shelley batti Went to go see my psychiatrist Oscar fajardo he was very unprofessional and quite rude when I was in his office I was teary-eyed and very upset I showed him a list of my diagnoses and he proceeded to be very hateful and show no compassion whatsoever. This was not the first time he has treated me like that I just figured he was having a bad day and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I just saw him one day last week he was still unprofessional and lacked a bedside personality. I will not be returning to Adventist Health mental health and I for sure will not be a patient of his again. My apologies to Adventist Health I have had no bad experiences with them just with Oscar fajardo. Everyone has been nice to me there except for him.

Emily Phillips My experience with Adventist Health has been extremely disappointing. It seems there is a significant gap in patient care and responsiveness within this organization. I have reached out to their Risk Management team multiple times over an incident of negligence that occurred with one of their providers, this includes over ten phone calls and three emails, yet I have not received any response. This lack of communication raises concerns about the level of attention and care provided to patients, who deserve more than simply being treated as another insurance claim. It’s unfortunate that the community does not have more reliable access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare services. It’s surprising that there seems to be ample time for monitoring reviews, yet follow-up on calls and emails remains unaddressed.

Kathleen McArthur So far, my experience has been good here, aside from the wait times. (Honestly, theyre pretty standard from most CA hospitals). But everyone has been polite and apologized for the wait. Even had a note written for my work about the delay without me asking.

Dani Harbaugh Id honestly leave a lesser rating if I could. Took both my kids, 4 year old and 5 month old, to get tested for rsv and covid as they had been very sick. The doctor(fnp) Pinky Calica refused to test them or even listen to their lungs just said she was positive it was a common cold and sent them home. They ended up being hospitalized at childrens with RSV and pneumonia. We were treated like we were crazy for even thinking they could have RSV but we stepped into a different urgent care and they heard the baby breathing and we ended up leaving in an ambulance getting them the treatment they needed much later. I know the outcome could have been the same either way but Im still upset we were ignored when something was really wrong.

Jeanete Aguilar First time I came here in 2022 in the basement the front staff were so rude they were talking about me right infront of me! And they let one parent in. I really hope it’s not like this anymore because I have to take my son with autism tomorrow and he does better at doctors when both parents are present.

Ashley Im pregnant with my first child and I was having the most horrible time eating drinking and vomiting 3-5 times a day with non stop nausea, i couldnt even leave my bed. I came to the doctors for help here because they were able to get me in quickly and I used to have a good experience here in the past. Unfortunately that wasnt the case this time, they prescribed me 4-5 different medications and nothing was working for me and I would have to come back every week because I was so desperate for anything. I was concerned also because I was missing out on work for weeks already at this point using my personal/sick time and asked the doctors if they can do anything for me to get time off so I wouldnt get fired. They said it wasnt a good enough reason to even get a few days off work excused because my severe sickness is normal for them. I kept going back because at this point no other doctor would see me for weeks out. I was also experiencing depression & anxiety I told them i was getting seen for over a year. My therapist was on leave so I couldnt ask her for time off during this. The OBGYN male doctor in charge made me uncomfortable and asked me in a room full of 5 people why I was depressed and I got so anxious i could barely speak in front of everyone and he still asked me to say everything again in front of everybody making it a horrible experience to say my traumas as if it wasn’t personal to me. I even asked a female doctor and told her I wasn’t comfortable with him and if I can just remain with a female but she didnt listen and still scheduled me with him again. They dont really care to help you here and bring in all there trainees to deal with you in a vulnerable time and I never got the same doctor so I had to explain myself over and over every appointment. I found a new private doctor in Visalia and on the first day he understood me and gave me all the time I needed off from work for my sickness during pregnancy. Its so unfortunate how they treat you here at this place. If you’re pregnant do not come here. You and you’re babys health deserves better
