Emma Hudson I’ve been coming here for about a year or so I never have any problems in any way. They do an amazing job with my pedicure, manicure & full set of nails. I love how they take there time & don’t do a rush job. If you want an a plus job go here.

Chakra Zulu Horrible customer service. I went in to get a pedicure & eyebrow wax. While I was in the back I asked her to go ahead and do my upper lip as well. She said it would be an extra $6 and I said no problem. She then asked me have I been there before because most black woman take issue with her pricing and walk out. I told her you shouldnt group everyone together nor should we be having this conversation because I gave you no resistance about your pricing smh. There was also flies everywhere and the shop was unkept. To top it off my toes are chipping after 2 days. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT PATRON THIS "BUSINESS!

Clorinda Garcia They do really amazing nails and they last long. They can also make ALL different types of feet look beautiful!

Faye Nora Very nice and friendly staff. They greet you when walking into the establishment. Very professional service with good prices. The nail technicians are perfectionist which is a huge plus. You get quality work at classy nails.

Debbie Royer Jennifer does great work. I will only let her do my nails. She is gentle and pays attention to detail. She always takes my feedback and adjusts. Expect to wait when you go, even if you have an appointment. Peter (owner) can be a little too rough for me. He has done my acrylic once and cut my skin. He can come across rude sometimes, but if you are respectful and nice to him, he will be the same to you. They do a kids manicure for my daughter and she enjoys it. I have had a couple of disappointing experiences here, but will continue to go back because they are friendly and Jennifer does good work.

crystal farris This has been my go-to nail shop for about 10 years now.. they are the best!! And Peter is amazing!!! I wont go anywhere else but here, hands down the best!!

A Olivera If I could give zero stars I would lol not too much to say except this place is horrible idk if it’s the place or just the nail tech who did my set he was the male with shorter hair I payed $60 total with tip for this I wish I could add the video so you can see all the dried up acrylic on the side everything about this set is horrible

teciasexy08 I told them I wanted stilettos. The job they did was not stilettos. They shaped my nails croocked which caused one of them to break half way within a week so o took my nails off sooner than i imagined. Paid way more than I should have bc they were throwing in charges I wasnt aware of! Claimed they put gel in my toes but the paint started chipping after a week which had never been my experience getting gel. Other than that they do know how to do nice designs and they are friendly and they do try to hurry to get you in a chair. Just make sure your on their butts about specifics. Edit: oh yeah and they beg for tips! They kept bickering with each other about whos getting the tip from me and then would periodically tap me through my services telling me to give the tip to them and not the other one. Ridiculous!

Rosa Munoz I was there for pedicure. They ask you if I want this wanted that , my manicure wasn’t done had full set nails, no matter I always tip. This one lady was in front of me saying tip $ 5 repeatedly I was damn end up paying $90 in total, pedicure with design, full set with gel, eyebrows and mustache. They charged me extra $7 or $10 more bcuz they forgot to charge me about my mustache. Bad experience haven’t been there over 5 years came back leaving with a disappointment. Wanted even nails on toes she made them shorter and hand nails were so squared. SMH

Claudia Zarate This was the worst experience. The lady who put on my eyelashes used excessive clumps of glue and the she had me hold the fan and the extensions, next day some lashes were separated and I went back to fix and she charged me $9 so I paid but she added more glue and more extensions 3rd day at work right eyelashes separate with my natural eyelashes …. Terrible service I DO NOY RECOMMEND AMYONE HOING HERE FOR EYELASHES!

ADRIANA LOZANO I like it here especially Julie. She knows Im a diabetic and really pays attention and realizes how being careful with my feet is essential. She takes her time. One thing I dont like is how the owner and other employees act and get mad when you request someone specific!!! Its unprofessional of them to argue with each other in front of customers and with customers!!!

Graciela Mendoza This is the worst nail place ever. I hope nobody comes here. The lady is so rude. I walked in and was not even greeted or talked to. I told the lady I wanted to get a full set and that my mom would get a mani pedi. She looked at me and then looked away without even saying anything. After waiting for about 30 minutes because there is only two ladies working and they had a customer, she finally Told me it was my turn. I described what I wanted and she said it would be 25. I said ok and gave her my nails. She told me "pay me now" I was like "?????? I pay before? Thats different" she said "then go find somewhere else that charges afterwards" . Shocked, we left. Mean ass lady!

Mercedes Ann Small quiet nail salon. I thoight they were closed and almost didnt go up to it. But they keep the door locked due to bad nieghborhood i liked that. The lady was nice and talked to me. YOu also have to pay first which i enjoyed so i didnt have to almost mess up wet nails.

Liana Rivas this lady is not rude, you get to pay first because there are customers that get theirs stuff done and walk out without paying this lady. first time i walked in she greeted me and asked what i wanted. if you are a cheap person expect cheap work done on you. other than that my nails are done nicely and done come off easy until i get there for refill.

Wendy Ewell The his place is highway robbery. Their cheapest pedicure is $28. I think my daughter was there for less than 5 minutes. They dipped her feet in water washed them off, rubbed a little lotion and painted them. They advertise that it includes, lotion massage, nail shaping, callus treatment, etc. things normally expected but I couldn’t believe the lack of care they took with her. I will never bring her to this place again. Not another person was there either which I should have questioned in the first place. Go somewhere else if you want good service and quality.

Leisi Wallace The spa is VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. Overall a nice atmosphere. There is not consistency in the personal service. Not rude..but I did not quite feel the inviting and it seems the case for non regulars. I got a basic full set. No gel. Just acrylic and one coat of clear then top coat. $37.I spent approximately 1.5hrs in the chair. I went in on a Sunday around 4:30pm and had no wait time to be serviced.

FartParty I used to go here for years and would only have Jane do my eyebrows. Once she left, the service went downhill. There is a younger lady in there that is terrible at doing eyebrows. She doesnt prep the skin, doesnt take her time and always seems to be in a rush. I quit going and started doing my own eyebrows at home. Plus, theyre weird about paying with a card. They tried to get me to use their atm to pull out cash to pay. Also, I got gel once there and within a couple days, it peeled off. Not worth it. Buy your own supplies and do it at home.

Brittney Dales DO NOT GO HERE. I came in August on my birthday, wanting to get my nails done for the first time in a few months. I asked for gel-x on my hands and gel on my toes. I picked out a chili pepper red gel for my toes. The pedicure was truly a terrible experience. I am pretty patient regarding things not going right but this was the first time I wish I would have told her to stop and left. First she cut them insanely short and at an angle. Then she decided to dig out the "ingrown" and she cut all the way down to my cuticle. This basically set me up to get ingrown nails in the future. My big toes were bleeding for half the day. Then the color. She came back with this Halloween orange color and then gaslit me. I repeatedly asked if that was #(cant remember the exact one) and she kept saying yes. I thought I was going crazy. The color was clearly not what I asked. But she kept insisting that was the number and so I just gave up and assumed that the color was a little off, but I was so incorrect. She got nail polish all over my toes and barely cured them. Shed bump them with the light, causing the nails to get messed up. Then my nails. I showed a picture of short round neutral pink gel-x tips and asked for that. The color was close enough to what I got. However the quality of the nails was awful. She did not do any maintenance (cuticle clean up, oil or lotion at the end, etc.). Some of the nails were pushed so far back against my cuticles my fingers looked inflamed for days. Others were placed so far away from my cuticles that they were lifting before I even got to my car. The tips were far too long despite me asking several times to cut them/file them shorter. They were not the shaped I asked for. They also were very thick and she didnt clean them up underneath the tip. The nail polish was all over my fingers and underneath the tips as well. Just very sloppy and rushed. I should have complained right then and there, but its just not my nature. I then proceeded to find another nail salon to get both removed. The tech at the other salon was very concerned about the bleeding on my toes, cuts from the drill on my hands and toes, and just the poor work done. Unfortunately, I ended up getting infections in my fingers and toes due to the invasive treatment and poor quality. It is now October and I am still dealing with irritations on my fingers and toes. My nails are ultimately destroyed because of coming here. Please do not go here. This place does not do a job that licensed techs should think is ok, looks gross and dirty, and I wish I could get my money back from them.

Jenny Tashman This salon deserves zero stars. It’s the only salon close to where I live so unfortunately sometimes if I’m really desperate, I will go there and I always regret it. The gel manicure I did literally two days ago is peeling off almost every nail. The employees are rude and they badger you when you go to pay to use the ATM because they prefer cash. I would rather drive to another city to get my nails done rather than give this salon my business again. They are just awful. Whatever service you get will NOT look good and WILL NOT LAST. They only care about taking your money, they can care less about quality and customer satisfaction.

Chanta Walls My daughters just left after spending $120 on 2 fills and I’m appalled at the work. They were treated as if their money wasn’t good enough for the establishment. The nail tech didn’t put the antiseptic solution in their water for the pedicure, so they declined. She used old nail polish. I’m done.

dacoda serratt despite the reviews i took my wife, daughter & sister. services were amazing IMO. pedicures were tedious , my girls loved their sets and eyebrows. may not be for everyone but this will definitely be OUR go to shop ! thank you cindy, kelly & anna!

virginia salcido Not even a week after getting a gel manicure and my nails are peeling. I really wish I would of taken a picture of my infected big toe. The lady with bangs pulled an ingrown nail out and a lot of my skin with it. When I told her it that it hurt she said it was because it was connected to the skin. Ive never had any other nail person rip my skin off before. I was bleeding a lot. My toe got infected and green pus was going out of it. I took care of it with peroxide and antibiotic ointment. I highly do not recommend this place. I did add 3 pictures for viewing. I have the red polish with sunflowers. My big toe is healed a bit but has a scar. Please go elsewhere with your money and time.

anna Ridley I came here for the first time today and I was surprised. I love my nails! The lady that did them, listened to me when I asked her to cut them shorter. Usually the nail techs say “I’ll file them” but still never get them to the length I want. And I’ll have to file them after I leave. I also got a pedicure and they gave me a foot massage. Other nail salons rush the massage or skip it all together. It was a very relaxing experience and I will 100% be going back again!

Maria O Had to put 1 star other wise I would have put 0 thats what they deserve. Judge for ur self I got a medium full set a Gucci sticker and a gel pedicure which they cut my toe really bad. They charged me 87.00 please save ur hard earning money and do not go there they just charge what ever they want super poor service. The lady that did my nail took for ever and didnt know how to do what I asked for. I told the manager or owner not sure that they cut my toe really bad and she didnt care she ignored me.

fxriy I went in to get a pedicure got there at 5pm Sunday they closed at 7pm. It was my first time at this nail salon, I had gel polish on my toes from a previous nail tech so I needed them to remove the polish the lady was drilling at my toe nail usually they soak it off because the drill can cause damage to the nail anyways I let her do her job, she stopped drilling and was getting ready to paint it was still gel on my nail I asked her if she can finish removing the polish she grab the drill again I let her know shes going to have to soak it this time she had attitude didnt want to do she was confused so whoever trained did a horrible job I had to walk her through the process anyways she grab foil and cotton ball and drenched it with acetone my skin had more acetone then my nail I stopped her after the second toe was full of acetone. I had to tell her how to do her job I dont think she went to school for nail tbh she was lost. One lady came up to me and told me to go because she said they have no more patience for me lol which was crazy because I just didnt want a half job done they wanted to cut corners and thought I knew nothing about getting my nails done. The same lady that told me to go was aggressive with me walked up on so I left with out my toes done and gel polish still on my toes horrible service they dont know what theyre doing either that or theyre cutting corners doing half jobs very rude and unprofessional do not recommend.

Rox Me and my daughter went for mani pedis and got gel polish and a few heart designs and glitter flakes and it came out to 182 for the both of us not the best nail work, pedi was good though felt ripped off not to mention I did not get no acrylic.

SoCal Local I arrived as soon as they opened. I requested a new set with deluxe service. The gentleman with the glasses did a really good job being gentle when applying my acrylic nails. He also did a good job in asking if I was satisfied with the process at every step. A lady tech stepped in to complete the paint job. As for the lady who did my pedi, she also did a good job pampering me and being gentle with my toes. Overall, the experience was great, however, never forget to ask what is extra cost when it comes to what they offer while attending you; it can add up quickly.

Madison Hernandez My mom and I have been going here since I was born which is officially 18 year they were the only ones that would do pedicures for tiny kids and have always had great experiences everyone their goes above and beyond for us to make sure our time their is as enjoyable as can be they bring us fresh boba drinks which are not even in the mall we highly recommend this salon and love all the people that work their they always stay later than hours to finish our nails and still take their time with the designs and always dose them to perfection hers a picture of my nails that I just got done with the picture doesn’t do the design justice with how pretty and perfect they are
