Alexis Lewis Horrible experience with Katrina Hirsig, fired her as my provider on the spot. The call centers and offices are not on the same page, it takes weeks to receive a call back, and be prepared to way 30m-1 hour past your appointment time, even if you’re first thing in the morning.

Vanessa Tambayong The WORST hospital I’ve ever gone to in my life. My biggest regret! They don’t even deserve a star at all. Is there an option to give them NEGATIVE STARS? I had to wait for 7 months to schedule a preventative care. And on the day of my appointment, I had to wait for over 3.5 hours just to be seen by the doctor. The doctor never followed up on my blood test result nor responded to my message. And their billing process is a nightmare. It took over a year to answer my multiple inquiries on the billing code and they accidentally sent me over to collection while I was waiting for their response with unanswered follow-ups. At the end, they still overcharged me. If you want to go to a healthcare provider which focuses on MONEY MAKING only, then go here. They don’t even care if you are dead or alive, as long as they take your money.

Mike McPhate Appalling. I had an appointment scheduled something like 8 months in advance. They canceled it on the day of. Fine. But I called repeatedly to reschedule, left messages, no callback. When I finally got through, they offered to get me in after another 6 months.

Aracely Alvarez Scheduling has been a nightmare. I miss calling the office i actually go to. The reception ladies knew me and were so kind and helpful. Now all calls go to one place and it takes so much longer to schedule.

Joe Murray Misplaced a bill for $15 dollars to Dignity Health. They sent to collections, for $15 dollars. Dinged our credit. Seems very petty, whats the point of me giving them a contact phone if they dont use it. Just another big company that doesnt care. Nothing dignified about Dignity Health.

Angela Wetzel First appoitment of the day at 8:45 am and kept us waiting for over an hour! Extremely unprofessional. Rolled her eyes when I asked a question about delivery as it is my first child. Made very rude comments/jokes about a tattoo on my belly. The most unprofessional and rude DR I have had the displeasure of experiencing. She appeared more interested in making jokes then being a Dr or being professional. I do not recommend.

Terrnitup ! Wanted a female OBGYN doc as I was pregnant with my 4th child and found Vivian. She is a very caring, sweet, kind hearted to the point kind of chick. She doesnt sugar coat anything, very direct which is what I love about her. Vivian understands pregnancy and the body of a female as she is a mother. Side note: she does have gentle hands. She takes time to discuss options and if its a procedure needed she will explain it all so detailed and ask if I have any questions. Shes great. I recommend her. Such a honest up beat positive doctor. Glad shes in our community to serve families and bring life to one another through each delivery with her love. Thanks Vivian for being you.

Jamie Cinotto One of the worse experiences with a physician. So bad, it is almost comical. She was more focused on selling me on getting IUD. When I declined, she got very short with me the rest of the session. I could not leave fast enough. She never inquired if I was trying to have children or had fertility issues, etc… when I told her of my family history of cancer, her response was “we can’t just ultrasound everyone”

Darci Banks Shes not very understanding to any type of pregnancy symptom you have. So if youre nauseated she is not gonna prescribe u zofran. If you have swollen ankles shes gonna tell u to wear compression socks. She just says "well its pregnancy." This lady made me wait 26 hours in labor after I already received my epidural to do my c section so I felt it, passed out, couldnt hold my baby, woke up in the worst pain Ive ever had and they didnt get me meds for a while, 30 minutes... i just uggghhhed agony. This all happened in 2019. My first birth. Now that I had such a smooth birth for my 2nd child in AZ, and now know, that this type of uncomfortable situation and traumatizing birth is not the norm, I thought Id make sure people dont use this lady as their OB. The office is horrible and just wants their money to weigh u and tell u you are gaining too much weight pretty much. I was so stressed the whole time that I didnt even want to show to those appointments with that lady. There has to be better options in SLO and I cant even believe the ones that gave her 5 stars. My OB that I have now said she botched my c section scar and for my 2nd birth I had a planned c section so he could fix it and so I didnt have to have an emergency c section. He fixed it and it looks wonderful, he did a spinal instead of an epidural and just shut me down halfway. I understand shes not an anesthesiologist, but she could have had my c section done a lot sooner so my epidural didnt wear off. Pathetic!!

Anonymous Dr Storrer is absolutely amazing. Start to finish. I was 15 minutes late due to a accident on the freeway and they got me into a room right away. didnt seem like they just skipped me and bumped someone else in front of me. the receptionists are super sweet, the PA who saw me before Dr Storrer came in was also super sweet and very efficient. Dr Storrer was in the room within 5 minutes, took her time to answer all questions. She was comforting and didnt seem in a rush. All in all, the best experience Ive ever had in a doctors office. I am surprised shes even taking new patients. If youre looking for a phenomenal OBGYN Dr. Storrer is the best ever.

M Id like to give the biggest thank you to this hard working team. More than ever id say hands down to the scheduler Emily . She went far and beyond to get my husbands authorization for a procedure the next day at French Hospital. Emily kept her word and called me right back like she said she would . That right there makes a great name for her company..... I will forever be grateful for the wonderful care , especially at this time in mine and my husband life. Thanks again Emily, you need a raise .....

Chelsea Goetsch I have never had an ultrasound before and the woman who operated it acted like I was not fast enough and confused why I didn’t know what was going on. She does them all the time and maybe she forgot that I came in because I was in PAIN. So it was really rude not giving me enough time just to get dressed. The exam was very bad as well she did not walk me through what she was doing so I was very surprised when she threw hot gel or whatever it was on me and then she wiped it off and decided to just do an internal one. After the exam she said to get dressed and come outside. And when I stood up there was lube basically dripping out of me. So I panicked and grabbed some paper towels at the sink to wipe myself , quickly since I was being rushed in the first place. And then she just opened the door to ask if everything was okay while I was still getting ready. It has been four/ five weeks and they still have not sent my results to my doctor who has requested them twice already. And I’m still in pain. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. At least it was clean.

Brittany Blue Do NOT go here. My experience with this facility was appalling from start to finish. I had to call FOUR times just to get a response about scheduling an appointment. When I finally got through, I spoke with what I assume was the lead technician, and her behavior was beyond unacceptable. My doctor referred me here for imaging because of a lump under my armpit. Unfortunately, he ordered the wrong exam—a chest exam instead of a mammogram. Instead of addressing this calmly or constructively, the technician rudely informed me, “If you have a lump under your armpit, there’s a 60% chance you have breast cancer.” This person had never met me, knew nothing about me, and yet felt it was appropriate to throw out such an alarming and unprofessional statement. Her callousness sent me spiraling during an already stressful situation. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic communication at this facility is staggering. By contrast, Selma Carlson imaging center provided a much better experience—the staff there actually return calls and treat patients with respect and care. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place entirely.

Kathleen Van leeuwen Reaching them is the problem!! After the “hold please”, I waited 11 minutes on the phone to schedule a routine appointment. During that time I was subjected non stop to ads for DignityHealth/French Hospital. Among other things they mentioned having over 100 million dollars to make “improvements”. Well, how about a phone option to keep your place in line and they’ll call you back? Seems like a no brainer, right? It’s a problem that Dignity Health doesn’t have to throw millions at, and it shows “dignity” and respect for their consumers.

O McG I felt like I was genuinely being cared for by people who felt like they loved their jobs. Every woman who works there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I would absolutely recommend any woman to come here for any imaging needs.
