Christina Pena New to the area......This was my 2nd time today here and Gina did my hair both times and I was super happy with the color, cut, and blow out both times! Today I got partial highlights and Gina is knowledgeable and confident in what she explains and what she thinks is best which made me totally trust her experience, confidence and knowledge! My highlights blended in so well and looked ao natural they were just the right color I had in mind! I got alot of compliments especially from my husband which he doesnt really say much in the past from other places that Ive gotten my hair done at. I am very happy with all the services Ive had so far and Gina is a terrific hairstylist! I think I have found my place and my hairstylist!!

Lexi Hagedorn We always book the haircut appointment for my son with Maricruz. She is very patient with him and his behavior during haircuts. He isnt always the easiest to cut hair on because he is wiggly and impatient. Maricruz takes her time and makes sure that his haircut looks good despite all his moving around. She also doesnt get frustrated or upset when it takes longer than anticipated to cut his hair. I really appreciate her and her flexibility and patience!

Michella DiFronzo Pauline at Fantastic Sams was WONDERFUL. She was fun to talk to. She made me feel super comfortable. Most of all my hair turned out amazing. I will never go to anyone else ever again. She is the best! I would 10/10 recommend going to Pauline!

Mary Peracca I had chin length hair and asked for a trim showing her where it needed trimming. I asked for it to be a little shorter in back as it was flipping up. She started working on the back using a razor which was different. Then she did the sides. I didnt have my glasses on and couldnt see what she had done until the end. She cut off at least 2 inches if not more and thinned my hair which is already thin. I asked her to put some gel on before drying it and she used some heavy product so my hair was very short and flat. It took time for me to get home and see exactly what she had done.It was almost a week ago and I hate the cut. Its way too short and thin. Its frustrating because theres nothing that can be done to fix it. Everyone who has commented on the cut knows where I went and what I had asked for. It will take months to get much length or fullness back. Ive had good cuts in the past but this was awful.

thephilprof It was a routine appointment but at one point a customer came in who appeared to be quite scruffy and possibly someone who lives on the streets. He wanted a wash and a cut. He had a lot of difficulty speaking clearly and was very unbalanced on his feet. Rachel was working on my hair and so the other stylist started looking after “Jimmy”. She washed his hair then led him to her station. After a minute she politely asked to speak with Rachel. They talked for a minute away from the customer then returned to look at his hair. Then Rachel politely explained they could not cut his hair as he had lice and she recommended he go to the doctor for treatment. He started to gather his things which was difficult for him because of his lack of balance and general mobility. Eventually left after dropping his change (they helped him gather it). Rachel and the other stylist disinfected the station and the sink area. They were very professional, respectful and kind. They handled the situation very well and are a credit to Supercuts.

Heather Couch Lovely ladies here at Supercuts. Great vibe, great conversation, very uplifting. Both Rachel and Lacey were there today when I went to go get my cut. Give them both raises! Thank you Rachel for cutting with care, and for the positive words. Love and Gratitude!

Terris Anastasia “GaiAna Dawn” Rachel was amazing and friendly! She did a great job with my haircut. I will be returning for highlights. Fast service and nice, clean, pleasant atmosphere.

Anie Clark Walked in for a lip waxing and was greeted with a smile. My beautician was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She did my waxing in three clean pulls and really appreciated that she was wearing gloves

L Mancini Congratulations Sadie after 74 years this is the worse haircut I have ever had. Even after I showed you a picture and instructed you exactly what I wanted. And this was going to be a very special Holiday Season for me....and by the way Cutting hair dry sucks. Im really surprised Todd everyone in your shop used to be the best.

Camryn siverson Laurette was amazing! She studied my hair for a few minutes figuring out what would work best. She did methods such as ghost layers and face framing to make my hair look more flattering and lighter (I have thick and long hair). She was so easy to talk to and did an amazing job bringing out my natural waves. Todd is amazing too, my entire family uses him and he never disappoints! Thank you so much blade runner!

robert toledo If you want to find the top tier barbers In SLO, I highly recommend Broad Street Barbers! They have great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are very satisfied. Ive been getting cut by Q for years. Ive never been disappointed. As a matter of fact, it is the exact opposite. He always has me looking fresh and is always flexible on scheduling. He will go out of his way to give you the shirt off of his back. There is a individual that I know nothing about and his name is JONATHAN REYNOLDS but, when I read the review he made? I couldnt believe my eyes because it couldnt further than the truth. This is a very family-oriented barber shop. I bring my girlfriends son there to get his haircut and its a great experience every time. Ive dealt with several barbers there. They take their time, and they are attention to detail. The guy Sounds like a lawyer, and you know what they say about lawyers? They are professional liars! Again, if you want a great cut and great service, I strongly recommend Broad Street barbers.

Jonathan reynolds The shop is operated with less than professional standards. My first experience with the shop involved a visiting barber who catastrophically ruined my hair style. A different barber took over the cut in an attempt to save it. It took 5 cuts to get back to normal. I used the same barber 4 or 5 times after this. I was late for an appointment by 6 minutes, and i received a notification that my appointment was canceled 4 minutes after the appointment time. The barber, Q, verbally berated me in the presence of other customers and employees. He then alleged I was costing him money, and when I challenged his logic, he could not offer a response. The most offensive part of the exchange was when Q said, "Youre not my only rich client." I assumed he said this because i tio generously, but he was way out of line in addressing my financial status in the presence of others. He explained that they prioritized walk ins over appointment-based clients, which is simply terrible business. This shop may be good for young people, but this isnt a family-oriented shop or one suited for working professionals. There are many skilled barbers in SLO county, but you wont find them at this shop. Its unlikely this review will cause the shop to consider how they treat customers, but consider this your warning. They want to rush you in and out and make money off volume, not quality.

Tony Vargas Made an appointment for my son at 12:00 for a reason, because I have a two year old toddler that likes to be everywhere, they said a couple of minutes and I was waiting for 15 minutes already. Very unprofessional. I had made the appointment for a reason. They Could’ve at least been honest!

JC Alan Glad Im not the only one with issues booking here. Its absurd to have "available" times when you have zero intention of honoring the appointment. I can forgive being busy, but I cant forgive ZERO contact with the bookee to explain. Dont bother. They dont want your money.
