Rachel R I went in for my initial check up and to establish care. Requested a referral to a specialist. Two weeks go by and I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called to check the status of the referral. Turns out the doctor never submitted a referral.
To top it off, I also did labs (again, establishing care, so these were routine lab tests) and had a telephone call scheduled to go over the results. The scheduled time came and went, and no phone call. I gave them 15 minutes and called the office directly only to be told that I need to reschedule and had to wait another two weeks.Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file (they missed it by one number) and the “appointment window” had passed.
They can’t meet the needs of basic healthcare; seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you have the option, look elsewhere and do not waste your time here.

T Ramey My son and I had appointments with two separate doctors and really liked them both. They took very thorough medical histories down and didnt make it seem rushed. The facility was very clean with plenty of seats to sit in the waiting area. All the ladies working the front desk were very pleasant and professional.

Tammie Shepley I absolutely adore Dr. Bangalore and I have seen her for years. When I call in, I know that I will get excellent service, but especially if Diane answers the phone. All of the front desk girls are awesome. Lucilla especially shines. She regularly goes above and beyond for good patient care. The telephone hold times were long before, but they are better now.

Derek R. Addelsee The staff only care about the money. They with hold med refills while there professionally suck, lack of communication. Them they want to blame you. My meds are not narcotics, Im a insulin dependent diabetic. I hope somebody can teach those people a lesson in being a positive force in heathcare not just a business for profit
