maricar tolentino Me and daughter did highlights and charge as almost $400,i think better to ask the customer first if they want to do style before doing it because as a customer we dont know if that was included or it was extra charge.it is not good that by the end you will charge big time.I ask them how come they didnt ask me first so i will aware,its not just they will do it because they want it,where is the customers right there?They know that i was upset but they just ignore me,they could just refund me the service that i didnt approve.

Sweety Sodhi Clara can not do haircuts and not even bangs ,she will make u look funny so please avoid any styling and find a better place or else u will come out paying for looking ugly . Bad stylist bad service, they don’t know what to do .

Nikki was referred to me by a woman whose hairstyle I was admiring and said she had been her customer for 14 years. Nikki will give you the cut that you describe, but I like to show a photo since Im not good at describing.

Mily Barrera First time in this salon! I got there on time, I sat down and there was no one at the counter. There were at least 5 girls working and nobody came to attend to me, none said hello good morning, none of them gave me a smile although I did smile at them first. Then 2 more girls arrived and they didnt say anything to me either (no smiles either). They just looked at me and went back to work. What a terrible team work! So awkward!

Sarah Callanan I just want to start off by saying Urban Rose is one of the best salons I’ve been to! I came across Urban Rose on Instagram and contacted them and got in touch with one of there hair stylist Delaney. We did a quick little consultation where we went over my hair history,what I wanted done, and my overall hair goal. Delaney was very sweet and super professional. When I arrived to my appointment I was very pleased with how welcoming all the staff was. The salon is also very clean which is always a plus! My first appointment was a color correction (as I came to Delaney with blonde hair that had many different shades.) I really appreciated that she explained the process before she started so I knew what to expect. I’ve now been going to Delaney for about 2 years and I can honestly say she never disappoints! I’ve gone from blonde to dark to blonde again and she has always kept my hair healthy and strong. She has always been so professional and informative. She also has helped me find a good hair routine and has given me so many good product recommendations! I have recommended Urban Rose to a few of my friends and they all love it! I would definitely book here if your looking for a new salon!

Heather McCandless Andrea did a great job on my hair. I went in after cutting my own hair way too short and uneven, and she not only made it look better, she made it look super cute!! Also touched up my highlights and blended them perfectly, gave me good feedback and advice on what services to get, and was lovely to talk to. So happy she fit me in quickly!

Michael Zeta Ive been going to Duvon for many years because in all my time in this world having had hundreds of hair cuts and dozens of stylists, Duvon is far and away the most skilled. There is no close second. I highly recommend him if you want someone who will give attention to the details and always do a great job.

Lena Nguyen Went to get my hair twice with Marianette and honestly not sure what her problem is but everything about her is completely unprofessional. From the first meet she was cussing & talking trash about coworkers. I thought she did a fairly good job though so just went along with everything and even tipped her EXTREMELY well. I never complained, never did anything for her to not even text back a returning customer. Poor customer service, and completely unprofessional. This is not how you keep clientele.

Peggy Ninneman They were fine, but the appointment was for my 90 year old mother in law and she is impossible to please. She hated her hair when we got home. The stylist actually did a good job. This was a 1 time visit since her regular weekly stylist was sick.

Phyllis Crabtree Terrible pedicure. . Quoted me $25 on the phone, charged me $35, plus I had already given a $5 tip before knowing it was $35. Girl was doing two of us at the same time. Didn’t have a proper chair, used a small plastic basin for my feet. Did a horrible job of cutting my toe nails. Very unprofessional. I would NEVER go back there.

D P Got a wash and trim for $25 I typically hate the uncertainty of getting haircuts, but will confidently return here. Good price and Very friendly service. My biggest thing is not getting nicked, razor burn, or any other kind of scalp discomfort from the clippers and can happily say that when I came, I got one of the most comfortable haircuts I’ve ever had. I’m also someone who tends to like the cuts I get in the salon and then hate them once I get home- this did not happen. I loved it from when I got it till it grew out. Very precise work. Lastly I was a little unsure of the details but the stylist was patient in helping me express the ideas I had, decide on what exactly I wanted for my cut, and offered some sound advise that I am very happy to have followed Thank you Isela!

Sunnyana Trejo Absolutely THE WORST hair experience of my LIFE. I highly do NOT recommend this place to anyone wanting to get there hair done. For my senior PROM I wanted to get my hair done by the owner of this shop. I made an appointment with her two months in advance! That’s how important that day was for me. When I got there they told me she’s on vacation. Her mom had to do my hair and did the WORST JOB EVER. I asked for the most simplest hair style ever. And I usually do my own hair for prom but I figured maybe a “professional” might be able to do it better. No she was disrespectful, she argued with me over what I wanted. She didn’t give me the type of curls I wanted. And she ignored me when I kindly asked her to stop. She over charged me and I waisted my time and gas. Because I had a rats NEST on my head. When I just wanted two twisties around my hair and the rest down. The second I got in my car I took it all out. And I had to race home to make my makeup appointment and I had to redo my hair myself and I got the best results. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! They are RUDE and UNORGANIZED.

Rema Jayyusi I won’t say any names of the stylist because he was overall very sweet but wow I usually never complain I figured it’s fine I will just let it grow out… but it’s growing out so terribly I have to wear my hair up everyday I have even cried about how ugly I feel with my hair cut. I would never come here again.

Lilia Dorado I had my appointment with Whitney and she was very helpful and patient with me. She fixed a messy diy bleach job. She explained everything and answered all my questions and she did not pressure or push me to get a service she could tell I didnt really want but gave me a color I can live with until my hair recovers and we can play with it again. Whitney was overall really nice and understanding!! I took pictures of her station because she had roses and some inspirational signs/quotes.

Laylla Forsyth Very easy to make an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The stylist helped my daughter feel comfortable and pick an amazing style that looks great on her! Loved it so much we made another appointment for my other daughter right away.

Jessica Acosta I went in as an emergency you can say as I had attempted to do my own highlights as my hair was growing out. Big mistake! It was orange and yellow. I booked with Bridgett online and she did absolutely amazing! She took the time to look at my hair and carefully figure out how she was going to fix it for me. She was so nice and sweet and will be definitely recommending her to family and friends! Thanks girl again! You saved me!
