Fabiola I. Pineda-Nguyen I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is soooooo friendly and believe me you will be satisfied with their services. I highly recommend Letty, Patty and Esperanza which by the way, she does an excellent job with eyebrows. I am so happy to get my hair done here. No complaints! Awesome people!

Jasmine Dedrick I first came here over 10 years ago to color my hair a light copper color twice and both times they did an amazing job. I walked in today and the owner remembered me from all those years ago! I wanted to go back to that copper color and OH MY GOSH did she work her magic!! She took me in right away and took care of me as well as the other ladies! My hair has never felt healthier and looked more beautiful I cant recommend this place enough!

samantha bailey Been going to letty for 5 years no one else can get me the correct blonde like letty does . She does blonde balayage to match my extensions and always exceeds my expectations I highly recommend if you want blonde color

Mariana Bif I made an appointment for my first time getting a haircut in this business. Arrived on time, checked in and waited. In 40 minutes the employees passed 4 costumers in front of me and did not even bother. Will never come back. Seems like frequent costumers are welcome, but not new ones.

Jaime Avina I have always come here to cut my hair and never left a review. I prefer this place than a Barber. In the past 4 years that I have been coming here they only messed up once on my hair but nothing that couldnt be fixed by asking them. They are friendly all the time, but also very busy.

Waz H Went for a basic 30min haircut but lady took her sweet time which ended up taking an hour and charged $65 and hair still ended up long. Wasn’t worth it and brushes that she used were dirty and full of other customers hairs. Save your time and money!

Arron Manehani I have been going to this place for over 4 months and it all started off with beard and back neck line tirm and slowly progessed to getting a haircut. I have been satisifed somewhat lately but have noticed to see directions given upfront are not met to my standard and the real time experience is shown to be good but not great. I perfer same haircut to my standards cuz I know what suits me best. A lot of barbers are not well experienced in different hairs styles except a few popular styles they do more often. Going to give one more try and if things dont change, will start looking for another barber

linda castillo pedro messed my hair up, i straight up looked like a candy cane i immediately went to my nearest sally’s for new hair dye. 130 to the trash. i do not recommend. i would add pictures but i forgot to even take picture since the hair looked like a complete mess.

Lorena Chavez Went in and one of the stylist was blow drying her own hair and called for another styling who then proceeded to tell me he was busy as he was waiting for another appointment to stop by. They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer me to wait. They blew me off completely. Horrible customer service.

Maria Zagal Pedro was great, I told him exactly what I wanted and he did exactly that. Had a hard time finding someone who would do a grey blending with highlights and he was able to do it just the way I wanted it. Gave me a new look while I kept my greys. Thank you Pedro!

Ans Mlndz Asked to get my hair dyed a light brown. Lady left it 3 different colors. She did a horrible job and I had to go dye it myself at home and ended up spending more money. She charged me very expensive aswell. I am not confrontational so I left and didnt come back to get it fixed. I do not recommend at all.

Aleska Martinez Angélica was awesome. She kept asking me every step of the way if "that was the way" I wanted my hair, shorter, longer... She wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. Its hard to find a stylist that wont criticize your choice in hair cut and them doing it all wrong. She was awesome and will be my new stylist from now on.

Lucy M Don’t bother coming here you will be waiting they only attend to the people they are familiar with and will leave you waiting like you’re not even there and call other people ahead they just walked in. Why make a list and not honor it. Unorganized.

maria ramirez I made an appointment with ample was asked to be there by 10 am @ 10:30 I asked the status of my appointment, the person was given a phone call she did not sound apologetic at all she was on speaker and she said "if she wants tell her to wait..." I walked out!

richard ramos Had an appointment with my stylist and she was falling behind schedule so she ask me if I was ok with someone else cutting my hair so that I wouldnt have to wait longer. I didnt mind, and I was happy she made arrangements with me in mind. And the person who cut my hair didnt do a bad job either.

I got Kim and she was the best, Ive been to other places where theyre rough and go through the steps quickly but she was gentle and took her time at every step. Pays good attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted

I got up, walked out. Nails lift from the back, asked for polish change on toes $30 crazy… Seems the only thing keeping them in business are the haircuts

Rosa Fernandez Worst hair trim ever. I asked first if they can just trim 1/2 inch and they said yes. My trim ended up with unwanted layers, front (bangs) not even touched/bended and lower back right across cut not even blended or even try to style so it wouldn’t look like a horrible mullet. How can anyone mess up a simple trim????!

Sharon Powers My daughter drug me in to the spa, kicking and screaming. Im not one to go into these kind of places. However, I did sign up to get my nails done. She would go to get her feet pedicured, while I sat to get a gel manicure. 1st, the test they put you through would make a sane woman go nuts. They sit you down and ask you to select a nail polish color from 2 different color wheels, while sticking one hand in a bowl of cold water and filing on the other. At the same time youre supposed to navigate this wheel with your chin and select colors while turning the pages. What kind of sane person can do these things with their chin? (Ha, ha.) Well, at least the people sitting in the front door in the waiting area had a good laugh. When the woman had finished my nails, they looked really nice. My short, ragged, ugly nails, actually looked pretty. Thank you to Amy, who did my nails, and my daughter, who made me go get them done.
