself and spends two minutes trying to remove it. When he applyed the nail color, he decided to switch the colors and I told him those are two different colors. He insisted they were the same so I had one hand blue and the other hand purple. He was getting mad at me for seeing the two differences. I asked 4 different people who were also getting their nails down and they agreed they were two different colors. It was ridiculous ! I spent 3 hours there! They rush to get you done but only because they try to do multiple people at a time and they dont focus on you. Worst place ever! Ive been to MANY..MANY places and none was worse than this. To top it all off, they made me pay full price and I tried to argue it yet all I got was a "it was an accident". They do not care!!! My nails turned out crooked and some nails shorter than others. I did all that for getting charged the same price. The only reason I stuck through the pain and finishing up was because I needed my nails down before the next day. Never again!

Moranda I went here Friday 4/13/2019 ...Was welcomed and told the wait would be couple minutes. About 15 minutes passed and one of the ladies started to work on a girl who just walked in ,figured she has appointment so I just let it go. Still waiting. The lady who told me 10 min noticed I was getting annoyed and she called someone , a man came. I’m about 35 min waiting. I was going to leave but it wasn’t packed so I just stayed . The guy there ,don’t know his name but he was short and older... He has messed up finger /nails like he has an accident ... anywho he did my nails ,he did okay but slow af & when it wasn’t time to paint them he kept messing up bad I was so annoyed ... I’m like no so the girl came to fix and then he did gel and my nails was 35$ before the gel, he was like I’ll give gel for free. I’m like yea ok you should my nails aren’t that good for 35$ . Anyways never going back. Terrible service

Jes Walsh Beautiful place and good service. Over charged me $5. Okay fine. But i got a new set and had 1 fall off on day 3. Then the forth day one chipped, the next day another one. By day 12 of a new set I have 5 good nails. So low quality. Or poor nail glue or something Ive never had a bad set like this before.

They didn’t listen to any of my request . I asked for a flower on my nail I left with basic white French tips . yzflores I took my mom for a manicure. They insisted on doing my nails when I said no thank you. I gave them a chance and got a regular Pedi. It was overpriced and I got and infection on my toe. I can barely walk and hope it heals. I had to see my Dr bc it was so bad. The ladies are always on a hurry regardless of its not busy. They dont sanitize their tools.

Allii Maya Horrible. First I told them I didn’t want my nails trimmed or cut and they did it anyways. I asked for no gel and they started giving me attitude. They didn’t ask if I wanted gel on my feet and they did it anyways. Some lady next to me needed to leave and told them not to paint her nails because she was there for hours and she needed to leave and they kept making her feel uncomfortable and for insisted. Once I paid for all my things, I was already to my car and they waived me down saying that they forgot to charge me more after I paid and tipped them even for messing up. I’ll never come here again!
