Ben Cheong Great place to relax, exercise and clear the mind. Heaps of open space without too many people. Rolling hills of nature with great views. Easy to get in 10k worth of steps while enjoying the fresh air. Public water fountains to rehydrate. Multiple different playgrounds for kids, free bbq facilities and toilets. Good for family lunches and kids birthday parties and gatherings.

Wong Mark One of the best parks in the Eastern suburbs. Two large playgrounds available, lots of undercover picnic tables, abundant wildlife, and a huge dog friendly off leash area.

Daniela Morseto My favourite childhood place to visit on some weekends as I grew up on Owen Street just up from the park where the cottage and grounds are situated...I was fascinated with the place and said I would get married there one day.. the memories of all the intriguing things I would see including the cemetery...

Mark Aidan Excellent. Note, only opens for 3 hours a week on Sundays @ 2pm. Staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Its an interesting place to visit if your into local history or want to open your kids eyes to how life was a lot harder in some ways. Council have removed a lot of big old trees so grounds look different. There is a playground close by which I stumbled upon by chance.

Sandra Gleeson Spent an hour wandering through the cottages, gardens, and other buildings. The volunteers were lovely and very knowledgeable. A great spot for photography and to learn a bit of local history.

Carolyn Hall Lovely spot to see kangaroos "locally." There are some spots that are extremely steep, so wear good footwear and be prepared to slip a bit. If youre looking for the kangaroos, I spotted them just beyond the Conference & Environment Centre (2nd carpark). The signage isnt great, so you may end up wandering and not knowing where youre going, which can be part of the fun.

Anne C A really lovely piece of bushland next to the suburbs. Plenty of kangaroos throughout, an abundance of birdlife and frogs calling. Nice tracks, some sections at single file and not too steep. The drive in to the second car park is a little narrow.

Anu Premawardane Lovely park. Not crowded at all on weekdays. Dog friendly as long as they have a lead. I really enjoyed some me time at this park. Visit if you are around.

Sheila G I just stumbled upon this awesome park in Doncaster. If you enjoy the nature, the fresh air, the wildlife and the exercise this is the proper place for you! The 5.5km trail is a real treat, taking you on a sweet bush walk through the Aussie “countryside”. The fresh air, exercise, and sick views make it the perfect spot to clear your head and get your fitness on. The facilities are top-notch too, with clean toilets. But the real highlight was spotting a kookaburra up close - thats some legit Aussie wildlife action right there! Unfortunately, the roos were nowhere to be found, but Im not complaining, maybe next time! 5/5 stars"

Frank S This is a small but colourful art project paid for by local council and businesses. Each one represents a different local school. Its only temporary and presumably will fade and wear out over time as its basically mini murals painted directly onto the road surface of the carpark and you may well get run over trying to view them! They are only visible when no-one is parked over them. As Tunstall Square is an extremely busy local shopping centre, its rare, nigh on impossible, to view all of the art works at the same time. Inevitably, as when I saw them, cars are nearly always parked over them.

Justyna Podolska The oval and park is overall nice but the park dose not have a lot of cool stuff for the bigger kids. I reccomend it for the smaller kids. The oval is not very big. There is a bigger oval on the tom kelly reserve on george street.

Andrew Ford Nice park for a footy game, especially having the elevated car park look over the oval so you can watch your son play from the comfort of your car! Nice small ground so lots of action around the goals. Great view too! The canteen for the footy club is pretty rudimentary. I wouldn’t recommend the coffee.
