Edward Li For a wetland surrounded by dense suburbia, it boasts a surprising bird list. Parrots include Rainbow, Musk, and Purple-crowned Lorikeet in the flowering gums, Galah, Long-billed and Little Corellas in the plentiful grasslands, as well as Red-rumped Parrot. Waterbirds include ducks, Australasian Swamphen, a selection of herons and egrets. Rarer sightings include Lathams Snipe, Pacific Heron, and Buff-banded Rail. The latter can be found in the dense outskirts of the wetland, skulking.

Jagadish Maguluri great, open space for a nice walk. It’s pretty flat the whole way, so thereno need to stress over any hills and slopes! There’s a small playground as well as a wetland, of course. pleasant walking track around the wetlands with lots of bird throughout the walk. Great for some fresh air here at least!
Relatively flat, easy walking.

suzanne gilmore Beautiful walk around the lake with exercise equipment and playground for the kids. You can go though the gate and admire the beautiful birds that have made it home.
