Roxy R I am sharing my experience with this nail salon as a long-time customer who has been visiting on and off for the past decade. Recently, after getting my nails done, I noticed a dark spot under one of my nails which turned out to be a fungal infection. Upon further inspection, I discovered that another nail was also infected. I reached out to one of the owners, Shana, and shared pictures of my nails. Her response lacked empathy and understanding, simply stating that it was fungus due to trapped water and asking what I wanted her to do about it. While I understand that she may not have personally done my nails, as the owner of the salon, I expected a more caring and professional response. Instead, she suggested waiting for the infected nails to grow out before coming in for a new set. This lack of concern and dismissive attitude left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated, especially considering that my entire family has been loyal customers. To put the cherry on top it’s my birthday weekend as I even told her and still no professional courtesy.

Teezy Banks They took me at 6 for pedicure and eyebrows walk in and I am super grateful . I asked for the Hawaiian pedicure. She does everything except massage the bottom of my feet and toes only my calf’s so I ask you don’t massage bottom of foot . Says she did I said not you didn’t you don’t have to don’t worry. Starts massaging for 3 mins terrible terrible massage I have 3 jobs and rarely get to get out to take care of myself just wanted the bottom so f my feet massaged where I can feel it and I didn’t other then that it was great. Maybe I’ll try here again.

Estersarai Garcia I love this place it is worth the wait!!! My pedicures always come out cute and perfect! And my nails by Shana come out beautiful!

Veronica Been coming here less than six months. And I really wanted To like this place. But eventually, today’s my last time Every time I go in, I Show them what I want and always turns out not what I wanted or I come out a whole different color. Paid $80. For something I’m not happy with. I need a new spot!

Michelle Guzman Was having a 50th birthday party so I went there for the first time to get A brand new set of nails and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but when I got home and looked at my nails they weren’t glued all the way down to my real nail. I called them back about five days later because I was In the middle of getting my birthday party ready and they did not offer any compensation at all! Will never go back!

Zulema Machado So I was very skeptical about all the bad reviews but I had the best experience as this was my first time coming here. I was greeted and asked to sit down one of the ladies working there approached me and asked if I knew what design I wanted and when I showed her I was seated on a chair and was told it would be 15 minutes. V approached me and asked me what design I wanted and proceeded to help do my nails She was so nice and gentle loved the experience Definitely found my to go nail spot Thank you V!!!

Alizé Would rate 0 if I could rude staff literally doesn’t do anything unless you say something about it I paid 55$ for this didn’t cut cuticle or add oil didn’t file or shape right, very thick uneven nails, there was glue everywhere, very messy doesn’t look right at all worst in person all I asked was for a simple French tip with charms and YES I did correct and say something while she was doing my nails but she kept assuring me she knew what she was doing I should apply here seeing they hire with 0 experience honestly ridiculous don’t go here

Maribel Cardenas DO NOT GO HERE!! Very messy work. The lady that did my nails didn’t file my nails right plus she never put cuticle oil when she finished my nails. Paid $55 for this ugly set. Plus she made me bleed on almost all my fingers. Torture.

Bailey Niblett Horrible! Never going back. It was way too expensive, $61 for this, not even worth it in the slightest. Went to a new nail salon and had them redo my nails, which are 100x better than these. This monstrosity is horrendous. The lady didnt even take her time or push back my cuticles or anything, and she just looked mad the entire time. Totally not professional. I dont even know how this place stays in business. Would rate negative stars if I could. Never again. Do not go here!

Cendy Del My spot for pedicures. My nails are always trimmed nice, cuticles and dead skin removed. Everyone here is always friendly and can’t beat a starting price of $25 and up for pedicures. I also love that I can just walk-in and be helped since I’m busy and making appointments is not my style. I will edit and add pictures of the pedicures I get from now on.

Jace Space I went to Victorville for a family get together for my neicy and nephews birthday. My mom found this mall browsing online. It was a bit challenging to find being my first time in the mall. I had to call to be lead to it. It was packed yesterday around 1240pm. I showed them a picture of what I was looking for(a matte dark pink..but shorter with an almond shape. I sat down with a man named John. And he impressed me!

Nancy Duggan Traveling and had the worst fill and gel polish. Very expensive. I wish I could post a picture of my horrible nails.

Cristal Duran All my nails are uneven, my hands are dry, messy work, but very nice people. Should have looked at the reviews beforehand.

karla arroyo Service was fast and the staff was friendly. They did good on the pedicure. However they have a 25$ pedicure sign right outside their establishment, but we were charged 30$. There was no explanation as to why or if they added an increase in prices.

Treva Moller I just left this nail place and I’m very satisfied with all the service I received. I was in a hurry like always and soon as I arrived Andy did my pedicure and he did a amazing job so good I almost fell asleep while he was massaging and he made sure all the callous was off the bottom of my feet. And Ve does my eyelashes and eyebrows and she is the best in Victorville. I mean she is perfect and I am always satisfied with her work and I am very picky. I been coming here for 8 years.

Jada Jenkins Yes! This is the place to go lady’s I’ve been going to this salon for YEARS! Vee is the one to do the BEST eyebrows threading or mico blade in town! I’ve had both did by her she the BEST! I totally recommend her. ❤️

Gwendelyn Orellana this place is absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional. the man who owns the shop is so sweet and has done my nails once and did a good job as well as his daughter, HOWEVER HIS WIFE is a nightmare. she has done my nails a couple times now and they’ve never came out the way i want; always crooked, always clumpy, always just not what i asked for. this is my last time, i came in and i get my usual french tip and she did then a completely different way and they looked HORRENDOUS. i asked her if they changed the way they do their french tips and she immediately gets defensive and tells me if i don’t like them i need to get them removed and she treated me so horrible, was really aggressive in the way she grabbed my hands and became very rude. she let me walk out like this (pictured) i came home and cried to my mami who was furious, but it’s okay God bless her just do not come here and waste your time because now i have to go to work looking like this.

Violet Clayton Pretty disappointed. It’s been a week and they’re already lifting and pulling my hair! They’re lumpy and my toe nail polish has bumps also. I was the only one in there and he was doing a good job after a while a few others came in and he started rushing and did a horrible job.

Robin Diggs The Female... I wont say lady who sits up front, I believe the wife of the owner is rude! Her work is tacky, uneven and has a attitude if you say anything,.. I finally had enough, I paid her and left with the job less than half done.. I was just too through!! GET RID OF THE WIFEY!! I had to give at least one star but SHE DESERES ZERO!

Yolanda Staples This place is terrible, please dont come here for any nail or foot service. They advertise that they offer paraffin wax with the pedicures, they dont. The young lady who did my nails clearly hasnt been taught correctly. I got a fill in and the acrylic was too thick and not close enough to my nail bed like I like it. When I mentioned it to her she said shed file it down smh. My pedicure was ok. But if you want nail service I wouldnt recommend this place AT ALL.

Dessy R I got my nails done two days ago both toes and Gel X and I must say I’m so disappointed!! Not only did I get cut up but I got an infection from the dirty tools they use on you. I got my nails done by Angelina she’s super friendly but the work speaks for itself. I’m a self taught nail tech myself and wanted to pamper myself by taking a break of doing my own nails. This is highly disappointing especially after paying $154 for my toes and Gel X nails. The Gel X nails cracked on one finger already TWO days after getting them don’t and my cutilcles are all cut up by the poor work done! This is a WARNING to those even thinking about going to this place. Sure it’s nice inside and they’re decent people but just look at the work done. Please save your time and money.

Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue Walked in yesterday for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Professional, kind, talented and fairly priced! Pooja did my French tips and I love them so much. My pedicure was also amazing - going back today for eyelashes!!! GO!

Chris H. I had such an awesome girls day with my daughters thanks to Angelina (who did my french tips), Pooja (who did the black and red nails), and Van (who did the pink and white ombre). Harmony is such a nice place. Good music, and a very relaxed environment. When they say walk-ins are welcome, they mean it! We were seen very quickly after signing in, and walked out afterwards with gorgeous nails. They were very skilled and able to match the photos of what we all wanted.

Annie Nelson Once Marinellos Beauty College closed I had to find a new nail salon. I tried several in my area and was always disappointed as they kept pushing higher-priced services on me even after I said no several times. I finally found Enter. My favorite Nail Tech is no longer there but I like the owner very much. Shes very quick, friendly and does an excellent job. Im not as fond of her husband and the other woman that works there but thats okay. They have wonderful pedicure Spa chairs and I enjoy that tremendously. Ive recently started paying extra to get gel nails and my nails are really growing. They are priced competitively with the other Vietnamese salons. I rarely have to wait and they have an amazing selection of colors.

Daisy Ram My daughter and I were seated for pedi. Waited about 10 minutes when a group of people showed up. The lady asked if I could wait because the group of people came back. I said no Thank you and left. I was 8 months pregnant with my five year old. If you are waiting or unsure of a group of people to come back just wait and not seat clients before hand. I’d rather be told that they have no time then being told yes and seat down at the pedi station knowing that other individuals were ahead at me and could return back.

Maura Herrera The man there was really nice as we walked in. Started doing my nails. Then when I told him what I wanted he got upset that I didnt want white tips. He started getting frustrated with me. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention he kept slamming stuff when he was doing my nails. Then he would stop every time to check the receipts that the other girls had checked out. Like really! 5 people left before me and got both mani and pedis. Really disappointed and aggravated that I spent all that time there for OK nails. Skipped the pedicure with that kind of an attitude Im good. If you dont like doing nails let the girls do it. 0 stars if possible.

Life with Prince I am highly upset I have never done a review, but I paid 41 for a pedicure for a polish that looks like a 2 year old did it. I told the lady that the polish was horrible and I didn’t like it so she decided to add more polish lol I will never go back.

Tiffany Coldewey Do not go here!!!! I ignored the reviews and went. First time they sat me in a chair for 45 mins to make me think I was next for a pedicure finally after 2 hours I was done. Second time I asked for a very very simple design on my toes but what the lady did was horrible I asked nicely to remove the heart design. She did then talked crap about me in her lovely language for 5 mins after. I was so upset I ask to pay my bill and I left. I will never go here again. Im not one to complain but please just go else where.
