Frank Hermesdorf Love to walk or jog around Albert Park. There is always a strong breeze at its South Melbourne end, with plenty of sail boats taking advantage of. Also a great spot to take photos of Black Swans.

amit kapuria 5 Stars – A Truly Divine Experience ISKCON Melbourne is a spiritual gem in the heart of the city. The temple is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and filled with divine energy. The deities are stunning and the daily aartis and kirtans uplift the soul. The devotees are welcoming and always ready to help newcomers feel at home. The Sunday Feast is a highlight – delicious vegetarian food served with love, accompanied by inspiring talks and joyous chanting. It’s more than just a place of worship; it’s a community that promotes peace, compassion, and devotion. Highly recommended for anyone seeking spiritual growth, cultural connection, or just a peaceful break from daily life.

Rajni Gill Very serene, a sanctuary for iskcon followers and others alike, I visited the temple during janamashtami celebrations and absolutely loved it, from the decor to religious rituals to prasadam everything was amazing. 2-3 minutes walk from the closest tram stop, hence it was very easy to reach too. Will definitely visit again.

Andreas Ludwig Stunning park and lake. Lots of space to exercise, relax, walk the dog or just enjoy the news and the weather. My dog and I had some hours to kill, waiting for my wife, and used the time to walk around the lake. Wonderful views, rest areas and views. Very happy 2 hours!

Taufik WIDJAJA We both enjoyed the moment walking around Albert Park Lake. We walked in a bright atmosphere while chatting casually and feeling the fresh air and gentle breeze. We also took the time to buy coffee after walking at a small cafe there.

Michelle Saldanha I thought it’s a great park for a picnic and oh boy was i wrong! Everyone was just running or exercising there. I was the only idiot sitting there eating my pastry lol. It has a nice circuit around the lake for walking. Peaceful and quiet lake atmosphere.

François-Xavier Hafner A lovely spot for a picnic and meander.. oh and check out the amazing houses around the square. Lovely. If you want a place to eat nearby, head to The Montague pub. Family friendly spot with lots of options. The gardens are also right by Albert Park shops where there are lots of places for cake, tea, coffee, food, fashion and my favourite book store in Melbourne. A hidden gem.

Fabrizia Barrowcliffe Just saw the most amazingly talented bunch of acrobats, musicians, actors, singers and performers from the Lyttelton theatre company. Performing a mesmerising show entitled Berlin burlesque. Based on a true story. Absolutely sensational, not very risqué until right at the end, funny entertaining and full of energy. Gorgeous little intimate theatre- don’t miss it! Only on another 16 nights. Really fabulous!

Steven Sarantis We usually attend the farmers market once a month. Great location for the market. During the summer it’s pristine but a bit harder to walk on the Otha in winter when it rains. Nice cafe with decent food options. Public toilet is a bit hard to find. Big park attached which is usually filled with dogs off the lead and dog training schools on weekends. Not a playground for kids worth mentioning. But all in all a good place to grab some local fresh veg
