christina swaine I got my hair done (baby lights) by Jeanette. I had no idea how I wanted it just said I wanted to be more blonde. She asked me a few questions and decided I would go with baby lights as it will give me my desired look. Jeanette is really sweet and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The rest of the staff was also so sweet. I enjoyed the atmosphere here and will definitely be back to see Jeanette!

domxrare Im a guy and always went to barbers , was in and out within 20 minutes and got treated really good and the haircut is nice

Lucy Lavallee Kaitlyn was fantastic. She worked with my existing color “recipe” and it came out perfectly. The haircut was very well done, too. (You can only use fantastic so many times, hahaha)

Hilda Paez Went to schedule appt. Recieved by worker very rudely, stated I went in after hours they close at 2pm on Mondays and couldnt assist me. She also stated she didnt work there, but also had a client on a chair? I drove to this place after google searching time of closing ( which said 5pm). Need to update times on internet and have more polite people with diffrent tone of voice.

Amanda Botelho I used to be the girl who would go from salon to salon, never really happy with how my hair turned out, until a friend recommended Sarah! I have been getting my hair done at hidden beauty since it opened in the alley. I always book with Sarah and she does amazing balayage, highlights and haircuts. I always leave her salon feeling great and loving the end results! The little cafe bar is also super cute and delicious!

Kelie Had a great experience at Hidden Beauty Salon! The atmosphere was amazing and very welcoming. My stylist was Gina, and she did such a beautiful job cutting my hair. It came out exactly how I wanted it! (I went from having hair all the way down to my butt to cutting it to my shoulder, so a big cut) She also gave me some really helpful tips on how to style my hair, so I left not only feeling beautiful but also confident.

martha jimenez Went to hidden beauty for the first time to get my nails done. Angie did a great job and was very kind always asking me questions to make sure I was satisfied with the colors and shape of my nails. Definitely would recommend

Renee Corvera This is the most dis functional business. I was seeing a stylist that relocated to Kearney masa which was out of my way and I like to keep my business local. The time I came here before last, she had matted someone hair so bad that she couldnt take me so another stylist took me. She did a good job. I went back to the hair stylist I had been seeing because she had never messed up my hair and I understand things happen. I asked if she could do my updo for my wedding in May and there was no problem. Well the relocation happened. Then I got rebooked with Brianna. They allowed weeks to go by and she didnt speak up and say hey, Im under skilled to do an updo. So not they tell me Wednesday afternoon/evening, they cant take me Saturday for my wedding because no one knows how to do a simple up do. This is terrible customer service. Not to mention Sarah tells me some girl up and quit. What kinda of business are they running? Employees quitting at the last minute? Wow just wow. I will be take my business elsewhere from now on. Btw I was one of your clients that tip 20% minimum.

Berenice Martinez Gutierrez Not what I was hoping for. They have both the tv and the radio going at the same time, so you’re listening to lots of commercials and the news, and it’s not very relaxing. My nails look fine, but they do dip your fingers in acetone to remove gel (no wrapping) along with the power tools for the removal. My nails are so thin, I had to let her know she was hurting me with that drill. On the plus side they did see me almost right away, and they were kind enough to help me pick a color. It’s not a bad place, just not my cup or tea. I left with a headache because of all the noise.

Alma I was very impressed by the work and services from this Salon. The salon has services for hair, makeup, and nails. Seriously a one-stop Salon where you can get everything you need for special occasions or just to pamper oneself. Rafael and Ariana did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup for the wedding of my best friend. They also did my best friends (bride) makeup and hair and really made her sparkle. We felt like celebrities. They also were very prepared because they had asked us to provide an example of the hairdo we wanted prior to the day of the appointment. We had brought my god daughter (flower girl) and took advantage of the fact that the salon does nails and they turned out beautiful. The lady doing her nails was very patient, gentle, and explained what she was doing since it was her first time. Rafael and Ariana were such superstars that they even did my God daughters hair and it came out beautiful, like a princess I will definitely come back and get my haircut and hair color done here. It was a great experience and Rafael and Ariana are really talented.

Vero B Sorry but you charged $75 for a kids trim? Ridiculous. You only cut 3 inches off.i don’t know who cut my daughter’s hair as my husband took her because I’m stuck at home with Covid. He only paid because he didn’t want to embarrass my daughter. My daughter said her usual stylist was busy so she had another one. Man I regret not being there.

Juliana Lopez Gone here for years normally get my hair done comes out lovely. I will Never go back after I got my hair dyed. I believe Patrick did my hair this time and there’s zero good lighting in this place so when I got home my hair was orange and three different colors rather than the chocolate brown I asked for. I called to ask to get it redone and I was polite. I was also not expecting for them to do it for free. But Patrick was so rude and arrogant he stated “I don’t make mistakes” and was insistent that he done his job right after I explained to him why I wasn’t happy. Never showed up to my next appointment. Get my hair done somewhere else which much better treatment.

Jetta Sosa I cant believe it took me this long to post but they helped me out so much!!! Cut over 12 inches off of my hair and left it so much lighter and exactly how I wanted!!! They even washed it and blew it out for me. Decent price, $50 for the whole thing. Will definitely be coming back when I want to do something else to my hair. My stylist was also so kind and really listened to what I wanted.

Linette Morales The lady that did my hair was very sweet but she had no idea what she was doing and instead was getting instructions from another worker. I had asked to get my roots redone and they only bleached half of them creating a really weird mix on top. Also, they didn’t do a test strand causing a part of my hair on top to fall off. I had not notice this in the moment otherwise I would have complained. Instead it was hidden in the styling and I only noticed once I got home and took pictures of my hair. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, apart from the lady. They created a hostile environment and made me want to leave as soon as possible. Overall, it wasn’t worth what I paid. The experience and the work were both unfortunate.

Ismael Barajas Rude, unprofessional attitude, somewhat racially motivated. Stay away, only Filipinos are welcomed. 4/5 of my friends stopped going for the same reasons. Be warned

Elizabeth Portillo I tried to book an appointment and the lady just hung up on me. She answered in spainsh and asked I asked her in english if they did hair and she didn’t even answer me super rude I tried calling back after she hung up and no answer super rude don’t recommend.

pamela amador Gema is the best, Ive been cutting my hair here for over a year and every time I visit her she cuts my hair exactly how I want it (& it grows so fast) !

Maria Perez I asked for a cute brown ombré balayage and they gave me an old lady hair color, I literally paid $120 for white hair that I didnt even ask for.

Starbucks Fan Gema has been doing my hair for 15 years! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Lucy, the owner is talkative and loves her job!

Lani Cova Teresa is a sweetheart. Shes knowledgeable and easy going. Does a great job with blondes which is rare to find. ♡ Highly recommend

Melody Moreno Kind, and courteous ladies work here. Did a fantastic perm on shoulder length hair that is still looking fresh and shines. Very relaxed ambience and she does professional cosmetic tattoos as well. Reasonably priced and has a portfolio to view " before &"after pics. Easy five stars.

J Robles I was a walk in asking for availability . The lady on the first chair asked whom was getting a cut. I shared the cut was for my mother. She made a disgusted face and stated “she wants her shorter than that?” The woman had A horrible attitude. I explained she will like to even it out. She just looked at my mother with a disgust look. The woman said she was busy right now. I thanked her and walked away. This is very upsetting; my mother has cancer and is already having a difficult time with the fact that she lost all her hair. Its finally growing in and to be looked at in such a disrespectful Manner is upsetting. Ive always been taught to behave like a lady and treat others with kindness. This lady should learn to do so specially since she deals with the public!

Jackie Juárez Vázquez Been to this place twice this year and Im very happy with the service. The place is clean and friendly environment. I got what I asked for, just a 2 inch cut and a layer. Other places have cut more than I asked.. and finally I found a person, that listens..thanks Norma.

Rachael Potter I only wanted between 2-3 inches taken off, no layers. I brought in the picture. I was told the picture would be too short. I left with 6 inches taken off, uneven layers. The cut is awful. Not even close to the picture, which was literally a basic long bob. I cringe every time I look in my mirror and my soccer mom short jagged layered bob. No wash, no style. I am completely devastated.

maria varela Thelma has been styling my hair for the past 3 times! She is amazing at what she does! 100% recommend getting your haircuts done with her! She will Not disappoint! She was also a stylist in the movie Titanic! So cool!

Mighty monster They messed me up, nowhere near the video I showed them. More expensive then the other place that actually cuts good.
