Leena Sbeiti I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Can barely do the most simple up do. Very unprofessional and entitled while they don’t even know what clean and professional looks like. When you ask them to fix something because you aren’t fully happy they scold you and embarrass you for saying a little concern. Me and my friends booked for a wedding and unfortunately they were the only place open on a Sunday. We came out of town so we aren’t sure of any other local small businesses but next time I for sure will book through an Instagram page because this is a very unprofessional and unpleasant place to be in. They charged my friends card an extra $30 hours after we left, that is illegal to do and charge my card with out me knowing or discussing.

Amy Mackenzie I’m happy with the service here, I got exactly what I wanted. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is nice. They accommodate women who need privacy (who wear hijab) which is a plus. I would definitely come back here!

Hanan R Great salon I went there yesterday to do my hair. I asked to dye my hair auburn and I am very pleased with the service, the environment and the results. Affaf is a really sweet and comfortable person who has a nice touch in hair styling. I wear a hijab so I was kind of concerned about the conservitivity of the place and what it offers ...but I was not disappointed, thank God. It was my first time there and its definitely not going to be my last. Great job!

christine Sawaya If I could give 10++ I would not hesitate. I have been coming to Cleopatra for 20 years now and never been disappointed. This is a family owned salon. They dont try to get you to buy or to do what is not necessary on your hair. On the contrary, they do their best to suit your needs. Not only for hair. Jumana is also the best of the best regarding facials of all kinds. This salon is the best in all California.

Ikrame K Dont recommend this at all!! I went yesterday for a cut and after I was done I told the stylist I was considering a balayage and she quickly pressured me to test my hair even though I said I did henna and didnt want to bleach. She ended up bleaching a few strands and it came out terrible I told her I didnt want it anymore she said Ill have to go home like that if I dont do it. I ended up going through with it and my hair is now a copper terrible orange red all over and not a balayage at all! I said I was unhappy with it and they barely fixed it and my hair is super thin so I didnt want to risk more damage and just decided to leave with the damage and terrible coloring. She then charged me 195 for a cut and the terrible dye job even though I have thin hair which they just make up prices in the spot because I was told by other customers cuts are usually around 30 and she charged me 45 (20 for a customer who has waaay thicker hair). Now my hair is damaged and orange/red....not to mention I was there for hours as they took other people and kept moving me around and they had bleach in my hair for 40 min even though I specifically told her I had thin hair and to only leave it in for 10 min at most...

nata b They cut it way tooo short and when I showed her a picture she said okay like she knew how to cut it, I asked if she wanted me to show it to her again and she said no so I was like ok she knows what she’s doing but she cut it way shorter than I wanted and I ended up looking like Bonnie from toy story

Uzi Izelo I once told a lady to cut a little bit of the top part of my hair, and she ended up cutting more than I told her to.

Tania Katbi Staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The prices are very affordable. The place is clean and very close to Disneyland. They do everything from nails, waxing, and hair services! I was able to walk in without an appointment on a weekday, but one the weekends you may need one. I recommend!

Michael Acosta I went for a haircut. They said they cut mens hair. I should have asked if the stylist was licensed to cut hair. I look like I was in a fight with a weedeater!!! Massacred my hair she did. She had no talent to cut hair. Please save your $13 and go to someone else. I wouldnt recommend my enemies. Had to go to Great Clips for them to fix it.

Brianna Mancilla I’ve been coming here for years, but my last experience was horrible. The owner before the current ones were amazing and I never had an issue. The lady who owns the place was very rude and unprofessional. I showed her a video of a type of cut I wanted, but I asked her for price and she got bothered. I didn’t want to style my hair and she got bothered because of that. Then, she mentioned my hair was too dry and bad looking to get the look I wanted. At first she said she was able to do it until I told her the price was too high just to wet my hair, and that I just wanted to cut it without style. I’ve never had someone give me bad comments about my hair, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Avoid this place, the owner is rude.

Lily did my gel manicure and she was super gentle and took her time to make sure it looks good. Overall great experience and I cant wait to go back! Great prices and great service!

Nancy G I have dreadlocks in my hair which were done at another place, but i still come to Lorena when I need my hair colored or cut. The last time I went to this salon she used a toner in my hair and the color turned out really nice. I have been to many hair salons and this is the only place I will trust with my hair. Lorena is very detailed and asks specific questions when doing my hair, I have never had an issue. She has many years of experience and if she can work on a person w dreadlocks then she can do it all. Everyone at the salon is very nice and you can tell they are passionate about their work. Sonia Gonzalez Terrible job!!! This lady cut my daughter’s hair with the mens razor and then she used the scissors!! She left her hair soo terrible! Some hair was longer than the other and my other boys got their hair cut too and she didn’t even know how to fade away the line! Ridiculous! Going back for a refund!!

Jane Doee Lorena did my hair I,Asked for a balayage… they are far from knowing what that is. She reassured she knew the pattern it consists of and the technique needed. Results were horrible. Nothing was blended like it should have. She had to redo the whole process over in the same sitting to correct the mistakes. And another hairdresser thought putting her 2cents in would be a good idea, She Started telling Lorena that she should have charged double the price of what she gave me “infront of me” very unprofessional and cheap way to act infront of paying customers especially when I didn’t even ask for a discount to begin with. She gave me a price and I said ok sounds good. Never coming back to this place and I will be telling everybody to never come here. Rude hairdressers and just under qualified.

Dana Corona Sissons If you want one of the best cut and colors, this is the place to go. Estrellia and her daughter, were so awesome to be around and made me feel right at home. And one of the best cuts, and prettiest colors I have had in a long time!

jorge valdez I told the lady to only cut a little and proceeded to cut almost 3 times what I told her. I waited so long to grow long hair until she messed it up. Now I al going to have to wait months for my long hair to return. Dont come here.

Callie Quinn Terrible couldn’t do a simple blowout. I had two Hispanic ladies who couldn’t speak English (which is weird cause I had a male who spoke perfect English on the phone) even though I couldn’t communicate I showed them pictures. I kept showed them pics of big bouncy blowouts and they kept saying “yes I can do that” AND THE LADIES PROCEEDED TO PUT KERATIN GEL ON MY HAIR I said “no wash and blow” and they grabbed the blow drier and made my hair all frizzy. I kept stopping them to show them the picture of what I wanted and they kept claiming, “don’t worry yes we can do that” they could not. They even ripped out a chunk of my hair! After one hour of getting nowhere (a blowout usually takes 30 mins) I was appalled I had to get up and leave with frizzy and damp hair. I had to try and fix it myself so Thanks for making me an hour late for my graduation. Hope you go out of business. A blowout is one of the first things they teach you in beauty school.

miguel morales I showed the lady a short clip of how I wanted my haircut..she obviously didnt pay any attention..haircut outcome was nothing like it..was very different..i told her to stop a little too late :/ been coming here for years but after today I dont think I will come back..

sarahi villanueva !!!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Worst experience Ive ever had in a hair salon. The women damaged my hair more than what it already was. I told her I wanted to go ombre she clearly doesnt know what that is since she technically just made my hair go a shade lighter. After I told her I wanted my hair to actually look blond from the tips she got mad and as she was blow drying my hair she was pulling so hard I had to tell her to be more gentle. What got me even more upset is when I noticed she was frying my hair on purpose to get back at me. Since she didnt offer to fix it I asked what could she do to make it better. She offered to bleach it again but since she had already mistreated my hair I just paid her the $85 she charged me and walked out exactly how I had walked with the only exception of fried hair. The worst part is that the women who was doing my hair was the one in charge that day.
