Angeli Rivero This place is a horrible place. They are unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming. We were ignored and not greeted when we came in. I waited 45 mins for my appointment, would have left if my mom wasnt getting her hair done. One of the workers Helen just sat on the massage chair rather than give me a pedicure. When I asked to be helps she said she doesn’t do pedicures. However she was finishing one when I walked in. My daughter got her eyebrows done for the first time, was not offered to see it . When I complained, Helen said she didnt ask for a mirror which is customary to see it. When my mother and I complained Helen told my mother to shut up. In the photo, shows Lena doing her hair rather than helping customers. Lena also does not honor the 15% off for customers. When asked why is it on yelp she goes its old. Do not go here ! The photo I added is a picture of Lena doing her hair rather than helping her customers.

gail kent Been going because so close to my house. Waiting for them to nice. Well I am done brought them business but regreting. Very cold atomosphere , not friendly only speak in native tongue. So dissapointent. Wanted to give then a chance. Last straw she the onwer use old old nail polish only lasted one day. I am done with this place.

Nana Ya Ya This is a brand new, beautifully decorated and clean salon. I need pedicures for ingrown toenails, not just for cosmetics. My toes got the best treatment theyve ever had in more than 30 years on my first visit. They havent bothered me since and they have a steady customer. They also gave me hot tea. I know some of the employees from a former salon. It is a great place that I highly recommend.

Princess Villanueva they cut my hair short, so I went to the parlor to make my hair look better and they didnt ask me what kind of haircut I wanted, they did what I wanted to cut my hair, I didnt like their service, I lost my desire to go back to their salon no no that I will return to their salon when they hurry to do their work because they are closing

Hninn Mon Got haircut! She was on the phone all the time and she didn’t pay attention on customer. I showed the style I want, but the result is totally different (not even the same length)! I am not going to go there again. After hair cut, she didn’t even style the hair with dryer or brush! She just comb a couple times and done!! So bad experience with this salon! It was not okay at all! 1) She cut my hair way shorter then I wanted. I showed the picture that I want! She didn’t cut my hair right! 2) She didn’t style the hair after she cut. She didn’t even let me check the length of my back hair. 3) She didn’t even say Thank you after we paid. 4) She didn’t focus on what she was doing. She was on the phone all the time. That is so disrespectful! Whenever I think about my hair, I regard that why I went to her.... So so so so so upset!!!! Then she over charged than usual.

Charlize Normally don’t post reviews but i would recommend. Satisfied, great service and cutting both short and long hair. Got my hair layered here and she cut exactly the picture I showed.

Helen Hoffman I have been a customer at CP hair for 3 years now, Angelina and her staff have consistently done a good job on my hair. She is very skilled and competent, the area is clean and I enjoy having my hair appointment in the salon. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I have gone here for a few years off and on and I have been unhappy more times than not.. yesterday I went in with thick long curly hair and asked for 2 inches off and layers and to thin it out a BIT.. I have about a 10th of the amount hair now, I feel bald.. I have so many patches of really short hair that stick out.. my hair is sooo thin it’s honestly like I have a really short grown out pixie cut with long extensions sticking out. Not to mention the woman was on the phone the whole time and was probably not paying attention.. the other woman in the salon was just watching her and I knew something was wrong but I still paid.. I shouldn’t have.. they always mess up my hair.. never going back unless it’s for my $40

stephanie moreno I wanted layers and told her to cut 2-3 inch max and I had real long hair almost touching my but and ended up with shoulder length cut as I was just relaxing didnt want to make a fuss about it because Im not that way. But its still messed up now I have to wait until it grows back I guess... my suggestion listen to what the customer wants not just do your own thing.

Wayne Anderson One of the places in Vallejo to get your hair done. The staff members are professional and efficient. They have excellent customer service skills. If you try them you will become a long term customer.

Dg Xd Showed the stylist my picture of my usual hair haircut, but she still did the style that she used on the other male customers before me which is pretty much shave a little off the side/back and trim the rest short. So the side was not cleanly shaved and the top, which I showed her my picture that I maintained long was cut extremely short. Thats the reason why the haircut is so fast. So if you like a quick haircut and dont care about the style, go here. But if you want a specific haircut, find another salon. The stylist does not even ask the customer what style he/she wants, she just lets you sit and cut away.

lRobyl Didnt expect that the owner will show her true color where I could hear her gossiping while talking to another customer. I was there waiting to get some simple mens haircut as I am currently in the military service, only to find out that you dont accept walk-in customer, but instead of telling it to me directly, I had to hear it from you discussing it with other person youre cutting hair with. Whats the point of you placing up the notebook near the entrance if thats what im gonna hear from you?. Such a shame. No wonder I dont give tip to you as I dont feel like youre a good person and showing favoritism, which is unfair treatment to everyone. I dont deserved such treatment as I am loyal customer to your store, but not anymore. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. **Note: Not military friendly

ultra subscriber I wish I could give zero stars! This review is long overdue but I finally got around to doing it. I came here last summer 2021 to dye my hair espresso brown. My hair is a natural shade of light-medium ash brown and I just wanted it to be richer. I even showed the lady pictures on my phone of what i wanted. She seemed to understand though i could tell English was her second language as she had an Asian accent of some sort. anyhow, she dyed my hair and set it all that and when I look in the mirror there, its almost red! not a nice chestnut brown either, but actual auburn/ginger hair color! They made me a freaking ginger! I did NOT want red hair. its no offense to redheads, redheads are beautiful, but I just didnt want to BE one, I specifically stated and showed w pics what I wanted---a rich brunette. i told her "this is not espresso brown, this is red!" she said "oh its how it looks at first but after a couple days itll set in and be more brown". I stupidly believed paid over 100 dollars to feel worse about myself than before and went on my way. Two days passed and still red hair. I decided I didnt have the time nor the energy to go back there, try and get them to do it again or get my money back. I dont like causing scenes or unnecessary attention to myself. I just wish i could get what i asked and paid for! I didnt want to risk them damaging my hair or messing it up even more. Flash forward one year later, my natural brown hair is finally growing back, the red hair has turned into some even more brassy ginger color and I will never ever go here again. They clearly do not know what they are doing or how to dye hair, but will pretend like they do while taking your money. If youre looking for a trustworthy salon to dye your hair, take your business elsewhere. Theres better salons out there where the stylists are actually educated and trained properly and know how to dye hair and mix colors to create the color YOU requested. This place is not it. I am sure they can do a trim ok, but not dye hair properly or give customers the colors they ask for. Never again! I wouldnt even go here if they paid ME!

Ma Ledesma If you say youll only charge $25 for a haircut for my already short hair, dont sneakily charge me $30 aside from the $5 tip I already gave you. Dishonesty and unfairness will not get you loyal clients.

HP I went there today to get my eyebrows waxed. So the price clearly says $12. But the lady who did my eyebrows ended up charging me $15 plus i gave her $5 tip. Never coming back again! They are very sneaky! THEY WILL OVERCHARGED YOU! She didn’t even tell she’s going to take $15 from my card. When she told me she charged me already.

Mario Matteoni This place is racist, don’t go there if you don’t speak Spanish. I asked politely if they cut mens hair after being ignored for a few minutes when I walked in, I got a sour response and a woman shaking her head saying “No, no speak English. Get out”. 0 stars if that were an option.

sampath ram kumar putta I would give 0 stars if there is an option here’s why: Me and my uncle went to this shop for haircut and there are 3 other ladies waiting for haircut. Hairstylist told us to wait for 20 minutes and that we will get our haircut. Guess what happened: 50 minutes passed by and only 1 lady among the 3 got haircut and the stylist was jumping between other customers who were doing some nails and stuff. Don’t waste your time at this place. Your time is much more worthwhile elsewhere. I wanted to see if things changed over here after reading several reviews on google. Nothing changed, be prepared to waste your time if you choose to still go. Plus try to go around off times like 11am Monday ( as per what she quoted being less busiest time).

Frederick Geraldo The hair stylist that cut my hair was very unprofessional. She was chatting loudly with her friend on the phone while cutting my hair and stopping every 30 seconds just to chat with her friend. It made the haircut take longer to finish than it needed to be.
