Janell Munson My 2 year old is having signs of silent seizures. This place wrote a referral months ago to Stanford Childrens Hospital. I waited a month to find out it was never sent. Stayed on the phone for hours to get someone to fax it over only to find out a month later that they only sent half of it. They sent why he needed to be seen they never sent the authorization. Its for a neurologist. Thats not something you put off. Especially when hes been seeing a neurologist since he was born and was just placed with us in October of last year. It should not be taking this long to get seen.

Christopher Lozoya Jorge is a liar and takes advantage of the people that come here. The doctors will lie on your documents and misdiagnose intentionally to make you come back and force you to make another appointment. They will try to make you pay a copay for medi - cal state insurance 20$. They force you to wear a mask and will refuse treatment if you do not wear a mask. This location needs to close down. I call to complain and Jorge is the only one that will speak to me when I ask for a manager. The whole front desk and doctors are in on this. The state board needs to get involved in the treatment of the patients. Do not come here.

Monique Montoya Dont waste your time coming here ! After waiting over hour for doctor Erika CEBALLOS to come in, tells me she doesnt have time to read my MRI results and fill out my forms for work to pick one! What kind DOCTOR TREATS YOU THAT WAY! I hope your family members get treated the same way you did to me! Dont even get me started about the face mask! Do better! I wont be back !

Pris_cilla 29 EXPECT TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR!!!!!!!! I have an appointment at 3:00 and its already 4:15 I happen to come early to the appointment and they received me before 3:00. Yet I am still waiting here for the doc. Crazy thing is that I am the only person here! I have never in my life had to wait oh so long for them just to have a check up done its RIDICULOUS. Dont wast your time on seeing the doctor here. They honestly need to work on reaciving people faster.

Paulina Corona They call you to make sure you go and make you wait for said appointment an hour. Not only do they make you wait an hour for who knows what, they are terrible at obtaining their ROIs after it is signed. Also love to yell at their patients when they have hidden rules and policies. I regret wasting my time here.

Melissa Gutierrez This place is terrible I walked in with my husband and they share patients information with people who do not work here. I seen 2 light complected girls with pony tails one wearing a blue hoodie the other a grey shirt walk in and go and sit with 3 girls who were wearing uniforms by the computers and looking at the computer screen. This is a HIPAA violation and I will be reporting it. Along with this there was someone there being trained and it was very clear that she was in training is this the type of training they want their new employees to receive!?!? That was awful these girls were very comfortable going in as if they have a friend or family member who may be working there be aware if you end up coming here some of your information may be spread.

Mario Perez I was worried because I had never been to a 1.7 stars place before. Im not really sure how the care is since their urgent care physician doesnt see people with headaches, "its not really his thing." Waste of an hour.

Omar Flores This place is a joke!! Really? So from now on this new clinic named Agile thing that used to be Pinnacle urgent care here in Hollister CA is not accepting people who need urgent care, they said only workers comp.. Doctors there are not real General Doctors , they don’t treat people with general issues. What kind of doctors are those?? They need to be more specific on their signs or names of the clinics, they should write down with big sign letters “AGILE CLINIC FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION ONLY”!!! By the way receptionists there in HOLLISTER CA are kind of rude while they are talking and listening to you and they laugh at people when you are walking out the door, totally being disrespectful at all not very professional and not polite.They deny giving you the service and special care that people needs. Very bad experience being there. Do not hesitate to come to this Agile Clinic, it looks not very professional and locked of knowledge.

Karen Enzensperger The service has been quick and efficient. Naomi, the office manager was very helpful; my employer is out-of-state and it was difficult to find a WC provider. Naomi had all of the necessary information and made sure everything went smoothly. The doctor was friendly and engaging. I highly recommend Agile’s services.

Kirstie Howard Went in to be seen for an ear ache and cough. Got told it would be a tele appointment and that tests would be done from the vehicle. After explaining that, that isnt possible for me because I dont have a vehicle. Got told to go to my Primary Care Doctor (which I dont have otherwise I would have made an appointment there instead of wasting my time) or to go to the ER.

SoloUn Sirviente Waited more than and hour plus half an hour expecting to be seen sooner. The receptionists not only were dismissive but when answering calls, they put people on hold just to get back to small talk. Gonna change my primary care doctor, this was just a check-up. Any association with Hazel Hawkins corrupts health-care, further dragging the need of good doctors.
