L K My daughter wanted to get her hair styled on a Saturday and unfortunately we didnt have an appointment so we decided to try several salons that allowed Walk-ins. We went to the Dollhouse Salon because it had good ratings. When inquired about an available opening she responded with "What?" Rudely and when I repeated myself she said "No, we dont have any!" I certainly hope that this was not the owner and if it wasnt, I would hope that she realizes that this employee has horrific people skills and customer service. Will not do business there nor would I recommend them. There are too many other salons in town who treat potential customers with excellent service and manners.

Teri Azevedo The girls there are just awesome, very friendly, my hair coloring came out awesome, nice little shop. I do recommend the dollhouse salon.

Hunter Battles Very clean, very organized. I had the man who did my nails and my mom had the lady, they both are very thorough and dont rush they take their time. The price isn’t bad either, We definitely will be coming back!

Debra Wilmoth I just took my daughter to this salon on Saturday. Its her 8th grade Graduation this week. She had a full set of acrylic nails done. They are lumpy and dont cover the entire nail. Also the polish is a black on pink with the lines not matching on any of the nails. My heart breaks for her to have to wear this mess to Graduation. I will definitely never go back and will advise everyone I know not to either! $65 paid and it seems a waste.

Brittney Mitchell They were nice enough, however my mothers nails (both hands and feet) looked like a toddler did the design and all it was was 3 white stripes on 6 nails. My nail tech ended up cutting my finger and making me bleed. It also felt like my nails were getting burned when they were being filed. Neither of these things has ever happened to me before. The only reason Im giving a 3 ⭐ instead of something worse is because they were done in a timely manner and I actually liked the design they were able to do on my nails.

Leigh My mom and I went today for our second time. Lans husband did our nails. He was Very rude the entire time, even stood up and went around to my mom and pushed her chair way too far in. He kept moving both her arms around. Shes 83. Slamming stuff on the desk. We will Not be going back !! Very Rude. -o on that place !

Trixie Travolta I randomly go here and each time I let the nail tech know which procedure I want and I always pick the same one, yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I never get the same kind of treatment. Its like the tech forgets a procedure or just chooses not to do one and its always a different step they miss. Of course communicating with some of the hard workers can b a challenge, and they tend to treat their REGULARS with much more enthusiasm than a walk in I only wish I knew if they were REALLY getting paid minimum wage at least. Sometimes it feels as if some of the workers are Indentured servants

Holly jean Sooooo, I love this nail salon. All the folks that work in the salon are very professional. I really appreciate being able to have a pedicure and the person working on my feet will know whether I feel like talking or not. They allow me to relax and not ask me questions and I really appreciate that. The salon is always clean and I have never had an issue. The amount of people that come in in a day is a testament to the work that they do. Theyre not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for . I do not plan on going anywhere else.

Badlands Queen Just got my nails done here. Super reasonably priced. A young gentleman did it and he took the time to make sure I got the right experience. They didnt charge for my nail art so I tipped extra! The experience was awesome and Im very happy. Nice environment. Got acrylic nails done today and the lady did a nice job!

Heather Womack They are so kind and accommodated to my mother, who uses a walker. They never treat her like a problem like other nail salons do in Red Bluff. Thank you Star Nails for your wonderful kindness and patience. Best in town.

Candiss Pridmore Howden I had the worst nail experience of my life yesterday. Ive been to nails salons all over the country and been getting my nails done monthly for 10 years, I know my way around a nail salon. I walked in with beautiful, long almond shaped, french, NATURAL nails. My own beautiful nails. I had them french dipped. I told her I wanted the exact same thing. She said how beautiful my nails were but shed make them "better". Then it all fell apart. I told her I only wanted them shortened by the amount theyd grown out. She started on my left hand and immediately took the e-file to my pinkie and went to short too fast. I couldnt stop her. I told her it was too short but we could make it work. Then she filed them oval instead of almond. Then she dipped them in pink and I kept saying no pink and she said no pink and I said thats pink and she said no its natural then I said its pink and she said wait til she files. Finally I said to just start over, soak it off Im not happy and I want what I wanted in with. Then she grabbed my right hand, which as of yet, shed not touch and she took a nail clipper and just chopped my nails off almost to the cuticles. Literally, she grabbed me and chopped me. I jumped up and said I need to walk away because I really, truly wanted to snatch her up but I kept it together and walked out. She took my nails because I spoke up and told her I wasnt happy and she retaliated by taking my nails. When I confronted her after I regained my composure, she wasnt apologetic or even phased. The guy behind me said theyre just nails, they grow back. Yes, absolutely they do but this never should have happened. You do not attack a client by forcibly cutting their REAL, NATURAL, BEAUTIFUL, LONG nails because they spoke up. Disgusting. Also it was the most filthy disgusting salon ever. The parking lot is swarming with homeless. Dont go here. They are awful.

Asusena Castro If I could give 0 stars I would. I did a walk in on a Sunday, not too many people where there and they were able to get me in. I asked for a pedicure and off the bat, they wanted to upsell me the $60 package with a "bath bomb". After many NO Thank yous from me, they stopped insisting. I asked the lady for squared toes, and she nodded yes. She started cutting my toe nails in a triangle shape. She tried fixing but it was too late, my toe nails were cut too short to my liking. I got my nails done. I asked for medium short nails. My thumbs are shorter than all the rest of my nails, the polish looks wrinkled, my cuticles are painted over, making the polish chip. Next morning, I woke up with swollen toes. I went in the next day hoping for them to take off my nails and a refund. Needless to say they refused. They argued that my nails are "not that bad". NOT WORTH $100!! If you are looking for somewhere to get your nails and toes done, please consider going somewhere else. I learned my lesson.

Taylor Collins Julie and Emma are the absolute best! The shop is always clean, welcoming and quiet. If you dont know what you want on your nails, they both jump in and come up with an idea that you will always love! Pedicures are amazing.

Autumn Fields They are nice, friendly and respectful. They do amazing pedicures, very relaxing, very clean work areas and are affordable :) I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get a pedicure :)

Jessica Ortz I stopped in without an appointment they got me right in. This is the WORST manicure I have ever had, she didnt shape my nails or get all the old polish off. I had polish on my cuticles and the polish started peeling off within 24 hours. This was NOT a manicure, it was a color change and a horrible one at that. A total waste of $40 plus I tipped her 20%, do NOT waste your time or money here.

Alexis Vanspeybroeck Spend $30 on a basic pedicure, my friend and I both walked in. we were greeted by an older gentleman, it was a little warm in the building..he asked a lady to do our pedicure, she said she coukd but couldnt do both at the same time. I left to do some shopping and returned to soak my feet. when I returned my friend was almost done, but mentioned later on she was rough. I sat down to get mine done after soaking she asked to cut my nails shorter and I agreed later on looking at my toes she cut them REALLY SHORT and took off quite a bit on the edges which Im afraid will turn Into a ingrown nail later on in growth. I changed my mind on getting nails painted when I seen how short she had cut my toe nails. she also insulated both of our toe nails. she has a blacked toe from dropping something on it, and I have a immune disorder my nails are not smooth. she grinded to tops of my nail beds which was a little rough...she was friendly though just seemed a little ehhh and didnt seem to enjoy her job. just a disclosure my Friend and I travel a lot and work on our feet for hours on end so getting something like this done was a treat for us both and we both just werent that impressed with the quality of the pedicure even though the salon has a 5 star review.

Patti Kirby-Anglin It’s so great to know that the Mom and Pop nail places still exist. I much prefer supporting small local family businesses. When you walk-in or call to make an appointment, you’re talking to one of the owners..I’ve always been happy with their work and the service I receive, I Highly recommended Top Nails!!!
