Cori Renee First, LAUREN.. is amazing! But I had an amazing experience at this nail shop and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel so welcome. The customer service was top-notch, and the entire atmosphere was warm and inviting. I especially want to highlight Lauren—she is truly incredible! She worked wonders on my feet, not only giving me a beautiful pedicure but also alleviating the pain I’d been dealing with due to ingrown nails. Lauren’s expertise and care made such a difference, and my feet feel like they’ve been completely revived. I’m beyond grateful for her skill and the overall fantastic service at this shop. I’ll definitely be returning!

Elizabeth Bill I’ve given a review for this SALON in the last couple of years and it’s time for an update. My daughter also frequents Venice Salon, and she gushes about Lauren. I’ve tried to book with Lauren in the past, but I am a same day or next day kind of Client. Lauren has a very busy schedule because she’s popular and so it just hadn’t worked out until today. I booked several days ahead of time and was able to get an appointment with Lauren and I have to tell you I’ve not had a comparable pedicure in the last 30 years! Every every single thing was perfect. The massage, the pedicure itself, the gel French manicure is the best I’ve ever had, attitude, conversation, cleanliness and sterilization. I work in the beauty industry and hold a very high standard and expectation, and she exceeded every bit of it! I highly recommend the salon to everyone that I know and even more so I recommend Lauren. You won’t get another pedicure like it in the metropolitan, I can assure you of that!

Michaela Bartido Got my birthday set from the amazing Trish and Hazel! They kill it everytime! Especially Trish, she takes her time to make sure each nail is formed perfectly, she makes acrylic and gel x look like it’s your natural nail! They are so sweet and give amazing service!

morgaine coggins EDIT: its been 2 weeks and every single one of my nails lifted up near the cuticles and was catching on my hair and every single one just popped off like press on nails. The absolute worst service and nail prep I have ever seen. I love getting my nails done and would never suggest someone come here for acrylics I am so sad I wasted 60$ on my nails and 60 on my toes. Lady who did my nails wouldnt listen when I told her the tips were too short before she laid the acrylic and instead of just replacing the tip she argued and said she would fix it by laying acrylic and building it. Then she shaped all my nails too short and crooked. I repeatedly had to ask her to fix the crooked nails. She was talking to the person next to her obviously annoyed. My nails are diffrent lengths and the edges are terrible ..I felt I was very nice and tried to be understanding. Got my toes done by another gentleman and today my big toe on both feet are swollen and painful to touch. I paid 120$ for the worst nail service iv ever had.. They had their nail drills on full blast and burned me a couple times. And I watched them pry off someones old acrylics with a nail tip instead of soaking off to protect the nail. Bad practice disappointing because it looked so nice.

Lindsey Worst salon I’ve been to. Nails look ok. But that’s wayyy besides the point. I have never got an infection from a nail salon until now. My index finger started feeling irritated about a hour after I left the salon right in one of the few places she nicked me and made me bleed. And for $55 for a basic short set. Couldn’t even get a hello from my nail tech.

D S First visit and will not be back! Had Kevin, and he did an awful job! He did not smooth the top of the toes. First time Ive ever had a pedicure where the nails were not smoothed prior to polish application. Unfortunately, this caused the gel polish to not be smooth and it looks lumpy. In addition, Ive never had a pedicure where they didnt make sure there was polish on the end of the nails. Nail polish, as you can see is still on the cuticle days later. Poor polishing job. I came to get a pedicure because I had a conference I was attending in hot, muggy Texas. I was so embarrassed about how my toes looked, I did not wear open toed shoes.

Elisha Petersen My husband and I both got pedicures and I also got a manicure. It was $150 for the service plus tip. I asked for a design on my nails but she didn’t do what I asked. Then I was charged $5 extra for the design on my toes. That was not disclosed when I asked for the two lines of gold. The employees were more interested in having conversations with each other than to speaking with us. It made the experience awkward.

Stephanie Lavelle Terrible experience and won’t come back. My parents really like this place so I strayed from my normal nail salon. I wanted a purple polish and requested that a clear glitter be put over it. The woman had no idea what i was talking about and told me i could only do the glitter colors they had. She was really rude about it. Then, the woman was cutting my nails and cuticles when she proceeded to stab me with the stick on the side of my toe nail bed. She was cutting a piece of nail and I told her it hurt and she proceeded anyways. I flinched and she ripped out whatever she was working on. My toe started bleeding and is now red and inflamed. I looked at her since she seemed unconcerned and i told her that it was bleeding and could she make it stop. She came back with an alcohol swab and then told me to put my foot back in the water. She started to do that on the other toe and i told her to stop and not to cut my nails anymore. The rest of the pedicure she was very rough with that particular spot. That aside, we had a reservation for 3 people and they left a person in our party sitting for over 30 minutes not even acknowledging them. This is poor customer service. When i told the guy working the front desk that the woman cut me, he shrugged and said he was sorry and could give $5 off. This is really poor customer service. Pedicures should not involve blood. Their prices are higher than others in the area but the quality doesn’t match. Will not be returning and neither will anyone in my party of 3.

Mariah ND Aj Contreras If I could give 0 star I would I paid $208 to leave with a set of nails that look nothing like my reference photo, one pedicure one kids pedicure and a kids manicure. I will never return. If you can spend your money any where else do it.!!!! On top of that I asked the lady to correct them multiple times they were more flared out. & the man that did my pedicure rushed applied NO pressure during the massage after I asked to push harder

I wanted a natural look like the “soap” nail trend but needed dip for the strength. He hit it right on. He was efficient but not rough. Super friendly. KO did my pedicure and also hit it right on. I left Blanca la Bella nails because the attitude of the woman who did my nails was just too much. These guys are professional and friendly and do a phenomenal job.

Brenna Dyson I booked the head spa for my friend and I. They allowed us to go in together and have our appointments at the same time. We got the 60 minute Detoxing & Hydrafacial service. This was both our first times to any kind of head spa, but we can say we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing time. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Two days later, the nails started peeling at the tips. I haven’t had such a terrible manicure in a long time. I paid about $60, including tips, for 40 minutes of work. And the result lasted only two days.

Tiffany Scott I’ve been coming to Nails Couture for almost 3 years, but after my experience today, I will never go back. On multiple occasions, I’ve arrived for my scheduled appointment only to find out my nail tech, Mia, wasn’t even there. Today was the last straw: I waited for ten minutes with no explanation or update. When I finally asked the receptionist, she casually mentioned Mia wasn’t in. Why wasn’t I told right away? Why wasn’t I offered a drink or any courtesy while I waited? This is not how you treat a loyal customer. Communication is key in any business, and Nails Couture has completely dropped the ball. After 3 years of my patronage, this is the level of service I receive? I’m fed up. They will not get another dime of my money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else that respects your time and business.

Hay Jay Beautiful, bright and new. Anna is the BEST nail technician Ive ever had. Shes extremely sweet, caring, and is a total perfectionist. She makes sure your nails are perfect, and they even have a policy that you can come back free of charge if a new nail chips or breaks within 2 days after a service. Ive never heard of that before. Such a great place, dont miss out! My nails are #276 dip powder with silver sparkle.

Jamie Reichenberg I had a great first time experience here! I called ahead of time to make an appointment for an acrylic fill and color change. Without needing to ask, the tech quoted a price and that price didn’t change after appointment. I appreciated that.. She made sure she was shaping my nails how I wanted during the process and even took time after the fill was set to clean up my cuticles. Didn’t have to ask! Price was fair! I’d recommend and return! Acrylic fill + color change + two heart designs = $42 before tip;)

Victoria Hernandez Firstly, this review doesn’t go out to the owners employees. This goes out to the owner herself. I was skeptical about coming back as a regular customer, because my last appointment. Out of no where her prices went up and she decides to let me know after doing my nails (red flag). Today I called before coming in and asked if there was walk ins and she said yes. I got to the nail shop within 5 mins exact and go inside. Turns out she’s double booked within those 5 minutes. She asks if I can come back or do dip powder. I said I don’t mind dip powder, although I haven’t had dip powder in years. She has one of her other employees do it and I asked how much was a full set with regular polish, both ladies said $35 and the lady that did my nails kept asking if I wanted gel or powder. I finally said “ok powder” I asked how much the additional charges would be. She said $5 so $35 + $5 = $40. I ended up not liking the dip powder color because it was not coral like the polish color. She said she’ll fix it with gel (no additional cost) fast forward to the end and I’m ready to pay for my nails that don’t look worth $40 (pictures will be included) and she tries to say they’re $45 lol I said no and explained everything I was told by the both of them. The owner started getting loud with me, rolls her eyes, and throws her arms out and walks away. I’ve been a client here for 2 years and I’ll never be going back. Highly unprofessional, horrible nail job with bumps and globs (not smooth at all), and horrible customer service towards me.

Anna Sun I have been looking for a new nail place that is local so I decided to try this place yesterday. It was a rainy Saturday, so it wasnt too busy. Tom did my nails and I honestly couldnt have found a better person. I got powder and the attention to detail that he had was awesome. I get soft squares and this time I decided to do 5 different colors. I never felt uncomfortable about choosing my colors or my shape (short, soft square) and the thickness was PERFECT without having to request. He did a small sample size of the colors so I could see what they would looked like together. My nails were straight and colorful. The price for mine was $55 which is an amazing price for the professionalism and care that were put into my set.

Laura Rosing They are a bit expensive, but its taken me some time to find the right nail technician. The staff has worked there for a long time, so that says something about liking their environment. I get the dip and always come in with various pics to show Jessica what I want. Its intricate and I like designs, not just a simple color applied. Its boutique feeling and you leave feeling pampered. Sally had filled in when I couldnt get Jessica and did a great job too.

Melanie Johnson Got a gel manicure and pedicure for my wedding in March. Obviously it has grown out... But there was no chipping until this week, in July! Im really active and rough on my hands, so I have never had a manicure last so long. Wanted to love this place. Great ambiance. But this is the first time I got tips and they didnt paint them on then clean them up with a brush. They came to my chair while I was getting my pedicure and did it there, which required me to hold one hand across my body while she worked on it, which wasnt very comfortable. The edges are uneven and messy due to the lack of clean up. Pretty disappointed in the quality of work, especially being over priced compared to other local salons. Long lasting mediocre work.

Witney Dunning $30 for a 6 min manicure. Not worth it. My nails are different lengths with jagged edges. The nail tech did not do what I requested. Simple, square short, and all the same length with no polish. I had to ask for a file to finish my nails. This was the first and last time I visited Cosmo nails.

IsaOtter It was so nice and calming! If you get headaches from nail polish, this place is great for you. Its the one thing I dont like about nail salons, but its expected of course. This place smells nothing like nail polish, you only smell it when theyre painting your nails. The person that did my nails was very nice and gentle, its also nice they still do regular polish. I would definitely recommend even if you dont live round here! I came down from yuba city, and it was worth it!

Jennifer Hoglund I was in Roseville for a couple hours playing mom taxi for my kids sports. I took advantage of the time I had to find a nearby nail salon to check a pedicure off my list of to dos before we head out for vacation next week. Walked in to Imperial Nail Spa and was provided with a menu of services and three books of gel colors. The gentleman who did my pedicure was fantastic. He was attentive to my mint allergy and did an amazing leg and foot massage. I had the OPI pedicure with hot stones. The only cons were he scrubbed my heel a little too hard and I have a small abrasion and he got in an argument with the other nail tech. I tipped him well despite these things because the massage was that good.

Trisha Espinoza Yay! This neighborhood Nail Lounge is ready for your business. I did a walk in for a Gel Pedi and Dip Mani. I was greeted by the friendly owners Tu and Rosa luckily I was able to be tended to right away. I must’ve came at just the right time as other patrons were walking in and were kindly asked if they could come at a later time due to appointments booked are priority. The lounge is decorated very elegantly with no chemical smells whatsoever. The nail color samples are a lot to choose from. There’s an extensive menu for the different mani pedis. Indulge yourself with the services. They did a great job and couldn’t be happier with their service. What an experience!

MaKayla Came here for the 1st time after my grandmother passed away to get some mourning nails. The owners took such wonderful care of me. The husband is the one that did my nails and I can honestly say Ive never had anyone be so careful and communicate so well about what I wanted and my comfort. The wife sat and talked to me about my grandmother for at least 20-30 minutes. This is a wonderful place and the best nails Ive ever had.

Janelle Mory I have been to Special Nails and Spa twice now. The first time I had an appointment at 7pm. They were very accommodating to getting me in at a later time, sat me in a chair with minimal wait time and did not rush through the pedicure at all; She took her time (I do not recall her name). Just the other day I went for a second time. I again had an appointment. I walked in and had very minimal wait time before being sat for my pedicure. Tamy was very kind and did an absolutely amazing job. If you enjoy the massage portion of the pedicures like I do, get the Lavendar Classic Pedicure (i think thats what it was called). Tamys massage is borderline deep tissue pressure (its not a rub down like many places LOL). She really takes her time massaging your legs and feet leaving me feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend Tamy for your pedicures.

Maria Barragan I wish I could give them more stars!!. Simply the best service, nails and cleanliness. I also had a pedicure and YES they actually know what they’re doing. Appointments are not required but definitely recommended. When it comes to prices definitely you get your moneys worth.

Camie & Jayla I’ve always loved going to this place I think the nail techs do a really good job. But yesterday I came in to get a full set, and the bows and cherries were drawn on, with silver gems surrounding it. When my nail tech pulled out the red gems I said, oh I’m sorry I wanted silver. Then she proceeded to tell me they were for the cherries. If she couldn’t have done something, she should have let me know in advance so I can change it up or ask for a different design. Plus, the so called “cherries” looked like holly berries. Shortly after, she glued the bow on, which I was fine with I thought it was cute. TODAY when I went to open my wax strips, the bow popped off. Overall, yesterday and this nail set just wasn’t a great experience for me. I’m not hating on anyone for this set, I appreciate their service I just wanted to share this last experience.

V Fuller Gel Durability: barely there. 2-3 hours of my life and >$70 and here my husband is staring at chipped/peeling manicure and missing gel on my toes. Im embarrassed. 2/24 Gel Manicure and Gel Pedicure (best friend paid extra $15 add-on to the pedicure for gel) for my honeymoon, was promised it would last two weeks. 3/4 Only 8 days later, my Pedicure is already missing 3 toes. Cleanly. I thought gel barely comes off. The French manicure is chipped on top and peeling on bottom. And all I have been doing is living at a 5 Star Resort of no dishes, no hand work.

Lyric Telles The nails I got came out good not exactly what I wanted. But the next day I developed a reaction to all fingers the got swollen and itching, i Never had this reaction before to acrylic nails. I called to let them know I went in and they removed them for free because they usually charge 15, they thin said they can redo them with gel x nails but gunna charge me 70$ when I had already spent 65$ for the nails that gave me the reaction they wouldn’t go lower or just to do cuz I got a reaction to their stuff. Nor gave my money back therefore I’m writing this review

Vivienne did a soft gel mani on me, with tips, but LOOK at this nail art!! All freehand, look at those lines! Iconic Ive found my new go-to place. Went in for a mani-pedi, the whole experience from booking to exit was smooth. I like that you can book online, its very convenient, but when you get there it still feels personal. Very clean, bright and attractive salon. The ladies did a careful and soothing job, absolutely no complaints there. Pleasant conversation. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely be returning.

christina alonso Terrible experience. The 4th filling I had from the same location the nails came off a week later and now 3 of my nails have mold, now I cannot do anything until they grow out. Prices seem good but youre better off going somewhere else and paying a bit more for quality. I suggest stop rushing to get through the appointment and fill properly. I have pics to share also from removal day and weeks later. Awful experience. Now I have to wait until theyre all grown out to get my nails done again... I WONT BE BACK and dont recommend anyone going!

Ellie L They are having a sale...this is SUCH a relaxing pedicure. Now it is $80 for an hour and a half pampering and your toes look great afterwards. Vivienne normally does my manicures and this time I asked her to do my pedicure. She has strong hands. My feet and legs are so relaxed now. Highly recommend giving it a try and ask them for the back room which is set apart from the rest of the salon. Peaceful and relaxing spa kind of room.

Angelica Fowler Disappointed doesn’t even cover how I feel. I’ve been here a couple time, but this is by far one for the books. I came in 10 minutes early for an appointment and didn’t get sat until 20 minutes later. The whole time I was getting my nails done, pedicure and manicure I was completely rushed. The salon was consistently taking walk-ins and calling other appointments. Let them know that they can no longer take them at their set time and by the time all was said and done my nails came out chunky wonky completely unacceptable and just straight up ugly. I corrected them multiple times on what I wanted. Had them change my nails multiple times, and in the end I was just fed up and wanted to get my butt out of that salon as fast as possible. I went back a few days later because some of my nails were coming loose, and I was just really not happy with my services when I went in, I was greeted with disrespect and angry attitudes from the workers. they didn’t even change the nails correctly. There was messy, nail polish, still on my skin, and the nails that were lifting weren’t even fixed. WI’ll not come back.

Noemi Molnar I needed a color change and cuticles cut. when it comes to cuticles,they need to be cleaned almost on a weekly basis, I blame it on the genetics. anyways,i was surprised what a great job Tammy did. im so happy, and the gel polish was applied perfectly and even. and not to mention this salon is 5 minutes drive from my house, and I used o drive 20 far to a place I thought was the best.well,not anymore. I highly recommend this pretty and clean salon.

Adela Kotlar Appointment was made days in advance for both my grand daughters at 11am. We arrived at 10:50 am with 2 customers (a head of us) also waiting. We didnt get seen until 11:30. My grand daughters mani melted off after she got out of the shower that evening. Grand daughter #1 nails look very nice. Unfortunately for #2 I was not happy at all. Talked to Kay hopefully shell make it right. Giving them a weak 3 rating Change my review to a 1, I had to take my grand daughters back to have both of the girls nails redone. Kay was rude to my 13 yr old told her she was impossible. Obviously I was not sitting with my grand daughter when Kay was redoing her nails. Im upset that Kay felt the need to talk to a ( child) custom like that. Kay blamed my grand daughter for her nails popping off. Kay asked her why did she take them off..... my grand daughter said she didnt. Im sorry that your employee did a horrible job the fist time I brought the girls in. Its not ok that you felt the need to make us wait 30min past our given appointment, Its not ok that you Kay, felt the need to make a 13 yr old very uncomfortable about a bad manicure that was given to her at your shop. Its definitely not ok that you didnt apologize or say good bye as we walked out of your shop after I spent $95, I said thank you , I got nothing from you, you didnt even look up as we walked out. We definitely will not be back.....

Ariana Birondo Ive been coming to Roseville Nail Spa for 2 years now, and I cant say enough good things about them. Ive gotten Hard Gel, Dip Powder, and now acrylics. I love every nail tech Ive had and have had nothing but good experiences. The shop is a very relaxing environment with plenty of colors and services to choose from. Both the hard gel and dip power lasted well over 3-4weeks without chipping. If you want to treat yourself and get your nails done, come to Roseville Nail Spa and relax!

LaTasha Yvette I got my nails done here two days ago by Tony and heading somewhere right now to have them fixed. The gel is chipping, in some places its not even all the way to the cuticle from the start. The nails are mishapen and lumpy. My best friend got her nails done at the same time by someone else and is getting hers fixed as well. The standard here seems low and the staff was not welcoming at all. We were looking for a new nail place close to where we moved but this definitely wont be it.

Jessica Granzella "Tanae Fashion" is either high or a spam account, because Sally is phenomenal. Not only does she do excellent work, but she is a literal delight to talk to and has such a great sense of humor. All the ladies at Joli are so great; I honestly couldnt even imagine giving a bad review. This is my absolute favorite nail salon that ive come across (and ive been to many over the years - and wont go anywhere else ever again).

MEE Ryder-Robb This is a great nail salon, the staff are friendly and professional, the salon was nicely decorated and was very clean. I took a friends daughter in for a manicure, she was really happy and enjoyed the experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oles Androshchuk The front desk ladies were nice but the lady doing my nails wasn’t great. Spent $70 on a manicure, had my natural nails filed down till it was painful and mentioned multiple times that it hurt and she took over two hours to do my nails. I left the salon with egg looking nails with my top coat bubbled and ruined. She also put super glue under the tip on every single nail and glued my skim to the nails Do not recommend.

Emma Reeves Sally is super great at French manicures. She’s done mine twice now and done an excellent job. She takes her time and makes sure it’s exactly what the customer wants too. I’ll be going to Sally from now on!

Tanae Fashion The staff is generally nice and the front receptionist is super sweet however I am not a huge fan of Sally. She is extremely snarky, rude, & passive aggressive and she doesn’t speak nicely to her coworkers.

Bonnie Servantez I had a horrible experience, the lady I had asked me how I wanted my pedicure I showed her a picture of a thin French tip but I wanted the shape to be sharp square. She took way too much off of my length and rounded the shape way too much so I showed her a pic again. She got a gentleman to take over my pedicure and he did no better! Kept telling me ya ok when he really didn’t understand. I showed them the picture about 10 different times. I even told them that they could do acrylic on my big toes so they could fix their mess up and he screwed that up too. Needless to say I was offered $8 to be taken off of my service when I was completely unsatisfied with my toes!!!!! I will never again visit this place!!!!

Sia Lee First time going and had 3 different ladies do my nails. I wanted a full set with cat eye and did leave with that but not close to the color I wanted nude and got bright pink due to multiple layers. The lady was rude and spoke in their language and went back and forth regarding my nails even Before we got started, I asked for ombré and no one knew how to do ombré. Overall, my nails were thick, uneven, and not the color I wanted nor does it comes close, it was closing time so it was what it was. Very unprofessional.

Destiny Anguay Just moved back to the area and have tried many nail salons. So far this has been the best experience I have had. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Mimi did a fantastic job on my nails and I will be returning.

Vanessa Moyo This was my first and last time coming to Bellagio nail spa. I chose the basic pedicure at $40 and was thoroughly enjoying it up until the nail tech brought out a leg scrub that had a small chunk of glass in it. The glass cut my leg before she realized it was there and although it was completely an honest mistake, I noticed her pluck the glass out and throw it in the trash and then quickly glanced at me and see if I had noticed. A few seconds later my leg started bleeding and she tried to act like it was from the scrub until I pointed out that I knew it was from the glass. Although she did her best going forward to make it a pleasant experience, I continued to bleed throughout the pedicure and instead of getting a tissue to wipe it, she rubbed the blood in with the lotion and continued to massage my leg. Their compensation for this event was a $10 discount. Again I would like to point out that I understand the glass being in there was not necessarily their fault, it was the way it was handled that is the reason I wont be coming back.

zahraa alttaey It is the WORST salon I have ever seen in my life. Their treatment is very bad, especially when they knew that I am of a different race than them. I was waiting first and came another woman who welcomed her and ask me to wait for half an hour. Then after that they said that the color I wanted was not available and she sent me to a place that she said had this color. After I went to that place, I discovered that they had lied to me about that.

Came in as walk In, I got the star special.. with gell $61 they did not hold back on the massaging neither... lots of manicure and pedicure packages to choose from, looking forward to trying some more of there services! They also serve wine and other drinks.. such as soda and apple juice!

Kayla L Update 5/12. The owner was true to his word and refunded me for the service. My toe is still healing and I needed antibiotics but luckily I get to keep my nail! Thank you to the owner. I come here with my 2 friends to get pedicures monthly. We usually go on Saturdays and we have a good experience. We decided to go last night (Thursday) and I had an awful experience. We all got pedicures last night about an hour before closing. My 2 friends enjoyed their experience, but I did not because the lady who was providing my service was heavy handed with the cuticle cutters. She dug right into the side of my big toe and clipped off a big chunk of my nail. It wasnt a clean cut either, so she was using other tools to dig in deeper to push out the excess pieces of my nail. It was extremely painful. I could tell that she knew she messed up because she kept looking at me then look away when id make eye contact. Following this, she made 3 other cuts on 2 of my other toes, however not as deep. When it was time for the lavender scrub, I was in lots of pain since it was burning the open wound. The rest of the experience was not pleasant either, since the "foot massage" was only a gentle leg rub. I dont think i would have enjoyed it anyway since my toe was starting to swell. Anyway, i woke up this morning to an infected big toe which has now limited my ability to walk around on my left foot. I added a picture. If the manager is reading this, please talk to your employee about proper ways to cut toenails. I dont know her name, but id describe her as a middle aged, short, lean lady with black hair, no glasses. The only 2 other employees working the pedicure area were a widerset lady with glasses (who is amazing at pedicures, ive had her before), and a man, who my friend had alot of positive things to comment on his service. In the moment, I should have spoken up and I regret that. I find tension in these experiences to be uncomfortable and i really wanted to just relax. Since I got an infection, I felt like this review was necessary. I do plan to come back to classy nails, but I will not proceed with a service if she is assigned.

Adrianna Hawkins If I could give 0 stars I would. Lyly specifically, handled me in the most careless way. I came in for a fill in. She told me I had to get a new set because my color of choice was too light to cover my previous color ( I have acrylic powder.) Why would I need a new set if they drill the previous color/design off, fill the space, then do the color/design of choice?. I told her to proceed to do what "needs to be done." She took off my nails so roughly with an acrylic nail, I was in pain. I mentioned twice to her that that wasnt the proper way to take off nails. She tried to argue with me that if I wasnt bleeding, it wasnt painful. I showed her the design I wanted, didnt even listen. Literally ignored me and said she thought I was on the phone? Didnt show any signs I was on the phone?? Gave me curved tips when I asked for simple coffin. I stopped in the middle of service to just ask for the bill. I was so uncomfortable and upset that I just wanted to leave. I left with just tips on my nails and two pink nails. This experience was so horrible and shocking that Im typing this long review.

Holly Owen I used to go to this place a lot but they can be a little expensive. However today I decided to give them another chance and I got a male instead of a female and he did an AMAZING job. Sarah Alcantaro What I asked for Vs. what I got. The picture with the rings is what I showed the guy and the picture with the rhinestones is what I ended up with. The shape is horrendous. He didnt explain to me they didnt have the butterflies I wanted and got mad at me when I told him I wanted exactly like the picture. He said my nails were uneven before and thats why he couldnt get me the shape I wanted (the white nails are what I came in with to get filled also done there but by someone else) I didnt get the guys name unfortunately. Made me so annoyed to even pay for these. They look worse in person completely uneven and so sloppy. He didnt even put a top coat on the rhinestones so they feel like they are just going to fall off. He was acting annoyed to even be doing my nails. It all felt very unprofessional.

Arianna Mickens I have been here a few times to get hard gel and they have always came out really good. Today I came in for a hard gel fill and I could tell the tech did not know how to work with hard gel. It was very disappointing and my nails came out too thick and the shape was okay but not good. I find it very unprofessional that they would allow a tech that isn’t that experienced (with hard gel) to work on the public!

I’ve been coming for about 4 years now and all the technicians do a wonderful job, but Lucy exceeded my expectations!!!

Natalie Vovk I got my toes done today and she filed so hard that it cut my toe. I left the salon and thought that it was just a little sore from filling them down but it turns out she cut into my skin as I took a closer look at my toes just now. Hopefully it doesn’t get infected. It’s about half an inch cut across my toe and is sore when I’m walking. Usually I love coming here to get gel toes but today was not the best experience. She did my toes very rushed.

Boho Dreamer I had a great experience with my pedicure the day prior. Even made a appt this Friday (before they open - so accommodating I thought, their suggestion) to get my nails done for a wedding I am going to be in Saturday. However, I went back in the night before to see if I could also schedule the bride with me (MORE BUSINESS) and then was told my appointment time actually wouldn’t work at all. So not only could I bring them more business, I also lost my appointment. Super weird. Will take my business else where moving forward. Super disappointed.

We were both extremely happy with the results. My daughter, her friends and I all enjoyed being pampered in this quaint & convenient nail spa. I recommend making an appointment in advance since our party of 4 were all immediately greeted and tended to once we walked in the door. We will be back, Oh Yes, we will be back.

Heather Carlisle It’s started out good. But then they didn’t have the color I wanted, the lady accidentally spilled fingernail polish on my leg and my sandals. Then she was rushing me to put my sandals on and messed up both my baby toes & did not complete my toe cuticles correctly. I paid even though I wasn’t really satisfied, the older lady kept pointing at the tip section to try to force me to tip- like lady- do you deserve tip? Sorry but not sorry. I won’t be back.

Natalie Rust I dropped in a couple of days ago because I was in the area and had extra time, and the price was unbeatable for a gel manicure. I had a fantastic experience. The shaping and cuticle work was excellent. My technician was quick, meticulous, and thorough. She rechecked frequently after each layer to make sure everything was neat and satisfactory. But heres why it gets five starts from me: two days ago, I had to scrub my stovetop with a magic eraser and chemical cleaners to get some burnt food off. In the past, this has dinged my gel manicures. But even after rough cleaning, my nails look perfect with no lifting or chipping. Then yesterday, I did a mountain of dishes - my nails are still perfect. Other salons with higher prices have not delivered the same quality. Im a big, big fan and very pleased. They do speak very quietly, so this us something to keep in mind if you are hard of hearing. I will be back. Photo is after cleaning tasks mentioned

The new technician who did my nails was awful—she didn’t finish my pedicure and jumped to another customer. The service felt really rushed. Super disappointed. This is no longer a good place to go under the new owner.

Pedicure was disaster: technician just pour polish removal on all my toes and feet instead of wrapping individually , when I kindly mention it , she laugh .. that how they do . I am not professional in pedicure but I know what is excellent service is. Secondly , I was very disappointed when my toe was cut , so disappointed. Lastly , nail polish applied was disaster....I wish I did not do it. Now I need to re do it , I wish I did not do it . While night my toe hurt, I used alcohol to clean and disinect it. So sad ....

Madeline Louie Came here with my cousin to get a pedicure and a full set, the pedicure was so basic not worth the $30. So then we get our nails done, 2 of my nails are crooked. I dont know what kind of shape she did on me but it was so ugly, I showed her what I wanted and my nails look nothing like the picture. I spent $75 on some ugly nails and a basic pedicure. I ended up spending an EXTRA 45 mins in there so the other lady could fix my toes. The other lady was rude and kept saying I was moving my feet under the light to cause it to turn off. ACTUALLY, it was their broken LED light. I was not moving. Didnt offer me a discount for my time or anything. Would not come here! A lot of service providers (like them) are super greedy and do not care about the clients time or satisfaction. Oh they also had a little dog in the back that they keep on top of the washer and dryer. He was whining because he was scared he was so high up. Mean people!

Sue Bradley This is the 9th year in a row that I have treated my daughter and her friend get their nails done the day before school. We have been there many times together as well. Today they filed the skin on a couple of my daughters fingers to where they are about to bleed. Also you can see the old nail polish around the edges of her fingernails. Plain and simply a terrible job. I called there to complain and was told sorry your not happy. Youre right, Not Happy and wont be returning!

Trish and Thomas doing an amazing job! Same with pedicures, I love getting pedicures; the staff does fabulous job and its so relaxing!

Kathy Thomas I am so disappointed. I have been to this salon in the past and had a well done pedicure. I had an appointment last night. Was early. The gal that did the majority (yes, that means she tapped out mid-way) did a decent job. The other young lady that finished did ok to start but apparently she had a manicure customer at the same time and once she put the white for my French pedi on she left me in the chair to start her other client. She didnt come back until she saw me getting up to leave and then she came back for 1 coat of a clear coat - I didnt realize until after that it was not even a shiney topcoat. Asking for money back.

Graffy Family Never can honor your appointment time, will continuously help anyone that walks in afterwards right away. I was almost done with my rushed manicure when they finally started on the other person for my appointment. My nail polish is lumpy from her putting gobs of polish on, chipping, and underneath still wet because she couldn’t take the time to properly dry my nails. Pretty sad to not be able to do a gel manicure. They also sent the other person I was with away with “dry” dip nails that completely smudged before even walking out and at that point we didn’t want to spend another minute having them fix them, also they switched the person doing her nails 3 seperate times. If you do go to anyone, make sure it’s jack.

Stephanie Wish I never gave them 90 of my dollars. I could’ve done these better myself. Such a WASTE OF MONEY. None of my nails are the same length at all. I asked for gel nails and got regular nail polish. Huge disappointment.

He listened to everything I wanted for my Christmas themed nails and went above and beyond to make it happen. Hes extremely PATIENT AND TALENTED and never rushed or made me feel like I was asking for too much. He asked me several times as the process went along if I liked them or wanted to change anything. Samantha Nielsen By far the nicest nail salon in the area. I’ve lived here for over 25 years and tried a lot of different salons and this one is top-notch. They have a great service great people working there. The environment is clean and well designed great for a place to have a party or a girls spa day. The chairs are all new. All the equipment is nice and all of the employees are wonderful. The prices are totally reasonable for the work that’s done and they always make sure to make you feel welcome and respected. I saw a couple of groups of friends and moms and daughters here great place to go with a group they have. They have about 50 chairs and they’re all super nice. I got a pedicure and a manicure and I love the way that they turned out. My go to place I won’t go anywhere else now. I would give it six stars if I could. I don’t know what the negative reviews are talking about. They’re probably competitors who don’t want the salon to do well this is an amazing salon world class. I’ve been to tons all over the world, and this is by far one of the nicest, if not the nicest

He was quiet but when I showed what area I was having discomfort at he didn’t brush it off like most techs would. Sophia was phenomenal with the full set for my eldest baby. Sally Moreno I took a chance and had my nails done today and Lily did a great job. She’s very meticulous and has good attention to detail. It’s a very nice clean classy nail salon with good music. Vanessa Moyo Ive been to Nail Zone 3 or 4 times for pedicures. Its never been the best or the worst, kind of a "get what you pay for" situation. I paid $40 for a mid-tier pedicure. This last time I went was awful though. The nail tech who did my pedicure was rude and aggressive and the whole process was very rushed compared to my previous visits. Now 3 days later and I have a massive infection where my nail/skin was clipped. Will never be back.

Nina F I had an amazing experience here at Nail zone. It must be under new management now because all these old comments don’t make any sense. The staff was very nice and friendly. I showed them a picture of black and red ombré nails. One of the men there did an amazing job. Looks just like the photo I showed him. I will be going back.

tung hoang I had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The salon was clean, and I loved that they used sanitary liners for the pedicure tubs. The massage chairs were super relaxing, and they had a good selection of polishes and nail art options to choose from. The music was soft and soothing. My technician was skilled and took her time to ensure my manicure and pedicure were flawless. Prices were reasonable for the high-quality service. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Vi Le The nail shop looks amazing! Everything is so new and clean. The owners told me they had just remodeled the place. The store has a luxurious vibe. All of the staff and owner are great. The price is reasonable and I felt like they cared about what I like and took their time to fulfill my requests. Worth the money! Will be my new go-to nail shop.

Outlaw Parks This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. The nail tech didn’t do anything I asked, she left me multiple times to go help other places and talked me out of everything I was trying to have her do. I will never go back here again and I’d warn you to stay far away from this place unless you want your nails to turn out terrible like mine. These pictures are only 3 days of having these nails on. She didn’t even fill them in. The last picture is what I asked for, on top of all that my pinky toe is already completely missing polish and I got gel.

Ryan Jacobson Great staff, nice massage chairs and good variety of options and polishes. Music was a little harsh and explicit so not the right vibe, and the manager seemed a little controlling over the staff. It felt a little bit like they were unhappy and that made the experience a little awkward. Like we came in after a lecture or something. He kept walking around staring at the women and I felt bad for them. The place was clean and they used a wrap for the pedicure tubs which was sanitary. Great staff, but not the best overall experience of a positive and fun place to spend a bunch of money on a coat of nail polish and some time in a massage chair.

Emily Sawin This salon will up charge for everything and won’t tell you! My daughter called and was told $45 for acrylic nails and ended up paying $65! They charged $5 for the coffin shape and $15 to put some very simple flowers on 4 of the nails. Her friend was also charged $65 for almond nails with a tip and line. At no point did anyone let them know it was $20 extra. If you want to up charge everything then you need to make that clear before starting the appointment. My daughter’s tech was incredibly slow, made her bleed and took 1.5hrs for basic nails! Her friend was done and had to wait around. When I called to ask about the price the lady was pretty rude and defensive. There are 100’s of nail salons around, I’d go somewhere else. On the plus side, the nails do look good, they just aren’t worth the cost for what she got. Lesson learned for her.

Marina Gamez DO NOT COME HERE I got a rushed gel manicure which ended up being so patchy and bubbly. I asked for only my thumbnail to be touched up because it was done so poorly and they were extremely rude about it. As you can see, they didnt do much to fix it. I peeled everything off as soon as I got home because it was just so embarrassing to look at. Downright the most awful experience. I will never get my nails done again.

Kaili McCann I got a fill here today and at the beginning of the service I showed the lady(i think her name was kathy) a picture of what I wanted. She said she could do it. Throughout the entire thing she was extremely rough, I bled multiple times, I saw her pull tools out of the “soiled” container, and she even sliced open the side of my cuticle because she had to file my actual skin to get the acrylic off. When it was time for the design, she talked to her coworkers and said she couldn’t do it. I ended up with bubbly, not square-which is what I asked for- nails that were shorter than I wanted and without the design I wanted. Never ever coming back and they should be shut down.

Cierra White Did a walk-in and got a gel mani & pedi. Place was clean, quiet, and organized. Atmosphere was nice. Service was great. Staff were friendly. Nails came out perfectly. No complaints.

Christine Kurup I have never been charged extra for the shape of my nails. The tech told me it’s $5 more for short coffin. Never coming here again and would not recommend to anyone I know. Tech was super rude too. She was rough with my hands and nails to the point I left with throbbing hands and nails that lasted until the next day.
