But one thing that really upset me is the last two times I been there their building so super cold !! I mean is warmer outside then Inside ! I feel bad for the girls that work all day with no heater! Berj Fustukjian The entire staff is great. Mario, Betty, Sandra and Christina whom I know the most. I have been going there for many years and wont go elsewhere. They know me, treat me like family, know my haircut wants and style. I walk in and say lets go. They are very accommodating and know how to cut hair. Dont let the low prices fool you which is also a plus. They are very low priced and cut as well as those who charge $50 for a haircut. Go here as I have simply because they are the best and make you feel right at home! Need I say anymore? I dont think so. Go and youll see! Bella salon has my 100% loyalty all of the time!

allyouneedis GodandJesus I called a couple of minutes before they opened and was happy that they answered. I asked if they were accepting people by appointment only but they simply asked what time I was thinking about coming in and they gladly accepted the time(which was 30 minutes from the time I called.) Due to the pandemic, they were set up to do service right outside their business, we got to enjoy the early morning breeze as we waited, which was about 5 -7 mins. Not bad at all. Ive taken my children to get a haircut here for years. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Their prices have gone up about $8 and we get a different stylist almost every time, but we dont mind. Hands get sanitized and temperature is taken, I do recommend this salon.

Steph Bola She fit me in last minute but it was a huge mistake. I came in for an ends trim and when I sat in the chair she showed me the amount of hair she was going to be cutting which was only an inch to cut the split ends only. But she completely chopped almost 4 inches off my hair I told her specifically I don’t want a hair cut just an ends trim. Almost like it was done on purpose now my hair is so short with the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I was able to get my money back but it doesn’t take the fact that she ruined my hair. I had made a lash appointment with her but I ended canceling I’m really just upset.

Azeeta Nikoui Lan saved my lashes 3 days before my wedding! I originally made the mistake of getting my lashes done elsewhere, where I was overcharged for lashes that were going every which way, falling out and poking me in the eyes immediately after leaving my appointment. When I brought this to the attention of the chick who originally did my lashes she did not offer to help, or even respond. I found Lan the next day and luckily she was able to help! I called Lan on the verge of tears knowing I either had to have them fixed or removed in a hurry before my wedding and I had very little time. She responded immediately and took me in as soon as possible once I got off work. Lan was able to remove the bad lashes and salvage what she could. My lashes came out looking just how I was hoping. I am definitely going to return and cannot thank her enough for saving the day! Highly recommended!

Sabrina Henderson Do not go here if you want your lashes to stay the way they are and able to continue getting lash extensions you need to not go here and save your lashes! I got one set the most expensive one and one fill leaving me with no lash extensions and all my lashes broken at the halfway mark from the lashes falling out not to mention it’s unprofessional and I don’t even think she is is properly certified! Same experience for my sister only she got one set her first ever and this happened to her after three days mind you the women was amazing my first set and the second one she was working in three people at the same time and rushed through all our fills even though they were different ones! I can honestly say she could do good but she overbooks herself constantly causing her to reschedule clients and forcing them to pick up where she lacks by payin more and her spending less time and I’m very grateful I found out after only two services but it sucks that now me and my sister are horrified to get lash extensions from anyone because of what this woman did to our what were long beautiful lashes they were just naturally blonde and we didn’t like doing our mascara and makeup everyday so lashes for an amazing fix to our daily stress of getting ready for work and school were both young moms so you can imagine the stress and lack of sleep and time. Anyways now mascara doesn’t even help because we have no length whatsoever but we’re too afraid to go to someone else to get lash extensions even though we’reore than willing to pay and tip! We even tipped this woman $20 for both services ugh I just can’t believe she chose to do great the first time and then totally destroyed me the second time and my sister her first time I wouldn’t be surprised if the other woman getting hers done at the time has the same problem! Please ladies do not get your lashes done here!!!!

Stephanie Angeles Very dissapointed! Got my eyelashes done. NEVER GO HERE! One eye is fuller than the other. Within a few hours my eyes lashes started to slide. Its been over 6hrs and I can still feel the stickiness from the glue. Pictures say it all

Submerging Catalyst Please NEVER come here! The staff is so rude. I called, and made an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early for my APPOINTMENT, and I was not greeted. I was told to sit. I told the hairdresser that i was the one who called and gave my name and appointment time. She just told me to sit. I sat there for a whole hour before getting up and calling and going to another salon.

Pamela Yambao DO NOT GO TO ALEJANDRA! She doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’m convinced no one there knows what they’re actually doing. They act like they do but don’t really care how you want your hair. Alejandra asked personal questions during my appointment. We needed someone to guide her and she should’ve asked her colleagues for advice, instead of digging into clients personal lives. My hair was platinum blonde. She even asked to send a pic of how I wanted my hair. I asked to get only my roots done and not to touch the rest of my hair bec I love the way it was already. She didn’t listen, she dyed my roots and then toned my whole head. She didn’t check on the bleach as much as other professionals have in my experience nor did she touch anything up if needed. Vanity Salon is unresponsive about his issue. Alejandra offered to tone my hair even more as if it isn’t already grey enough. She also offered a partial refund which I hesitated to agree to bec it was her mistake so she should take full responsibility. Just like if she did a great job she should expect to be paid in full, possibly with a nice tip included, but no. I still haven’t received anything as far as my “partial refund” nor a response back from anyone. Only person I recommend is Janet and she doesn’t even work there anymore. Good luck ! This is a warning if you love yourself.... DO NOT GO HERE! Another person to look out for is Xochilt Hernandez. She will give you wrong advice and will most likely recommend you to Alejandra to ruin your hair. God bless

Amina Rahimi Ive been coming here for about 6 months now. I found Maribel off of instagram and she is AMAZING! What I love about her the most is that she takes her time and makes sure that you are happy. My hair has been a process and she has been informative with me throughout every step. She will not let you leave until you are satisfied. I would recommend her work to anyone.

Tom Wisherop This a great place for great haircuts and color for women and men of all ages. Found by my late teen daughter, vanity salon is a family favorite. The women see Ashley, and the men see Wee. I am a middle aged man and switched from my stylist of 30+ years, and weve been nothing short of pleased by the quality, price, and accessibility.

Vanessa Gomez This place has THE WORST customer service! Trying to get a response from the owner or even my own hairstylist is merely impossible. Ive been a customer for many years (from their first salon) and its gotten worse and worse throughout the years. I give it to them...as far as color, theyre good but their customer service skills and professionalism is garbage! It is evident that they are in dire need of some business classes that teach them the value of customer service. I had an appointment before the SIP took place and was never reached out to simply cancel or notify that the business was closing. Ive reached out to the hair stylist and the owner about updates and have been completely ignored, not even an acknowledgment. They might not realize this, but that is not acceptable and extremely rude of them. A simple acknowledgement would suffice! They really need to work on how they treat people before they start losing other customers!

Natalie S I dont usually leave reviews but I felt like I had to because Im extremely upset with my experience. I had an appointment with Leilani to do balayage after letting my brown hair grow out from my previous balayage that I got when I lived in SoCal. I sent Leilani pictures of my own hair when I first got it done and said I wanted the same thing with a bit cooler tone and showed her another inspiration photo of the tone. She never once showed that she was not going to be able to give me what I came in for. She just said she was going to get me "as light as possible." When she took the foils out to wash my hair, I asked her if it was as light as it was supposed to be for the color and she said it was. She asked me for my inspiration picture again before toning my hair. When we got back to the chair, I already knew something was off because she had my chair turned sideways (away from the mirror) so I couldnt see my hair while she was drying/styling it the entire time. My hair was hardly lightened and the tone was completely off from what I wanted. It didnt look horrible, it just simply was not what I had come in for or wanted. I still wanted to be nice and just asked for the future if I wanted it to be more like the picture if I just needed a different toner. She said my pictures were a lot lighter than my hair and it would take another session to get to the level of lightness I wanted for my hair. Nevertheless I paid $250 and tipped her. After soaking in how upset I was about my hair I texted Leilani the same day about my concerns and how I was unhappy with the outcome. She wasnt willing to work with me or offer to fix it. She just said that she never guaranteed anything and that if I wanted to get to the level of lightness I had before (which took me one session from my socal stylist so I knew it WAS possible.... I wasnt going platinum blonde or anything crazy) that I would have to pay full price for another session. Thats what compelled me to write this review. Im not just upset about my hair but I feel scammed out of my money. She mightve not guaranteed my hair but she also never told me I WOULDNT get what I came in for. If anything she reassured me the whole time. I feel like she just didnt lighten my hair enough to get me to come in for another session and pay double. If Im going to invest my money into someone I want to get what I paid for and Im just extremely disappointed and upset that she was unwilling to do anything to make it right. Im definitely taking my business to a more ethical salon.

Danielle Rossi Sad. Spent $88 for a mani pedi, just for my beautiful nails to peel within 2 days. That’s insanity. I’ve never had a gel nail set peel so quickly. Not sure if it didn’t cure enough or the artist didn’t paint them correctly, but what a waste of money. You can see in the photos the one mail peeled at the top, and all around the edges are lighter in color as they’re starting to lift as well. Glad I did regular polish on my toes, since it’s lasting longer than the GEL!! I would have gone back if I lived in the area, but was only here for a wedding. Good thing I got them the day of my event! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Chandni Malhotra Worst salon and worst customer service, I was there to do my nails and they said we are busy but one person is available and I told them I don’t want the guy he didn’t do it good last time and they said there is a lady she can do, I said I have 60 min only they said okay.The lady started doing my nails and I had to do nail extensions I had two nails out there were old extensions she just used two new nails and while she was filling all mg 10 fingers had different shape and I showed her and she said I will call the manager. Manager came with her attitude and I was so nice to her and said I work in the mall too and she said I don’t care where you work and I said I am just saying about customer service. Then she started filling my nails with all pressure and was not even seeing if she is doing on my nails or my skin , I started bleeding and when I showed her she said oh sorry and then after all that happened she charged me and gave me $5 discount. There was a lady I did nails with her before and she started yelling at me saying you have just 60 minutes, I said I get it but you are pro in the Bussiness you should have told me it will take more then 60 min and she didn’t listen and kept on yelling. I don’t know who owned this salon but whosever ownes it should go and see what they are doing not professionall.

Melissa Avila I stumbled in here while doing some last minute holiday shopping to get a gel mani. It was quick and great quality at a reasonable price. While I wouldn’t normally go to the mall to get my nails done, I would come back here!

Success D.O. I have been going here for a year now and Gina is the best nail tech I have experienced in all my years of getting my nails done..she doesnt do designs but her attention to details and meticulous manner is why I keep driving 35 minutes. She does such a good job filling and pampering my nails that I only have to go once a month. She is that good! I recently took a break to let my nails breathe and when I went She saw that my nails werent ready. She could have easily went ahead on did them to get paid, but she cared enough to tell me to come back in 2 weeks. I was disappointed but she cares. Its worth $$$$ in my book.

Diego Gonzalez Ventura PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT COME HERE! They are inexperienced amateurs at basically every service they offer, but especially eyebrows. They messed mine up so bad that it brought me to tears. Despite my complaint, they still forced me to pay for a service I didn’t like. Please learn from my mistake and stay AWAY from this place. I would give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can go. If you’re in the Bay Area, I highly recommend the Art of Thread in Oakley/Brentwood.
