Nazia Khan Today I got a haircut from sleek salon. Best haircuts done by professionals I came here for the first time and was very happy. The photo design I showed to the stylist she replicated it exactly the same. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming again.

Mehzabeen Ali Worst customer service I have ever had at any salon!!! They not only ruined my highlights but blamed it on me! And they all stood there and talked about me in front of other customers in their language . Will never go back!

Abhinay Rao Worst option for hair cut. Crew doesn’t take any notes on how to cut the hair and just knows one template cut for everyone. Very rude and least professional. Wish I could go back in time and undo this haircut.

Pruthvi Raj It was horrible experience , the minute I entered ,lady was already in deep discussion with their colleague by disturbing them too on though they were handling other customers. I was asked to sit then she approached while she was still in her own world, she least bothered to ask what I went for and started working on me !!! had to stop and inform her , I wanted hair cut . however there was no proper response , I just ensured she at least know reason for my visit . The way she was kept talking through out so nasty without focusing on her work at all , result was obviously pathetic . she had clipped hairs so randomly … it was so unfortunate I choose to go this place . Hope this review results in practicing basic ethnicities

Amith Kumar Raul Excellent service provided Due to covid we were very peculiar with salon, so we walk in to this salon and surprisingly the customer volume is very less and it was just walk in. So we just waited for few minutes and hair stylist was ready with her mask on and sanitize herself. We did notice salon is under Fremont guidelines for the covid requirements Happy customer after the pleasant long conversation with hair stylist, I would definitely recommend her.

Alex Li Best price in town , and they are nice people too! While I was having my hair cut, an old man came in to pay back the money he owed them for the haircut back in Christmas (that’s almost six months ago). Candice said from time to time they cut hair for folks even they can’t pay. We are lucky to have this business in our community!

bill nye genuinely worst haircut in my life, they honestly have no skill and they have the worst attitiude, i understand language struggles but they dont even try to understand what u want and do what they like as well as talk behind your back. never go here, my hair looks like a 4 year old cut it and i dk how to salvage it, i would give it 0 stars if i could

Kristina valencia My daughter got a layered haircut and her eyebrows done here for the first time. They were quick and did a great job with both. My daughters hair came out so soft and shiny after her cut. Her eyebrows were shaped and waxed. She was very happy with the results. We will be coming back. It was very reasonable priced. 50.00 for both. These days for those services it can be more expensive elsewhere.

sri sriharihar If there was less than one star I would give it to them. The manager Jessie is very rude and have NO sense of customer service. She has a short fuse. I have had appointments in the past and had to wait in many occasions. In one occasion i had an appointment on Saturday with one of their staffs which was a no show. I reached out and they said there was a confusion, but I gave them a benefit of the doubt without being upset about the situation. One time I was late for an appointment myself and could not inform them in a timely fashion because my phone had died and had to be charged. I called her later after chagrining my phone WITHIN 10 mins and she went ballistic without trying to listen to my explanation. I had to fire back and her and remind her about the past appointments when they were late and a no show. After that she advised me to call the person who I had my appointment with. By that time I was done with her and I even made sure my wife stopped going there as well. We had been their clients for many years. You never treat your long standing clients like that. There are so many saloons out their with better pricing and more importantly way better customer service. In fact it was a blessing in disguise as I found a much better place. I would NOT recommend ANYONE AT ALL to this place, NONE whats so ever.

Bakar M This place never display the price for their service. After the haircut done, you can expect a price bomb! Just a girls haircut they charged $40 which was $20 two months ago. I dont understand what makes them to raise 100% in 2 months.

June wei I just had my hair done at Emily & Friends Salon today. From 10:30am to 6pm, I did perm, hair cut, hair dye, hair glazing, and also got my daughters hair cut. Emily and Kevin helped us. Im super happy with the result! Both of them were very friendly and professional. Kevin helped me with the perm and hairstyling. Guriqbal Sekhon I thought something wasn’t right but after reading the reviews l was right something is not right first time l went there for hair cut and it was a woman l don’t know her name but so unprofessional l wonder what hairdressing school they went to such a horrible haircut l was waiting and then she comes to me and says take of your jacket and l went towards the chair and she said oh you were quick l wonder how long it takes to take the jacket off when l went towards the chair she hadn’t cleaned the area and then she started to clean she hardly spent 5-6 mins to do the job and then l paid her $30 for worst haircut that l normally pay $15 for better haircut and she said next time when you come remember to pay cash or by card your tips sorry there won’t be next time l won’t give you another chance and like sone people said that hair will grow back thank god they will grow back it looks like l have cut then at home ridiculous if they continue like this they will loose a lot of customers l am sure customers with bad experience will never go back again l wish them best of luck

Jane Zhang I like the style of haircuts here. They do a good job with Asian hair that other salons can’t do. I’ve been going to this place since they were in SF and I still make the drive to Fremont to get my haircut. The skill of hair stylist and time they spend is worth the price. Make an appointment in advance.

T Viveat They have a huge people flow, every stylist is tending about 3 customers and a helper runs around doing the small tasks. Good service but I feel like Im allergic to one of their products they used on me without testing. I did like the results. Im not returning in the future due to distance but great for people who are looking for a quick style up.

Jinhan Chang There are reasons for the low rating. As other reviews have said, a hair stylist has to serve several clients at the same time, how can it be possible for the client to have a good experience. In addition, the skills of the hairstylist are also average. I feel no different from other hairdressers who charge 30 dollars. It costs 128 dollars for a haircut, and it is close to 150 after tax, which is not worth it at all. Wont go there again, very bad experience.

Trina Loya I wouldnt even give this place 1 star! Dont go get your hair cut here,its a butcher shop chop my hair a whole bunch of different lengths.Now I know why she turned my seat around. The biggest mistake I made walking in here all I wanted was trim the sides to layer a little. Different lengths on my sides. Dont waste your money Thanks for nothing

Frank Sanchez For charging $20 for a men haircut, spending less than 5mn on me seemed a bit of a rushed work, especially when there was only one other customer waiting for his turn. Fortunately for me, my haircut wasnt too complicated and the result was kind of acceptable. But for similar fast (but better) service, I know another place where they only charge $12, and will actually spend more than 5mn to be sure I get my haircut right. Top hair cut was just less far away compared to my location at the time, so I decided to give it a try. Not sure if I will go again though.
