Matias Galan Absolutely terrible. We’ve tried coming here multiple times. You have older women cutting hair that no longer know how to style or cut current styles. I showed up with a perfect Google pic of what I wanted and they did whatever the hell they wanted to do. Me and my family will never ever return here. We always leave mad and unhappy. Never again. Only go here if you are 55+ I guess.

Renee Lundy Went to the sierra way location in san bernardino, I asked for a clean up on the back of my hair. Trying to grow out a previous short cut. Told the lady I was growing it long and only wanted the ends cut and a bang, she literally chopped the hell out of my hair. There is no style to it. I look terrible! I cant brush it for work. I cant fix it. Its chopped off. Watching her I wanted to cry as she hacked away at it. I told her I dont put anything in my hair , I needed something to just get up and go. My hair is literally just sticking up on end in some spots. I hate it!!! Dont go here foe a trim!!!! The last picture is what it looked like when I went in.

danielle dillon I needed a haircut and I didnt want to make an appointment with my normal hairstylist or make the drive to Redlands. I called here Rosa answered gave me the price let me know I could go right now which was 5 oclock on Thursday night I went in she took me right in and washed & trimmed my hair, cut exactly how much I asked for off didnt try to upsell me on anything which was perfect because I Wouldnt have taken it. I just needed a straight trim. My hair is really long and fine and I have trust issues but I needed a cut. And Im so thankful I did. Ive lived in the area for ten years and never thought to try them because I just didnt expect what I got from rosa. Thank you for a quick easy trim. I will be back.

Timothy Ruff UPDATE, after a second visit to this building and getting a haircut by a different lady by the name of arom I think??? Anyhow she completely rushed my haircut... She left blending lines on the back of my head... made me feel uncomfortable to ask for more... Fly aways all over my head and she didnt give me a fade with my comb over like I asked, wanted my beard cut too but she gave me energy like leave already Im done so I did. How you going to fade only one side of my head? If you even calI that a fade...better get a free haircut next visit this is ridiculous

Cherita Carter I went into this shop today and asked how much they would charge to color my hair and the lady said that they don’t do that texture of hair, it won’t come out right. Even if you think that about African American hair, she could have worded it better than that.This sounded like she is a racist. I believe in equality and service should be open to all. I am currently in California for business and was looking to get my hair dyed. My hair is currently blue, I don’t know if she judged about that as well, but I am a hardworking African American.

Ireri Virgen I’d give it 0 stars if I could! She bleached my moms hair and the color didn’t even stick to her hair! She burned her hair so bad!! My moms hair was black, she wanted it burgundy and it came out dark brown. My mom went back 2 more times after that because Hortencia said to come back for a “touch up” and the color stayed the same. She gave her a price then charged more after she “finished” dying it. I wouldn’t recommend her at all!

Diana Estefany Martinez I was given an exact price after showing them a pic of the ombre hair i wanted, thwy looked at my hair, my roots where about 2 inches long so obviously that needed to be fixed. The top of my hair was suppose to be blended to my roots so it can be my natural hair color, then the ombre would beging. the girl started to do my hair, she started off with the ombre and then proceded to do my roots. But then the owner changed her mind and was like oh no nevermind we charge more for that, what would you like to do? Its like well might as well finish your halfway through my hair, finish, i ended up having to pay $50 extra. The hair stylist ended up curling my hair etc. But the next day when i washed my hair, i noticed all these dark areas where the blonde was not there, my hair looked like zebra print. i had to go back and get the girl to fix it. Only to wash my hair again the day after and still have spots in the same area. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THERE. i should have known better i remember my husband going in to get a haircut before and the manager/owner was doing someones hair,halfway through the womans hair, she goes up to this other stylist, what colors do i need to make this color again? And she tells her the colors and shes like oh i messed up. REALLY???! HALFWAY THROUGH THE WOMANS HAIR!? im pretty sure the poor woman had to pay for the botched hair dye she got too.

Sandy Horrible business practice . Called for hair cut appointment with Hortensia got here 2min before appointment and she was taking on a customer this is not first time this happens they don’t honor appointment and wait time is always over an hour. Take your business elsewhere

A Vee PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL with CARMEN she supposably has 25yrs of expierience but has NO CLUE HOW TO DO A BALAYAGE!! Showed her a pic of what I wanted she agreed she could do it , told me it wouldnt be exact color which I understood BUT instead She FRIED ALL my hair (top to bottom) gave me a CHEMICAL CUT and still charged me the full price she had originally quoted me. Was extremely RUDE when I asked her to make situation right. Told me that I was already unsatified with my hair before going in (of course thats why I wanted a new look and seeked "professional" help to achieve it) ... STAY AWAY LADIES!!

Ive been going to Aries, and Carmen, the owner, has cut and Styled my hair, as a finicky older Male, and every cut, for over 15 years every month, is perfect. And the price is well within and below most places ,especially, for the experience of Carmen and staff, gives. Im a real gentleman. A real person, and Carmen,is a true friend of mine, and Im requesting that all of you who do come, be kind and honest. Its a Hispanic community and mostly Hispanic people, lovely and beautiful too, are always with a smile. But , you have to smile too, no attitudes . On last important issue, Dont be cheap with your TIP. I m writing this, because after 15 years, I owe my friend, Carmen, at least this much... Oh yeah. Im a white senior citizen. Amy Ramirez Did not even ask what length I wanted my curtains bangs and layers, they just went with it. I wanted to keep the original length and add layers, but they cut it too short. They also cut my curtain bangs too short, they didn’t ask what length I wanted them. Good prices though.

LETICIA CAMPA Dont go here they do a bad job. I took my two boys and my brother and payed $60 for tem just so they could have there hair cut badly. Not to mention they were talking very inappropriate in front of my children and other minors present. Please lus when you walk in they dont even greet you to bask what you need . Very unprofessional and poor quality haircuts.

Maribel Trujillo I showed the lady examples of how I wanted my hair to be cut, I told her I wanted shoulder length hair but she ignored what I asked for. She left me with super short hair, almost up to my ears. I was so disappointed, I even cried after I paid. (My hair was long and I felt like a little boy after my haircut :/) Will not be coming back.

Jose Virrueta The owner Since 1999 has done my haircut for about 22 years now. Her business is a little more recent than that but her great hair experience goes way back. Will not go anywhere else for my haircut. She has a good team of stylists ready. Nice work.

Susieboo 74 Extremely RUDE, a few days ago I went for a haircut. The guy had an attitude. Told Me that it was gonna be a few minutes because he was by himself and a couple people were ahead of me. I asked if Its OK to go get cash and come back and he said yes but when I come back I lost my place in line he didnt hold my spot and told me I had to wait longer I then proceeded to sit down on a chair that somebody else was sitting on Because my back and my legs were hurting he got so mad because he said he said he needed to sanitize The chair and I apologized and offered to get up and clean it myself and he responded very rudely and told me to sit down anyways since I couldnt wait. He was so disrespectful that I left and someone else mentioned how disrespectful that was I am never coming back to this place
