DJ BACH My tech did my nails and she was so patient and did an excellent job. I received soooo many compliments on my nails! I love this salon so much they really care about the customer and making sure you get exactly what you ask for!

Amy Jacomella My first time going was during their grand opening, it was absolutely amazing, they were SUPER BUSY ..Though it was so busy they still did the 5 star treatment, lots of coupons for the following time I come. So gave coupons to my daughter for her and her fren to go, she enjoyed as well. I’ve been back several times, SUPER happy with the staff, drinks, cleanliness, over all hospitality. I recommend definitely trying this place out, you don’t know what your missing ..

Irenegrace Balo after months of looking a good place to get my nails done, I finally found the right place and person! I came there without any expectations, I went to many nail Salons after moving from Vegas, I always get disappointed so when Henry did my set, I was mind blown and very happy with the result. I left there place with a big smile on my face., I liked it because he really take times , very detailed and he didn’t rush me. the place is very big and beautiful reminds me of a Hollywood vibes. I totally recommend this place. 100000000000000000 % You really get what you pay.

Mariah Tildesley I have been to Aria Nail Lounge over 5 times now. Each time, the front desk is super welcoming and greets me with a smile. I have NEVER waited more than a couple minutes to be seated. With or without appointment! The staff who provided services pay very close attention to detail and are skilled at their craft. The building is clean, well decorated and calming. There is ample parking and great shopping & eateries in the center. I believe prices are fair for what you receive. This is by far the most luxurious and high quality nail spa in Visalia. I always leave happy and relaxed.

Hydxria it was my first time going but definitely not the last! they were really quick in an hour exactly they were done, for a full set . They cleaned up my cuticles no other spot has ever done that! i love the shape the french tips. they look so clean!

Rashell Reynoso I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful, elegant salon, and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and seated immediately, which was a wonderful start to my visit. The atmosphere transported me to another place, with a vibe that feels like a high-end salon in LA or New York. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the service I received was top-notch. This salon truly offers a luxurious experience, and I will definitely be coming back!

Connie Cox I arrived at my appointment a bit late so I had to wait until they could fit me in which wasn’t long at all. They could have been like sorry you missed your appointment you’ll have to reschedule, but that not the way they do things. They brought me a bottle of water and nail color Choice books and the weight wasn’t long at all. They are so friendly and kind and so professional the work they do is so much better than anywhere I’ve ever been before. I will never go anywhere else they have a customer for life. Samantha Head Me and my husband went there to get our pedicure done to our feet the two girls there doesn’t seem like they werent professional like they don’t have there licenses the two girls has to keep switching back and fourth doing my toes cuz I told them I have a bad ingrown toenail and they went to deep and now my toes infected it has white stuff coming out they kept asking the older lady what do next cuz we pay 55 dollars each it seem like it not worth 55 dollars they keep forgetting to do what was being said on the paper they didn’t even do everything that it says that you get with the 55$ pedicure I do not recommend this place you will be wasting your money. I learned my lesson so wanted ppl to know before they do the same to you. My toes are both swollen and they hurt so bad they don’t know what there doing.

Dishin With Dom Nails came out looking bumpy with polish all over my fingers. I was bleeding from several fingers. The worker did not listen to what I requested. They are rough and dismissive as well as sloppy. When I first started coming here years ago I loved it but something has changed for the worse. Very sad and disappointing. They need to get it together before they lose more business because they have definitely lost mine after these last few visits...

The Castle House Family I have extremely weak nails and a terrible nail biting habit. I was dedicated to maintaining my fingers so I have been getting my nails done regularly. I had reached a point where my nails were pretty healthy and had grown past my nail beds to a nice length. My cuticles and surrounding skin were finally healthy and no longer dry. On my first visit to the nail salon I had my nails done by a young man. He was extremely quick as I had told him I was in a bit of a hurry. He had my manicure done in 45 minutes and did a decent job. I wouldnt say it was perfect or anything but it was clean and it was quick and it was affordable. Overall I was happy with that experience and knew I would come back . On my second visit a few weeks later, I had my nails done by woman who without asking or warning cut back my nails completely to my nail beds. I was very upset, given the amount of work and time its taken for me to grow my nails. However, I am still a novice at manicures and nail care. So I figured there must have been a reason for it. I had asked for a round nail bed which no longer was possible since my nails were completely cut back. So I ended up with a squared nail bed which I dont like However, the manicure was solid enough and clean so I just accepted it for what it was. About 3 weeks later I came back in for a third time to get my nails done as well as get a pedicure. I asked for the number three pedicure option and I asked for a basic manicure which cost $25. Totaling$70. The guy tried to upsell me on some $99 special combo but with my gel would be $110. But I said no CLEARLY. I noticed him talking to the lady next to him pointing at the menu. I wasnt entirely sure what they were talking about. But I knew I had something to do with the combination I chose. I was extremely tired and the guy told me to just sit back, relax and take a nap. Although I did not take a nap, I did relax and closed my eyes After a long while, I felt an immense amount of pain in my nail bed and kicked my leg. And again on the other foot. When I looked closer the nail technician had cut huge chunk of my nails on my large toes on the side where my nail meets the skin bed. Its as if he was cutting out an ingrown toenail except I did NOT have ingrown toenails. I know for a fact I dont have ingrown toenails because my husband is a podiatrist. And he is very adamant about not cutting along the sides of nails in order to prevent ingrown toenails. After quite a while I realized I was still having a pedicure done and I didnt understand why it was taking so long. Lotion after lotion and then he brought out some unusual machine. I wasnt in a rush but I also didnt have all day. I went into the salon with at least 2 hours knowing that there should be plenty of time to get a manicure and a pedicure and make my kids pick ups. He finally finished and I moved to the manicure table. Without being too lengthy I asked THREE times for ROUND nails. I was very clear. The technician then proceeded to cut off ALL of my nails down to the nail beds! All of my length that I have been growing out was completely gone AGAIN & the nails were cut horribly. When he filed them they were left jagged. So much so that I had to ask him for a nail file so I could file them down myself. It became very clear to me that the technician without my permission had "upgraded me" to the expensive package that I specifically said I did not want. I missed all of my appointments and I was charged $110. My nails were gone, misshapen, the polish was uneven at the tops and my cuticles were butchered and over trimmed. Within 4 days my nails were chipping. I will NOT being going back and will NOT recommend this shop to our patients. They do NOT listen and just go rogue. Im not paying for that.

Abi Thomason I paid a lot for this gel manicure literally 3 days ago, and you can see the two middle nails have already chipped badly with the same problem on the other hand. I work a lot and don’t have time go to back and ask them to fix it so there’s a waste of money down the drain.

Merina Thomas I got a pedicure and will not be back. It was very stressful. The technician was rough and didnt speak enough English to understand when I said it was too much. Then he took out an illegal metal callous rasp (looked like a cheese grater) I left sore.

Devona Isais I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to share my experience from Wednesday and this was my first time getting my nails done at this place. However I thought about it for a few days and decided it was best to share my experience. I walked in on Wednesday 11/27/24 at 11:30am I was greeted by a very nice lady who I showed the picture of how I wanted my nails and she then had me sit down in table #7. I seen that they had to call the young man from outside to come back in and do my nails. I’m assuming he was on the phone with his friend/partner because about two minutes later as he was about to do my nails he had a FaceTime call and he the turned the phone towards me so the person on the other end could see me? That man wanted to see what he was doing and who he was with? There was no other explanation in my observation. The young man didn’t even ask me if that was okay, that made me feel very uncomfortable. But I couldn’t tell him that because he did not speak any English. Then about 3-5 minutes later the same man FaceTimed the young man who was doing my nails back! To check again who he was with. By then I knew what was really going on. So from there he seemed very nervous and distracted and he cut my left ring finger three times. He was really trying his best and trying to do a good job and for the most part my nails look nice. But the experience was the most uncomfortable and a little painful from the cuts. Also one of my nails is already chipping. Lastly this took two hours! I wasn’t out of there until 1:30pm! I must add I would love to give this place a second try but not with the same person.

The Castle House Family Wendys nails is SOLID! After another shop really did a number on my nails, that I worked VERY hard to grow out, Wendys brought them back. Chris gives excellent foot massages after great nails, Emily always does a great manicure and the service is just always consistent to me. Plus everyone is very kind and they serve bottled drinks! I only do gel so I cant comment on the more fanciful items, but the design I saw on a girl tonight was AMAZING quality! So delicate. Love my new salon! Im a nail biter no more!!

Valencia My manicurist was very detail oriented and had no issues fixing and perfecting my full set. She made sure the marble detail on each nail was perfect before curing it. Im super happy with how it turned out. Price was $70 plus tip, which for the amount of time and detail is a great price!

Kristy Mackey I’ve always had a great experience here. Michael is the best. Every time I go he’s either booked or multiple people come in wanting to book with him. Also, today I had the privilege of meeting Philip whom did the most fabulous job on my pedicure! Not only do my toes look great but the foot and leg massage he gave was amazing.
