Just Raye I took my daughter into the Elements Salon Studios in HB to get her hair done for school. Stephanie is so sweet and listened to both myself and my daughters wants for her new look. Stephanie did such and amazing job. We are so thrilled we were lucky enough to get an appointment with such a sweet, talented hair dresser. Thank you for the great job Stephanie!!

Billy Deacon Jr. My wife had her eyelashes done here by Ashley. My wife said that the studio was super clean and Ashley was very professional. My wifes eyelashes look great!

Deacon Kimberly This is a beautiful studio, Raechelle is very professional, if you need Microblading or Stretch Mark Rejuvenation go see her.

Jalissa Robinson Stephanie has THE worst customer service and bedside manner. We booked STEPHANIE for a bridal party for hair and makeup. THE NIGHT BEFORE the wedding she canceled on the poor bride. The poor bride was an absolute mess. Who does that to a bride on the day before her wedding?!? How extremely unprofessional?!? Please don’t ever trust STEPHANIE with your business. You will be severely disappointed.

Jana Neser This salon is gorgeous! Stephanie, the owner, did my hair and she was amazing. She was so professional and I loved her work. Highly recommend this location.

Michelle Brydenthal Sandy is my go to gal for years and even longer for my mom. She keeps up with the latest trends, is friendly and gives honest feedback and suggestions. The pics below show my mom with 1/2 the head covered in gray turned blonde. Always a beautiful job.

Nina Campbell Sandy is the best for a Brazilian blowout. Ive been coming to her for two years and my hair is so long and healthy. She is the kindest, most professional stylist so grateful for her.

Maria Saldivar Darlene is amazing she did a balayage on my hair. She is very patient and honest and will give you the look you want to accomplish. She will also explain if multiple sessions are needed to accomplish your final look. She is very knowledgeable and will give you her opinion to acquire your final look and help your hair maintain its healthy look. She uses amazing products that help your hair feel soft after all the bleaching and she will recommend a hair mask if necessary. I had a positive experience and I would definitely recommend Darlene to anyone needing a fresh look. I added my before and after shots I was completely satisfied with my results and would recommend Darlene to anyone looking for a hairstylist

Michele VanRy I was really hoping to have a new eyelash extension place, but when I get there, there is bunch of confusion and they tell me that I cancelled my appointment!! They ask if could come back later but unfortunately I have a life and things to do tonight… and where is this receptionist who said I cancelled my appointment?

Nicole OBrien Christine is hands down, the best ever!!! Way better than I ever could of imagined! She bleached/cut my hair with MAJOR REGROWTH, I was a mess when I came to her. And after she worked her magic, I have gotten so many compliments! And to top it off, she is an absolute pleasure to be around. I have found my stylist!!! So stoked. Thank you Christine! Youre a true artist and a master at ur craft!

Wanda F Stiver This studio is absolutely the best! Christine who works there tries to always do her best at making me feel at home and also does a fantastic job on my hair!

Bryce Lujan Owner is Christine. Excellent job on my hair to Give me that surfer look. Helped me with a minimal trim to undo the processed damage and gave me some serious hi lights that didn’t need toner. Magical job. This is a Redken salon which I prefer to get the job done. I recommend you give them a shot. It’s deffo scary trying to like go to someone new without any knowledge of their capabilities but I’ll upload a pic to come.

Brianna Lucas Christine is as Awesome! Its so hard to find people who can bleach without damaging my hair, so glad I found her! She matched my blond to my hair extensions perfectly and was very professional!

Caitlin Neske-Thomas I had such high expectations for this place, especially with going to high school with some of them and hearing about them being the best for prom hair, coloring hair and so on. I tried getting extensions done, had the consult and made appointment for installation. This would’ve been my first time getting extensions. I drove from Northern Nevada to Huntington Beach, CA because of how much I thought this place would be the best. Following my consult, I had additional questions so I sent them over via text which they said was ok to do. Instead of answers I get informed the next day the extension company is CURRENTLY out of stock for the color I wanted and length. Instead of offering different ways to make this work, I get an I’m sorry and no further response. No offer of going a different length, no offer of coloring the extensions, no offer of trying to stay in communication with the extension company and seeing when that color would be back in stock. Nothing. Massive let down. Almost as if they never wanted to do this for me in the first place and were just going through the motions. Not the best customer service. I could’ve been a regular. Extensions are not cheap and that’s money to you and your business. Especially with the upkeep appointments that would have to be made. Maybe because I’m not in their click or popularity. I’m not an HB girl anymore. I don’t look like them…I don’t know but major let down.

Daisy Came here for a balayage a while ago w Denise. The bleach was left too long in my hair and while they were brushing the teasing they do to create the balayage, chunks of my hair were falling off. Spent over 250 and my hair still looked brown all over. There was no ombre.

Katie Janelle Nycole is the BEST. She only works a few days at the salon so she is usually in high demand but she does amazing work. She knows whats best for each client and is willing to work tirelessly to get that look that you want. Besides hair, she also is fantastic at eyebrow shaping and waxing. I always feel like a beautiful new woman walking out of the salon.

Becca Pridgen Absolutely wonderful employees and service. They were quick to schedule and did an incredible job on my cut & balayage. Would definitely recommend Ashley!

Melissa Lesle The salon was bright and clean and all the staff was friendly! Kim was excellent with my daughter... she got a cut and color and made her feel comfortable. The cut looks great, and so does her coloring! I also got a pedicure with Carol, and shes amazing! Over 30 years of service, and it shows. Well definitely go back!

Amanda Winfield The nail salon is filthy. I sat down and was concerned the nail cart did not look clean and she had used tools on it. I asked her to spray them with rubbing alcohol in case they were used before me, should’ve left then. She did the manicure and then took the tools and put them in a tray which I assumed was the dirty tray since it had someone else’s fingernail clippings in it. She then tried to pick them back up and use them on my toes! I said please stop I’m leaving! I paid for my nails (shouldn’t have but did) and got out of there as quickly as possible to run home and clean my hands thoroughly! Hoping I won’t get an infection!

d3posit My mom and I went to this hair salon and I was excited to my hair done. I wanted only highlights and the first girl was great but the highlights didn’t match exactly the picture I had showed them. And the second girl decided to cut my hair and I asked not too short and it looks exactly short as I did not want it to be. My mom got her hair done the first time and it was great , she said. After she went back she said that the girl that did her hair was in a rush and my mom asked to not get her hair cut and the girl still did it, my hair looks absolutely horrible and short and the highlights do not match my dark red hair. They’re completely two toned color.

Sonam Delvadia This place was truly awful. I had come in and no one had greeted me, or recognized that I was waiting to be served for a few minutes. I finally got someones attention and then they brought me over to the pedicure chairs. I asked for a pedicure, and a gel manicure with a simple art design, but was told they could not do the art design. I then asked for French tips, with specific colors, but when the technician started, she started doing it incorrectly. I then got frustrated and just asked for a regular manicure. When they had done my manicure, they did not ask me for the shape I wanted my nails, and just assumed I wanted them square. They also cut too deep on my toe nails and fingernails, causing me to bleed. Unsolicited advice on my toe color was also given and not appreciated. They also were obviously talking shit about my preferences or me in Vietnamese, which did not make me feel comfortable. Upon payment, I provided cash, and was expecting my change, but they did not give me anything back and cashed the change as tip, without even asking me how much I would like to tip. TLDR: dont come here for any manicures or pedicures. They do not do a good job. EDIT to their response: I didnt even get my hair done as stated in my first review... seems like a standard response you give to all customers who put bad reviews

Erin Brown Bad experience with Tiffany. Very pushy and salesy, then she had the audacity to ask me to come back and to send people her way. Haha- no! She was unbelievably unprofessional. She also left stray hairs all over my face and was frustrated when I wouldn’t get highlights. I had to jump through some hoops, but the owner Kim answered my call. If you do decide to come here you can ask for Kim. AVOID TIFFANY. It’s too late for any more stars because I am still bothered by Tiffany’s rudeness. Update: while I appreciate the offer 3 months later for a free redo, I cannot trust any stylists here until Kim makes better hiring decisions. Also I have since been to a local beauty school and the student noticed the layers in the back (from my cut with Tiffany) were uneven. I didn’t even catch that! The student and her teacher fixed my layers and repaired the damage Tiffany had done! During my visit with Tiffany she also pointed out gray hairs when I saw her. I have since also colored my hair (also at the same school) and they did great. It’s crazy that students who aren’t even licensed yet can do better and show more professionalism and skill! There are plenty of talented stylists out there who are still in school. Try a school under a teacher’s supervision instead for a cheaper hair service- I still highly recommend against getting a Groupon from this place.

Carrie Stearns Called today 8/13/24 to make a booking for 5 people, when I mentioned my confusion that there were 3 different prices for the same service the lady replied, "Are you going to make a booking or are you just waisting my time?" She was just plain rude... when Im simply asking questions before spending a large amount with Cotton Blow Dry Bar. Sorry for waisting your time! Customer service is just not important to some businesses, even when they are in the service industry. Go somewhere else!

Katerina Milevski The girl who did my hair did a wonderful job but unfortunately the customer service was just awful. I had an appointment for hair and makeup for my engagement photos. I had made this appointment well in advance. I had to sit for about 40 minutes because they only had one stylist at the salon. After 30 mins of doing my hair I asked who going to be doing my makeup since I had to be out of there a certain time. After several calls to owner she finally picks up and told the the stylist that " .... was supposed to be coming in to do my makeup" . The owner said she was texting with the makeup artist and she was "stuck in traffic"..45 minutes went by and the owner was well aware that the girl scheduled to do my make up wasnt coming in. As the owner of a salon knowing someone who is paying for a service and especially getting engagement photos done - I would have called all of my employees. From what it sounded like on the phone she really didnt give two cents and didnt know what to do. I can tell you they are extremely unorganized when it comes to appointments and really unprofessional. I was left in a scramble to get my makeup done and was late for our photos. Really disappointing.

Kussner Bess (Basya) I found Cotton Blow Dry Bar from a quick Google search. I needed my hair done for a Saturday wedding and was able to book a blow out the night before. I was a little concerned with the negative reviews, but I realized most of them are from 4+ years ago. I had an incredible experience. First off, they took me in 10 minutes early (I expected the opposite). Second, my stylist (Tanya) was lovely. The hour flew by because we were having such a great conversation. And last but not least, I LOVE my hair. Worth every penny. Ill definitely be back.

Mariscia Rodriguez The service wasnt the best. I went in with 2 friends and we all felt like the stylists were not that professional. There was one stylist working, doing another womans hair, who did an amazing job. But 3 out of the 4 stylists there werent able to give us the look we were going for. With most blowout salons, the stylists have done so many styles that a clean and professional look comes easily. This was not the case here. We were glad we got to see the difference between the stylists but ultimately, we wished that we would have had a better experience.

Melanie Galaxy An awkward hair experience to say the least. Sat there for an hour in complete silence with the hair stylist (not sure what her name is). While she was washing my hair and styling it. Didn’t say a word to me the entire time except for how I wanted my hair. Today is my 21st birthday and what I asked for was beach waves. I got quinceniera curls instead… Super unprofessional and just a very weird experience.. not sure how this place has 4 starts. I do not recommend coming here.

Thomas Bostick Jody has been cutting my hair for 30 years. She does great with teenage girls, little old ladies, young men including vegetable bright colored dye, and old guys like me. I would recommend her to anybody.

Mary Erratt I had Jodi do a color correction on my hair and she just did an amazing job! She was able to blend the color perfectly. I felt like a million bucks when i left her shop! She also does my brazilian which always turns out perfect!! Love, love, love Jodi!
