Her braids are great stay in for about 2 weeks! Will be going back very often to get my hair taken care of by their staff. Def recommend as well if your into raves.

Whatever my husban cut his hair I didnt, I decided not on top of the rudeness we have to wait because they were eating!!! Is my first time so I didnt like vibes.

Belinda Iglesias I schedule an appointment yesterday for today at 10:30 am with Lorena. I was recommended. They even ask for my phone number to send me the directions of where their location Was. When I arrive today She wasn’t there. I asked to see where she was app maybe having breakfast or in the back room because I noticed they kept taking people and seeing them down for haircuts. Well when I asked I was informed that she called out sick. Not once did they call me to let me know or give me a heads up even when I signed in I put down my name and who I was here for. Bad customer service. The girls just called for the next person and didn’t bother to let me know. Very unprofessional.

P Cassells The owner and staff don’t communicate well with customers and are super rude/inconsiderate. The main owner rolls her eyes at customers because she thinks everything is such an inconvenience to her. People only come to this salon because it’s the cheapest one in the area. In reality, the hair stylists here are mediocre and do very outdated work. They leave layered hair and bangs looking super choppy, mediocre color jobs, they don’t know how to do certain styles, they use horrible equipment, they have a dirty salon, an annoying ambiance with tons of kids running around, and overall just poor work. But I guess you get what you paid for!
