koirala Jenny has been doing my highlights and trim for 3 years now and my hair has never been healthier. She’s really talented and very professional.

Camila After going home and washing my hair Ive noticed big blotches of hair that were dyed without any blending. My bangs turned out the worst with two big sections that were completely left unblended and streaked. Looking for a new place to get this fixed. Do not recommend for brunette balayages meant to look natural.

Olivia C I bought the balayage/ombré groupon and it was the best decision I have ever made. Michelle did my hair so perfectly and took her time so it turned out even better than I imagined. For how picky and annoying I was with my request, Michelle was so accommodating and kind. This is the best balayage/ombré I have ever gotten. I highly recommend this salon, especially Michelle! I will definitely be going back. Ive already referred three friends there after they saw my hair. Thank you Michelle!!

yasmina saba It was great experience I visited for the first time got my hair straightened. Endy and Kim were Great and provided excellent hospitality. They did great job on my hair and made sure they were straight before I left the saloon nice people.

jennifer russo This has to be the most diverse Salon I have ever been into. They do great coloring, full pedicure and nails, older women’s hair, perms, even waxing. Karen can do anything. Crystal does everything and waxing and eyebrow tweezing. Danielle does black hair and styling. Lisa is great with color and cuts. Judy is great with older people and can do anything. Joanne is the nail lady. I have never seen such a clean nail person who does outstanding work. I highly recommend this business. You do need to make an appointment .

Haikuo Liu Unreasonable charge, we arrived a bit late and we were charged late fee, despite we finished on time. Also she recommended a special haircut with higher price, the price seems to be decided completely randomly. The attitude is also bad, feel like i owe her money. The hair cut is ok, but definitely not worth the price and the experience.

Michael Smith The policy not to accept bills above a $20 is ridiculous. My son tried to pay with a $50. The kids cut was $27…. I don’t see how $23 in change is unmanageable. Luckily I wasn’t busy at work and could send my kid Apple pay money. Not sure what would have happened if not.

Jackson Dissatisfaction with Service at Supercuts Dear Supercuts Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent service I received at your salon. I am a member of Supercuts and have generally expected a certain standard of service. Unfortunately, my last visit did not meet these expectations. The haircut I received was poorly done, and I communicated my dissatisfaction to the staff immediately. Despite my clear dissatisfaction, I was pressured by the cashier, a woman with short hair, to pay a tip. This was particularly disappointing as it was the second instance of poor service involving the same staff member. I believe it is unreasonable to expect a gratuity for a service that was not performed to a professional standard, especially when I am a member of your establishment. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue. Ensuring that all customers receive respectful and satisfactory service is crucial, and I hope measures will be taken to prevent such experiences in the future. Scott Campbell 30 minute waits after your appointment time are typical at this site. They barely know how to work the computer. Their English is poor and the women are rude, especially the older ones. It’s like they’re mad at you for paying them to do their job. I used to go to the Belmont site and it was much better.

H W I have been going to Supercuts for many years and started going to the San Mateo location when they closed the location in Belmont. So far, my experience has been excellent. I make my appointments through the app and never have to wait long. Helen has always done a fantastic job every time she cut my hair. Its a good place to get a basic haircut and less expensive than most other places.

Angela Lavulo Vanessa did a wonderful job on my hair today! Really took her time and made sure her work was top quality. Everyone in the salon has a welcoming and positive attitude. Would definitely recommend and most certainly will be coming back!

Priscilla Roque After researching many salons I booked a same day appointment online at Debe Salon with Joanne. When I showed up they sat me immediately however it was with a different stylist. Since I was new I didnt have a preference so I went along with it. I showed her the pictures (see bellow) and told her I mostly needed some off the sides and back. I told her I was a hairstylist for years but wasnt anymore and that I usually cut my own hair but decided to get it done at the salon this time. We had what I considered a good consultation and seemed to be on the same page. She gave me a fast shampoo and got straight to work. The cut came out way shorter than we had discussed and she overused (and misused, in my professional opinion) the thinning shears. There are spots on the sides of my head that look bald and you can see my scalp. The cut came out nothing like what we had discussed and nothing like the picture. My hair looked more like the pictures when I came in. She didnt use any styling products or style my hair and then charged me $60 (online it says $55 and up for haircuts and I dont know what the extra $5 would have been for) The pictures below show what I asked for, what I came in with, and what I left with. Needless to say I will not go back and will stick to cutting my own hair.

Liz Ruiz This salon delivers! Easy to find, lots of parking and professional stylists. I had the pleasure of being helped by Feng and he was great! He listened to what I wanted and repeated it back to me so we had a clear plan. He’s very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kind:) I’ll definitely be going back!

LeiKela Joanne and Angel did an amazing job with my balayage highlight. I was a new customer and looking around for a hairstylist to get my hair color done and to my surprise Joanne said she could take me in the same day I inquired about a hair consultation. Both Joanne and Angel were patient and took their time. Great teamwork and customer service. The salon is so modern and was decorated so lovely. They also have chalk board artwork on their walls featuring an artist who drew map of France and were playing French music. I loved the upbeat yet relaxing atmosphere. Look no further, you will not be disappointed as they delivered above and beyond my expectations. I’m one happy and satisfied client and will come back for hair color and keratin treatment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
