Silvia LAND I had a great experience at Fina’s Salon. Good music, relaxing atmosphere, great company, and most of all great hair! Thank you for my new look girl! ❤️

jasmine I booked an appointment with Jade at Fina Salon for 11 am, expecting a professional experience for the expensive price I was paying. Unfortunately, my visit was a complete disaster.
I had requested hair extensions (specifically sew-ins) and a lightened hair color, which Jade assured me could be completed on the same day during our consultation. However, when the appointment day came, everything felt rushed and unprofessional.
The coloring process was fine, but when it came time to blend and style the extensions, it became a nightmare. Despite explicitly stating that I didn’t want unnecessary length cut from my hair, Jade cut far more than was needed, leaving my real hair uneven and chopped into a bob. This completely went against what I asked for and left me feeling so unattractive and disappointed.
As for the extensions, she began installing tape-ins without even confirming if that was okay. When I asked about it, she casually responded with, “Yeah, is that a problem?” By this point, I was exhausted—it was already 7:30 pm, and I had to work soon. Feeling cornered, I reluctantly allowed her to proceed.
The entire process was rushed, sloppy, and the extensions began to fall out 3 days later due too poor and improper installation. NOT at all worth the hefty price tag. She didnt even cut or style the hair properly the way i wanted. i faked a happy reaction from how shocked i was at this terrible job and I left the salon feeling upset and dissatisfied, with a botched haircut and extensions I never wanted. This was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Jade or this salon to anyone.
Adding insult to injury, I later learned she admitted to rushing the job to one of my friend’s acquaintances, who confirmed her unprofessional behavior. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the high price I paid.

hi jade, I want to address your response respectfully but truthfully. yes, the person who referred me to you was in fact present and can confirm that I specifically requested sew-ins. the reason we had to "wait on the outcome of the hair color" was due to issues with the lightening process. I even expressed that I was okay with a darker color than initially planned, and the only customization I requested was toning one pack of hair. thats the " customization" youre referring to.
when I noticed the hair being tape-ins, I specifically asked about it, and your reply was in fact, "yeah, is that a problem" regarding the hair cut, you did far more than just a few layers, leaving me with a disastrous result. As for the extensions, clearly you DID NOT understand me, my son did NOT rip one out- this would have been painful . instead, the bond had already lifted, which I had brought to your attention. I followed your care instructions carefully, including brushing as instructed, using minimal heat, and waiting to shower as you advised. despite this, several bonds were loose, with one already unglued when my son gently tugged on it.
I have since had these "extensions" removed, and even the stylist handling the removal questioned the process of the installation. this speaks VOLUMES bout the quality of the work done.
its also misleading to say there were no clients waiting after me. when a next appointment showed up twice, believing you were finished with me, and you even called them to let them know you needed additional time. for an appointment from 11am - 4pm, especially given the services I booked, this lack of time management is frustrating.
Im not attacking you; Im simply sharing my honest experience, as I feel this is important for both accountability and improvement. the only regret I have is trusting my referral and allowing you to work on my hair.
