Jimmy K Good evening to everyone except the people who feel the need to drive into Penders Park, very frequently. Wether theyre expectant mothers, or young people who have some other excuse, fact is they do not work for the local council, and while this unlawful, they are placing people of all ages at risk. There are children running around at busy times and aging people with specific needs. Please be respectful & mindful of this.

Bhagesh Chauhan I been to this park couple of time and spend some good relaxing time here. It’s a nice big park with some kids zone facility in the park. Got some parking facilities as well but most of the time it’s busy cause the parking is also used by the local residents. You can bring you pets here for a walk and spend some good and quality time. Of course you have public toilets facilities which is a good help.

Agnes F Beautiful spot, however my dog played in the water for an hour and cant stop itching ever since. Im guessing there were pollutants in the water, so dont let your dogs drink from it.

Jacinta Barrow Absolutely beautiful place; bit of walk to get to Blue Lake but worth it just for the swim. Im looking forward to going there again

M C A lovely small park and it seems to have a yarning circle too! Playground equipment is relatively new and I found the swing and the ‘red turning bowl’ quite enjoyable too!

Lyn Reviewer Great place to walk your dog, even when its been raining. The park has a sealed walking track and the grass is well drained. So you dont get covered in mud or sink into sodden ground, unlike Mayer Park, when you walk your dog and they have lovely native gardens around the edges. A pleasure to walk around with your dog.

asad baqiri "This park offers a welcome respite from the bustling city life. As you step inside, youll instantly feel a sense of calm and tranquility, allowing you to reconnect with nature and find a moment of peace amidst your busy schedule."

Tommy Gunn Great for the kids and a pretty nice little excercise area. Will be very nice when the new green areas grow and develop a little. Cricket pitch has passed its use by date and the open field could use a little attention. Overall a very useable park area. Wish it had toilets.

Man Mohan Joshi This is a quiet small park great for children. They can have fun . I sometime love dog walking too. Sometimes quiet busy but you will definitely enjoy with your kids. If you wanna spend time alone its great as well.

chayo28 Great park with huge footy fields. There is a freshly installed playground on the book east of the park. Nice amenities for all kids and even a half basketball court.

Monish Ambekar Great park, especially for puppers! Mornings are the best time for dogs to tun around off leash, as evenings might conflict with sports training.
5 /5
Sara Martin Its a great park with lots of trees, a good variety of equipment to use and a bush land feel. The only downside is the toilet block is on the opposite side of the playing field.

Sarah Taylor This is one of our favourite parks but I normally walk around wearing Birks and this park definitely requires footwear. The oval itself is lovely to look at but I had to stop using it for walks because of the flies, and large amounts of dog poo. The playground is interesting and unique. It offers a rich tactile experience, mainly with wood, twigs, tree stumps and a large wooden door which can be seen because of an adjoining house.

Carla Edwards Fine Art Portraiture Been here many times with grandson. It would be great if EVERY dog owner picked up their dogs poo! The play area is fun and varied, so 5 stars for that. Toilets are open and clean enough so that a huge bonus.

Sharon Edwards Great park for walking and for off leash dogs. There’s some outdoor gym equipment on the corner and on the other side you can enter the park next to the golf course to walk to CERES or further into Northcote. The park can get soggy when we have a lot of rain but most parks in Darebin seem to turn into ponds in winter. Lighting is average so probably wouldn’t walk there after dark.

Me Its a horrible park, a flooded cow paddock 24/7

Carla Edwards Fine Art Portraiture This park is a off leash dog park as well as sports oval. Its large enough to not be in each others faces but unfortunately the toilets were closed each time I was there and some silly people were letting off fireworks IN THE DAY! -10 for intelligence. I dont have a dog I have a drone so it was great training ground for my needs.

Peter Phillips Quite a boggy ground in the wet season. No seating to speak of, no cafeteria on the Game Day we were there. Toilets are open to public so their sorry state was due to disgusting users. Street parking, not much. Beware frequent pelotones passing.
