Misty Sharp They cannot keep doctors and then get so "booked" you have to wait months for follow up appts for simple blood tests or referrals or anything. Then you get less than 10 mins (literally dr was in visit for 6 mins) and then wanted to schedule a follow up to complete the original appt. because he was out of time. Quality of care is just horrible.

Cleo Solvin Dr Iaccino is very informative, gentle, and knows what he’s doing when it come to chiropractor care. He talks you through each step of his adjustment. I’ll definitely be going back. Grateful to have him at our clinic.

Bill Peters I was under the care of Alarise Clay and Kendra Jerrill. I was referred to Oncology by Ms. Clay for treatment of prostate cancer and needed clearance from PCP to have anesthesia. Ms. Clay was absent so I saw a doctor on call. He was reluctant to give me the go ahead because he said I had a chronic heart problem. I was never told that by anyone else! He said I had had 3 abnormal ekg s already plus the one he did was the 4th making it chronic, The previous ones were at the hospital. I was confused because I always went for follow up with pcp after being discharged from the ER. Alarice wanted to spend the time telling my wife and I all about her new baby boy named Orin. So we got to see how he was doing instead of discussing my ER visit and the findings. Not one word was mentioned about anything wrong on an ekg! I was almost limited on options for cancer treatment!! This was such an obvious oversight! I don’t understand why she’s still able to practice!!

Andrew Erdman Dr Reed was very thorough with my annual physical exam. Was very interested in my health and wellbeing. He took the time and never rushed. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Reed.

Mr. Anderson I called to get in for my first appointment. I explained that I was being transferred from another town and have never been in their office. She said that was ok but had to confirm how and when I could get into an appointment since May 1st was the earliest I can switch. She put me on hold for at least 10 minutes just for her to come back to the phone amd say they dont want to do that process so they arent taking any new patients all of a sudden. What a dispicable excuse for a doctors office. These people not only dont have a clue what they are talking about theor customer service is horrible. They are turning away someone who just had a stroke at their own E.R. for literally no reason. I literally have 2 types of insurance and they had the nerve to bold face lie about taking in new patients.

Rachel Peters I was a patient at the lakeside location and transferred to the creekside office. I was under the “care” of 2 different physician assistants during that time. I was ridiculed in reports and they just absolutely refused to take anything seriously. Just saying that all my symptoms were psychological or stress related. Alarice Clay and Chalice Addis were the 2 that laughed me off even when I was asking about routine cancer screening and further work up for my bone pain and GI symptoms. I was also under the care of cardiologist who was doing ct scans for my aneurysm that found incidental probably benign lesions on my liver plus other stuff. Now I got away from them and to a city that has better access. So now I’m under the care of an oncologist for multiple myeloma! Run! This is a dangerous place to go looking for someone to trust!

David Miller Going to the hospital is never a "fun" experience, but the people here make the place feel as much like family as one could image. These people are warm and compassionate to patients and to visitors. They do not have the facilities to handle some more complex issue, but it is wonderful to have someone close by when the need ariseses. If they cant deal with the issue, they can quickly get you to a place that can.

Darcy M I went to Sutter Lakeport for a burst appendix. And it was the single best experience in Ive ever had. Im a biker. And I mean a full 1% biker. And yet from start to finish was treated with dignity and respect. Kindness and just like I was a human being. Ive been to other hospitals where they have made it clear I wasnt worth saving. But this hospital was exceptional. I even got a next day call back from my surgeon. Not his secretary or aid. Him! They even got me and my wife a taxi cab home! They are superstars in my book!

Amanda Ponce My mom (who is a nurse) had a shitty experience! Doctors were unprofessional & rude, eating food while taking her vitals, telling her she didnt know what she was talking about! Seriously ridiculous.

Deepak Sharma Tonight all sudden my blood sugar was very high so, I had to rush to nearest Sutter Lakeside Hospital. At the emergency I was taken in quickly and I had a wonderful experience of meeting an amazing team of professionals. Dr Dennis Alfaro was extremely professional, polite and kind, he fixed me quickly and send me home happily. Amy my attending RN was also an excellent person and she made me feel like home.Thank you Amy, Dr Alfaro and everyone for being excellent team of professionals.

Kayla Paul I wish I could give a higher rating as I have actually never received such poor care or refusal of care before. I unfortunately don’t think I will be returning. I received poor care while hospitalized there in December , which I escalated to the director of the med surge department. I also received poor care and refusal of care yesterday while being seen in the ED by Dr. John Stein. As amazing as some of the doctors are here, some are just not as great unfortunately.
