M Id like to give the biggest thank you to this hard working team. More than ever id say hands down to the scheduler Emily . She went far and beyond to get my husbands authorization for a procedure the next day at French Hospital. Emily kept her word and called me right back like she said she would . That right there makes a great name for her company..... I will forever be grateful for the wonderful care , especially at this time in mine and my husband life.
Thanks again Emily, you need a raise .....

Chelsea Goetsch I have never had an ultrasound before and the woman who operated it acted like I was not fast enough and confused why I didn’t know what was going on. She does them all the time and maybe she forgot that I came in because I was in PAIN. So it was really rude not giving me enough time just to get dressed. The exam was very bad as well she did not walk me through what she was doing so I was very surprised when she threw hot gel or whatever it was on me and then she wiped it off and decided to just do an internal one. After the exam she said to get dressed and come outside. And when I stood up there was lube basically dripping out of me. So I panicked and grabbed some paper towels at the sink to wipe myself , quickly since I was being rushed in the first place. And then she just opened the door to ask if everything was okay while I was still getting ready.
It has been four/ five weeks and they still have not sent my results to my doctor who has requested them twice already. And I’m still in pain.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had. At least it was clean.

Brittany Blue Do NOT go here.
My experience with this facility was appalling from start to finish. I had to call FOUR times just to get a response about scheduling an appointment. When I finally got through, I spoke with what I assume was the lead technician, and her behavior was beyond unacceptable.
My doctor referred me here for imaging because of a lump under my armpit. Unfortunately, he ordered the wrong exam—a chest exam instead of a mammogram. Instead of addressing this calmly or constructively, the technician rudely informed me, “If you have a lump under your armpit, there’s a 60% chance you have breast cancer.”
This person had never met me, knew nothing about me, and yet felt it was appropriate to throw out such an alarming and unprofessional statement. Her callousness sent me spiraling during an already stressful situation.
The lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic communication at this facility is staggering. By contrast, Selma Carlson imaging center provided a much better experience—the staff there actually return calls and treat patients with respect and care.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this place entirely.

Kathleen Van leeuwen Reaching them is the problem!! After the “hold please”, I waited 11 minutes on the phone to schedule a routine appointment. During that time I was subjected non stop to ads for DignityHealth/French Hospital. Among other things they mentioned having over 100 million dollars to make “improvements”. Well, how about a phone option to keep your place in line and they’ll call you back? Seems like a no brainer, right? It’s a problem that Dignity Health doesn’t have to throw millions at, and it shows “dignity” and respect for their consumers.

O McG I felt like I was genuinely being cared for by people who felt like they loved their jobs. Every woman who works there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I would absolutely recommend any woman to come here for any imaging needs.
