Kim Parsons I recently got a haircut here and wow Im so glad I did. I went in the afternoon on a weekday so there was no waiting. I wish Id gotten the name of the lady who did my hair. The majority of time I have to go home and tidy up a cut. Not this time! Ive gotten so many compliments, even random strangers! It looks so good! And she was quick.

LV The teenager was very happy! Very large salon. They have a lot of products. All of the staff seem super friendly and engaging. No appointment was made but they take walk-ins. They’re very engaging with children. The parking is a tad of an adventure but it’s due to the location. We will be back

Angelica Lewis Recently got a Shampoo, Haircut & Style, was in and out very quickly. The atmosphere is very relaxing and refreshing but also efficient & affordable. :) Marie was great!

McKayla Welty The best salon in Yuba City! I have been a Pink Luxe customer for more than a year and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are all very sweet and accommodating, and the salon is adorable, relaxing, and clean. Appointments are easy to book and my nail tech, Noemi, always does an excellent job on my nails. Pricing is fair and the salon offers a variety of services. Highly recommend!

Briajanae Wilkins This is my first time visiting the studio overall experience Im giving a to due to the service that was provided for a gel pedicure and things that were not provided to me as well. I made an appointment February 2, 2024 for 1230 for a pedicure and a full set when arriving at the salon, I was greeted and Offered something to drink. The salon is beautiful in the inside, but the vibe of the place is very awkward not too friendly just all business I did my pedicure first which I was told that gel was only five dollars but when it came time to pay I was made aware that it was $10. $5 to be removed and five to apply new gel polish. Paying over 50 something dollars and then a week later my gel polish coming off and chipping is not a great experience that I had overall at this salon and then when it came time to do my nails, I was made of aware when I booked the full set appointment that my nails had to be soaked off, so I was not able to do the full set of nails. I had to go to another salon because the person that was doing my nails said she did not have enough time. Which I had something to do that day, so I had to cut my service short after she finished my gel polish and had to go to another salon to get my nails done, and I was still made to pay the full price for the deluxe pedicure, which I did not receive the full service for. But now that its a week later, my polish is coming off its highly upsetting that I paid this much money for the service and I feel it was not worth it.

Anthony Ramairez Please save your money they have young girls working who are sloppy the pedicure was fast and paint job was clumpy I told her one of my nails was crooked and she didn’t fix it but charged me $85 for one color and one charm short set I overall will not be back the pedicure was $60 didn’t even massage or scrub good I was very disappointed the lady’s that helped me were so young teenagers that probably didn’t have a license.

Carolyn Sloan Everyone here is super sweet. The place is always spotless and clean. They do amazing work and Ive never left disappointed. Liz is the absolute BEST. They are all very attentive, make sure youre comfortable, and address every and all needs you may have. Best of all, they treat you like family and you will always feel welcome as soon as you come in.

Patricia Pinedo I recently went to get acrylic nails. I usually saw a specific nail tech but she left. So, since I usually have a good experience, I wasnt afraid to try a new person. Boy was I wrong. Valeria filed my nails so thin that I was in pain the entire time I had my nails. Which was only 4 days. Thankfully PinkLuxe did remove them for free, but my nails which were once so strong are now painful and brittle. I am very dissapointed and will not be returning to this shop anytime soon.

Lydia Estrada So we have had yet another uneven haircut. I had my haircut and it was really bad a few months ago. My husband’s hair is uneven after his recent visit. Not sure why we keep getting bad haircuts. Only Suzi seems to do a good job.

Kristin Turner Stephens I take my son here to get his hair cut and each stylist we get goes a great job. I went in for a bang trim recently and was happy with the cut. My first time getting my hair cut other than my normal salon, and I will be coming back for another bang trim. Might be my new place to get my haircut.

John Gould Got a haircut yesterday. Checking out I showed them my printable 7.99 coupon from great clips and they wouldnt honor it had to pay $22 bucks. Wont be going back there.

Thalia Guzman I got a big chop after being nervous to cut my hair for years. Karina with the prettiest red hair was my hairdresser & she did a fantastic job at walking me through what I wanted & didn’t want before taking any action. The service was so lovely & I absolutely love how my hair turned out! At first I was nervous but when she began I immediately knew I was in good hands. Thank you guys again! It was also a very good price!!!

Ranika P. My hair was cut way too short, because the hairstylist barely understood/spoke English. Then she commented on how my hair falls out a lot, which I find unnecessary and rude. She didn’t listen to me, did what she wanted, and I was charged $50 for 10 minutes of rushed service. It’s ridiculous. I wanted my dead ends cut off, and some layers, not 4 whole inches off my hair! Now I have zero idea how long it’s going to take to grow back. It looked fine straightened, but I have wavy hair, so it looks even shorter. Never coming back

marcella montoya My balayage was ruined because the woman could not speak English. Horrible management. Update: I was contacted by corporate after this review. A few days later I received a call from, Karen, the store manager. She apologized for the incident and asked me to give them another chance. I went in today and Abby did my hair. She put a very subtle balayage back in my hair and gave me a very pretty haircut. Thank you Abby, and Karen you made my day. I will absolutely be going back and I definitely recommend asking for Abby. Shes great with color!

Hattie Reis I have taken my teenage daughter to get her haircut and dyed 2 times now by Bailey. She is super sweet and very interactive with myself and my daughter. My daughter is always so happy after seeing her. She is only there on Sundays but she is so worth the wait. 5 stars!!

Georgi Tudor This business has fake reviews. Worst nail experience ever. My pictures speak for themselves, true chop shop . Their prices are outrageous . Dip manicure looked terrible after just 10 days, cut my pinky toe and kept going, ripped my natural nail off trying to remove my old acrylic .

Every step of the pedicure process was carried out professionally. The combination of exfoliation and massage made my feet softer than ever. It was truly worth it!

Mabel Yashashree I got Acrylic here and used the style called White Tip with color gel. Well, they look fabulous, and most of all, they are really durable. I work a lot with water, but my nails keep their shine. The staff was attentive, and they told me how to care for my nails so they will last longer.

Oriana Raanana I tried the Gel Polish service here and felt quite satisfied. However, unlike other places, the staff here didn’t just paint my nails; they paid attention to every detail, filing and smoothing my nails. They even recommended some home care products that they believe will help my nails last longer. I was also impressed by how quickly they worked while still being careful.

Denise Howell Was in Yuba City for the day. Came by this place, nothing to brag about. I should have waited to have my mani & pedi at my hometown salon. Very poorly done, this place charged $8 more for callouses just to tell me how you like smooth feet? My hometown salon uses a foot pumice. its nothing extra, I waited in the chair til the water was cold, and in 30 minutes, I was done with both. The workmanship is sloppy, and my nail polish was all over. I know I did the basic, I thought included some type of clean up when they done. Im glad I didnt get a better package, money wasted. Stay away from this place. I wish the pictures showed more detail. Update: since getting my nails done here by James I should mention, he trimmed them so short my nails look dirty, Im so embarrassed especially when family tell me my fingernails look dirty. I dont know why he trimmed them so short.

Hair stylists replay in such a rude way "well that if your child becomes unsave, we will mediately stop" not even giving my child a chance she mediately racialy profiled us . Anyone that has been looked up and down because of the color of our skin knows how that feels

S Lav My dad went for a pedicure yesterday and the owner and his wife was the only ones working. My dad is almost 87 years old and the wife did not help him remove his shoes, did not soak his feet before cutting his toe nails, and talked on her cell phone the entire time she worked on him, then just got up and walked away. This is the worse service anyone should receive and even worse for an elderly person. My sister called and complained but of course nothing was done. We will never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone. This is the location that is in the Walmart Supercenter.

Joanna Villanueva No one told me about the no return policy I purchased a shampoo and conditioner for 50.00 each paid a total of 110.46 even though about two weeks ago they were 25 each, I asked for store credit and the lady denied me of it. I also asked why they didn’t mention the no return policy before my purchase and she had nothing to say. Poor costumer service, very upsetting and won’t bother to buy from them again!

L A Jessen Don’t overlook Hair Works in our local Wal-Mart!! My friend and I went in for a little pampering at a reasonable price. We loved Bailey! I’ve stopped in before to ask questions and found staff happy to answer and offer suggestions.
