The Best 7 Hair Salons in Palm Springs, Riverside (part 4)

S Touidjine I do not recommend this Salons in all. I travel often to Palm Springs. We have walked into this salon and they have told is no walk in must make appointments. We have called and they have said we dont make appointments? Which is it? There customer service is poor and they need to really reevaluated the people they hire. When I called their person called me rude? If I ran my business like this , o would kit have a business. Thank goodness for the Parker - they will take great care of us.

Jennifer Trakas I have been coming here for a couple of months now. I have Arasys and prefecta done twice a week. The staff is amazing and always available when you need them. Its a warm and inviting atmosphere and they are so friendly and kind. I would and have recommend this salon to numerous people. But I would suggest calling to book an appointment as they are very busy and pretty much booked daily with all of their repeat cliental. Overall I have an outstanding experience at spectrum! Not to mention the results from the treatments are just incredible, Im very pleased.

venus svendsen This is my favorite Salon and Spa in Palm Springs.Christina rescued me from a hair disaster. I couldnt believe she was able to preform such a miracle. She really turned my hair from terrible to beautiful. The salon is modern and hip. It is always fun being there. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend Spectrum

Andrew Lee I believe James cut my hair. Frankly it just wasn’t a very good haircut. Rushed, didn’t take the time to properly blend the fade, didn’t clean up the hairline, didn’t go over the buzz to make sure it was even, didn’t use scissors, etc. I asked him to redo part of it, but eventually it was a lost cause. $30 for a haircut.

Jeffrey David Scott Always a great haircut at a reasonable price. JP does excellent work, and he is fast so you never have to wait long and youre in and out in a snap.

CB I just got the absolute BEST haircut here. It was the same quality as a very high end salon for a fraction for a price. I didn’t catch the stylists name, but he was a gentlemen. This is the best my hair has looked in years and I feel like I got a great deal. Seriously, I have paid over $100 for cuts that did not look as good as my $30 cut from here! He knew how to work with my ultra fine, soft hair.

Bernadette Reed I had a great buzz cut here today. It’s a super clean and lovely salon. They do coloring with an appointment and they are very experienced in hair cuts and styling. I loved my cut and I will be going back soon. Ross was super nice and very fun to talk to. He did an expert buzz cut. They don’t have a senior discount here. Ample parking and handicapped spaces are always available. A great place to go, bar none.

Mark Gonzalez Manager is rude and telling my kid thats not how his hair was before because he wants a different cut. And shes upset. We can change hairstyles if we want! & blond lady working with her is very rude(Jessy). We made appointments but she doesnt want to do it so manager is doing both. We are now waiting while she(Jessy) just stands around.15 minutes sitting here & she is doing nothing. No other customers.last time here she was talking bad about customers right in front of us, very bad attitude. Manager(Kathy) is very rude & arguing with me because I asked her nicely why the other lady didnt cut his hair and she is still just standing around. They are very rude & argumentative. These two are always lazy. The good ones leave, we will not be back. Two haircuts are now done & the blond(Jessy) with the same old angry face is still just sitting there . Wow! You just lost business & seems you want no business. We were in the store 45 minutes and Jessy did nothing, but didnt want to cut my kids hair. Its crazy how she treats customers and or possible customers!! We should have just left. Manager said to me she doesnt care how Jessy treats people. I said she should!

Gabriela Shah I ALWAYS go in and see Andrea. Had someone dye my hair and it became one HOT MESS. Andrea took care of me LIKE ALWAYS. Great customer service great attitude GREAT with the kids. Thanks for the trims and hair cuts ANDREA

Stephanie Bell Have the manager cut your hair. I got an A line BoB from the blonde lady who put layers in it I had to have manager fix. If you dont know what a cut is as a stylist ask and decline to do it if you dont know what youre doing Thank goodness for the manager and now 3 months later my hair is perfect A line after growing out and the orginal length I wanted

Karen Taylor Love Kathy!! Shes great with both color and cuts, and the price is good. I will always return, as I have finally found a place that listens to what I want. Sometimes it gets very crowded, so an appointment is a MUST!

Patt ONeill I have gone as a walk-in and not had to wait overly long. Pick your time of day and day of the month. (Dont go on the first of the month without an appointment, or the day before a big party holiday like Thanksgiving or Christmas.) The salon is clean and the price is right. Tuesday and Thursday is Senior Day -- haircuts are only $15.
